【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は棒状化粧品繰出し容器の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
口紅やチックで代表される棒状化粧品繰出し容器として、らせん筒と縦スリット付きの中筒と外筒と袴体を組み合わせた形式のものが知られているが、使用時に外筒を片方の手で摘み、他方の手で袴体を回動する操作が必要であるため煩雑であり、また、部品数が多く、組立てが面倒であるという問題があった。
そこで、実開昭58−112214号公報,実開平1−82819号公報および実開平1−104912号公報には、上端に開口を有する2つ割りの本体に、一端に化粧品を保持した受皿を設け他端にシャッター部を設けたベルトをU字状に内装し、ベルトを摺動操作することによりシャッター部で開口を開閉して化粧品を出没させるようにした形式のこの種容器が提案されている。
これら先行技術によれば、片手で容器をもちながらその手の指先でボタンを動かすことで棒状化粧品を出没することができ、キヤップなどの部品を省略できる点でメリットがある。

しかし、これら先行技術は、容器本体の縦孔から突出している操作片によりベルトを摺動させると、シャッター部が開口に向かって曲がる際などに摺動抵抗によってベルトが厚さ方向に波状に屈曲変形しやすく、その部分が容器内面に強接するためシブリが生じ、化粧品のスムーズな繰出しを行えなくなるという問題があった。
さらに、先行技術では、ベルトガイド面が軸線と直角の断面が直線状である関係から、容器本体の軸線と直角の断面が少なくとも一面が平らな角ばった機械的な特有の形状となる。そのため、汎用の回転式の繰出し容器と比べて外観のスマートさや優雅さに欠けるという問題があった。

この対策として本発明者は、特開平8−126525号公報において、2つ割の本体と、受皿と操作ボタンを備えた可撓性ベルトと、受皿が嵌まる内径と本体の内面に密接する外形形状を有し、本体の縦孔に対向する面とこれと180度変位した面に、可撓性ベルトをその長手方向と直角の断面がわん曲状となるように前記本体内面と協同して整形する周方向曲率付き縦溝をそれぞれ設けた中筒都を組み付けたものを提案した。
この先行技術によれば、軽い操作力で化粧料をスムーズに繰出し作動させることができるが、中筒を使用するため部品数が多くなる点、中筒内を中皿が昇降するようになっているため容器の径が大きくなる点、中筒の回転止めを図る関係から180度対称位置が平坦状ないしこれに近い形状になってしまう点などに問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は前記のような問題点を解消するために創案されたもので、その目的とするところは、軽い操作力で化粧料をスムーズに繰出し作動させることができ、しかも部品数が極めて少なく、しかも断面が真円形状で径が細くスマートな棒状化粧品繰出し容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明は、操作ボタンの移動によりベルトを摺動させ、開口の開閉と棒状化粧品の出没を行う形式の棒状化粧品繰出し容器において、一対の2つ割部体からなる本体と、開口開閉用の幅方向で湾曲した断面形状をなしたシャッター部を一端に有しその近傍には操作ボタンを一体に有し他端には棒状化粧品を取り付ける筒状受皿を有する可撓性ベルトのみからなり、前記一対の2つ割部体には、上端に化粧品出没用の半開口を、また側面には合せ面に沿って前記操作ボタンを突出させるための切欠きをそれぞれ設け、前記一対の2つ割部体の内側下部には軸線を中心として前記可撓性ベルトをUターンさせるための半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝をそれぞれ設ける一方、曲率ガイド溝より上域の一対の2つ割部体の内側には、前記溝状の切欠きの直近位置に、可撓性ベルトの摺動をガイトするため前記曲率ガイド溝の一側開口につながったベルトガイド溝をそれぞれ設け、このベルトガイド溝よりも内側周方向には、前記シャッター部の曲率とほぼ合致する曲率を有し、2つ割部体の合体状態においてシャッター部の幅と略一致する幅となるシャッター部ガイド用の幅広曲率溝をそれぞれ形成し、さらに、この幅広曲率溝の端に段面を有せしめて周方向にそれぞれ肉厚部を形成し、この肉厚部の終端である前記ベルトガイド溝と180度対称位置には下端が前記曲率ガイド溝の他側開口とつながったベルトガイド溝を形成しており、前記肉厚部は、その内面が前記筒状受皿の外径のなす面とほぼ一致し、かつ2つ割部体を合体させた状態での合計周長が筒状受皿の周長の50%を越す受皿ガイド用の弧状曲率面を有している構成としている。
前記筒状受皿は可撓性ベルトと一体に成形されていてもよいし、別体に作られていて可撓性ベルトに固定されるようになっていてもよい。

