Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can drink juice, soft drinks, especially jelly foods, etc. contained in a paper pack container by external pressure without using suction force. With a straw The present invention relates to a press-deformable paper pack container.
[Background]
[0002]
As shown in FIG. 16, the paper pack container 1 containing various drinks such as milk, soft drinks, juices, and the like has an insertion part 2 for inserting a straw 3 for drinking various internal drinks on the upper surface part 9 of the container. The beverage is drunk from the upper end of the straw provided and inserted into the sealing film covering the insertion portion. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-313435 discloses a straw 3 which is attached to the outer surface of the container 1 in a state where the tip 3 is inclined to facilitate insertion into the insertion portion 2 and is accommodated in the transparent bag 5.
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-313435 A
[0003]
The conventional straw 3 is formed longer than the height of the paper pack container 1 and is attached obliquely to the outside of the container, and the tip inserted into the insertion part 2 has a length that reaches the bottom of the container. Even if it falls, the tip of the straw reaches the bottom, so that the container can be tilted to drink without leaving any stuffed contents. However, when the straw inserted into the insertion part 2 is sucked into the mouth and sucked or transferred to other baby bottles or cups, the contents are gradually reduced in pressure when the contents flow out to the outside. Since no matter comes out, it is necessary to increase the internal pressure by pressing the container from the outside.
[0004]
If the container whose contents have been reduced by drinking is inverted, the tip of the straw is exposed from the drink and the contents cannot be drunk. Also, since the straw 3 has the same shape and is simply inserted into the insertion portion 2, if it is accidentally pulled outward, it will easily come out of the insertion portion 2, and the contents will flow out of the container and contaminate clothes, etc. There was a fear. Thus, the straw which improved in view of the problem which the conventional straw has is shown by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2002-249172 and Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2002-355161.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 1, the improved straw 4a to be inserted into the insertion portion 36 provided in the press-deformable container 20 made of paper or the like has an arbitrarily shaped locking at a substantially intermediate portion so as not to be inserted into the container more than a certain amount. A portion 6 is provided and is hooked to the insertion portion 36. A through hole 7 is provided at a position approximately spaced from the locking portion 6 by the same thickness as the thickness W of the material forming the container 20, and an oblique opening 8 is provided at the end of the straw. One or more through holes 7 may be provided. The beverage in the container can be drunk out of the through hole 7 in addition to the opening 8 of the straw.
[0006]
When transferring the contents from the straw-4a inserted into the insertion portion 36 to a cup or baby bottle, one or two or more through holes 7 are provided close to the straw locking portion 6, so that the inside of the container 20 The beverage can be taken from the opening 8 or the through-hole 7 and transferred to another container. In this case, in the case of a conventional long straw, when the beverage in the container is reduced, the tip of the straw is exposed outside the beverage and the contents cannot be drunk, but the straw 4a shown in FIG. 1 has an opening 8 provided at the tip. In addition, since the through-hole 7 is provided close to the wall surface of the container 20, the contents can be drunk or transferred to the end if the container is turned upside down (FIG. 14).
[0007]
2-4 using the principle of the improved straw 4a, the tip of another improved straw-4b shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 is inclined to the tip of the tapered tube 11 which is tapered to facilitate insertion into the insertion portion 36 provided in the container. In the middle part, the outer diameter is substantially tapered so that the bellows part 10 that can be expanded and contracted within a certain range and the straw 4b inserted into the insertion part 36 do not easily escape. A locking portion 6a and a step portion 6b having a stopper function are provided, and a through hole 7a is provided close to the locking portion. The straw shown in FIG. 3 has a step portion 6b perpendicular to the maximum outer diameter portion of the locking portion 6a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the straw, and the straw shown in FIG. 4 is formed on the maximum outer diameter portion of the locking portion 6a. A step portion 6b provided vertically from the end of the cylindrical portion 6c having a continuous reinforcing function is provided continuously to the base portion 12 of the straw outer peripheral surface.
[0008]
When the contents of the container 20 decrease and the opening 8a at the tip of the straw 4b is exposed outside the beverage (FIG. 14), the contents enter the straw through the through hole 7a. That is, if the bottom portion of the container 20 is faced upward and the stro-4b inserted into the insertion portion 36 is sucked into the mouth, it can be drunk to the end. In addition, when transferring the contents to a cup or baby bottle, even if the remaining amount is reduced and the opening 8a of the straw is exposed outside the beverage, the contents can be taken in from the through-hole 7a, so that it can be transferred to another container. it can.
