In recent years, powders used as raw materials for sports drinks and tea have been commercially available. And it is performed that a user melt | dissolves this in water in a bottle and carries it, for example, after having played sports. However, when the time has elapsed since the powder was dissolved, some of the dissolved components may settle in the bottle, and if you drink it as it is, the concentration of the beverage will become thinner at a later time, There is a risk that the sedimented part will stick to the bottom of the bottle and be wasted without being consumed. To avoid this, it is necessary to shake the bottle and stir the beverage. However, when the amount of powder in the water is large, the shake operation must be repeated many times, which is troublesome.

For such problems, the container of Patent Document 1 does not have means for stirring the beverage, and the uneven portion of the container of Patent Document 2 has an action of mixing the tea component and water when drinking the beverage. However, it does not have a stirring function to decompose the precipitate.

The present invention provides a lid that hangs down from the outer periphery of the top wall of the lid body to the top of the peripheral wall of the container body of the top opening so that beverages obtained by dissolving the powder can be poured out with a minimum of shaking operation. In a container with a lid fitted with a peripheral wall, a partition that forms a spout with a cap on a part of the top wall of the lid and divides the interior of the container vertically into two on the peripheral wall of the container It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure in which at least one liquid passage hole is opened in the partition wall.

The first means is
(B) to the peripheral wall upper portion of the container body of the upper opening, made by fitting the lid peripheral wall depending from the outer periphery of the lid top wall, forming a spout 40 with a palatal part of the top wall 34 of the lid In addition, in the container with a lid body , a partition wall 16 that bisects the interior of the container in the vertical direction is attached to the peripheral wall 6 of the container body, and at least one liquid passage hole 18 is opened in the partition wall 16 .
(B) The partition wall 16 is continuously formed by sinking downward from the flange 12 sandwiched between the upper surface of the container body peripheral wall 6 and the back surface of the lid top wall 34,
(C) The partition wall 16 is formed of an inclined wall portion 16a that is tapered from the outer peripheral side to the lower inner side or the upper inner side, and a bottom wall portion 16b that is continuous with the wall portion,
(D) The liquid passage hole 18 formed in the inclined wall portion is a long hole in the radial direction .

With respect to the above-described component (A), the “partition wall” has a function of stirring the beverage as a baffle plate for the beverage that moves up and down in the container by a shake operation by providing a liquid passage hole. The container of this invention has a partition member formed with the said partition and the attaching part for attaching this partition to a container body surrounding wall. There are various attachment methods. For example, a hook-shaped partition wall may be projected downward from a hook portion locked to the upper surface of the container body peripheral wall, or fitted to the inner surface of the container body peripheral wall. You may connect the outer peripheral part of a horizontal plate-shaped partition to the attached cylinder.

The “fluid passage hole” is provided with a length of the hole edge larger than the hole area so as to have an appropriate fluid resistance to the passing liquid. For this purpose, it is desirable to form a plurality (preferably a large number) of liquid passage holes in the partition wall. The liquid passage hole can be formed in an oval shape. The major axis direction of the ellipse may be the radial direction of the container, but may be oriented in the circumferential direction of the container body. In addition, when a single liquid passage hole is provided, the inner surface of the hole may be a non-circular hole in which uneven portions (or bowl-shaped portions) that enter and exit the hole as viewed from the normal direction of the partition wall are continuously formed. it can.

In addition, the container of this invention is not restricted to a drink container, What kind of thing may be sufficient as long as it is necessary to shake the content before pouring.

With regard to the above structural requirement (b), the “trench” is a locking means for the partition wall and also serves as a finger hook. For example, when cleaning the inside of the container, the lid is removed and the finger hook is hooked. So that the partition can be pulled out .

Regarding the above-mentioned component (c), the “inclined wall part” is a stirrer in which the fluid colliding with the wall part is guided to the slope and re-impacts with the corresponding inner surface part of the peripheral wall of the container body. It is provided to enhance the effect. The inclined wall portion (see FIG. 5) constricted inward and downward from the outer peripheral portion collides with the liquid portion on the bottom side of the container body when the container is inverted, and contributes to the generation of turbulent flow. The inclined wall portion (see FIG. 9) that constricts inward collides with the liquid portion on the container body head side when the container is returned to the upright state, and contributes to the generation of turbulent flow.
The inclined wall portion and the bottom wall portion may be provided with vertical hole-shaped liquid passage holes oriented in the vertical direction. By adopting this configuration, the liquid can easily pass through the liquid passage hole of the inclined wall portion, the stirring efficiency is improved, and the mold can be easily removed when the partition member is molded.

