前記押出成形セメント板の表面下部に、押し出し方向に延在して一体成形され下端面が前記表面に向かって上がり勾配となる傾斜面で形成された下部凸条と、
前記上部凸条の前記引っ掛け面に係止する鋭角に折り曲げられた掛止片が上辺部に沿って形成されるとともに、下部が前記下部凸条の前記傾斜面に螺合手段を介して係合される中継取付板と、
背面の少なくとも横方向の二カ所に該中継取付板が固定される外装仕上材とを具備し、