[0009]
A typical conventional paper pack container 1 is shown in FIG. 16. A cardboard material having a water-resistant thin film 13 (FIG. 14) such as aluminum foil or polyethylene resin formed on the inner surface is formed into a cylindrical shape, and its upper and lower edges Are bent into a square box shape, and the triangular protrusions protruding from the upper, lower, left and right sides of the both side portions are bent downward, and adhesively bonded to the side surface portion and the bottom surface portion to assemble the whole into a rectangular box shape.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0010]
The water-resistant film that seals the insertion portion 2 provided on the upper surface portion 9 of the paper pack container 1 comes into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the straw when the straw 3 is inserted and seals the straw against the outside. If it is sucked and sucked, the container is pressed and deformed by the negative pressure generated inside the container 1 in accordance with the decrease in the contents. Thereafter, when the mouth is released from the straw 3, the outside air is taken into the interior by the negative pressure and the original state is restored. The straw is again sucked into the mouth and sucked, and the contents are drunk while being repeated. In general, the contents in a container are usually drunk by suction while holding a straw in the mouth.
[0011]
However, in the case of the contents of a viscous fluid having a viscosity such as a jelly drink instead of an aqueous solution such as a soft drink, a strong suction force is required for drinking with a straw. Therefore, it is difficult to drink the contents because a strong suction force cannot be produced if the physical strength is weak such as infants, sick people, and elderly people.
In addition, there is a container that pushes out a jelly beverage while it is squeezed while holding a squeezable container formed by a soft resin member, for example, a flexible member such as polyethylene or aluminum foil. In this case, suction force is not required, but it requires a strong force of narrowing down, and the material cost of the container is high, and in addition, the container after drinking has to be sorted, so it takes time to dispose of waste. There was a problem such as this.
[0012]
The present invention is a paper pack that can be pressed and folded from the outside of a press-deformable paper pack container, the contents of the contents can be drunk to the end without requiring suction, and can be transferred to another container. The object is to provide containers and straws.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0013]
In the present invention, a cardboard material provided with a water-resistant thin film on the inner surface is formed into a cylindrical shape, the upper and lower edges thereof are sealed, and the upper surface 35 and the bottom surface 24, the front surface 30 and the rear surface are opposed to each other. 38, as well as a pair of side portions 25, 25, The upper surface portion 35 The triangular protrusions 21 and 21 protruded to the left and right are positioned in close contact with the side surface parts 25 and 25, The bottom part The triangular protrusions 22, 22 that are located at 24 and protrude left and right are in close contact with the bottom surface part 24 and molded into a rectangular box shape. , A container provided with an insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw in the upper surface portion 35. 20 Because The straw 4b detachably attached to the insertion portion of the container 20 having the insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw is locked to the tubular base portion 12 and the inner surface of the container to prevent the straw from escaping. In order to do so, the outer diameter has a tapered portion that gradually decreases from the mouth side toward the through hole side, and, The maximum outer diameter of the tapered portion is smaller than the sum of the outer diameter of the base portion 12 and the thickness of the straw tube wall and larger than the outer diameter of the base portion, and at least one adjacent to the engaging portion. Through-holes 7a, the sum of the opening areas of the through-holes having an opening area equal to or greater than the cross-sectional area in the diameter direction of the base portion, passing through the top portions 28, 28 of the triangular surface portions 27a, 27a, and the bottom surface A first horizontal fold 31 parallel to the portion 24, a distance that is a natural number multiple of the width W 1 of the bottom portion 24 from the first horizontal fold 31, and at least one parallel to the first horizontal fold 31. Provided with a second auxiliary fold line 32, a second horizontal fold line 34 passing through the top parts 23, 23 of the triangular protrusions 21, 21 and parallel to the upper surface part 35. The triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are weakly bonded and bonded to the side surfaces 25 and 25 by heat processing. Since this triangular protrusion is weakly bonded to the side surface, it can be easily peeled off from the side surface without damaging the nails, and the upper part of the side surface of the container can be easily folded to push out the contents. Can do.
