Claims (11)
- 上方向が開口した複数のウェルであって、前記各ウェルは、前記各ウェルの対向する一対の角を定めるものである隣接した一対の壁を有し、ほぼ四角形の断面を持つウェルを具えたウェルプレートと、該ウェルプレートに重ねられる挿入プレートとを具えるマルチウェルプレート組み立て品であって、前記挿入プレートは前記ウェルプレートの前記ウェルの全てをほぼ覆う上面を有しており、該上面には前記ウェルに対応して配列された複数の挿入物が形成されており、前記各挿入物は前記上面から下方向に突き出した側壁を有しており、前記ウェルの前記角の一つにほぼ重ねあわされ、複数のアクセスポートが前記ウェルの個々に位置合わせされるとともに、前記アクセスポートのそれぞれは、ウェルにおける挿入物の側壁がはめ込まれる角と向かい合わせの角にほぼ隣接する位置に設けられ、かつ前記アクセスポートは前記上面を貫いて形成された第1部分と、前記挿入プレートの上面付近の挿入物の側壁に制限された長さの開口ノッチを画成する第2部分とを含むことを特徴とするマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- さらに前記挿入プレートの上に重ねられるカバーを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記各ウェルは底面を有し、前記各挿入物の側壁は前記ウェル個々の底面から空間があいていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記各挿入物はさらに前記側壁の底面に固定された多孔質の膜を具えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記各挿入物は内側に凸状となる外部領域部分であって前記アクセスポートの前記ノッチに揃えられた部分を含んでおり、ピペットは少なくとも部分的に前記アクセスポート及び前記側壁の外方向にへこんだ部分の中に挿入され得ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記挿入プレートの前記上面上に形成された前記アクセスポートの一部は、下向きでかつ前記各ウェルの内側に向かった斜角面(chamfer)とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記ノッチによって定められた前記アクセスポートの一部は下向きでかつ前記各ウェルの内側に向かった斜角面(chamfer)とされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記挿入物の前記側壁は、前記各ウェルの前記角の一つを定める隣接する二つの壁とほぼ接するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記各アクセスポートは、前記重ねられた挿入物の側壁の角に対向する前記ウェルの前記角の一つを定める前記隣接する2つの壁とほぼ接するように位置あわせがなされていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 前記各ウェルの底面は斜めになっており、前記ウェルは深い角と浅い角を有しており、前記挿入物は前記ウェルの浅い角で重ねられることを特徴する請求項3に記載のマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
- 上面と複数のウェル部材(component)とを有するプレートを具えるマルチウェルプレート組み立て品において、
前記ウェル部材(component)のそれぞれは、上部部分と、下方室と、前記上部部分と前記下方室との間に伸びる側壁を有し、前記ウェル部材(component)のそれぞれは、ほぼ四角形の断面を持っており、
前記上部部分は、上部室および少なくとも二つのアクセスポートを有し、
前記少なくとも二つのアクセスポートは、前記ウェル部材(component)のそれぞれの、対向する角の間に伸びる対角面に沿って位置あわせがなされており、
膜が、前記下方室から前記上部室を分離しており、
前記アクセスポートのそれぞれは、前記上面を貫いて形成された第1部分および前記側壁に制限された長さの開口ノッチを画成する第2部分を含むことを特徴とするマルチウェルプレート組み立て品。
