Description

【0001】

【0033】

By the way, in the case where the pinions 12 are arranged at both ends of the movable rod 9 and both the pinions 12 are connected by the interlocking shaft 13, the movable rod 9 is forcibly forced when one of the pinions 12 stops moving due to, for example, dust. Trying to move or applying a strong impact on one side of the movable rod 9 beyond normal operation, a strong force is applied to the meshing part of one pinion 12 and the rack 11, and the teeth of the pinion 12 and the rack 11 are damaged. And meshing deviation (tooth skipping) may occur.
[0029]
In order to solve this problem, a torsion spring 56 as an absorbing member that absorbs an excessive force applied to one pinion is provided between at least one pinion 12 and the interlocking shaft 13 as shown in FIG. ing. In this case, a connection member 60 is provided between one pinion 12 and the interlocking shaft 13, and a torsion spring 56 is incorporated in the connection member 60. The connecting member 60 includes a first member 61 having a keyed fitting hole 61 a that fits to the pinion shaft 38 of the pinion 12, and a keyed fitting shaft portion that is inserted and fitted to one end of the interlocking shaft 13. And a second member 62 having 62a. The first member 61 is provided with a shaft hole portion 61b in which a protruding shaft portion 62b protruding from the shaft end of the second member 62 is rotatably fitted. A torsion spring 56 is loosely fitted on the projecting shaft portion 62a between the first member 61 and the second member 62, one end of the torsion spring 56 is connected to the first member 61, and the other end of the torsion spring 56 is the second member. 62 is fixed to each. In a normal opening / closing operation of the movable rod 9, the torsion spring 56 is only slightly twisted, and a slight tilt occurs in the movable rod 9, but it does not affect the operability.
[0030]
According to the opening device 1 or the roll type screen door (roll type shielding device) having the above-described configuration, the roll type screen door 6 winds up the net body 7 and the storage unit that winds and stores the net body 7. 8, a movable rod 9 that pulls out the net body 7 from the forward tilting storage portion 8, guide portions 10 and 10 that slidably guide both end portions of the movable rod 9, and the respective guide portions 10 and 10. Racks 11, 11 provided on the racks 11, pinions 12, 12 meshing with the racks 11, 11, and an interlocking shaft 9 that is rotatably supported along the movable rod 9 and connects the two pinions 12, 12. A stop mechanism 14 for stopping the movable rod 9 at an arbitrary position, and an operating portion 37 for operating the stop mechanism 14 is provided on the movable rod 9, and the operation portion 37 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the movable rod 9. The length of the movable rod 9 is You can operate the operation knob 55 at any position in the direction, excellent operability.
[0031]
That is, since the movable rod 9 is provided with a long operation knob 55 along the longitudinal direction of the movable rod 9 as the operation portion 37, the movable rod 9 can be operated at any position in the longitudinal direction of the movable rod 9. It is possible to easily operate the knob 55 to release the stop state of the stop mechanism 14, and to easily open and close the roll screen 6 by operating the movable rod 9, thereby improving operability. I can plan. The guides 10 and 10 are provided with racks 11 and 11, the pinions 12 and 12 meshing with the racks 11 and 11 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the movable rod 9, and both the pinions 12 and 12 are connected by the interlocking shaft 13. Since they are connected, the movable rod 9 can be translated easily and smoothly, and the operability of the roll screen door 6 can be improved. Furthermore, in the embodiment, since the friction type braking member is not used as the stopping mechanism, the durability such as wear of the braking member is deteriorated, and the quality varies due to the accuracy of construction and production, sand, dust, etc. There is no going out. Also, unlike the structure in which the movable rod is locked to the door edge of the shoji with a latch component, even if the shoji is light, the movable rod and shoji will move freely with the force of the spring for winding the net. There is no problem.
[0032]