In the present invention, a cardboard material having a water-resistant thin film provided on the inner surface is formed into a cylindrical shape, the upper and lower edges thereof are sealed, and the upper and lower portions 35, 24, 24, and 30 are rearranged. Forming the face 38 and the pair of side faces 25, 25; The upper surface portion 35 The triangular protrusions 21 and 21 protruded to the left and right are positioned in close contact with the side surface parts 25 and 25, The bottom surface portion 24 The triangular protrusions 22 and 22 that protrude to the left and right are positioned in close contact with the bottom surface 24 and molded into a rectangular box shape. , A container provided with an insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw in the upper surface portion 35. 20 Because The straw 4b detachably attached to the insertion portion of the container 20 having the insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw is locked to the tubular base portion 12 and the inner surface of the container to prevent the straw from escaping. The upper triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are hermetically packaged on the side surface portions 25 and 25 with a film 40. By breaking this film, the triangular surface portion can be peeled off from the side surface portion, so that the upper portion of the side surface portion of the container can be folded and the contents can be pushed out.
Furthermore, the present invention forms a cardboard material having a water-resistant thin film on its inner surface in a cylindrical shape, seals the upper and lower edges thereof, and bends them to face the upper surface portion 35 and the bottom surface portion 24, the front surface portion 30 and the rear surface. Through holes 7a, and the total opening area of the through holes has an opening area equal to or larger than the cross-sectional area in the diameter direction of the base portion. , There is one horizontal fold 31 that passes through both top portions 28 and 28 of the triangular surface portions 27a and 27a and is parallel to the bottom surface portion 24. The distance from the first horizontal fold 31 to a natural number multiple of the width W1 of the bottom surface portion 24 is provided. A second horizontal fold line 34 that includes at least one auxiliary fold line 32 that is parallel to the one horizontal fold line 31, passes through the tops 23, 23 of the triangular protrusions 21, 21, and is parallel to the upper surface part 35. As well as The pair of side surface portions 25, 25 is an inverted V that defines isosceles triangular triangular surface portions 27a, 27a having a bottom side portion 26, 26 that is a line of intersection between the side surface portions 25, 25 and the bottom surface portion 24. It comprises mold folds 27, 27 and longitudinal folds 29, 29 extending from the apexes 28, 28 of the triangular surface portions 27a, 27a toward the top portions 23, 23 of the triangular protrusions 21, 21. . In this way, the vertical fold provided on the side surface of the pair of rectangular boxes with the upper and lower edges sealed is connected to the top of the inverted V-shaped fold provided below, so the lower part of the side The triangular surface portion provided on the outer side protrudes outward, and the side surface portion can be folded in a flat shape and pushed out of the contents.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that it includes a first horizontal fold 31 that passes through the top portions 28 and 28 of the triangular surface portions 27 a and 27 a and is parallel to the bottom surface portion 24. Therefore, the front portion of the bottom surface portion of the rectangular box shape can be folded flat on the front surface portion from the first horizontal fold.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the first horizontal fold 31 passes through at least one of the front surface portion 30 and the rear surface portion 38. The first horizontal fold line 31 may be provided on the front surface part 30 or may be provided on the rear surface part 38 in the same manner.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a distance d1 between the first horizontal fold 31 and the bottom surface part 24 is ½ of a width w1 of the bottom surface part 24. Therefore, the front side portion of the bottom surface portion 24 can be folded flat on the front surface portion 30 with the first horizontal fold 32 inside.
The present invention further includes at least one auxiliary fold 32 that is a natural number multiple of the width w1 of the bottom surface 24 from the first horizontal fold 31 and is parallel to the first horizontal fold 31. It is characterized by that. In the case of such a large container, if the front fold 32 is provided in the front surface portion 30, the contents are moved upward while the bottom surface portion 24 folded flat on the front surface portion 30 is sequentially folded. Can be pushed out to the outside.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that it includes a second horizontal fold 34 that passes through the tops 23 and 23 of the upper triangular protrusions 21 and 21 and is parallel to the upper surface part 35. Therefore, the front half of the upper surface portion 35 is flat on the front surface portion 30 with the second horizontal fold 34 provided on the front surface portion facing inside without peeling the upper triangular protrusions 21, 21 from the side surface portions 25, 25. The contents can be folded out and pushed out.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a distance d2 between the second horizontal fold line 34 and the upper surface portion 35 is ½ of a width W2 of the upper surface portion 35. Therefore, the front side portion of the upper surface portion 35 can be folded flat on the front surface portion 30 with the second horizontal fold 34 inside.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the insertion portion 36 is provided on the rear surface side of the upper surface portion 35, and the second horizontal fold 34 passes through the front surface portion 30.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that a content having a viscosity of 10 mPa · s or more is filled. In the case of soft drinks and the like, since the viscosity is low, it can be sucked even with a weak suction force. However, in the case of a high viscosity content such as a bowl, it is difficult to suck the contents unless a strong suction force is produced. Therefore, the present invention can be easily eaten only by a pressing force from the outside without requiring a suction force even when eating a high viscosity content of 10 mPa · s or more which requires a strong suction force. Can do.