【作用】
本発明においては、本体の曲率ガイド溝が軸線を中心として半円弧状に構成されていることにより可撓性ベルトが大きな曲率半径でUターンされるとともに、シャッター部が幅方向で湾曲した断面形状をなし、これが本体に形成されている幅広曲率溝面に沿って摺動するため、適切なガイド作用が得られ、可撓性ベルトが薄く柔軟であってもスムーズかつ軽快に棒状化粧品の繰出しを行うことができる。 また、部材としては、2つ割部体と可撓性ベルトだけ、あるいは多くてもこれに受皿が加わるだけの少ないパーツで済み、組立ても、一方の2つ割り部体の厚肉部に受皿を位置させ、可撓性ベルトを曲率ガイド溝に嵌め、シャッター部を幅広曲率面に位置させた状態で他方の2つ割部体を合せるだけでよいため、簡単であり、コストを安くすることができる。
また、中筒など周方向位置決めを要するガイド部材を内蔵しておらず、幅方向で湾曲した断面形状のシャッター部を本体の内面に形成されている幅広曲率溝面で直接ガイドするようにしているため、本体の断面形状を真円形とすることができ、外径が細くスマートで優美な化粧品容器とすることができる。

【実施例】
以下本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。
図1ないし図5は本発明に係る棒状化粧品繰出し容器の第1実施例を示している。
1は合体状態で軸線と直角の外面輪郭が真円形となる本体であり、左右一対の2つ割部体1a,1aからなっている。6は合成樹脂によって薄い帯に作られた可撓性ベルト(ストラップ)である。
前記2つ割部体1a,1aは、上端が傾斜状となっており、ここに合体時に開口2となるべき半円弧状の切欠部2a,2aが形成され、合せ面の片側とりわけ傾斜の下側には合体時に長手方向に伸びる長孔3となるべき溝状の切欠き3a,3aが設けられている。切欠部2a,2aの直下内側とりわけ切欠き3aと180度対称側には可撓性ベルト6の後述するシャッター部60の先端を受容するための係止溝9が形成されている。

また、2つ割部体1a,1aの内側下部には、合せ面側が平坦面4aとなった厚肉の底部4が形成されており、該底部4の平坦面4aには、図1と図5(b)のように、正面からみて軸線を中心として半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝4bが凹設されており、それら曲率ガイド溝4b,4bにより、合体時に可撓性ベルト6の幅よりも適度に大きな曲率ガイド溝が形成されるようになっている。
そして、この実施例では、片方の2つ割部体1aの底部平坦面4aには、前記曲率ガイド溝4bと異なる部位に突起40が設けられており、他方の2つ割部体1aの底部平坦面4aには前記突起40と正対する部位に穴41が設けられており、これら突起40と穴41との嵌合により2つ割部体1a,1aが合体して本体1が構成されるようになっている。

前記可撓性ベルト6は、開口2の開閉と棒状化粧品Aの出没のために本体1に摺動自在に組付けられるもので、図4のように、一端に前記本体1の開口2を閉じ得る大きさのシャッター部60を一体に有し、他端には連結部61を介して筒状の受皿6aが一体に形成されている。そして、前記シャッター部60の近傍には摺動操作用の操作ボタン62が一体形成されている。シャッター部60はベルトの幅よりも大きく、図6のように幅方向内向きに湾曲した断面形状となっている。そしてベルトとの境界部位をヒンジとして適度に傾斜できるようになっている。
前記半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝4b,4bにより形成される曲率ガイド溝の幅は、前記可撓性ベルト6の幅よりも適度に大きく、深さも可撓性ベルトの厚さよりも適度に大きくなっている。

2つ割部体1a,1aの内側には、前記溝状の切欠き3aの直近位置に可撓性ベルト6の摺動をガイトするためのベルトガイド溝8がそれぞれ設けられおり、該ベルトガイド溝8は軸線方向に伸び前記曲率ガイド溝4bの一側開口につながっている。2つ割部体1a,1aのベルトガイド溝8,8は合体状態において、可撓性ベルトの幅よりも適度に大きくなっている。
また、このベルトガイド溝8よりも内側周方向には前記シャッター部60をガイドするための幅広曲率溝8aが形成され、さらに、この幅広曲率溝8aの端に段面81を有せしめるようにして周方向に肉厚部8bが形成され、この肉厚部8bの終端すなわち前記ベルトガイド溝8と180度対称位置にはベルトガイド溝8’が形成されている。

