Description

The present invention relates to a canvas top structure in an automobile in which an opening provided in a roof of a vehicle is configured to be opened and closed by folding a canvas, and more particularly to a canvas top structure in which a canvas can be easily replaced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a canvas top structure is known as a vehicle roof structure in order to brighten a vehicle space and to easily take in outside air (for example, Patent Document 1).

In this roof structure, the left and right roof side portions, the roof front portion, and the roof rear portion define openings, and a canvas that is configured through a framework is attached to a fabric called canvas. At that time, both end portions of the bone member are slidably inserted into the rails of the left and right roof side portions. Both ends of the bone member slide on the rails on the roof side, so that the canvas can be expanded to close the opening, or conversely, the canvas can be folded in an accordion manner to open the opening. There are electric and manual types of canvas expansion and folding. Such a canvas-top car gives the driver and passengers a feeling of opening by opening and closing the roof, and has attracted attention from others in terms of design, and has a higher added value than a vehicle in which the roof does not open.

However, once the canvas is assembled in a canvas top car, the canvas cannot be replaced without disassembling the vehicle. Therefore, the user may have to select and purchase a canvas top car having a canvas with a color and a pattern that does not match his taste.

Therefore, it is conceivable that the purchaser selects the color and pattern of the canvas in advance, manufactures the canvas top car according to the purchaser's wishes, and delivers it to the purchaser. However, this has not been realized because it takes not only days to deliver but also increases production costs.

Even if such a production system is adopted, the user cannot replace the canvas by himself / herself after purchasing the canvas top car. For example, the user could not exchange the canvas between weekdays and weekends.

Furthermore, when the canvas is damaged or deteriorated, there is a problem that it cannot be easily replaced.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a canvas top structure in which a canvas can be replaced according to a user's preference, a driving date, a destination, or the like.

The present invention is bound by the canvas along the rail in the right and left roof side portions slides, in canvas top structure of a vehicle for opening and closing an opening provided in the roof, canvas and an inner canvas portion and the outer canvas portion An inner canvas member having a substantially rectangular frame shape, a plurality of bone members spanning the inner frame member in the vehicle width direction, and a pair of upper and lower canvases attached to the inner frame member The outer canvas portion is formed of a substantially rectangular frame-shaped outer frame member surrounding the inner frame member, a plurality of slide members disposed in the vehicle width outward direction, and the plurality of slide members and the outer frame member. A pair of upper and lower canvas fabrics stretched to each other, of the inner frame member and the outer frame member, one of the opposing portions is provided with a groove portion, and the other opposing portion is provided with a line-like engaging portion, Engagement part in groove Because filled-in inner canvas portion is characterized by being removably attached to the outer canvas portion.

In the above configuration, the bone member is configured such that the pair of rod-shaped members are connected by the joint portions, and the inner frame member side end portions of the pair of rod-shaped members do not move upward. In addition, the left and right frame parts facing the roof side part in the inner frame member and the outer frame member are formed with undulations continuously in the thin and thick parts along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, making the canvas easy Folded. Furthermore, the inner canvas portion is attached to the outer canvas portion by the fixture having the opening sliding along the inner frame member and the outer frame member while coupling the inner frame member and the outer frame member.

According to the canvas top structure of the present invention, the inner canvas portion is detachably attached to the outer canvas portion. Therefore, it can be replaced as appropriate according to the user's preference and according to the driving situation and scene. Even if the canvas is damaged or deteriorated, the canvas can be partially replaced. Also, advertisement information can be drawn on the upper canvas in the inner canvas portion, and can be realized as an advertising vehicle or a sales vehicle.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a vehicle equipped with a canvas top structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. In the figure, Up, Fr, and LH represent upper, front, and left, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 1, the canvas top structure according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a canvas top vehicle 1, that is, a canvas top vehicle 1 that opens and closes an opening provided in a roof with a canvas 2. Here, the opening of the roof is defined by the left and right roof side portions 3a, 3b, the roof front portion 3c, and the roof rear portion 3d surrounded by a substantially rectangular shape. The left and right roof side portions 3a and 3b are provided with rails 4a and 4b along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The slide members 21a and 21b of the canvas 2 slide on the rails 4a and 4b and the canvas 2 is folded. As a result, the opening is closed, or the canvas 2 is developed and the opening is opened.

The rails 4a and 4b are arranged as a pair of left and right roof sides 3a and 3b so as to face each other along the vehicle longitudinal direction. In the illustrated example, the rails 4a and 4b have hook shapes whose cross-sections are turned upward, and extend along the vehicle front-rear direction. Further, slide members 21a and 21b are attached to the canvas 2 outward in the vehicle width direction, and the tip portions of the slide members 21a and 21b have hook portions that are folded downward corresponding to the structure of the rails 4a and 4b. Then, the rails 4a and 4b can be slid on the rails 4a and 4b without being engaged and removed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the canvas 2 is detachably attached to the outer canvas portion 20 with respect to the inner canvas portion 10. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner canvas portion 10 is detachably attached to the outer canvas portion 20.

The inner canvas portion 10 includes a substantially rectangular frame-shaped inner frame member 11, a plurality of bone members 12 spanning the inner frame member 11 in the vehicle width direction, and a pair of upper and lower canvases attached to the inner frame member 11. And grounds 13 and 14.

