Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a toilet fastener for attaching an accessory unit to a toilet body in the toilet field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In Western-style toilets, additional functions such as heating, aroma, washing and drying are attached to the toilet body as an accessory unit. This accessory unit is configured with a toilet seat and a lid in a relationship on the toilet seat side. As for the mounting structure, consideration must be given to the point that the mounting part is thick due to the material of the toilet body, and to maintenance and inspection. For this reason, the fasteners need to be devised in terms of corrosion resistance, installation / removal operability on the toilet body side, and the weight increases as the number of functions increases.
[0003]
FIG. 11 shows a conventional mounting structure of an accessory unit and an example of a fastener thereof. Reference numeral 50 denotes a mounting portion on the toilet body side. A mounting hole 50a penetrating vertically is provided here. Reference numeral 51 denotes an attachment portion on the side of the incidental unit. A mounting hole 51a having a lower opening is provided here. The fastener 60 includes a rod-shaped member 61, a cylinder member 63 having a nut 62, and a lock member 64 assembled to the cylinder member 63. The bar-shaped member 61 is provided so as to protrude from the lower surface of the attachment portion 51 of the incidental unit by screwing the upper portion 61a into the attachment hole 51a. A plurality of hook-shaped engaging portions 61 b are provided in the vertical direction on the outer peripheral portion inserted into the cylindrical member 63. The cylindrical member 63 includes a flange portion 63a projecting on the upper outer periphery, a male screw 63b that is provided on the lower outer periphery and engages with the nut 62, a pair of openings 63c cut out in a substantially intermediate radial direction, 63c and a latching piece 63d provided to divide 63c vertically. The lock member 64 includes a pair of elastic pieces 64b provided on the lower ring portion 64a, a semi-cylindrical locking portion 64c provided on the upper inner surface side of the elastic piece 64b and engaged with and disengaged from the engaging portion 61b, and a hook. And a recess 64d that engages with and disengages from the stop piece 63d.
[0004]
In the attaching operation, a plurality of fasteners are used, and as shown in FIG. 11A, among each fastener, the rod-like member 61 is attached to the accessory unit side, and the tubular member 63 is attached to the toilet body side via the nut 62. . Further, the lock member 64 is assembled to the cylindrical member 63 through the engagement of the concave portion 64d and the latching piece 63d. From this state, the accessory unit is placed on the toilet body so that the rod-shaped member 61 is inserted into the tubular member 63. Then, in the incidental unit, as shown in (b), the rod-shaped member 61 is pushed into the cylindrical member 63 by the load of the incidental unit, and the hook of the engaging portion 61b hits the locking portion 61b to shake the elastic piece 64b. It engages with the half hook of the latching part 61b of the corresponding location while moving and is attached to the toilet bowl body. The fastener 60 is excellent in mounting workability because, for example, the installation work only places the accessory unit on the toilet body, the rod-shaped member 61 cannot be seen, and the distal end side of the tubular member 63 is also in a place where the toilet body cannot be seen. Therefore, appearance characteristics are also excellent.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional structure, as shown in the schematic enlarged portion of FIG. 11, the hook 65 of the engaging portion 61b on the rod-like member 61 side is engaged with the half hook 66 of the locking portion 64c in order, so that the hook 65 and In addition to the gap S between the half-saddles 66, the engagement of the collar 65 with the half-saddle 66 may not coincide with when the accessory unit (attachment portion 51) contacts the toilet body (attachment portion 50). There is a risk that the unit will rattle from the toilet body by an amount corresponding to the pitch of the bowl 65 or the like. Further, the rod-like member 61 may not be applied with a screw structure as shown in the example of FIG. 11 depending on the material on the side of the accessory unit, but may be applied with a retaining structure as shown in FIG. That is, the rod-shaped member 61 has a head portion 11 and is prevented from coming off while the head portion 11 is housed in the recess 2b on the side of the accessory unit. In this structure, since the head 11 is disposed in the recess 2b with a slight margin, that is, a play S1, the accessory unit becomes a factor that rattles the toilet body up and down in accordance with the size of the play S1. In addition, in terms of design, the opening 63c is formed to be slightly large so that the locking portion 64c of the lock member 64 can be securely inserted into and removed from the opening 63c in the attached state of FIG. For this reason, when the accessory unit receives an upward load, the lock member 64 and the rod-shaped member 61 move upward together until the upper end surface of the locking portion 64c is brought into contact with the upper edge of the opening 63 and is restricted. It may be rattled by movement. Such rattling is difficult even when trying to correct after the mounting operation.