The second means includes the first means , and a plurality of liquid passage holes 18 are dispersed throughout the partition wall 16.

These liquid passage holes are provided as small holes evenly distributed over the entire partition wall so that when the container is turned upside down, the beverage adhering to the back surface of the partition wall flows down to the outlet side as much as possible. The liquid passage holes can be arranged regularly or irregularly in the form of dots. Furthermore, the partition wall portion that divides each liquid passage hole can be formed in a mesh shape of various meshes such as a lattice shape and a honeycomb shape that intersect vertically and horizontally as viewed from above.

According to the first aspect of the invention, since at least one liquid passage hole 18 is formed in the partition wall 16 that bisects the inside of the container body, in a normal drink container, the content liquid is not contained in the container in a single shake operation. Where the bottom part and the shoulder part collide twice, both the front and back surfaces of the partition wall collide twice, and the stirring action is enhanced.

According to the invention relating to the first means, since the partition wall 16 is depressed downward from the flange 12 sandwiched between the upper surface of the container body peripheral wall 6 and the back surface of the lid top wall 34, the lid body 30 is removed. Later, the partition wall 16 can be removed by putting the finger on the collar 12 and pulling it up, and the container can be easily washed and filled with beverage powder.
Furthermore, according to the invention relating to the first means, the partition wall 16 has the inclined wall portion 16a that tapers in a tapered shape from the outer peripheral side to the lower inner side or the upper inner side. By re-collision with the corresponding inner wall surface portion of the peripheral wall of the container body, the stirring action of the beverage is further enhanced.
Further, according to the invention relating to the first means, since the liquid passage hole 18 formed in the inclined wall portion is a long hole in the radial direction, the water flow passing through the long hole is once contracted. Rapid expansion increases the degree of turbulence and improves the stirring effect .

According to the invention relating to the second means, since the plurality of liquid passage holes 18 are arranged in the entire partition wall 16, the entire liquid can be efficiently stirred.

1 to 4 show a container with a lid according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

This container is formed of the container body 2, the partition member 10, and the lid body 30.

The container body 2 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and has a wide-mouthed peripheral wall 6 erected from the periphery of the bottom wall 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral wall 6 is desirably provided with a mark 8 indicating a height corresponding to a required amount of water to be put into the container. Similarly, a mark corresponding to the required amount of powder may be provided. When these scales are attached to the outside of the peripheral wall, it is preferable that the peripheral wall of the container is transparent or translucent so that the water level of water can be seen through from the outside. Of course, a scale may be provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall so as to be viewed from above, or the mark may be a step formed at a required height of the inner surface of the peripheral wall.

The partition member 10 is formed in a cup shape in which the lower end of the mounting cylinder 14 hanging from the inner edge of the flange portion 12 is connected to the outer peripheral portion of the horizontal partition wall 16. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the whole partition wall 16 has a large number of liquid passage holes 18 having substantially the same diameter dispersed therein. The partition wall 16 is installed in the upper part of the peripheral wall 6 of the container body 2 and is provided so that the liquid can be stirred at a location relatively close to the spout of the lid body so that the powder component can be absorbed and absorbed. . However, unlike the illustrated example, the mounting cylinder 14 is suspended near the bottom wall 4 of the container body to generate turbulent flow near the bottom wall, and the precipitation component adhering to the bottom wall 4 is wound up by the stirring effect due to the turbulent flow. The solvent may be mixed with water. Further, unlike the illustrated partition member 10, the collar portion can be omitted, inverted in the shape of an inverted cup, and the mounting cylinder can be fitted to, for example, the lower inner surface of the container body peripheral wall. Furthermore, you may provide these cup-shaped partition members and reverse cup-shaped partition members in the upper part and the lower part of a container body, respectively.

