V=k×P×S×T ・・・・(1)

[0017]
In order to obtain uniform wetness, which is a basic function in the present invention, 1) a plurality of nozzles are uniformly processed and uniform injection ports, and 2) each is connected to a plurality of nozzles. It is necessary that the plunger with the valve can deliver a uniform amount of liquid.
[0018]
Assuming that the pressure of the liquid is P, the opening area of the nozzle is S, and the ejection time is T, the ejection amount is V, and V = k × P × S × T (1)
It is represented by However, k is a coefficient determined by the viscosity of the liquid and the shape of the opening.
[0019]
Since the liquid supplied to each nozzle is supplied from a common pipe, it can be considered that the pressure applied to each nozzle is equal. Therefore, when correcting the variation in injection, the pressure P can be treated as a constant.
[0020]
As described above, the initial nozzle can be easily made within a range where uniformity is allowed due to mechanical processing accuracy, and a uniform opening area S can be obtained by inspection at the time of manufacturing the device. When considering variation correction, the opening area S can be treated as a constant. Therefore, the means for correcting the variation in the injection amount performs correction using only the injection time T as a variable element.
[0021]
However, dirt may adhere to the injection port during long-term use, resulting in an uneven state. However, if a relatively large foreign object is clogged, the injection pattern of the corresponding nozzle will be biased. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the obstacle by cleaning the nozzle, and the method for correcting variation by correcting the injection time according to the present invention does not deal with it.
[0022]
On the other hand, dirt on the inside of the nozzle that adheres over a long period of time is generally relatively uniform dirt, and the reduction in the area of the opening gradually proceeds without causing bias in the spray pattern. Although it is possible to restore the opening area at the beginning of manufacture by regular cleaning, it can be corrected by the time T as long as the variation in the injection amount can be corrected by changing the injection time.
[0023]
As described above, since k, P , and S can be treated as constants for the equation (1) of the injection amount, the correction method will be described in detail below assuming that the cause of the variation is replaced with only T.
[0024]
The general IC circuit technology, be easy to generate an electrical pulse of a certain width, it is circumferential known that it is easy to maintain stable over a longer time width t of the pulse. However, the relationship between the electric pulse width t given to the plunger armature and the time T during which the valve is open due to the opening / closing characteristics of the armature is generally delayed after the ON signal because the armature has a mass, to become closed state with a delay from the oFF signal, T and t are also circumferential known unequal.
[0025]
In the device of the present invention, the plunger armature moves in the liquid, so the movement is further slowed by the resistance of the liquid. The time required for the operation of the plunger used in the apparatus of the present invention is 10 to 20 ms in air, and 100 to 200 ms in liquid.
[0026]
FIG. 8 shows the movement of an amateur in the air and in liquid.
FIG. 9 shows the state of variation of the plunger moving in the liquid. In FIG. 9, (A) in the case of a plunger that moves smoothly, that is, in the case where liquid easily flows through the gap between the sliding surface of the plunger armature and the housing , the valve is operated while the drive pulse signal is ON. Is close to the fully open state, but before the valve is fully opened, the drive signal is turned OFF and the valve starts to close. (B) In the case of a plunger with a valve having a high resistance, the signal is turned OFF when the spray valve is opened halfway during the ON signal, and the spray valve starts to close.
[0027]
The spray dampener sprays mist-like dampening water onto a dampening roller that rotates at high speed to support high-speed printing, so it is necessary to shorten the pulse interval, resulting in a pulse width of several tens. Limited to milliseconds and short time. As a result, an amateur having a valve function that operates in a liquid transitions to the closed state because the amateur current is cut off in the process of shifting from the closed state to the open state. Temporal variation of the amount of water to be injected in a single over-degree closed → open spray valve is not be the same as the armature of the temporal change, the assumed per pulse so it appears to be compatible water Is assumed to be a value obtained by integrating the amateur displacement with respect to the time axis of the wetting graph, that is, a value obtained by multiplying the areas h and h ′ indicated by hatching in FIG. ah or T = ah ′.
[0028]
The variation in the injection amount is because T varies with respect to the drive signal t. However, T is expressed as ah, ah ′, and since a is a constant, the variation in h is discussed and corrected. Therefore, in the future, the variation of h and the correction method will be described. To fix the variation in the injection quantity with respect to the plunger resistance is large in FIG. 9, 'when driven at t with h smaller h' time t plus correction instead of T for the △ h It is only necessary to generate t ′ such that h ′ + Δh = h by giving the integral of the injection amount. This relationship is shown in FIG.
[0029]
Next, a method for generating t ′ in order to correct the variation in the injection amount will be described.
In the spray dampener, t is 0 to 50 ms, and the operation time of closing and opening the amateur in water is several hundred ms. Therefore, the plunger with smooth movement (A) and the plunger with high resistance (B ) And the values of h and h ′ when a pulse having a pulse width t is given as a variable of 0 to 50 ms, a graph as shown in FIG. 11 is obtained. As can be seen from this graph, h and h ′ are straight lines throughout the entire area.
[0030]
The movement of the plunger in the air is 1 = 1/2 × Ft, where F is the electromagnetic force when the coil in the housing pulls the plunger that also serves as an arm, and 1 is the distance moved by the plunger. I. As shown, a quadratic curve is shown for t.
Further, after the armature of the electromagnetic force of the plunger has expired in force pushed back by the spring in place of F, Figure 5 b at 1 = -1 / 2 × F't. Becomes a quadratic curve.
[0031]
As described above, in the

Also,
Therefore, in order to obtain t ′ that realizes h ′ + Δh = h, the ratio of h ′ + Δh and h ′ is determined and t is corrected.
That is, the diagonal line of h ′ in FIG. 11 is changed to be parallel to h. When the injection amount is measured and plotted on a plunger with high resistance using t ′ instead of t with this correction method, and it is newly drawn, it becomes a line parallel to h, but when t is close to 0 Since the delay is not corrected, a slight shift occurs, but this correction is sufficient in practice.
[0035]
FIG. 7 relates to a method for measuring the variation in the injection amount, and includes a graduated
[0036]
In the method and apparatus of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the operation for obtaining the correction coefficient and the operation of the command panel are as follows. That is,
1) Work for obtaining a correction coefficient (i) The correction value of all nozzles is set to 1, and the injection is continued for a certain period of time with a reference value near the center (for example, set to a wetness of 10). Measure the injected amount.
(Ii) The injection amount measured for each nozzle is input to the control computer,
As (h ′ + Δh ′) / h ′ = t ′ / t, the correction coefficient t ′ is obtained by the number of nozzles.
(Iii) A correction coefficient table corresponding to the nozzle number is created.
2) Command panel operation <Using control computer as command panel>
(I) Input wetness command value <Select one of 1 to 20 steps>
(Ii) Input a correction value for the injection amount in units of nozzles <Input a correction value from 0.5 times to 1.5 times for the number of nozzles in units of nozzles with a reference value of 1>
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention , it is possible to adjust each nozzle and the plunger with the spray valve so that the entire surface of the dampening roller can be uniformly moistened with a plurality of nozzles arranged uniformly. among the plurality of nozzles is adjusted to Do injection amount, it is possible to separate adjustment of the injection quantity of any of the nozzles.