[0006]
The present invention aims to solve the above-described problems. Specifically, it is to improve the product quality and reliability by making it possible to surely eliminate the above-mentioned rattling occurrence factor so that the attachment state of the accessory unit can be further stabilized. Other objects will be clarified sequentially in the contents described below.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, as illustrated in the drawings, removably couples an accessory unit (side attachment portion 2) to a toilet body (side attachment portion 1). A rod-shaped member 10 that protrudes and has an engaging portion 13 on the outer periphery of the shaft, and an opening 28 that exposes the engaging portion 13 of the rod-shaped member 10 that is fixed to the mounting hole 1a of the toilet body 1 and is inserted through the inside. The cylindrical member 20, the elastic piece 42 assembled to the cylindrical member 20 and disposed in the cylinder axial direction, and the engagement member 13 of the rod-like member 10 is engaged with and disengaged through the opening 28 provided on the elastic piece. In the toilet bowl fastener 4 having a locking member 40 having a locking portion 43, the tubular member 20 has an upper socket 21 having a male screw 24 on the outer periphery and fixed to the mounting hole 1a of the toilet body. , A female on the upper inner periphery together with the opening 28 The lower socket 25 is divided into a lower socket 25 having 8 a, and the lower socket 25 is assembled to the upper socket 21 so as to be able to rotate and move through the engagement of the male and female screws 24, 8 a, and engages with the locking portion 43. In a state where it is engaged with the portion 13, when it is rotated downward through the male / female screw and moved downward, the lock member 40 can be pushed to move the lock member and the rod-shaped member 10 downward. It is characterized by.
[0008]
As for the above fastener 4, the rod-shaped member 10 protrudes in an incidental unit, and the upper socket 21 is fixed to the attachment hole 1a of a toilet bowl main body via a nut etc. The lower socket 25 is assembled by being screwed into the male screw 24 protruding from the mounting hole 1 a of the upper socket 21, and the lock member 40 is assembled to the lower socket 25 by fitting the opening 28 and the engaging portion 43. In this state, the accessory unit is placed on the toilet body so that the rod-shaped member 10 is inserted into the upper and lower sockets 21 and 25 with a predetermined load. Then, the engaging portion 13 of the rod-shaped member 10 is engaged with the engaging portion 43 of the lock member 40 disposed in the lower socket 25 with the swing of the elastic piece 42. Thereafter, when the lower socket 25 is rotated through the male / female screws 24 and 8a and moved downward, the lower socket 25 strongly contacts the elastic piece 42 of the lock member 40 and engages with the lock member and the lock member. The rod-shaped members 10 are moved downward together. In other words, in this structure, after attaching the accessory unit to the toilet body, the bar-like member 10 is moved slightly downward together with the lock member 40, so that the play and pitch deviation between the engaging portion 13 and the engaging portion 43 described above are eliminated. Can be absorbed by the rod-like member 10 when the head member 11 is housed in the concave portion 2b of the accessory unit to prevent it from coming off, and the accessory unit can be securely attached to the toilet body. Can be fixed stably.
[0009]
The above invention is more preferably embodied as in claims 2-5. That is,
First, the lower socket 25 has a configuration in which an upper outer periphery is formed in an operation portion 26 having a large diameter, and is rotated using the operation portion. This is because the lower socket 25 has the large-diameter operation portion 26, for example, to make it easier to rotate the lower socket 25 even in a state where it cannot be visually observed (blown work), or to attach another member (the nut 5 of the embodiment). This is designed to prevent accidental rotation.
Secondly, the opening 28 and the elastic piece 42 are provided in pairs, and the lower socket 25 protrudes on both sides of the opening and has a holding rib 31 for restricting the corresponding elastic piece therebetween. It is the structure which has. For example, in the operation of rotating and moving the lower socket 25 described above, even if the elastic piece 42 receives stress in the lateral or peripheral direction, the engaging portion 43 and the engaging portion are held by the holding ribs 31 on both sides. Significantly, the swinging of the elastic piece 42 is restricted so that the engagement with 13 is not inadvertently released.