The lid 30 hangs from the outer edge of the top wall 34 and the lid peripheral wall 32. This lid peripheral wall 32 is liquid-tightly screwed onto the upper outer surface of the container body peripheral wall 6 so that the wall of the partition wall member 10 is interposed between the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion 36 of the lid top wall 34 and the upper end surface of the container body peripheral wall 6. The part 12 is held in a liquid-tight manner. The top wall portion excluding the outer peripheral portion 36 is a raised wall portion 38 that is raised upward in a dome shape, and the front portion of the raised wall portion is recessed, and a spout 40 is opened from the recessed portion to the upper end. The cylinder 42 is erected. A shallow groove 44 is traversed on the upper surface of the raised wall portion behind the pouring tube, pivoted to the front of the shallow groove, and a small lid 46 with a hemispherical lid attached to the front end of the pivoting arm is pivoted. Protrusively protrudes as possible. The small lid closes the spout 40 in a liquid-tight manner. In addition, the shape of this cover body can be changed suitably.

In the above configuration, when the container is shaken up and down, the beverage stored in the container body 2 moves up and down through the liquid passage hole 18 of the partition wall 16. At this time, the beverage first collides with both the front and back surfaces of the partition wall 16. Then, after further contracting and entering into the liquid passage hole 18, it suddenly expands to make a turbulent flow, and the powder component of the beverage and the water component as the solvent are appropriately stirred. After that, when the small lid 46 is removed and the beverage is sucked from the spout 40, it is possible to drink a beverage in which both components are appropriately mixed.

FIG. 4 is a modification of the present embodiment, in which the concave portion 20 and the convex portion 22 are repeatedly formed on the hole edge of the single liquid passage hole 18, and the ratio of the length of the hole edge to the hole area is shown. It is a big one. When the container is shaken, a turbulent flow is generated from the edge of the hole. Therefore, if the ratio is large, the beverage can be efficiently stirred.

Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In this description, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

5 to 8 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the partition member 10 is formed by sinking the partition wall 16 in a deep dish shape from the flange portion 12, and the partition wall 16 is an inclined wall portion 16 a whose diameter is reduced in a tapered shape from the inner edge of the flange portion 12. And a substantially horizontal bottom wall portion 16b connected to the inner edge of the inclined wall portion. Further, a plurality of liquid passage holes 18 are formed in both the wall portions, and the liquid passage holes are vertical holes oriented in the vertical direction. In particular, the liquid passage hole 18 formed in the inclined wall portion 16a has the inner surface of the hole as a vertical surface in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. In this way, the liquid is provided so that the liquid passes through the liquid passage hole relatively smoothly when the container is shaken up and down. Further, the liquid passage holes 18 drilled in the inclined wall portion 16a are arranged in a radial pattern with equal intervals in the circumferential direction as an ellipse extending in the radial direction. Further, the inner ends of these ellipses bite into the bottom wall 16b side.

In this embodiment, when the container is turned upside down, a part of the liquid on the container body bottom side collides with the inclined wall portion 16a as shown in FIG. 8, and then the container along the inclined surface as shown by an arrow in FIG. After colliding with the corresponding surface portion of the body peripheral wall 6, it is reversed and flows into the liquid passage hole 18. The beverage that has passed through the liquid passage hole has a high turbulence. Thereby, the stirring action with respect to the content liquid becomes large.

FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the partition wall member 10 is formed by projecting an inverted dish-shaped (preferably dome-shaped) partition wall 16 from the lower end of the mounting cylinder 14 depending from the inner edge of the flange 12, and the outer peripheral portion of the partition wall is It is formed in an inclined wall portion 16a that is reduced in diameter inwardly. In this embodiment, when the container is returned from the inverted state to the upright state, the liquid portion on the container head side collides with the corresponding surface portion of the container peripheral wall after colliding with the upper surface of the inclined wall portion 16a. As in the second embodiment, the beverage stirring effect is increased. Further, in the configuration of this embodiment, as shown in the figure, the angle θ formed by the back surface of the outer peripheral edge portion of the inclined wall portion 16a and the peripheral wall portion of the container body below the partition wall is an obtuse angle.
