Description

【0001】

[0008]
In the manufacturing method of the simple circular knitting bag of the present embodiment, first, a cylindrical circular knitted fabric F having a well-known edged structure S that does not cause “fraying” at both ends is knitted using a known circular knitting machine. (See FIG. 1). The circular knitted fabric F of the present embodiment is configured to be stretchable by knitting a polyethylene terephthalate yarn (20 denier) with a flat knitted structure, and the ear tissue SS at both ends includes polyurethane elastic yarn (20 Denier) is inserted and knitted so that it can be expanded and contracted.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of the circular knitted fabrics F knitted in this manner are arranged at a predetermined interval, and the plurality of circular knitted fabrics F, F,... The pair of welding tapes T and T are filled in the opposite state so as to span the front and rear surfaces of the fabric.
[0010]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, while conveying a plurality of circular knitted fabrics F arranged on the work trays 30, 30 by the work conveyor 3, By filling the pair of welding tapes T and T wound around the reels 4 and 4 and passing the circular knitted fabric F between a pair of upper and lower press endless belts 5 and 5, The central portion is continuously sandwiched between a pair of welding tapes T and T. In this embodiment, a low-density polyethylene tape having a width of 10 mm, a thickness of 0.2 mm, and a welding temperature of about 160 ° C. is used as the welding tape T.
[0011]
Next, the pair of upper and lower welding tapes T and T are heated and melted, and the welding tape is cooled and solidified in a state where the molten welding tape surrounds the constituent yarns of the circular knitted fabric F. The fabrics at the central portion of each circular knitted fabric F sandwiched between are welded and fixed together. In this embodiment, the upper and lower welding tapes T and T are heated by the two upper and lower heaters 6 and 6 while being sandwiched between the pressing endless belts 5 and 5, and a pair of upper and lower cooling plates 7 on the downstream side of the conveyance thereof. • Cooling is performed at 7 (FIG. 5).
[0012]
Thereafter, the welding fixing portion by the welding tape T is cut C1 to divide each circular knitted fabric F into two parts, and the discard tape T 'remaining between the circular knitted fabrics F and F is cut off (see FIG. 3) A simple circular knitted bag H comprising a bag body 1 made of a cylindrical circular knitted fabric as shown in FIG. 4 and a bag bottom 2 in which the end of the bag body 1 is welded and fixed with a welding tape is manufactured. It is done. In the method of the present embodiment using the apparatus of FIG. 5, the welding fixing portions where the welding tapes T and T are melted by the vertical cutting cutter 8 are moved up and down while each circular knitted fabric FF is conveyed by the work conveyor 3. A simple circular knitted bag H is continuously produced by cutting C1 and cutting the tape T 'with the transverse cutter 9 and then C2.
[0013]
Thus, in the manufacturing method of the simple circular knitted bag of this embodiment, since the cloth bottom of the circular knitted fabric F is welded and fixed with the welding tape to constitute the bag bottom portion 2, the conventional knitted fabric waste Bags can be easily made without any laborious sewing process like a bag, and an extremely inexpensive simple circular knitted bag can be provided.
[0014]
Further, since the welding fixing portion by the welding tape is solidified in a state of surrounding the constituent yarns of the circular knitted fabric F, the fabric at the end of the circular knitted fabric can be securely fixed, and the bag bottom 2 An extremely strong simple circular knitted bag which does not easily generate a wire can be manufactured.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the manufacturing method of the simple circular knitting bag of the present embodiment, the circular knitted fabric F is cut after the fabrics of the circular knitted fabric F are welded and fixed with the welding tape T. Since two simple circular knitted bags can be manufactured simultaneously from the circular knitted fabric F having the ear tissue S, the simple circular knitted bags can be mass-produced efficiently, and the productivity is improved and the simple circular knitted bags It can be provided at low cost.
[0016]
Although the embodiment which is a specific example of the present invention is generally configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. It is.