The straw 4b is detachably attached to the insertion portion of the press-deformable container 20 having the insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw. Is A tubular base portion 12, a locking portion 6a that locks against the inner surface of the container to prevent the straw from escaping, and at least one through hole 7a adjacent to the locking portion, The total opening area of the through holes is equal to or greater than the diametrical sectional area of the base portion.
The locking portion 6a has a tapered portion whose outer diameter gradually decreases from the drinking mouth side toward the through hole side. Further, the locking portion 6a is provided such that the maximum outer diameter of the tapered portion is smaller than the sum of the outer diameter of the base portion 12 and the thickness of the straw tube wall and larger than the outer diameter of the base portion.
[0014]
The present invention facilitates outflow of contents consisting of a collapsible container and a viscous fluid. Press-deformable paper pack container with a straw In order to drink the contents of the container that can be pressed and deformed, the container is flattened even if the straw inserted into the insertion portion of the container is not sucked or cannot be sucked by the mouth. A folding fold for guiding is provided so that the container can be folded, and the container is pressed from the outside to be deformed into a flat shape, and the contents can be pushed out from the straw. In order to drink the contents of fluids with high viscosity, a strong suction force is required, but even those who cannot exert a strong suction force due to lack of physical strength, such as infants, the elderly, and the sick, push the container from the outside. The contents can be drunk out by pressure.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0016]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The press-deformable container 20 shown in FIG. 5 will be described. A rectangular box in which a cardboard material having a water-resistant thin film 13 (FIG. 14) on the inner surface is formed in a cylindrical shape, and its upper and lower edges are sealed and bent. Both side surface portions 25, 25 forming a pair of the mold 15, and a front surface portion 30 and a rear surface portion 38 are provided, and the front surface portion and the rear surface portion are folded flatly and protruded to the left and right to form triangular surface portions 21, 21, 22 , 22 are formed. The lower triangular protrusions 22 and 22 are bent downward and bonded to the lower surface of the bottom surface portion 24 (FIG. 6). Furthermore, the upper triangular projections 21 and 21 are bent downward and are weakly heat-bonded to the side surfaces 25 and 25 (FIG. 6).
[0017]
Below the pair of side surface portions 25, 25 provided in the rectangular box shape 15 constituting the container 20, there are bottom side portions 26, 26 which are the edges of the bottom surface portion 24, and two perpendicular directions with the bottom side portion as the bottom side. Triangular surface portions 27a, 27a provided by inverted V-shaped folds 27, 27 connecting the tops of equilateral triangular ridge lines are provided. Further, the tops 28, 28 of the inverted V-shaped folds and vertical folds 29, 29 provided in the vertical direction are connected to the middle part of the side surface, and the upper ends of the vertical folds 29, 29 extend to the upper end of the side surface. It is provided. Further, a first horizontal fold 31 and auxiliary folds 32 and 33 are formed in the front portion 30 in order from the bottom in parallel with the bottom portion 24, and an insertion portion 36 for inserting a straw is provided on the upper portion 35. It is.
