BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lamp unit for irradiating light, a light source device, and a spot light source device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a spot light source device, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-9-281361, light emitted from a discharge tube (lamp) is reflected and collected by a reflecting mirror such as an elliptical collecting mirror, The light is guided to the emission port and emitted to the outside by a light guide means (light guide) such as a fiber connected to the emission port. In such a spot light source device, the life of the Hg-Xe lamp serving as the light source is approximately several thousand hours, so the user must perform lamp replacement work every several thousand hours. This lamp replacement operation will be described with reference to FIG.

[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lamp unit, a light source device, and a spot light source device that can be easily replaced with a simple configuration.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, a lamp unit according to the present invention includes a discharge tube that emits light, and a concave reflecting mirror that reflects light emitted from the discharge tube and emits the light from an exit opening. In the unit, a connecting member that is electrically connected to one electrode of a discharge tube provided on the exit opening side of the concave reflecting mirror, and a biasing member that biases one electrode so that the one electrode presses the connecting member. With force means The one electrode of the discharge tube has a plug main body and a contact that is electrically connected to the plug main body, the biasing means is a conical coil spring, and the contact is a plug It is fixed to the main body via a coil spring, and the plug main body and the contact are electrically connected by a lead wire provided separately from the coil spring. It is characterized by that.
[0010]
With this configuration, when replacing the discharge tube (lamp), a new discharge tube is pushed in from the opposite side (discharge tube insertion side) of the open end (exit opening) of the concave reflecting mirror in the lamp unit. Since the connection member is pressed against one electrode (for example, a cathode terminal) of the discharge tube by pressure, it is possible to appropriately perform electrical connection between the one electrode of the discharge tube and the connection member. For this reason, it is not necessary to connect the lead wire provided on the cathode terminal of the discharge tube to the terminal of the starter as in the prior art, and the discharge tube can be replaced easily.
[0011]
Further, the connecting member is formed in a substantially thin plate shape.
[0012]
With this configuration, by arranging the connection member so that the thin plate is parallel to the outgoing light, the outgoing light to be blocked can be reduced as much as possible, so that the light quantity loss can be extremely reduced. Moreover, since it is plate shape, it becomes possible to ensure the intensity | strength of a connection member rather than forming in linear form.
[0013]
In addition, one electrode of the discharge tube has a plug main body part and a contactor electrically connected to the plug main body part, and the contactor is connected to the plug main body part via a biasing means. It is characterized by being fixed.
[0014]
With this configuration, one electrode and the connection member are suitably electrically connected by energizing the movable contact against the plug main body fixed to the discharge tube and pressing the contact against the connection member. Can do.
[0015]
Further, the urging means for fixing the above-mentioned contact is a coil spring.
[0016]
By configuring the electrode so that the coil spring is sandwiched between the plug main body and the contact, the contact can be effectively urged. In addition to the coil spring, various forms such as a leaf spring can be applied as the urging means.
[0017]
Moreover, it is preferable that the plug main body part and the contactor are electrically connected by a lead wire provided separately from the urging means.
[0018]
For example, although it is possible to electrically connect the plug body and the contactor by the biasing means itself, such as a metal coil spring, depending on the form of the biasing means, the electrical resistance between them increases. Therefore, there may be a problem that the urging means generates heat. On the other hand, by separately providing a lead wire, it is possible to suitably realize both the urging and electrical connection between the plug main body and the contact.
[0019]
Further, a holding member that holds the discharge tube and the concave reflecting mirror together may be further provided. Alternatively, instead of separately providing a holding member, the discharge tube and the concave reflecting mirror may be integrally fixed in advance. In the case of being integrated in advance, the reflecting mirror is also replaced at the same time when the discharge tube is replaced.
[0020]
The discharge tube has a positioning part provided on the other electrode side, and the holding member positions and holds the discharge tube by the positioning part.
[0021]
With this configuration, when the discharge tube is replaced, the discharge tube can be positioned accurately and easily. That is, for example, in a spot light source device, the accuracy and efficiency of light guiding / condensing light to the exit port are affected by the accuracy of the installation position of the discharge tube and the reflection mirror in the lamp unit. This is a problem when the discharge tube is replaced or re-installed. On the other hand, as described above, by providing positioning means for regulating the position of the discharge tube on the discharge tube side and the holding member side, the discharge tube can be easily installed and fixed to the lamp unit.
[0022]
As such positioning means, for example, the positioning portion of the discharge tube is a positioning flange formed with a predetermined outer diameter, and the holding member has an inner diameter substantially the same as the predetermined outer diameter. There is a configuration including a cylindrical flange holding portion that positions and holds the positioning flange.
[0023]
According to this configuration, the discharge tube can be easily positioned by simply inserting the positioning flange into the flange holding portion. In addition to this, various types of positioning structures can be used.
[0024]
Further, the discharge tube has a rotation direction positioning portion provided on the other electrode side, and the holding member positions and holds the discharge tube in the rotation direction by the rotation direction positioning portion.
[0025]
With this configuration, when the discharge tube is replaced, positioning can be performed also in the rotation direction of the discharge tube. For example, the discharge tube may have a protrusion as a remaining portion of the exhaust pipe at the time of manufacture, but if the rotation direction positioning portion is installed in a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the protrusion as described above, the lamp unit The discharge tube can be arranged so that the protrusions of the discharge tube are always in substantially the same position.
[0026]
The light source device according to the present invention includes the above-described lamp unit, a housing that stores the lamp unit in a predetermined position, and an emission port that is provided in the housing and emits light reflected by the concave reflecting mirror. And having.
[0027]
As a result, a light source device in which the discharge tube can be easily replaced is obtained. In addition, since it is not necessary to connect the lead wire provided on the cathode terminal of the discharge tube to the starter terminal, there is no need to provide a work window for connecting the lead wire provided in the apparatus body as in the prior art. The configuration of the light source device can be simplified.
[0028]
Further, the connecting member may be fixedly installed with respect to the housing. Or the structure currently fixed with respect to the holding member of a discharge tube and a reflective mirror is also possible.
[0029]
The spot light source device according to the present invention is a light source device having the above-described configuration, and further includes a light guide that is connected to the emission port and guides the emitted light. For example, light can be efficiently emitted and used by connecting a light guide, such as a fiber, having a form and performance according to the application to the emission port.
[0030]

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the lamp unit, the light source device, and the spot light source device according to the present invention obtain the following effects. That is, the electrode of the discharge tube, which is disposed on the exit opening side of the reflecting mirror (concave reflecting mirror) and is urged by urging means such as a coil spring, is pressed against the connecting member to be connected. At this time, a pressing force is generated on the electrode of the discharge tube by the urging means, so that it is pressed against the connecting member with an appropriate pressure, and electrical connection is suitably realized.
[0083]
Moreover, since it is not necessary to perform operations such as connecting lead wires when installing the discharge tube, it is easy to replace the discharge tube in the light source device and the spot light source device. Further, in the light source device, since the work of connecting the lead wire provided on the electrode terminal of the discharge tube to the starter terminal is not required, the work window for connecting the lead wire provided in the device body as in the prior art Therefore, the configuration of the light source device can be simplified.