Thirdly, the upper socket 21 is fixed to the toilet body via a nut 5 that is secured to the toilet body by an upper flange portion 22 and screwed with the male screw 24, and the lower socket 25 is fixed to the operation portion 26 by the operation portion 26. The lock member 40 can be moved upward along the male screw 24 until it contacts the lower end of the upper socket 21, and the lock member 40 is rotated from a state where the elastic piece 42 contacts the lower end surface of the operation portion 26. It is the structure moved down. In particular, when the lower socket 25 is rotated and the rod-like member 10 is moved downward together with the lock member 40 so that the lower socket 25 and the lock member 40 are operatively connected, the amount of rotation of the lower socket 25 is reduced. To enable one-touch operation.
Fourth, the lower socket 25 forms the female screw 8a with an inner nut 8 assembled to the upper inner periphery of the lower socket, or forms the female screw 8a integrally with the upper inner periphery of the lower socket. Either. The former specifies form example and modification 1, and the latter specifies modification 2.

The center hole 41a of the ring portion 41 has a diameter that allows the distal end cylindrical portion 27a of the lower socket 25 to be inserted. Each elastic piece 42 has a plate width that fits between the holding ribs 31, and is disposed along the opening 28 from the tip tube portion 27 a with the tip tube portion 27 a inserted through the center hole 41 a. The locking portion 43 is provided on the inner side of the tip of the elastic piece 42, and is engaged with the engaging portion 13 to prevent the rod-like member 10 from being pulled out and locked when the rod-shaped member 10 is pushed into the lower socket 25 from the upper socket 21. Yes, it is arranged in the cylindrical member 27 from the upper opening 28a. The locking portion 43 includes a plurality of semi-cylindrical claws 43 a corresponding to the circular flange 13 a of the engaging portion 13. Each recessed part 45 is recessed outside so as to receive the latching part 29, and is a place where the dimension between both elastic pieces 42 is the largest. Between the recess 45 and the locking portion 43, there is provided a holding portion 46 that rides on the latching portion 29 when the recess 45 is released from the latching portion 29 with the swinging displacement of the elastic piece 42. It has been. The protrusion 44 forms an upper tapered surface that gradually expands outward.
[0018]
(Usage Procedure) A plurality of the fasteners 4 are used when the accessory unit 2 is detachably attached to the toilet body 1. In this case, as described above, the rod-like member 10 is attached to the accessory unit 2, the upper socket 21 is attached to the toilet body 1 via the nut 5, and the lower socket 25 is connected to the upper socket via male and female screws 24, 8 a. 21 is attached. Thereafter, the lock member 40 is assembled to the lower socket 25. In this operation, both elastic pieces 42 are positioned between the corresponding holding ribs 31, 31 as shown in FIGS. 1B, 3, and 4, and the distal end cylindrical portion 27 a of the lower socket 25 is placed between the elastic pieces 42. The lock member 40 is pushed upward so as to be inserted into the center hole 41a. Then, both elastic pieces 42 move upward while being elastically displaced away from each other, that is, outward due to the presence of the protrusion 44 from the stage where the locking portion 43 reaches the lower opening 28b, and the protrusion 44 falls into the upper opening 28a. When it is restored to its original vertical state. In this state, the locking portion 43 enters the upper opening 28a, and the concave portion 45 engages with the latching portion 29 and is prevented from coming off, so that the regulation rib 32 protrudes from between the elastic pieces 42. FIG. 1A shows a state in which the lock member 40 is assembled to the lower socket 25 in this way.