[0018]
Triangular protrusions 21 and 21 projecting left and right of a flat top surface portion 35 whose upper surface of the deformable container 20 is substantially parallel to the bottom surface portion 24 are bent downward to be in close contact with the side surface portions 25 and 25, or The triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are weakly bonded to the side surfaces by heat processing. That is, the adhesive strength can be freely adjusted by adjusting the heating temperature or the heating time. Specifically, the adhesive strength is preferably 15 N / 15 mm or less, more preferably 10 N / 15 mm so that even the infants and sick who have weak physical strength can easily peel the triangular protrusions 21 and 21. The triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are bent downward and brought into close contact with the side surfaces 25 and 25, and sealed and packaged with, for example, a transparent film 40 from the outside, so that the side surfaces 25 and 25 positioned above the container 20 are formed. Reinforce.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 15, when packaging the container 20 with three transparent films 40 to make it easy to handle in one pack, the upper triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are attached to the side surfaces 25 and 25 with the film. The upper part of the side surface portion is reinforced in close contact. When the container 20 is one and the outer side of the container is not wrapped with the transparent film 40, the triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are weakly bonded to the side surfaces 25 and 25 by heat processing, and the side surfaces 25 and 25 are attached. Reinforce the top of the.
[0020]
The triangular protrusions 22, 22 projecting left and right below the container 20 are bent and bonded integrally to the lower surface of the bottom surface portion 24, and the side surface portions are formed by the bottom side portions 26, 26 positioned at the edge of the bottom surface portion. The lower portions of 25 and 25 are reinforced. In this way, the upper and lower triangular protrusions 21, 21, 22, 22 reinforce both side portions 25, 25 of the container 20, and the rectangular box shape 15 can be maintained.
[0021]
The upper triangular protrusions 21, 21 that tear the transparent film 40 and peel the upper triangular protrusions 21, 21 that are in close contact with the side surface parts 25, 25, or are weakly bonded to the side surface part 25, When peeling with long manicure nails, weak force is sufficient, so the nail polish does not peel off and the long nails do not break. When the triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are folded upward to be horizontal (FIG. 6), the strength in the width direction of the upper portion of the side surface portion 25 is lost. Therefore, when the upper corners A, A (FIG. 5) of the container are pressed from the outside, the upper side of the side part is folded in half with the vertical folds 29, 29 outward, and the triangular projection 21 21 and the front surface portion 30 and the rear surface portion 38 are folded in two from the longitudinal folds 29 and 29 to become flat, and the upper portion of the container is deformed flat by the pressing force applied from the outside, An object can be pushed out from the straw 4b (FIG. 7).
[0021]
The contents can be sucked even if the suction force is weak when the viscosity is low like soft drinks, but the upper limit of the viscosity of jelly-like foods such as porridge is 1 million mPa · s, and the lower limit is 10 mPa · s. The above is appropriate. That is, in the case of such a thick content, the contents cannot be eaten unless the straw is sucked by a strong suction force such as a sick person or an elderly person, but the suction force is not necessary in the present invention, and the container is pressed from the outside. By doing so, the contents can be pushed out. Therefore, an assistant other than the person can press the container and eat the contents.
[0022]
A first line parallel to the bottom surface portion 24 is formed by connecting the intersections of the horizontal lines S passing through the top portions 28 and 28 of the inverted V-shaped folds 27 and 27 provided under the side surface portions 25 and 25 of the container and the front surface portion 30. Since the horizontal fold line 31 is provided below the front face part 30, when both corners B, B on the near side of the bottom face part 24 of the container are pressed obliquely upward, the near side of the bottom face part with the fold line 31 inward. About half can be folded flat on the front face 30 (FIG. 8). When the first horizontal fold 31 is set inside and half of the front side of the width W1 of the bottom surface portion 24 is folded on the front surface portion 30, the lower portions of the side surface portions 25, 25 are inverted V-shaped folds 27, 27. The triangular surface portions 27 a and 27 a having the top portions 28 and 28 that are folded and protrude outwardly protrude outward on both sides of the bottom surface portion 24.
[0023]
The bottom surface portion 24 and the triangular surface portions 27a located on both sides of the bottom surface portion become a bottom surface portion integrated with the bottom surface portion 24, and are in front of the bottom surface portion folded with the first horizontal fold line 31 inside. The portion is folded flat on the front portion 30, the vertical folds 29, 29 connected to the top portions 28, 28 protrude outward, and the side portions 25, 25 are folded in half to fold the front portion 30. The rear surface portion 38 is folded flat, and the content flows out from the straw inserted into the insertion port 36.
