Description
The present invention relates to a replacement gastrostomy catheter and a feeding tube to be attached to a gastrostoma.
It is known that for patients who have health problems, etc., and who cannot voluntarily ingest nutrition, they can be ingested using infusion, or fed through the tube from the patient's nose to the digestive tract. It has been. However, nutrition intake by such a method often imposes pain on patients. For this reason, in recent years, there have been cases in which an endoscope is used to construct a fistula (gastric fistula) in the patient's abdomen, a gastrostomy catheter is attached to the fistula, and nutrition is taken through the gastrostomy catheter. It is increasing.
Gastrostomy catheters used for such applications can be broadly classified into a button type with a short tube through which nutrients flow and a tube type with a long tube depending on the shape outside the abdominal wall. For example, in the case of a button type, it has a catheter main body to which a bumper to be placed in the stomach lumen is attached at the tip of a hollow shaft that penetrates the fistula. Here, since the button-type catheter body has a small amount of protrusion outside the abdominal wall, it can be easily rehabilitated and easily maintained clean, so it is mainly used as a gastrostomy catheter for replacement. (For example, refer nonpatent literature 1).
However, when connecting the feeding tube while rotating it, such as when using screws for attaching and detaching the feeding tube, there is a problem that the rotating position of the feeding tube has to be adjusted prior to the connection. Further, when the feeding tube itself is deformed, it is difficult to handle the feeding tube while deforming. For this reason, it has been desired that the feeding tube can be easily attached and detached in consideration of home nursing and the like.
Further, when the feeding tube is deformed, when the amount of deformation is not sufficient, the engaging piece may be caught on the catheter body side and worn. Here, when the engaging piece is worn, there is a problem that it is difficult to reliably attach the feeding tube.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to enable a feeding tube to be easily and reliably attached to and detached from a replacement gastrostomy catheter.
The invention according to
According to this exchange gastrostomy catheter, the connecting means can be engaged and disengaged by applying a force in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the feeding tube is attached to and detached from the exchange catheter body. Therefore, when gripping and handling the feeding tube, it becomes possible to engage and disengage at the same time. In particular, since the engagement groove on the replacement catheter body side is provided in a substantially annular shape in the circumferential direction, alignment in the rotational direction is not necessary when the feeding tube is attached.
The invention according to claim 2 is a feeding tube that is detachably attached to a replacement catheter body that is attached to a gastrostomy, and includes a hollow tube body and tube-side connection means fixed to the tube body. The tube side connecting means is provided on the replacement catheter body side when a force is applied that is substantially perpendicular to the attaching / detaching direction to the replacement catheter body and directed radially inward of the feeding tube. An engagement member for releasing the engagement with the engagement groove, and when the engagement between the engagement groove and the engagement member is released by the force, the replacement catheter body and the feeding tube There was a feeding tube, characterized in relatively close to or separable der Rukoto by linear movement in the axial direction of the feeding tube.
The feeding tube is configured so that the engaging member is engaged with and disengaged from the engaging groove when a force is applied in a direction substantially perpendicular to the attaching / detaching direction to the replacement catheter body. For this reason, when gripping and handling the feeding tube, it becomes possible to engage and disengage at the same time.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the feeding tube according to the second aspect, the tube side connecting means separates the pair of engaging members disposed opposite to each other and the pair of engaging members from each other. And a biasing member biasing in the direction.
In this feeding tube, the engagement between the engagement member and the engagement groove is released by pushing the pair of engagement members closer to each other. Since such a force also acts as a force for gripping the feeding tube, the feeding tube can be attached and detached in this state.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the feeding tube according to the second aspect, the tube-side connecting means includes a tubular member, a ring member that covers an outer periphery of the tubular member with a predetermined bending allowance, and the ring. A plurality of engaging members provided on an inner peripheral surface of the member, and the engaging member releases the engagement with the engaging groove when the ring member is bent. .
When this feeding tube is crushed so as to flatten the link member and the engagement member is separated as the ring member is deformed, the engagement with the engagement groove is released. Since such a force also acts as a force for gripping the feeding tube, the feeding tube can be attached and detached in this state.
According to this invention, when the feeding tube is attached to and detached from the replacement catheter body attached to the gastrostoma, the force on the tube side connecting means is applied when a force is applied in a direction substantially perpendicular to the attaching and detaching direction of the feeding tube. Since the connection is released, the feeding tube can be attached and detached easily and reliably. Moreover, since it is easy to hold | maintain the state by which engagement with the engaging member and the engaging groove was cancelled | released, wear of an engaging member can also be prevented.
The best mode for carrying out the invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the replacement gastrostomy catheter includes an

The 1st connection means 5 consists of a cylindrical member, and the internal diameter is the same as the internal diameter of the
As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the feeding tube 2 has a hollow tube
The second connecting means 11 includes a bottomed
As shown in FIG. 2, the adapter
The engaging

Next, the operation in this embodiment will be described.

When the feeding tube 2 is gripped while pushing the operating
In this state, the feeding tube 2 is pushed into the
Further, when removing the feeding tube 2 from the

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the component same as 1st Embodiment. In addition, overlapping explanation is omitted.
In this embodiment, the urging member of the engaging member is arranged inside the adapter main body.

The operations and effects in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment except that the position of the

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the component same as each said embodiment. In addition, overlapping explanation is omitted.

The operation of this embodiment will be described.
When the feeding
Further, when the feeding

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the component same as each said embodiment. In addition, overlapping explanation is omitted.
FIG. 8 shows a plan view of the feeding tube of the replacement gastrostomy catheter. The feeding
The engaging
When the feeding
Further, when the feeding
