Description
The present invention relates to an automatic switch with a heat ray sensor.
Conventionally, a heat ray sensor for detecting a heat ray radiated from a human body, a control means for generating a control signal according to the presence or absence of a human body when a heat ray is detected by a heat ray sensor, and a plurality of pairs of electric wires to which electric wires are respectively connected The switch means for turning on and off the electrical connection between the connection terminals and the wire connection terminals constituting the pair according to the control signal output by the control means, the heat ray sensor, the control means, the switch means, and each wire connection terminal, respectively. And an automatic switch with a heat ray sensor that is embedded in an embedding hole provided on the ceiling surface, and includes a housing provided with a window portion that allows heat rays from a predetermined detection range to enter the light receiving surface of the heat ray sensor. Is provided (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
By the way, since the house in recent years has high confidentiality, the air flow which goes downward from the space in an embedding hole may generate | occur | produce by the fluctuation | variation of the atmospheric pressure when a window and a door are opened and closed. Furthermore, a temperature difference often occurs due to air conditioning or the like between the indoor space below the ceiling surface and the space in the embedding hole above the ceiling surface. When such an air flow from the embedded hole hits the heat ray sensor, the temperature of the heat ray sensor changes, which may cause a malfunction.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said reason, The objective is to provide the automatic switch with a heat ray sensor which can suppress the malfunctioning by the airflow which flows in from the space in an embedding hole.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a wire is connected to each of a heat ray sensor that detects a heat ray radiated from a human body, a control unit that generates a control signal according to the presence or absence of the human body when the heat ray is detected by the heat ray sensor. Switch means for turning on / off a plurality of pairs of electric wire connection terminals and electric connection between the electric wire connection terminals constituting the pair in accordance with a control signal output by the control means, a heat ray sensor, a control means, a switch means, and each electric wire connection And a housing provided with a window portion for receiving heat rays from a predetermined detection range on the light receiving surface of the heat ray sensor, and the housing is provided with a window portion on the lower surface and is upward when embedded. A main body portion that is fixed to the ceiling material with the outer surface abutting against the ceiling surface, and at least an electric wire insertion hole that protrudes upward from the upward outer surface of the main body portion and through which the electric wire connected to the electric wire connection terminal is inserted And a terminal block portion that is housed in an embedding hole provided on the ceiling surface when embedded and disposed, and in the housing, a space in which the heat ray sensor is accommodated relative to the space above the main body portion A low-power circuit board is provided in which the heat ray sensor and each circuit component constituting the control means are mounted and stored in the main body of the housing with the thickness direction facing up and down. A high-power board that is mounted with a terminal and each circuit component constituting the switch means and is housed in a housing so that the thickness direction intersects the thickness direction of the low-power board, and the low-power board and the high-power board each have a partition wall And the remaining part of the partition wall is constituted by a partition wall protrusion projecting from the upward inner surface of the housing .
According to this invention, since the airflow flowing in from the space in the embedding hole is blocked by the partition wall, the malfunction caused by the airflow is suppressed as compared with the case where the partition wall is not provided. Further, the housing can be downsized as compared with the case where an annular partition convex portion that surrounds the heat ray sensor and forms a partition with the weak electric substrate is provided in the housing, and the high electric substrate is not part of the partition. Furthermore, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where a part to be a partition that covers the heat ray sensor is added separately.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the window portion is formed of a through hole provided in the lower surface of the main body portion of the housing, and the lens for condensing the heat rays from the detection range to the heat ray sensor, and the lens And a holding frame that rotatably supports the lens around an axis that intersects the housing in a vertical direction, and a fixing portion that is fixed to the housing and a pressing portion that presses the holding frame against the inner surface of the housing from above A lens block that closes the window portion of the housing, and on both sides sandwiching the lens block from the horizontal direction, a finger of a hand is placed between the partition convex portion and the lens block, respectively. It is characterized in that a gap enough to enter is provided.
According to the present invention, the lens block can be easily assembled to the housing as compared with the case where no gap is provided between the partition convex portion and the lens block.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the partition wall for separating the space in which the heat ray sensor is housed from the space above the main body portion, that is, the ceiling side, is provided in the housing, the partition wall is provided on the ceiling surface. Since the airflow flowing from the space in the embedding hole is blocked by the partition wall, the malfunction caused by the airflow is suppressed as compared with the case where the partition wall is not provided. Further, the weak electric substrate and the high electric substrate each constitute a part of the partition wall, and the remaining part of the partition wall is formed by the partition convex portion protruding on the upward inner surface of the housing. Compared to the case where the ring-shaped partition wall protrusions constituting the structure are provided in the housing and the high-voltage substrate is not part of the partition wall, the housing can be made smaller. Furthermore, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where a part to be a partition that covers the heat ray sensor is added separately.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the gap between the convex portions of the partition and the lens block is provided on both sides of the lens block from the horizontal direction so that fingers of the hand can enter. The lens block can be easily assembled to the housing as compared to the case where no gap is provided between the lens block and the lens block.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a heat ray sensor TP that detects a heat ray emitted from the human body and a control signal that generates a control signal according to the presence or absence of the human body when the heat ray is detected by the heat ray sensor TP. The weak
For example, when the output of the heat ray sensor TP exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the control means controls the switch means to turn on the electrical connection between the paired
Hereinafter, the vertical and horizontal directions are based on FIG. 2B, and the vertical direction in FIG. That is, the lower left-upper right direction in FIG. 3 is referred to as the left-right direction, and the lower right-upper left direction in FIG.
The
The weak
The high-
As shown in FIG. 6, each
Two to four
Further, the
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 9A and 9B, the
The
The
Furthermore, when it is necessary to narrow the detection range, an annular hood FD (see FIG. 12) made of a material that blocks heat rays may be attached to the lower side of the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, a cylindrical annular
In addition, on the inner bottom surface of the
Further, the

In the
In addition, two
Further, as shown by arrows A3 in FIGS. 12 and 13, respectively, a
A locking
Here, as shown in FIG. 14, a
Further, the
According to the above configuration, since the airflow flowing from the outside of the
