Description

【0001】

In addition to the annular hard sponge obtained by annularly molding the hard sponge made of the material as described above, both ends of one rod-shaped hard sponge are connected to form an annular shape, or two You may use what integrated both ends of the rod-shaped hard sponge by connecting each end. By using the hard sponge 4e as described above, the opening 4d of the water receiving bag 4 can be deformed by applying an external force, and can be restored to its original shape by releasing the applied external force. It becomes the composition.
[0017]
The wall sheet 4a is made of an elastic sheet material such as polyethylene or nylon. Specifically, the term “elastic” means that the wall surface sheet 4a made of the material is elastic enough to prevent the wall surface sheet 4a from drooping under its own weight when held in the vertical direction by hand. Good. Even if the material does not meet the above conditions, the same effect can be obtained by using a deformable material such as aluminum.
[0018]
Next, the procedure of the operation using the medical drape 1 with a water-receiving bag composed of the above-described components will be described below.
[0019]
First, by expanding the receiving water bag with medical drapes, water receiving bag 4 provided in the receiving water bag with the medical drape, planar shape crushed from the upper side as shown in FIG. 3 (a) It has become.
[0020]
Medical practitioner, over the patient water receiving bag 4 is deployed medical drape 1 in the state of planar shape as described above, from the open mouth 4 d of the base fabric fenestration 3 and the water receiving bag Surgery such as incision or peeling is performed on the exposed surgical site. At this time, since the water receiving bag 4 has a planar shape as shown in FIG. 3A, the operation proceeds smoothly without obstructing the procedure of the medical staff.
[0021]
When a large amount of bodily fluid or blood is expected to scatter as the operation progresses, or when the surgical site is washed using physiological saline or the like, the health care worker has a planar shape. pulled upward by grasping the opening 4d of the bag 4 (attached annular rigid sponge 4e), you the water receiving bag 4 in three-dimensional shape as shown in FIG. 1.
As described above, by the water receiving bag 4 and the solid Matogata like, a large amount of body fluids or blood, or even physiological saline is scattered, it is possible to water receiving them reliably.
[0022]
Body fluid by receiving water bag 4 formed three-dimensional shape as described above, blood or completely water receiving saline or the like, after drainage and drainage the contained liquid from the inside of the water receiving bag 4 to the outside, The water receiving bag 4 is again crushed into a planar shape as shown in FIG. 3A by a medical worker to obtain a planar shape, and then post-processing such as suturing of the incised portion is performed, and the operation is completed.
Even during this post-treatment, the water-receiving bag 4 has a planar shape, so that the water-receiving bag 4 does not interfere with the procedure of the medical worker performing the post-processing.
As a method of removing the stored liquid from the inside of the water receiving bag 4 to the outside, a method of inserting a tube or the like into the bag from the opening 4d of the water receiving bag 4 and discharging it through the tube or the like, As shown in FIG. 4, at least one (two in the example of FIG. 4) port-shaped discharge means provided on the periphery (two corners in the example of FIG. 4) of the bottom sheet 4c of the water receiving bag 4 And the like, and the like.
[0023]
Thus, according to the medical drape 1 with a water-receiving bag according to the present invention, an operation in which a large amount of blood and body fluid scatters from an operation (incision) site of a patient during an operation, or an operation in which a large amount of physiological saline is used. Even when performing the above, it is possible to reliably receive the liquid by making the water-receiving bag 4 into a three-dimensional shape according to the situation.
[0024]
In addition, since the water receiving bag 4 can be flattened by being crushed from above by a medical worker, it does not interfere with the procedure of the medical worker, and thus hinders the smooth progress of the operation. Nor.
[0025]
In addition, although the water-receiving bag 4 in the said 1st Embodiment is comprised using the four wall surface sheets 4a, the number of wall surface sheets is not limited to this, A minimum of two wall surface sheets When, by also as described above constructed using substantially regular polygon of bottom sheet having a number the same number of sides of the wall surface sheet, be constructed similar steric shape of receiving water bag and the it can.
