【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、基台にパネルを載置し、パネル上にブレーカ等の電気機器を配置して成る住宅用分電盤のパネルの取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の分電盤は、ブレーカ21を載置するパネル22の一部を切り起こして掛止部を設け、掛止部にブレーカ21を掛止させて取り付け位置を決め、図4に示すように、ブレーカ21の左右端部でねじ止めをし固定していた(例えば特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来技術における分電盤では、ブレーカ21をねじ止めするためのスペースが必要となり、パネル22が大きくなっていた。ねじ止めは左右端部で行うため、中央部分の強度が低かった。その他、銅バーが直近にある場合には、パネルに掛止部を設けてブレーカを固定することはできなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本発明は、部品点数を抑え安価に組み立て可能である住宅用分電盤を提供することを目的とし、その構造は、基台の底面には、ブレーカの取り付け位置に対向させた係止部を突設し、係止部には食い切り穴とブレーカに設けられた突出部に対向する取り付け穴とを設けると共に、パネルには食い切り穴に差し込み可能な差し込み部と、取り付け穴に対向する係止穴とを設け、パネルの差し込み部を基台の食い切り穴に差し込み、ブレーカの突出部を取り付け穴と係止穴とに係止させて、ブレーカを固定可能としたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
住宅用分電盤は、基台にパネルを敷き、パネルにブレーカ等の電気機器を配置する。基台にはパネルとブレーカとを共に係止する係止部を突設し、係止部には食い切り穴と取り付け穴とをそれぞれ設ける。パネルには食い切り穴に対向する位置に差し込み部を、取り付け穴に対向する位置に係止穴を設ける。パネルを食い切り穴に差し込み部を差し込み、取り付け穴に係止穴を対向させて基台に載置し、その状態で、ブレーカの突出部を係止穴と取り付け穴とに係止させて、ブレーカを基台に固定すると同時にパネルも基台に固定する。

本発明に係る住宅用分電盤のパネル取り付け構造の実施例を図1〜図2の添付図面に基づいて説明する。

住宅用分電盤は、底面と該底面の四辺に側面を設け、前面に開口を有する箱状の基台1にパネル2を載置し、パネル2上にブレーカ3等の電気機器を配置して構成される。本発明はパネル2の取り付け構造に関する。

基台1には、底面に住宅用分電盤内側に向けて係止部4を突設し、係止部4には食い切り穴5と取り付け穴6とをそれぞれ設ける。

パネル2には、基台1に設けた食い切り穴5に差し込み可能である差し込み部7を形成すると共に、取り付け穴6に対向する位置には係止穴8を設ける。

ブレーカには、端部側面に基台1に固定するための突出部9を形成する。

パネル2の差し込み部7を食い切り穴5に差し込んでパネル取り付けの位置決めをしながら、取り付け穴6に係止穴8を対向させて基台1にパネル2を載置する。その上からブレーカ3を取り付けるが、ブレーカ3の突出部9をパネル2に設けた係止穴8と基台1に設けた取り付け穴6に係止させる。ブレーカ3を基台1に固定すると同時に、パネル2も基台1に固定する。

本発明の住宅用分電盤のパネル取り付け構造に使用するパネルは、配置するブレーカの個数は問わず、複数個載置可能としても、1個のみ載置できるものでもよい。

また、基台に設けるパネル固定用の係止部は食い切り穴に限定されるものではなく、袋状の形状に変更してもよく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において適宜変更可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明は、基台の底面には、ブレーカの取り付け位置に対向させた係止部を突設し、係止部には食い切り穴とブレーカに設けられた突出部に対向する取り付け穴とを設けると共に、パネルには食い切り穴に差し込み可能な差し込み部と、取り付け穴に対向する係止穴とを設け、パネルの差し込み部を基台の食い切り穴に差し込み、ブレーカの突出部を取り付け穴と係止穴とに係止させて、ブレーカを固定可能としたため、ねじ等の他の部品も必要なく、ブレーカとパネルの基台への取り付けが同時に行えるため作業性が向上する。ブレーカの取り付けは差し込むだけでよいため、位置決めも容易である。パネルやブレーカは1個ずつ基台に固定されるため、分岐中央部の強度も増すことができる。
