Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a transport container, and more particularly, to a transport container that is provided with a leg portion protruding from an outer surface of a side wall and is stacked in a state where the leg portion is placed on an upper surface of a flange of a lower container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A transport container capable of stacking and nesting is known as a synthetic resin container used for storing and transporting articles. In other words, with the transport container facing in the same direction, the legs provided on the outer surface of the side wall are placed on the flange of the lower container and stacked, and when one of the containers is empty, Transport containers that can be nested when rotated 180 degrees are widely used.
[0003]
Such a container capable of stacking and nesting is a box-shaped container in which a side wall is erected at the bottom of a flat rectangular shape, and a flange that protrudes horizontally outward is provided at the upper end of the side wall. Leg portions projecting outward are provided near the four corners of the outer surface, and concave portions are provided on the inner surface near the four corners so that the leg portions are fitted when rotated and rotated in the horizontal direction by 180 degrees. When stacking, if the containers are stacked in the same direction, it is possible to place the lower end surface of the leg of the upper container on the upper surface of the flange of the lower container and stack it. Nesting can be performed by fitting the legs of the container into the recesses of the lower container.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When stacking the containers above configuration, placing the legs of the sliding direction leading end side of the upper container on the upper flange surface of the lower container is slid while slightly lifting the front, lower end of the leg portion of the upper container lower container Since it slides in a state where it is submerged from the upper surface of the flange, the lower end portion of the leg portion abuts against the inner edge portion of the side wall.
[0005]
Therefore, when the slide is stopped, stacking is performed in an unstable state with a part of the bottom portion resting on the upper surface of the flange. In such a case, it was necessary to pull it back and slide it again and push it strongly to make it stack or to lift it and slide it. In addition, when trying to slide for stacking, not only must a large force be applied, but there is also a risk of load collapse due to impact.
[0006]
In order to solve such a problem, for example, it has been proposed to form a relief in the leg portion as described in JP-A-6-3836. However, the transport container described in the above publication has problems that the mounting state of the support legs becomes unstable and a large escape cannot be formed.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention provides a transport that can be smoothly and reliably stacked even when the lower end of the leg portion of the upper container contacts the flange inner surface edge of the lower container when the transport container is slid and stacked. A container is provided.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows. In other words, transportation container of the invention, while standing side walls on the bottom of a square planar shape, with the upper edges of the side walls providing the flange, to project the legs the corners near the side wall outer surface, the flange inner In this case, the bottom part of the upper part of the leg of the upper container is placed on the upper surface of the flange of the lower part container when stacked in the same direction. In the transporting container in which the legs of the upper container can be nested by being inserted into the recesses of the lower container when one of the containers is horizontally stacked 180 degrees and stacked , The bottom surface of the container is a horizontal surface located above the bottom surface of the container bottom and is formed continuously from the outer surface of the side wall so that it can be stacked while being slid from any of the four directions. Department and front The entire surface of the square flange inner surface edges except a recess, characterized in that the formation of the chamfered portion for stacking while raising smoothly escape collision of the tip of the leg portion. The chamfered portion can be formed by a tapered surface or a rounded surface.

In the stacking state, a chamfered portion is provided at the inner edge of the flange, and the lower surface of the leg is formed in a horizontal plane, so that the stacking is ensured and the leg is placed on the upper surface of the flange in a stable state.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the transporting container according to the present invention, when the upper container is laid and stacked, the leg rises along the chamfered portion even if the leg abuts against the flange inner edge. Therefore, it can be smoothly stacked while sliding. Further, when the chamfered portion is provided on the entire flange inner surface edge portion except for the corner portion, the articles are less likely to collide and can be smoothly put in and out.