[0024]
The first horizontal fold line 31 provided in parallel with the bottom surface part 24 is provided in the front surface part 30, and the distance between the fold line 31 and the bottom surface part 24 is a distance d1 that is half the lateral width w1 of the bottom surface part 24. Since it is provided, the front half of the bottom surface portion 24 folded with the first horizontal fold 31 inside is folded flat on the front surface portion 30 (FIG. 8).
[0025]
An auxiliary fold 32 is provided in parallel with the first horizontal fold 31 provided on the front surface portion 30 of the container and at substantially the same distance as the lateral width w1 of the bottom surface portion 24, and further required when the container 20 is long. Accordingly, a second auxiliary fold 33 may be provided, and the contents in the container may be pushed out by folding the bottom surface portion 24 in order in the same direction (FIG. 10).
[0026]
As described above, the vertical folds 29, 29 provided in the vertical direction at the intermediate portions of the side surface portions 25, 25 and the top portions 28, 28 of the lower inverted V-shaped folds 27, 27 are connected to each other. Therefore, after the upper triangular protrusions 21 and 21 are separated from the side surfaces 25 and 25 and are substantially horizontal (FIG. 6), the intersections A, A, A and A of the upper side corners are pressed from the outside. When the two corners B, B on the lower front side are pressed obliquely upward, the bottom surface 24 is folded flat with the first horizontal fold 31 shown in FIG. 8 inside. Since the first horizontal fold 31 and the auxiliary folds 32 and 33 are respectively provided on the front surface portion 30 from below, the both side surface portions 25 project the vertical fold 29 outward and fold into two folds to be flat. At the same time, the front half of the width w1 of the bottom surface 24 can be folded flat on the front surface 30 with the first horizontal fold 31 inside, and the contents can be pushed out.
[0027]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 11. A small press-deformable container 20a having a capacity of about 100 to 125 ml is substantially the same shape as FIG. The upper and lower ends of the formed cardboard material are hermetically sealed and bent into a rectangular box mold 15 to provide both side surface portions 25, 25, a front surface portion 30 and a rear surface portion 38, and the rectangular box shape 15 is formed so that the top and bottom are flat. The upper and lower triangular protrusions 21, 21 and 22, 22 (FIG. 8) provided so as to protrude from the upper and lower sides of the container 20 a are bent downward, and the upper triangular protrusions 21, 21 are bent to the side surfaces 25, 25. The lower triangular protrusions 22 and 22 are bonded to the lower surface of the bottom surface portion 24, respectively. In addition, the same code | symbol as the said code | symbol represents the same thing.
[0028]
Below the rectangular box 15, there are apexes 28, 28 of inverted V-shaped folds 27, 27 that connect the apexes of a right-angled isosceles triangle with the base 26, which is the edge of the bottom 24, as the base, Longitudinal folds 29, 29 provided in the vertical direction and located in the middle of the portions 25, 25 are connected. The upper portions of the vertical folds 29, 29 are connected to one end of horizontal lines T, T passing through the lower portion of the upper triangular projections 21, 21, and the bottom surface is formed by connecting the intersection of the other ends of the horizontal lines T, T and the front surface portion 30. A second horizontal fold line 34 parallel to the portion 24 is provided in the front surface portion 30. Further, a first horizontal fold 31 provided on a straight line connecting the intersection of the horizontal line S passing through the top portions 28 and 28 of the inverted V-shaped folds 27 and 27 and the front surface portion 30 is provided below the front surface portion 30. is there. In addition, the insertion part 36 provided in the upper surface part 35 is formed in the opposite side to the side which has the container ear | edge part 35a unlike FIG. 5, and the upper surface part 35 of the near side of the container ear part 35a is the 2nd horizontal fold 34. Even if it is folded on the front surface portion 30 with the inner side facing inward, the upper surface portion on the side having the insertion port 36 is not the side that is folded with the fold line 34 on the inner side. No power is added.
[0029]
When the contents in the container 20a are eaten, a straw is inserted into the insertion portion 36, the end of the straw is held in the mouth, the upper sides of the front portion 30 and the rear portion 38 of the container are directed downward, and the lower portion When the both ends on the front side are pressed upward from the outside, the side folds 29, 29 project outward and are folded in two into a flat shape, and the contents are inserted. It can be pushed out from the straw inserted into the portion 36.