前記幅広曲率溝8a,8aはシャッター部60の曲率とほぼ合致する曲率を有し、かつ、2つ割部体1a,1aの合体状態において、全体としてシャッター部60の幅と略一致する幅となり、肉厚部8bとの境界の段面81,81によってシャッター部60の横ずれを防止するようになっている。
前記肉厚部8bは図5(c)のように合せ面の中心Cを中心とする弧状曲率面82を有しており、該弧状曲率面82の径は受皿6aの外径とほぼ一致し、かつ2つ割部体1a,1aを合体させた状態での弧状曲率面82,82の合計面積が受皿6aの周長の50%を越すようになつている。
前記肉厚部8bは軸線方向では基端が底部4にあり、この位置から軸線方向に等厚、当幅の状態で伸びるが、溝状の切欠き3aの終端のやや手前から傾斜して幅が減少し、前記係止溝9の下側とほぼ合致する位置で終端となつている。
したがって幅広曲率溝8aは図5(b)のように始端から軸線方向に沿って同じ幅で伸び、溝状の切欠き3aの終端のやや手前から漸次拡がって終端部8a’を形成しており、これによりシャッター部60を円滑に前傾させて溝状の切欠き3aに誘導するように構成している。

ベルトガイド溝8’,8’は2つ割部体1a,1aの合体状態において、可撓性ベルトの幅よりも適度に大きくなっており、下端側が前記半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝4bの他側開口につながっている。そして、上端は図1のように係止溝9より適度に下方すなわち受皿6aの最大突出位置に対応する位置で終わっている。
前記受皿6aは筒状をなし、溝状の切欠き3aと180度対称位置の外周面から半径方向にピン状の連結部61が突出形成され、それが可撓性ベルト6の端部につながっている。かかる連結部61の軸線方向への平行移動をガイドするため、ベルトガイド溝8’を構成する肉厚部8bの端には図2と図3のように突起83が設けられており、したがつて、2つ割部体1a,1aの合体状態においてベルトガイド溝8’,8’は図2のように内方にスリット84が形成されている。
前記受皿6aは溝状の切欠き3a側に対応する周方向位置でかつ軸線方向では下半部の範囲に円弧状のストッパー用突起64を有しており、繰出し時において、該ストッパー用突起64が図1(b)のように本体1の開口2に隣接する上端隅部7に当接することにより受皿6aの上昇限を規制するようになつている。

前記操作ボタン62は本体1の縦孔3を貫く軸部620を有し、該軸部620の下端が可撓性ベルト6に一体に連結形成されている。
この実施例では、操作ボタン62をぐらつかさせずに安定した操作を行なえるようにするため、操作ボタン62を形成した領域だけベルト幅を広くしており、その広幅ベルト部分6’は軸部620の基端両側に対応する部位に厚さ方向を貫く窓穴621,621が設けられている。この窓穴621,621はベルト操作ボタン62の型抜きを容易にするためであつて、特に必要ではない。このように操作ボタン62に対応する部分が広幅ベルト部分6’となっているため、この幅に対応するように前記ベルトガイド溝8,8の幅は広くなつている。しかし、操作ボタン62を形成したベルト領域は必ずしも広幅とする必要はない。

前記可撓性ベルト6は長手方向と直角の断面が図7(b)のように平らであってもよいが、好ましくは、図7(a)のように成形状態において湾曲形状とする。こうすることによりアングル効果が生じ、従来のような幅方向で直線状のまま摺動する場合に比べて実質的に可撓性ベルト6の強度が増すため、可撓性ベルト6が薄く柔軟であっても使用状態では十分に腰が強くなる。この断面形状に対応するようにベルトガイド溝8,8,8’,8’の底面を湾曲状にすることも推奨される。 なお、場合によっては受皿6aは可撓性ベルト6と別体に成形され、機械的に連結することで一体化してもよい。この場合には、図8のように受皿6aに横穴65を形成する一方、可撓性ベルト6に連結用ピン部66を形成しておき、該連結用ピン部66を横穴65に嵌入すればよい。

