Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an identification label provided with an identification symbol such as a barcode attached to a container, and a container to which the label is attached, in particular, identification for a specimen container used for a biological test such as blood collection or urinalysis in the medical field. The present invention relates to a label and a container to which the label is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to take a one-to-one correspondence between two or more kinds of articles (for example, a test tube for blood collection and an inspection request sheet), it is beneficial to attach labels each having an identification code. However, if the above-mentioned label is given separately (other time, another person, etc.) to a non-integrated article, there is a possibility that a one-to-one correspondence may not be achieved due to a human error such as a label sticking error.
[0003]
For example, in a blood test or the like, if such a difference occurs between a blood collection test tube corresponding to a one-to-one correspondence and a test request table, a person and the test result do not match, There is a possibility that a prompt response measure cannot be taken or a wrong measure is taken.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, the following are disclosed as identification labels and identification methods for preventing such mistakes.
[0005]
As a first conventional example, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-68260, a label for a specimen container is pasted on a release paper collated with an optical reading card via carbon paper in advance so as to be peeled off. In addition, a configuration is disclosed in which the sample container label is peeled off from the inspection request form at the time of inspection, and the label is subsequently attached on the sample container label.
[0006]
As a second conventional example, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-51711, a barcode label is attached to each of the blood collection container and the test request form before the test, and both are performed with an OCR device (optical character reader). A configuration is disclosed in which the coincidence of the bar code label is discriminated and a bar code label sticking error is checked before the blood sampling test.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the first conventional example, since the label to be attached to the specimen container is on the optical reading card side, it is affixed to a specimen container (usually a test tube) that is fragile and difficult to handle at the time of examination such as blood collection. There is a risk that the work is required, is complicated and takes a long time, and there is a risk of sticking failure, spilled blood in the sample container, or cracking of the sample container.
[0008]
In the second conventional example, since a barcode label is attached to each of the blood collection container and the test request form before the test, it is impossible to distinguish between the case where the test is performed and the case where the test is not performed. Had the disadvantages. In addition, in order to confirm the correspondence between the blood collection container and the inspection request form, a discrimination process is indispensable after labeling. However, even if they match in the discrimination process, the blood collection container and the inspection are performed at the actual blood collection site after the discrimination process. The correspondence (order) of the request forms may be mistaken, and the correspondence between the subject and the examination data may not match.
[0009]
In addition, by attaching a label to the sample container, it is difficult to accurately grasp the liquid level of the liquid placed in the sample container, and the operability when sampling an appropriate amount of liquid from the sample container is deteriorated. When the reagent is added, the tip of the pipette may come into contact with the liquid in the sample container.
[0010]
Further, it may be considered that the code used for identification attached to the sample container disappears or gets dirty during various steps from collection of the inspection object to inspection.
[0011]
The present inventor can manage and identify highly reliable articles, can easily handle the label, and has a compact structure container identification label, and biopsy that requires high reliability and good operability. In the field of medical care and insurance hygiene, a container identification label suitable for being attached to a test tube for a sample used for blood collection, urinalysis, etc. and a test request sheet has already been proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-166755. Yes.
[0012]
An example of the container identification label proposed in the above publication is shown in FIG. This identification label is a container identification label with an identification code, and includes at least first and second labels 12a and 12b. The first label 12a is attached to the container, and the second label 12b is the first label 12b. It is provided so as to be separable from one label and has means 14 for releasably securing the second label to the container. The second label 12b is detachably attached to the mount 13, and the mount 13 can be separated by the first label 12a and the perforation 18.
[0013]
This identification label is easy to handle at the time of actual use and proved to be an effective identification label to be applied to test tubes for specimens used for blood collection, urinalysis, etc., test request sheets, etc. When the mount 13 of the label 12b is separated from the first label attached to the container and the second label 12b is affixed to the inspection request sheet, the mount 13 which becomes unnecessary is discarded. In this case, since the mount 13 attached to the test container or the like belongs to the same medical waste as the injection needle in consideration of infection and the like, it cannot be easily discarded in a general trash can.
[0014]
Moreover, the operation | work which isolate | separates the mount 13 from the 1st label 12a is required. That is, the handling is complicated and the number of work steps increases.
[0015]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a container identification label and a container that are easy to handle and do not emit any medical waste.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the container identification label of the present invention includes at least first and second labels with identification codes, and the first label is attached to a part of the outer periphery of the container, and the second label The label is detachably attached to the container, and has a tongue-like part not attached to the container at a central portion on one side of the second label. When the second label is peeled off, the second label is provided. It peels off by raising a projection part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0017]
In the present invention, the second label is affixed to the first label so as to be overlapped with the first label.
[0018]
In the present invention, the second label further includes a name field in which an inspector or the like is written, and the second label is peeled off so as not to cover the name field on the first label. Can be pasted as possible.
[0019]
Furthermore, in the present invention, one side of the second label has a shape protruding in a triangular shape or a trapezoidal shape, and a tongue portion that is not attached to the container is further provided at a tip portion of the protruding portion. The tongue portion protrudes along the circumferential direction of the container.
[0020]
In the present invention, the identification code is a bar code.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In the preferred embodiment, the container identification label of the present invention comprises a first label (2b in FIG. 1) and a second label (2a in FIG. 1) with an identification code such as a bar code, The label (2b in FIG. 1) is attached to the outer periphery of the sample container (1 in FIG. 1), and the second label (2a in FIG. 2) is detachably attached to the sample container, and the second label (FIG. 1). No. 2a) is provided with a tongue-like portion (3 in FIG. 1) protruding in the circumferential direction of the container at the central portion on one side.
