Description

【0015】
音源出力装置110は、例えば、CD(Compact disc)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disc)などのメディア再生装置またはデジタルテレビジョン放送を受信する受信装置から構成される。

[0001]
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a sound reproduction device that generates a reverberation component in an input sound signal and performs loudspeaking control.
[Background]
[0002]
In recent years, when a sound source such as music is played, a playback device such as an AV amplifier that performs sound field correction of the sound field space in which the sound source is played back has been put to practical use, and recently, a sound source is played back. A technology that corrects the reverberation characteristics of the sound source based on the characteristics of the sound field space to control the reverberation of the sound field space has attracted attention.
[0003]
In particular, as a technique for correcting such a reverberation characteristic, an ideal reverberation characteristic for correcting the reverberation characteristic, for example, when a reverberation time is set, a finite impulse response is set based on the set reverberation characteristic. There has been proposed a method of approximating the reverberation characteristics of a loud sound that is loudened in a listening room and acquired at an arbitrary listening position using a type filter, that is, an FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filter (for example, Patent Document 1). ).

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
However, in the conventional sound field correction system, the sound signal that is the source of the reverberation component provided as the direct sound component and the reverberation component provided as the indirect sound component are amplified by the same speaker. For this reason, the correlation between the direct sound component and the reverberation component in the loud sound increases, and there may be cases where it is impossible to effectively provide a sense of realism.
[0005]
In order to solve an example of the above-described problem, an object of the present invention is to provide an acoustic reproduction apparatus that can provide an effective presence by reducing the correlation between a direct sound component and a reverberation component.

This reverberation attenuation characteristic refers to a characteristic indicating temporal attenuation of the amplitude level (intensity) of a loud sound to be heard at an arbitrary listening position in the listening room 10. For example, on the basis of the sound collection signal in a predetermined test signal, the time until the amplitude level is attenuated by 60 dB with respect to the time at which the reproduction of the steady sound is stopped at the listening position from any speaker for each frequency band is set as a reference. It is called reverberation time.

[0042]
Each reverberation control circuit 240 is set with a reverberation control coefficient determined by the signal
[0043]
Specifically, an audio signal whose signal level and delay amount are adjusted is input to each reverberation control circuit 240, and each reverberation control circuit 240 receives audio input for each channel. The signal is divided into a plurality of frequency bands. Each reverberation control circuit 240 generates a reverberation component for each frequency band in an audio signal input based on a reverberation control coefficient described later, and the generated reverberation component and the input audio signal (hereinafter, referred to as “resonance component”). Direct sound component) is output to the
[0044]
The details of the configuration and operation of the reverberation control circuit 240 in this embodiment will be described later.
[0045]
The
[0046]
Usually, when a reverberation component is added to the audio signal of each channel and each audio signal to which the reverberation component is added is amplified from the speaker of each channel, the reverberation component is the same speaker as the audio signal from which the reverberation component is based. It is loud from. Therefore, since the reverberation component produced by the sound expansion of the audio signal can be heard only from one direction, the listener often cannot provide a natural reverberation feeling. That is, in a predetermined listening environment such as a concert hall, the reverberation component generated by an arbitrary sound reaches the listener from various directions. Therefore, in order to reproduce the listening environment, the reverberation component is expressed from various directions. It should be provided to the listener.
[0047]
On the other hand, even if reverberation components are provided to the listener from various directions, a high sense of realism is not obtained, and in order to provide a high sense of realism, the correlation between the reverberation components is required when reaching the listener. It is necessary to provide the reverberation component based on certain criteria that are taken into consideration.
[0048]
In this embodiment, the
[0049]
For example, in the present embodiment, the average of the two indices (1-IACC [E3]) and (1-IACC [L3]) is calculated in advance in a predetermined device, and as shown in FIG. An output destination speaker corresponding to the original channel, that is, the speaker channel corresponding to the audio signal input to each reverberation control circuit 240 is determined. And the
[0050]
Here, a method for determining an output speaker corresponding to the speaker channel corresponding to the audio signal input to each reverberation control circuit 240 will be described. FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining a speaker determination method, and FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a speaker and (1-IACC [E3]). FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between the speaker and (1-IACC [L3]).
[0051]
This (1-IACC [E3]) is also called BQI (Binaural Quality Index), and is an index indicating that the correlation with the subjective preference of the listening room 10 is extremely high. In addition, this IACC [E3] is a three-band interaural center frequency of 500 Hz, 1 kHz, and 2 kHz in the (Early) component up to 80 msec after the direct sound component reaches the listener in an arbitrary place in the listening room 10. The correlation coefficient is averaged. On the other hand, (1-IACC [L3]) is an index indicating a feeling of sound wrapping in the listener and indicating a relationship with LEV (Listener Envelopment). In addition, this IACC [L3] is a three-band interaural phase having a center frequency of 500 Hz, 1 kHz, and 2 kHz in components from 80 msec to 1000 msec after the direct sound component reaches the listener in an arbitrary place in the listening room 10. The number of relationships is averaged.
[0052]
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when a sound component is directly output from an arbitrary speaker serving as a reference (hereinafter referred to as a reference speaker), an FL speaker and an FR speaker, or an SL speaker and an SR that output a reverberation component. Speaker left and right Symmetry 5 and FIG. 6 show the binaural correlation coefficients at the arrangement angle of the
[0053]
That is, if the direct sound component is amplified from the reference speaker and the reverberation component is amplified at an arrangement angle with a low binaural correlation coefficient, the direct sound component has no correlation and the signal has the same frequency component. However, it will be recognized as a sound of a different component.
[0054]
Therefore, when the sound component is amplified directly from an arbitrary speaker, if the reverberation component is amplified from a symmetrical speaker, the binaural correlation coefficient is increased at the speaker arrangement angles of 120 degrees and 250 degrees. Therefore, in this embodiment, a reverberation component from a speaker that will be arranged at an arrangement position of 120 degrees and 250 degrees with respect to a speaker that amplifies a direct sound component that is an audio signal of each channel. So that the output destination speaker of each reverberation component is determined.
[0055]
Under the instruction of the
[0056]
For example, the signal processing control unit 260260 of the present embodiment sets the reverberation control coefficients g1 and g2 for each reverberation control circuit 240 based on the reverberation parameter corresponding to the reverberation addition amount indicating the reverberation time, and for each frequency. It is calculated for each band.
[0057]
Here, the parameter g1 is g1 = α where the reverberation parameter is α. (M1) It is calculated by. The parameter g1 is a value that satisfies g1 <1, and the parameter (m1) indicates a predetermined natural number. However, although it is desirable to use a different value for each reverberation control circuit 240 and for each frequency band, (m1) may indicate the same value for each reverberation control circuit 240 or for each frequency band.
[0058]
On the other hand, the parameter g2 is similar to the parameter g1, where g2 = α when the reverberation parameter is α. (M2) It is calculated by. The parameter g2 is a value that satisfies g2 <1, and the parameter (m2) indicates a predetermined natural number. However, it is desirable that (m2) indicates a different value for each reverberation control circuit 240 and for each frequency band, but may be the same value for each reverberation control circuit 240 or for each frequency band.
[0059]
Next, the configuration and operation of each reverberation control circuit 240 in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a configuration of the reverberation control circuit 240 in the present embodiment. In addition, each reverberation control circuit 240 in the present embodiment has the same configuration.
[0060]
Each reverberation control circuit 240 receives an audio signal of each channel whose signal level and delay amount are adjusted. Each of the reverberation control circuits 240 divides the input audio signal into a plurality of frequency bands when an audio signal is input, and uses the reverberation control coefficient set by the signal