[0030]
When the container 20a is folded with the second horizontal fold line 34 provided above the front surface part 30 and the first horizontal fold line 31 provided below the inner side, the upper surface part 35 and the bottom surface part 24 become the front surface part 30. It becomes flat on the top and the container can be pushed from the outside to push the contents out. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the container 20 a is flat on the bottom surface 24 and the top surface 35 and folded on the front surface 30 to narrow the inside of the container. In this case, when the front surface portion 30 and the rear surface portion 38 are pressed from the outside, the front half of the width W2 of the upper surface portion 35 is folded on the upper surface portion 30 with the second horizontal fold 34 being inward, The front half of the bottom surface portion 24 is folded on the front surface portion 30 with the one horizontal fold 31 inside, and the container 20a is folded flat. In the rear view of the container, as shown in FIG. 13, the rear surface portion 38 is flat, and the container is crushed flat and can be pushed out of the straw 4b by external pressure without requiring suction force. In particular, when the container is as small as about 100 ml or 125 ml, it is not necessary to provide the auxiliary folds 32 and 33 on the front face 30 as shown in FIG. Thus, unlike the first embodiment, it is not necessary to peel the triangular protrusions 21 and 21 from the side surface portion 25, so that the nails and the like are not damaged, and it is convenient for sick people, elderly people, infants and the like whose fingertips are not free. .
[0031]
In this way, by pressing the container 20 from the outside and folding it into a flat shape, a sick person with weak physical strength, an elderly person, an infant, and the like push out a high-viscosity content from the straw to the outside of the container without requiring suction. You can eat with confidence. Here, the press-deformable container means a container formed of a member that is folded flat by being pressed from the outside with a paper pack container.
[0032]
The straw of the embodiment of the present invention will be described. The straw is formed into a cylindrical shape from paper material or synthetic resin material, the bellows portion 10 that can be bent from the drinking mouth side at the middle portion of the straw, and the taper that gradually decreases toward the tip side. There are provided a locking portion having a portion, a through hole 7a provided in contact with the locking portion 6a, a tapered tube 11, and an opening 8a. The tapered cylinder 11 provided at the tip of the straw is guided by the taper portion even when it is slightly displaced from the center when inserted into the insertion portion 36, and can be inserted correctly. The through-hole 7a has an opening area equal to or larger than the diameter direction cross-sectional area of the straw. Here, the opening area means an area on a plane where the outer peripheral surface of the straw is developed. That is, if the size of the opening area of the through hole provided in the straw is less than the cross-sectional area of the straw, the force required for extrusion may be excessive. Further, from the viewpoint of securing the straw strength, it is preferable that the opening area of the through hole is not more than 3 times the cross-sectional area of the straw.
[0033]
The straw locking portion 6a is formed in a tapered portion so that the outer diameter tapers from the drinking mouth side toward the through hole 7a side. The maximum outer diameter of the locking portion needs to be smaller than the sum of the outer diameter of the straw and the tube wall thickness of the straw. For example, the outer diameter of the straw is 6.3 mm, the tube wall thickness is 1 mm, and the dimension of the maximum outer diameter, which is the sum of both, is 7.3 mm. And when the maximum outer diameter of the latching | locking part 6 is a numerical value 7.3 mm or more, the manufacturing problem that the latching | locking part 6a of a straw cannot be stabbed in the insertion part 36 of a container generate | occur | produces. Moreover, the minimum outer diameter of the latching | locking part 6a needs to be shorter than straw outer diameter 6.3mm. As described above, the locking portion 6a is provided with the tapered portion that gradually decreases from the drinking mouth side toward the through hole side, so that it can be easily inserted into the insertion portion 36, and once inserted, it is difficult to come off.
【Example】
[0034]
The inside of the paper pack container 20 was filled with 30 ml of viscous fluid, a constant external pressure of 5 kPa was added to the container, and the time until all of the 30 ml of the contents were measured was obtained. Here, the cross-sectional outer diameter of the conventional straw is 5 mm or 6 mm, and the tube wall thickness is 1.0 mm. On the other hand, the outer diameter of the straw of the present invention is 6.3 mm.
Conventional straw 4 seconds
Straw of the present invention 2 seconds
In the case of using a straw to drink the contents made of a viscous fluid, the straw 4b used in the present invention can be shortened to half the time compared to the conventional straw 3.