なお、いずれの実施例においても、本体1の外周には必要に応じて蒸着、転写接着、圧入等の手段により金属光沢面を形成してもよい。
棒状化粧品Aは受皿6aに直接嵌着してもよいし、カプセル式の棒状化粧品Aを用いる場合には、受皿6aを2体に分割し、第1の受皿の内壁に係止用環状突起を設け、第2受皿(中皿)の外周には環状溝を設け、棒状化粧品Aをカプセルから押し出して第2受皿に保持させ、その状態で第2受皿を第1の受皿に嵌着することで結合させるようにすればよい。
また、この実施例では2つ割部体1a,1aの合体機構として突起40と凹部41を用いているが、これに限らず、1方の2つ割部体1aの合せ面縁部に沿って舌状突起を設け、他方の2つ割部体1aの合せ面縁部に沿って対応する嵌合用溝を設ける構造であってもよい。

【実施例の作用】
次に、実施例に示すものの使用方法と作用を説明する。
本発明による棒状化粧品繰出し容器を得るにあたっては、図4のような分解状態とし、たとえば左側の2つ割部体1aの肉厚部8bに受皿6aを接触させ、受皿6aよりも先の可撓性ベルト6を図示するようにU字状に湾曲させて半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝4bに嵌め、操作ボタン62の軸部620を溝状の切欠き3aに臨ませるようにしつつ、シャッター部60を幅広曲率溝8aに当接させる。この状態で、右側の2つ割部体1aを左側の2つ割部体1aにかぶさるように合せればよく、これで2つ割部体1a,1aが合体するとともに、受皿6aと可撓性ベルト6が内部に組み込まれた完成品となる。したがって、組立てが非常に簡単である。
前記組み込み時に曲率ガイド溝4bが本体の軸線を中心として半円弧状に形成されており、Uリターン部の曲率半径が大きい。従って、可撓性ベルト6は無理に屈曲させられず、可撓性ベルト6を薄く柔軟に構成できることと相まってスプリングバックがほとんど生じない。

従って、可撓性ベルト6と棒状化粧品Aは軽易な操作力によってスムーズに移動し、シャッター部60により開口の開閉を長期にわたって円滑に行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した本発明の請求項1によれば、本体1を構成する2つ割部体1a,1aの内側下部に軸線を中心とする半円弧状の曲率ガイド溝4bを有しているため可撓性ベルト6のリターン曲率半径を大きくとることができ、この部分での摺動抵抗を少なくすることができる。さらに、シャッター部60が幅方向で湾曲した断面形状をなし、2つ割部体1a,1aにはベルトガイド用溝8,8よりも内側にシャッター部ガイド用の幅広曲率溝8a,8aを形成しているため、幅広曲率溝8a,8aと湾曲状のシャッター部60により可撓性ベルト6の腰が強くなり、摺動時に屈曲したり折れたりしない。また、肉厚部8bとの境界の段面81,81によってシャッター部60の横ずれを防止する。そのため、棒状化粧品をスムーズに繰り出すことができる。
しかも、幅広曲率溝8a,8aの端から筒状受皿6aの外径と略合致する弧状曲率面82を有する厚肉部8bを周方向に形成して筒状受皿6aの昇降を直接本体だけでガイドするようにしているため、部品としては2つ割部体1a,1aと可撓性ベルト6というごく少ない部品数で足り、組立ても筒状受皿を一方の2つ割部体1aの厚肉部8bに載せ、可撓性ベルト6を曲率ガイド溝4にはめてUターンさせ、他方の2つ割部体1aを合せるだけでよいため非常に簡単であり、安価に作ることができる。
さらに、幅方向で湾曲した断面形状のシャッター部60を2つ割部体1a,1aの内面に形成されている幅広曲率溝面8a,8aで直接ガイドするようにしていることと、厚肉部8bは、その内面が前記筒状受皿6aの外径のなす面とほぼ一致し、かつ2つ割部体1a,1aを合体させた状態での合計周長が筒状受皿6aの周長の50%を越す受皿ガイド用の弧状曲率面82を有し、受皿6aの昇降を直接ガイドするようにしていることにより、本体1の断面形状を細い真円形とすることができ、外径が細くスマートで優美な化粧品容器とすることができるというすぐれた効果が得られる。