[0026]
[Second Embodiment]
As described above, in the medical drape 1 with a water-receiving bag according to the first embodiment, one unit of water-receiving bag is obtained by sticking the bottom sheets 4 c and 40 c of the water-receiving bags 4 and 40 to the base fabric 2. A medical drape is attached.
Another embodiment of the receiving water bag with medical drapes, (second embodiment to be described later) and the like to the bottom sheet of the water receiving bag configuration that is also used by the drape fabric base as described below .
[0027]
The drape 10 with a water-receiving bag according to the second embodiment (corresponding to claim 2) shown in FIG. 5 has a base cloth fenestration part 3 on a base cloth 2 having a size that can cover the whole body of a patient. A water receiving bag 41 is provided so as to cover the upper part of the base fabric opening window 3. As in the first embodiment, the base fabric 2 is made of a non-woven fabric having a high barrier property against bacteria and viruses and subjected to a water repellent treatment, or a film that is completely waterproof. Also, the base fabric fenestration part 3 has a substantially triangular shape with an arc-shaped curve with each side protruding outward, as in the first embodiment. Is provided with a film with an adhesive on its lower surface.
[0028]
Here, the water-receiving bag 41 of the medical drape 10 with a water-receiving bag according to the second embodiment has four substantially trapezoidal wall surface sheets 41a each having an arcuate curve whose upper base is concave upward. The wall surface sheet 41a is sealed by adhering the hypotenuses between the adjacent wall surface sheets 41a as shown in FIG. 6, and formed of an annular hard sponge 41e that forms the opening 41d of the water receiving bag 41. The bottom surface of each wall sheet 41 a is disposed on the base fabric 2 so as to surround the base fabric opening window 3.
By being arranged in this manner, a circular opening 41d is formed by the arcuate curved upper base of each wall sheet 41a.
Therefore, by adhering the hard sponge 41e to the circular opening 41d formed as described above, the opening 41d of the water-receiving bag 41 is formed that retains the circular shape and does not lose its shape.
By using the hard sponge 41e, the opening 41d of the water receiving bag 41 can be deformed by applying an external force, and can return to the original circular shape by releasing the applied external force. Yes.
The material and configuration of the circular hard sponge 41e and the material of the wall sheet 41a are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0029]
Thus, the medical worker uses the medical drape 10 with the water-receiving bag configured as shown in FIG. 5 in the same procedure as in the first embodiment, thereby obtaining the same effects as those in the first embodiment. be able to.
In the water receiving bag 41 as well, a port-like discharging means (see FIG. 4, reference numeral 5) can be provided in the water receiving bag 41 as in the above-described embodiment.
[0030]
In addition, although the water receiving bag 41 in the said 2nd Embodiment is comprised using the four wall surface sheets 41a, the number of wall surface sheets is not limited to this, A minimum of two wall surface sheets Even if it is configured as described above, a water receiving bag having the same three-dimensional shape as described above can be configured.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the medical drape with a water-receiving bag of the present invention, when performing an operation in which a large amount of blood or body fluid flows out from the surgical site of the patient during an operation or an operation in which a large amount of physiological saline is used. in also for medical personnel possible water receiving bag three-dimensional shape according to the situation, it is possible to reliably perform water receiving fluid flowing out from the switching opening portion.
In addition, since the water receiving bag can be easily flattened by being crushed by the medical worker from above, it does not interfere with the procedure of the medical worker.
Thus, according to the medical drape with a water-receiving bag of the present invention, the effect of reliably receiving water even if blood, body fluid, physiological saline, or the like scatters without hindering the progress of surgery. Play.
As described above, it is the characteristic configuration of the present invention that the drape according to the present invention can be compatible with the fact that it does not interfere with the procedures of the medical staff and can reliably catch the scattering of blood or the like. of those achieved by "folded the water receiving bag planar shape when crushed from the upper side, and, Rukoto such a three-dimensional shape raising the opening of the receiving water bags."
