Claims (10)
- 搾乳用家畜の飼育方法であって、
岡山県の蒜山高原に産する水を、永久磁石により発生する磁束間を通す活性化処理をし、前記活性化処理した後の活性化処理水を、当該地で採草した牧草とともに前記搾乳用家畜に与えることにより、前記搾乳用家畜のビタミンD3およびEの血中濃度を高めることを特徴とする搾乳用家畜の飼育方法。 - 請求項1記載の搾乳用家畜の飼育方法において、
前記水は、中蒜山の麓の八束村下福田に湧く水を使用することを特徴とする搾乳用家畜の飼育方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の搾乳用家畜の飼育方法において、
前記活性化処理は、N極とS極とを対抗させた少なくとも1対の永久磁石を通水管を隔てて配設し、前記永久磁石間の磁束を臨む位置に通水管を隔てて1対の非磁性導電性金属板を前記通水管の内部と導通することなく対抗して配設し、前記通水管内を水が通過することにより前記磁束及び流水の向きと直交方向に生じる電界を前記非磁性導電性金属板にて遮断することにより電子の漏洩を阻止し、前記電子を前記通水管内の流水に作用させると共に、前記永久磁石の磁力により処理することを特徴とする搾乳用家畜の飼育方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の搾乳用家畜の飼育方法において、
前記搾乳用家畜とは、ジャージー種の乳牛であることを特徴とする搾乳用家畜の飼育方法。 - 請求項4に記載の搾乳用家畜の飼育方法により飼育した前記ジャージー種の乳牛から搾乳したことを特徴とする食品用生乳。
- 請求項5に記載の食品用生乳において、大腸菌群の検査項目が、乳及び乳製品の成分規格に照らして陰性であることを特徴とする食品用生乳。
- 請求項5または6に記載の食品用生乳において、一般細菌数が、102/mlのオーダーであることを特徴とする食品用生乳。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の食品用生乳において、ビタミンAのレチノール等量に換算した含有量が、70μg/100g以上であることを特徴とする食品用生乳。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の食品用生乳において、ビタミンDの含有量が、0.1μg/100g以上であることを特徴とする食品用生乳。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の食品用生乳において、ビタミンEの含有量が、α−トコフェロールに換算して0.2μg/100g以上であることを特徴とする食品用生乳。