[0022]
This second label (2a in FIG. 1) is peeled off from the container and affixed to a test card, for example, during blood collection. At that time, as an operation for peeling off the second label (2a in FIG. 1), the operator makes the peeling work easy by grasping and lifting the tongue-like portion (3 in FIG. 1). Containers and inspection cards with identification codes such as barcodes are read at the inspection center with a barcode reader, etc., and under the control of the data processor, the inspection items corresponding to the sample containers are accurately identified. The inspection / analysis process can be automated.
[0023]
【Example】
In order to describe the above-described embodiment of the present invention in more detail, examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0024]

Among these, the label 2b is attached to the outer periphery of the sample container 1, the label 2a is detachably attached to the sample container 1, and the label 2a is a protrusion that is not attached to the sample container 1 at the center of one side thereof. A portion (tongue-like portion) 3 is provided. That is, the label 2b is fixed to the container 1 with an adhesive on the back surface, and the label 2a is coated with a peelable adhesive on the back surface, preferably the portion excluding the tongue-shaped portion 3 is superimposed on the label 2b. Pasted. Then, when the label 2a is peeled from the container 1 in order to affix the label 2a to the inspection card, the tongue portion 3 is lifted to facilitate the peeling operation.
[0026]
The labels 2a and 2b are preferably provided with a bar code having the same identification information, and the label 2a is detachably pasted on the label 2b so as to overlap the label 2b.
[0027]
FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically showing how a label is attached to an inspection card including information fields such as client information, inspection items, and inspection result data. Referring to FIG. 2, labels 2a and 2b including a barcode with the same code are attached to sample container 1, and label 2a is detachably attached on label 2b.
[0028]
In a medical institution, for example, the label 2a is peeled from the container 1 at a stage such as a blood collection stage, and the peeled label 2a is attached to a predetermined column of the test card 10.
[0029]
As described above, barcodes representing the same information (for example, serial numbers) are pre-printed on the labels 2a and 2b, which are paired, and have the same information in the sample container 1 and the test card 10, respectively. By attaching the identification label, the correspondence between the test card 10 and the sample container 1 can be uniquely ensured, and handling in the test is facilitated.
[0030]
According to the present embodiment, when a medical worker peels off the label 2a from the sample container 1 and attaches it to the test card 10 at the time of blood collection work or the like, there is no excess garbage (medical waste). Work is simple and efficient.
[0031]
In an analysis center that performs blood tests or the like, the barcode attached to the examination card 10 is read via a barcode reader, and the examination apparatus reads the barcode on the label 2a of the sample container 1 and reads the barcode. Since the test data is output or stored as a pair of the value and the test data, the correspondence between the sample container and the test card in the test process is ensured.
[0032]
FIG. 3 is a view for explaining a container identification label according to another embodiment of the present invention. 3A shows a state where the label 2a is attached to the sample container, and FIG. 3B shows a state where the label 2a is peeled from the sample container 1. FIG.
[0033]
Referring to FIG. 3, in this embodiment, one side of a label 2a that is releasably attached to the container is triangular or trapezoidal, preferably protruding along the circumferential direction of the container 1 (see FIG. 3). 4), and further, a tongue-like portion 3 that is not attached to the container 1 is provided at the tip of the protruding portion 4. The label 2a is detachably attached so as to overlap the identification label 2a attached to the container 1 as in the above embodiment.
[0034]
In the present embodiment, since the label 2a that is peeled off and attached to the inspection card is configured to protrude along the circumferential direction of the container 1, the peeling work is further facilitated.
[0035]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of an identification label according to still another embodiment of the present invention. 4A shows a state where the label 2a is attached to the sample container, and FIG. 4B shows a state where the label 2a is peeled from the sample container 1. FIG.
[0036]
Referring to FIG. 4, the label 2b attached to the container 1 further includes a name field 2c on which an inspection client or the like is written, and the label 2a attached to the inspection card is covered with the name field 2c on the label 2b. It is pasted so that there is no peeling. One side of the label 2a has a shape protruding in a triangular or trapezoidal shape along the circumferential direction of the container, and includes a tongue-shaped portion 3 that is not attached to the container at the tip of the protruding portion.
[0037]
In the present embodiment, by providing personal information such as the name of the test requester on the identification label attached to the sample container 1, the correspondence (linking) between the test requester and the sample container can be clarified. Yes, this is in line with the guidelines of administrative agencies.
[0038]
In each of the embodiments described above, the identification information of the label 2a attached to the sample container 1 is quickly discriminated using a bar code reader.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the identification label of the present invention, the structure is simplified, and in particular, the label handling operation at the time of blood collection work is facilitated, and no medical waste is produced. . In the present invention, by attaching a barcode to the identification label, the optical reader is used, the handling is good, and the identification work is performed in a large amount quickly and accurately. Furthermore, the identification label of the present invention is particularly suitable for a test tube for biopsy or a medical test because of its good handling property, high reliability of article management / identification, and compactness.
[0040]
Further, according to the present invention, the name column is provided in the identification label, so that the correspondence between the test requester and the sample container can be always clarified in the test acceptance and the test process.
