Claims (5)
- DNAプローブのマイクロアレイを合成するためのフローセルであって、
屈折率を有し、かつ、プローブ合成表面を有する基板と、
前記基板の背部で前記基板に隣接して配置されたブロックとを備え、前記ブロックは、光が出る表面を含み、かつ、前記ブロックは屈折率を有し、前記ブロックと前記プローブ合成表面は、プローブ合成チャンバを形成しており、
前記フローセルは、さらに、
前記ブロックの前記光が出る表面に設けられた反射防止材料層と、
前記チャンバ内のプローブ合成媒体とを備え、前記ブロックは、照射期間中に反応チャンバ内にある前記媒体の屈折率と適合された屈折率を有する材料で構成され、前記ブロックの屈折率と前記媒体の屈折率との適合は、前記ブロックと前記チャンバとの間の界面に生じる反射を最小にするのに十分であるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするフローセル。 - 前記基板は、ホウケイ酸ガラス、溶融石英、及び、溶融シリカからなる群から選択される材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセル。
- 前記ブロックが、溶融石英、ホウケイ酸ガラス、及び、溶融シリカからなる群から選択される材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセル。
- 前記プローブ合成表面は、前記反応チャンバの壁を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセル。
- オリゴマーアレイを合成するためのフローセルであって、前記フローセルは、
プローブを合成する表面を有する基板と、
前記基板の背部に設けられたブロックとを備え、前記ブロックは、入射光を受入れる面を含み、前記入射光を受入れる面は、前記入射光を受入れる面に形成された空隙を有し、前記入射光を受入れる面は、前記基板の表面と共にチャンバを形成し、前記ブロックは、
さらに、光が出る表面を含み、前記光が出る表面は、前記光が出る表面に設けられた反射防止コーティングを有しており、
前記フローセルは、さらに、
前記チャンバ内に入れられた反応媒体を有し、前記ブロックと前記基板は、照射期間中に反応チャンバ内にある前記反応媒体の屈折率と適合された屈折率を有する材料で構成されており、前記ブロックの屈折率及び前記前記基板の屈折率と、前記媒体の屈折率との適合は、前記ブロックと前記チャンバとの間の界面に生じる反射を最小にするのに十分であるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするフローセル。
