本発明は、管継手を床面又は壁面に固定するための固定金具に関し、詳しくは管継手の外周に設けた溝に装着して使用する管継手用固定金具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、あらかじめ管と管継手とを接続した配管キットを建家の床下から床上へ取り出して継手部を床面に固定する方法として、図5,図6で示す管継手の固定金具がある。 この固定金具は、3個の部品を組み合わせて管継手を建家床面に使用するものであり、外周面に溝Fを設けた管継手Aの溝F内へ円弧状内周を有す2個の半割プレートB、B’を嵌合し、更に管継手Aの外面レンチ掛け六角部に嵌まる六角穴プレートCを重ねて装着し、半割プレートB,B’と六角孔プレートCの夫々の木ねじ用の穴Dを合致させて木ねじEを用いて床面に固定するものである。
半割プレートB,B’は管継手Aの溝Fに嵌合しているので管継手が上下方向に動かない。また六角穴プレートCは管継手Aの外面六角部に嵌合しているので管継手が回転せず固定されるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、半割プレートB,B’と六角穴プレートCの3枚を床面に取付けなければならず、施工が面倒である。また六角穴プレートCは管継手Aの両端に管を接続してしまうと継手に装着できないので、組立順序を間違えないようにしなければならず、施工が面倒であった。また半割プレートB、B’は施工中に落下して紛失してしまう問題もあった。
本発明は上記の課題を解消して、簡単に管継手に装着して固定でき、管継手の両端部に管を接続した後でも固定でき、組付けの装着ミスが発生せず、施工が容易な固定金具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の要旨は、管継手を床面又は壁面に固定する管継手の軸線方向及び回転方向のどちらの動きも阻止する手段を有する管継手の固定具であって、半割環状のプレートを環状に合わせた際、円周上で重なり合う部分を2箇所もち、重なり合う部分がいずれか一方の面を平面に保って階段状に重なり合い、内側の円周内面が継手に設けた溝にはまり合い、前記重なり部が管継手のレンチ掛け角部片を把持することを特徴とする管継手用固定具である。

【実施例】
以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明の管継手用固定具10を管継手20に装着した状態を示す。固定具10は2枚の半割プレート11と12をビス13で蝶番式に組み付けてある。半割プレート11と12が重なって連結される部分は、図2のように夫々一方の上側へ重なるようにプレートの厚さ分、階段状に曲げられた重ね部分14、15を設け、一方の重ね部分はビス13で蝶番の機能を有して組み付けてある。

管継手のレンチ掛け六角部22にはほぼ六角部片22の深さで円周溝21を設けてあり、図3、図4のごとくプレート11と12を合致させると、図4のごとく2枚のプレート下面が床面30に合致する様に平面になり、図3のごとく穴の内面23がほぼ円弧状になる。この内面23が同じ平面上で円弧状のため、管継手のレンチ掛け六角部に設けた円周溝21に嵌合する。

また図3のごとくプレート11,12の重ね部分14,15の内側形状は直線片18,19で、破線で示す管継手の六角部片22に一致させてある。従って重ね部分14,15は管継手の六角部片22の中央部から上側へ階段状に曲げられているため、直線片18,19は継手の円周溝21からはみ出して六角部片22に合わさり回転止め状態に把持している。
この状態でプレート11,12のビス穴16、16,16を通して床面30にビス13を用いて固定される。このため管継手20は床面30に回り止め状態で固定される。

上記実施例では、管継手20が回転しないようしっかり把持する手段と上下方向の外力に対しても確実に把持する手段を有する。すなわち、縦配管50を管継手20に時計回りにねじ込んだ時、図1に示すように管継手20の六角部片22がプレート11,12の重ね部分14、15の内側直線片18、19に当接しているため、管継手20の回転が防止できる。また上下方向の外力に対しては管継手20の円周溝21にプレート11,12の内周面23が嵌合して確実に支持されるものである。また簡単に管継手に装着して固定でき、管継手の両端部に管を接続した後でも管継手の側部外方から装着できるので容易に固定できるものである。

以上に説明のように本発明の管継手用固定具は、簡単に管継手に装着して固定でき、組付けの装着ミスが発生せず、管継手を建家内面に軸線方向と回転方向の両方を阻止した状態で容易に施工できる固定具である。
