従来、本線とわたり線との高低差を測定するには、トロリ線高さ測定装置によって夫々を個別に測定して比較することにより行われている。

上記従来の測定においては、大がかりな測定装置を準備しなければならず、高低差を簡易迅速に確認できないという問題がある。
そこで、本発明は、本線とわたり線との高低差を簡易迅速に確認するわたり線高低差表示装置を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、第1の発明においては、トロリ線本線Mと、これに交差するわたり線Sとの間の高低差を表示するわたり線高低差表示装置において、相互間隔を置いた測定対象の本線Mからわたり線Sにほぼ及ぶベース1の中央に水準器12を固定し、ベース1の両端部にハンガイヤー2,8を取り付ける。水準器12は、本線Mとわたり線Sとの間隔方向に気泡Aが移動可能で、その移動範囲に沿って目盛り12bを設ける。ハンガイヤー2,8は、本線M及びわたり線Sを夫々把持し、少なくとも一方2が高さ調節の可能に設ける。そして、本線M及びわたり線Sを夫々把持した状態における水準器12の気泡位置Aの目盛り12bで表示されるベース1の傾きから高低差を確認する。
第2の発明においては、ハンガイヤーの少なくとも一方2を、ハンガイヤー8との相互間隔を変更できるように位置調整可能にベース1に取り付けるようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の一形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図1及び図2において、わたり線高低差表示装置は、測定対象の本線Mからわたり線Sまで及ぶベース1を備えている。このベース1はアルミ製で、一長辺が開放した幅広の矩形断面を有する長尺のチャンネル材で構成されている。

ベース1の一端部(図中左端部)には、トロリ線を吊り止める上下位置を調整可能なハンガイヤー2が取り付けられている。このハンガイヤー2が取り付けられるベース1の部分には長手方向に取付位置を変更するための長孔1aが設けられている。ハンガイヤー2は、図3に示すように、ねじが形成されたハンガバー2aと、その下端部に取り付けられた対向一対のイヤ片2bと、イヤ片2bを締め止めるボルト2cとを備えている。ハンガバー2aには、ベース1上にカラー5が介在してロックナット4が螺合する。ベース1の内側には補強部材3が嵌合する。補強部材3は略直方形状を成し、ベース1の長孔1aに対応する長孔3aを有し、長手方向の両端部にボルト7でベース1に固定される。ハンガバー2aには、タップ付きフランジ6が螺合しており、その回転によりハンガバー2aを軸方向に移動させてハンガイヤー2の高さ位置を調整できる。

本実施形態に係るわたり線高低差表示装置においては、本線Mとこれに交差するわたり線Sとの間に取り付ける。わたり線高低差表示装置のハンガイヤー2,8は、予めこれらが把持する本線Mとわたり線Sが水平になる基準位置に固定しておく。ハンガイヤー2,8は、本線Mとわたり線Sにイヤ片2b,8bを夫々咬ませ、ボルト8cを締めることにより強く把持する。このとき、本線Mとわたり線Sとの間隔に応じてハンガイヤー2の位置を長孔1aの範囲内で調整してハンガイヤー8との間隔を合わせ、ロックナット4で固定する。わたり線高低差表示装置を本線Mとわたり線Sとの間に取り付けたら、水準器12の気泡位置の目盛り12bで表示される傾きを読み、この傾きから予め算出されている高低差が確認できる。

上記のような高低差の測定の他に、ある箇所の高低差を基準にして他の箇所の高低差を測定する場合には、基準となる高低差でタップ付きフランジ6を回転させてハンガイヤー2の高さ位置を調整して水準器12の気泡Aの位置を0゜に戻し、この状態で別の箇所の本線Mとわたり線Sの間にわたり線高低差表示装置を取り付ける。そして、水準器12の気泡位置の目盛り12bで表示される傾きを読み、この傾きから基準の高低差に対する高さ変動を確認することができる。

以上のように、本発明は、構造が簡単で、取付けも容易であり、わたり線と本線との高低差を簡易迅速に確認することができる。

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the first invention, in the cross-line height difference display device that displays the height difference between the trolley main line M and the cross-line S crossing the main line M, measurement is performed with an interval between them.