The outer canvas portion 20 includes an outer frame member 22 having a substantially rectangular frame shape surrounding the inner frame member 11, and a plurality of slide members 21a and 21b disposed in the vehicle width outward direction from the side portion 22a of the outer frame member 22. Prepare. The outer canvas portion 20 is configured by a pair of upper and lower canvas fabrics 23, 24 stretched between the plurality of slide members 21a, 21b and the outer frame member 22. In the outer canvas portion 20, an aggregate 25 is stretched between the side portion 22a of the outer frame member 22 and the slide members 21a and 21b.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the outer canvas portion 20 is formed in a frame shape as a whole, and the inner canvas portion 10 is fitted in the frame shape. Therefore, one of the inner frame member 11 and the outer frame member 22 is provided with a groove portion, and the other opposite portion is provided with a streak-like engagement portion. Here, since the outer frame member 22 is disposed on the outer periphery of the inner frame member 11, the opposing portion is the side portion and the front and rear portion of the inner frame member 11, respectively. Are adjacent. The outer peripheral side edge of the inner frame member 11 is a facing part, and the inner peripheral side edge of the outer frame member 22 is a facing part. In the case shown in FIG. 2, a groove 11 a is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the inner frame member 11 by extending a recess recessed inwardly in a circular shape, and the inner peripheral edge of the outer frame member 22 is inward. The convex portion extends in a circular shape to form a streak-like engagement portion 22b. Unlike the case shown in FIG. 2, the outer peripheral edge of the inner frame member 11 is formed with a streak-like engaging portion extending outwardly in a circular shape, and the inner peripheral edge of the outer frame member 22. The groove portion may be formed by extending a recess recessed outwardly in a circular shape.

Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner canvas portion 10 is detachably attached to the outer canvas portion 20 by fitting the engaging portion 22b into the groove portion 11a.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the engagement between the inner canvas portion 10 and the outer canvas portion 20. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, each of the left and right frame portions of the inner frame member 11 and the outer frame member 22 has a thick portion 11c, 22c having a large thickness and a thin portion 11d, 22d having a small thickness. It has continuous undulations in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. In the left and right frame portions where the thick portion 11c and the thin portion 11d of the inner canvas portion 10 are continuous, the bone members 12 are arranged one by one along the vehicle width direction in every other thin portion 11d. The bone member 12 supports a pair of upper and lower canvas fabrics 13 and 14 in the vehicle width direction and maintains the stretched state. On the other hand, in the left and right frame portions where the thick portion 22c and the thin portion 22d of the outer canvas portion 20 are continuous, the slide members 21a and 22b are disposed outwardly of the vehicle width via the aggregate 25 to the thin portions 22d. It is attached toward. The aggregate 25 is, for example, a steel bar.

As described above, in each of the left and right frame portions of the inner frame member 11 and the outer frame member 22, the bone member 12, the slide member 21a, and the aggregate 25 are attached to the thin portions 11d and 22d. As shown, when the slide members 21a and 21b of the canvas 2 are slid along the rail 4a from the front side of the vehicle to the rear side, the thin portions 11d and 22d of the portion where the bone member 12 and the aggregate 25 are attached. Is easily bent into a valley fold, and the thin portions 11d and 22d of the portion where the bone member 12 and the aggregate 25 are not attached are easily bent into a mountain fold, whereby the canvas 2 can be easily folded into a bellows shape. it can. Conversely, the canvas 2 can be opened by sliding to the vehicle front side. Therefore, the opening of the roof can be easily opened and closed with little power.

Next, the preferable form of the bone member 12 is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 2, the bone member 12 is preferably not a simple bar, but is formed by connecting a pair of rod-like members 15 and 16 by joint portions 17a and 17b. FIG. 5 shows the joint portions 17a and 17b, (A) is a diagram showing a connected state, and (B) is an exploded view. As shown in FIG. 5, a shaft hole portion 17c is formed in the joint portion 17a of one rod-like member 15, and a crescent-shaped hole portion 17d is formed outside thereof. A shaft portion 17e is formed on the joint portion 17b of the other rod-shaped member 16, and a projection portion 17f is formed on the outside thereof. The projecting portion 17f is inserted into the hole portion 17d, and is attached rotatably by the shaft hole portion 17c and the shaft portion 17e, so that the joint portion 17 is configured. Therefore, even if the pair of rod-like members 15 and 16 try to rotate, the movement of the projection 17f is restricted by the crescent-shaped hole 17d as shown by the dotted line, and both ends of the bone member 12 are in relation to the center. Do not move upward. That is, the bone member 12 is configured such that the pair of rod-like members 15 and 16 are connected by the joint portion 17 and the inner frame member side end portions of the pair of rod-like members 15 and 16 do not move upward.

Therefore, when the user removes the inner canvas portion 10 from the outer canvas portion 20, the inner canvas portion 10 may be pushed up from the indoor side as indicated by an arrow in FIG. Then, the bone member 12 bends in a “h” shape around the joint portion 17, and the engaging portion 22 b can be pulled out from the groove portion 11 a.

Next, a modified example will be described.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to FIG. 2 of the modified example. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member or a corresponding member, and description is abbreviate | omitted. The difference from FIG. 2 is that the recess 18a is formed in a circular shape above the attachment position of the upper canvas fabric 13 in the inner frame member 18, and the recess 26a is rotated around the attachment position of the upper canvas fabric 23 in the outer frame member 26. It is the point formed in the shape. Lower plate portions 30d and 30e, which will be described later, are fitted into these recesses 26a so as to be paired.

7A and 7B show the fixture 30, wherein FIG. 7A is a perspective view seen from the rear, and FIG. 7B is a perspective view seen from the rear with the fixture 30 turned upside down. The fixture 30 includes an upper plate portion 30a, side wall portions 30b and 30c vertically descending from both ends of the upper plate portion 30a, and lower plate portions 30d and 30e that face the upper plate portion 30a and form slits 32. And an opening 31 for sandwiching the inner frame member 18 and the outer frame member 26 is formed. The slit 32 is formed so as to narrow diagonally forward.

FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a process of integrating the inner canvas portion 10 with the inner peripheral edge portion of the outer canvas 20 by the fixing tool 30.
