Claims (38)
- 折れ曲り式部材の製造方法であって、
複数のC型セクション部材層を形成する工程と、
C型セクション部材層の第1のセットを組み立てる工程と、
前記C型セクション部材層の第2のセットを組み立てる工程と、
チューブの2つのセクションを間隙を開けて端と端が並ぶように配置する工程と、
C型セクション部材層の第1のセットを前記チューブの2つのチューブ・セクションの1つの側面に固定して前記間隙を繋ぐ工程と、
C型セクション部材層の第2のセットを前記2つのチューブ・セクションの反対側の側面に固定して前記間隙を繋ぐ工程と
を有し、
前記チューブに前記スロット間のC型部材層材料の長手ストリップによって分けられた対面する細長いスロットを形成し、局所的な座屈力が与えられると折れ曲り、その座屈力が解放されると元に戻る、折れ曲り式部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1の方法において、前記C型部材層の前記第1のセットを組み立てる工程は、第1のセットのすべての層を一体化し固定する工程を含むものである。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記C型部材層の前記第2のセットを組み立てる工程は、第2のセットのすべての層を一体化し固定する工程を含むものである。

- 請求項24の構造物において、前記チューブの長さに沿って互いに間隔を空けて長手方向に置かれる複数のヒンジ部分があり、各ヒンジ部分は対向する細長いスロットを含むものである。
- 請求項24の構造物において、3つの対向する細長いスロットと、3つの対向する長手ストリップがあり、長手ストリップはそれぞれ、真正面に細長いスロットと対向するものである。
- 請求項24の構造物において、前記適合部材を前記チューブ・セクションに付着する前に、前記多重層を一体に固定するものである。

前記折れ曲り式C型セクション部材層の第1のセットを組み立てる工程と、
前記折れ曲り式C型セクション部材層の第2のセットを組み立てる工程と、
2つのチューブ・セクションを一定の間隙を開けて端と端が並ぶように配置する工程と、
前記折れ曲り式C型セクション部材層の第1のセットを前記2つのチューブ・セクションの1つの側面に固定して前記間隙を繋ぐ工程と、
前記折れ曲り式C型セクション部材層の第2のセットを前記2つのチューブ・セクションの反対側の側面に固定して前記間隙を繋ぐことにより、対向する細長いスロット及びこのスロットの間の部材からなる分割された対向する長手ストリップを区画し、前記対向する細長いスロットを含むヒンジを形成する工程と