As shown in (Equation 1), the first reverberation component generated by the first generation unit 247 increases the reverberation time when the parameter α increases, and decreases the reverberation time when the parameter α decreases. It has become. Further, the feedback reverberation component output from the component mixing adjustment unit 249 and having a predetermined delay time is a reverberation component in which the first reverberation component and the second reverberation component are mixed, as will be described later.

The calculation shown in 2) is performed to generate a second reverberation component, and the generated second reverberation component is output to the second

However, as described above, the parameter g2 is one of the reverberation control coefficients calculated and set by the signal
[0079]
As with the first generation unit 247, the second reverberation component generated by the second generation unit 248 increases the reverberation time as the parameter α increases, as shown in (Equation 2). If it decreases, the reverberation time decreases. Further, the feedback reverberation component output from the component mixing adjustment unit 249 and having a predetermined delay time is a reverberation component in which the first reverberation component and the second reverberation component are mixed, as will be described later.
[0080]
The component mixing adjustment unit 249 receives the first reverberation component output from the first generation unit 247 and the second reverberation component output from the second generation unit 248, and this component mixing adjustment The unit 249 generates a feedback reverberation component based on the input first and second reverberation components, and outputs the generated feedback reverberation component to the first generation unit 247 and the second generation unit 248, that is, feedback. It is supposed to let you.
[0081]
For example, the component mixing adjustment unit 249 performs the calculation shown in (Equation 3) using the input first reverberation component and second reverberation component, and mixes the first reverberation component and the second reverberation component. The reverberation component generated using the determinant of (Equation 3) is output to the first generation unit 247 and the second generation unit 248 as a feedback reverberation component.
[Equation 3]
However, B1 and B2 indicate feedback reverberation components, the component mixing adjustment unit 249 causes the first feedback reverberation component B1 to be fed back to the first generation unit 247255, and the second feedback reverberation component B2 is fed back to the second generation unit 248256. . A matrix A shown in (Expression 3) is expressed by (Expression 4), and the matrix A is a unitary matrix.

In the signal processing device 120 of the present embodiment, the reverberation control circuit 240 generates at least two types of reverberation components for each audio signal, and the
[0090]
With this configuration, the signal processing apparatus 120 of the present embodiment outputs each reverberation component in each audio signal from a speaker arranged symmetrically with respect to the listener, so that the correlation between the direct sound component and the reverberation component is obtained. Can be reduced, and an effective presence can be provided.
[0091]

A sense of reality can be provided.
[0095]
In the present embodiment, the reverberation parameter is calculated for each channel and for each preset frequency band, and the reverberation time coefficient is set for each frequency band in the reverberation control circuit 240. Reverberation parameters in all frequency bands are calculated for each channel without being divided for each frequency band, and a reverberation control coefficient is calculated based on the calculated reverberation parameter, and the calculated reverberation control coefficient is calculated. You may make it set to the reverberation control circuit 240 for every channel.
[0096]
In this embodiment, a reverberation parameter is calculated for each channel and a reverberation time coefficient is set for each frequency band in the reverberation control circuit 240. However, the reverberation parameter is calculated for all channels at once. Alternatively, a reverberation parameter unique to all channels may be calculated.
[0097]
In this embodiment, each reverberation control circuit 240 mixes each reverberation component in two paths and generates reverberation components based on the reverberation control coefficient data. A reverberation component may be generated by the above path.
[0098]
In the present embodiment, each reverberation control circuit 240 generates a reverberation component for each predetermined frequency band. However, the input audio signal is not divided into a plurality of frequency bands. The reverberation component may be generated.

In this case, each reverberation control circuit 240 includes a reverberation