[0019]
(Operation) Next, the accessory unit 2 is attached to the toilet body 1. In this case, the accessory unit 2 is lifted as shown in FIG. 1A and positioned so that the rod-like member 10 is put into the through hole 21a of the upper socket 21. When the accessory unit 2 is lowered from the state and placed on the corresponding portion of the toilet body 1, the rod-like member 10 is moved upward by the play S1 dimension of the recess 2b as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. After the circular hook 13a hits the uppermost claw 43a, the circular hook 13a engages with the plurality of claws 43a with elastic displacement to the outside of the elastic piece 42 due to the load of the incidental unit 2. In this structure, as a final process, the lower socket 25 is slightly moved downward through screwing of the male and female screws 24 and 8a. FIG. 2A shows a state after the lower socket 25 is moved down in this way. That is, when the lower socket 25 is gripped by the large-diameter operation portion 26 and is rotated in a direction in which the female screw 8a is removed from the male screw 24, the lower socket 25 is moved downward through the screwing of the male / female screws 24 and 8a. Then, after strongly hitting the elastic piece 42 of the lock member 40, the lock member 40 and the rod-shaped member 10 engaged with the lock member 40 are both moved downward. The head 11 of the rod-like member 10 is strongly pressed against the lower surface of the recess 2b. Correspondingly, the accessory unit 2 moves from the upper state to the lower state, that is, on the toilet body 1 as shown in FIG. The packing 3 is crushed (directly when the packing 3 is omitted). At the same time, each claw 43a of the locking portion 43 is pushed downward, so that it is brought into close contact with the state from the upper side in FIG. As a result, it is possible to absorb the play between the engaging portion 13 and the locking portion 43, which has been a cause of rattling, and the occurrence of looseness due to pitch deviation, and the accessory unit 2 can be securely and securely attached to the toilet body 1. Can be fixed in a more stable state.
[0020]
The above accessory unit 2 may be removed from the toilet body 1 for repair or replacement after a long-term use, or for replacement with a new function-added unit. In that case, as shown in FIG. 1B, the engagement of the lock member 40 with the lower socket 25, that is, the engagement between the latching portion 29 and the recess 45 is released, and the auxiliary unit 2 is lifted from the toilet body 1. 2A, for example, the index finger and the middle finger are hooked on the ring portion 41, the thumb is applied to the tip (lower end surface) of the lower socket 25, and the index finger and the middle finger are pulled to the thumb side. Then, after the recess 45 is detached from the latching portion 29 with the swinging displacement of the elastic piece 42 in the outward direction, the holding portion 46 rides on the latching portion 29. The elastic piece 42 is held in an expanded state in which the elastic piece 42 is oscillated and displaced by the ride. Each claw 43a releases the engagement with each circular rod 13a when the recess 45 is detached from the latching portion 29.
[0021]
(Modification 1) FIG. 9 shows an example in which the operation unit 26 of the lower socket 25 and the mounting hole 1a of the toilet body 1 are modified with respect to the above-described fastener 4. Since this structure is basically the same as the above-described embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same functional parts, and only the changes are described. The operation portion 26 is formed to have substantially the same size as the outer diameter of the nut 5, and the inner nut 8 is mounted inside. That is, the modified example 1 shows that the operation portion 26 can be rotated even if the diameter is not larger than that of the nut 5, and the lower socket 25 and the lock member 40 are somewhat visible when the fastener 4 is used. This is an example suitable for an easy toilet type. On the other hand, a recess 1b for receiving the flange portion 22 of the upper socket 21 is provided above the mounting hole 1a. Therefore, in this structure, the flange portion 22 is put in the recess 1b, and even if the number of the fasteners 4 is reduced, the gap between the accessory unit 2 and the toilet body 1 is reduced and the attached state is reduced. It becomes possible to maintain the stability.
[0022]
(Modification 2) FIG. 10 shows an example in which the female screw 8a is formed directly on the inner diameter of the lower socket 25 with respect to the above-described fastener 4, and the rest is substantially the same as the above embodiment. In this embodiment, since the lower socket 25 is molded with the female screw 8a, the molding die becomes somewhat complicated. However, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the number of parts due to the inner nut 8. Easy to do. As described above, the present invention only needs to have the technical requirements specified in claim 1, and can be variously modified according to the toilet form, the number of production lots, and the like.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the toilet fastener of the present invention, the lower socket is screwed to the upper socket, and when the lower socket is rotated and moved downward along the upper socket, the lock member is pushed to move the lower socket. Since the lock member and the rod-shaped member can be moved downward, the play occurs due to play and pitch deviation between the conventional engaging portion and the locking portion, and the rod-shaped member has a head-like concave shape as in the embodiment. It is possible to absorb the occurrence of looseness caused by being housed in the portion and preventing it from coming off. As a result, the product according to the present invention eliminates the cause of rattling between the conventional accessory unit and the toilet body while maintaining attachment operability, detachability, appearance, etc., and stabilizes the attachment state of the accessory unit. And it can maintain reliably and can improve the quality and reliability of the toilet bowl applied.
