【0002】

The box-shaped cover 10 is a door whose front face can be opened and closed, and an opening is provided so that the respective ends branched to the right of the inlet joint 3 and the outlet joint 4 are exposed to the outside, and a drain valve An opening is provided so that the end portion of 12 protrudes from the left side surface of the cover 10. Further, a drainage drain 9b having a pipe line bent downward is attached to the left end of the drainage valve 12.
The upstream side valve 11a, the flow rate adjusting valve 11b, the downstream side valve 11c, and the drain valve 12 are valves that can adjust the flow rate from fully closed to fully open.
[0009]
In order to use the water quality improvement apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the water quality improvement apparatus 1 is connected in the middle of a pipe through which tap water is sent to the home. A pipe through which tap water is sent is connected to the right end of the inlet joint 3, that is, the end branched toward the outside of the apparatus. Furthermore, the pipe | tube which sends the treated water processed with the water quality improvement apparatus 1 to the house is connected to the right side of the extraction part coupling 4, ie, the end branched toward the exterior of the apparatus.
The tap water sent from the water supply is sent from the intake joint 3 into the pipe of the water quality improvement device 1. The upstream valve 11a and the downstream valve 11c are fully opened, and the drain valve 12 is fully closed.
First of all, when you want to make the water sent to the house a mixture of purified activated water and tap water, and depending on where the water quality improvement device 1 is installed, chlorine must remain, but you want to reduce the chlorine concentration In such a case, by adjusting the opening degree of the flow rate adjusting valve 11b, the pipe cross-sectional area of the valve portion of the flow rate adjusting valve 11b is changed to adjust the flow rate of untreated tap water passing through the flow rate adjusting valve 11b. To do. As a result, the ratio of the flow rate of tap water toward the purification activation tank 2 and the flow rate of tap water passing through the flow rate adjusting valve 11b can be changed. The tap water toward the purification activation tank 2 flows into the inside through the intake port 2 c below the purification activation tank 2. The tap water that passes through the water purification unit 2a at the lower part of the purification activation tank 2 is filtered by sand, activated carbon, and a filter that are used as filter media, so that impurities, harmful substances such as chlorine, rust, and dust are removed. It becomes. In addition, this purified water is ceramic passes through the upper part of the active portion 2b of the purification activating tank 2, elvan, by the magnetic field active portion, and by Rikatsu activatable activity Kamizu to electrical magnetic action.
The purified activated water purified and activated by passing through the purified activation tank 2 in this way passes from the outlet 2d at the upper end of the purified activation tank 2 through the downstream valve 11c and passes through the pipe line portion 13a. Head toward the extraction joint 4. The extraction portion joint 4 branches up and down from the right direction, and purified activation water treated in the purification activation tank 2 flows from above, and untreated tap water flows from below. Therefore, the purification activation water and the tap water are mixed inside the extraction portion joint 4, and this mixture flows from the right end portion of the extraction portion joint 4 into the pipe toward the house. Therefore, by reducing the chlorine concentration of water used inside the house and reducing other impurities and harmful substances in this way, it can be used as water that is very favorable to the human body and can be used for health. .
[0010]
Next, when it is desired to flow the tap water into the house without treating it, the flow adjustment valve 11b is fully opened, and the upstream side valve 11a and the downstream side valve 11c are fully closed, thereby purifying the water. The tap water does not pass through the gasification tank 2, and the tap water passes through the pipe portion 14 a and the flow rate adjustment valve 11 b and flows directly into the house from the extraction joint 4. Therefore, it can be properly used when purification activation water is not required.
[0011]
Furthermore, when there is no problem in laws and regulations and purification activated water that has sufficiently performed the purification / activation function is desired to flow into the house, the flow rate adjustment valve 11b is fully closed, and the upstream side valve 11a and the downstream side All the tap water that flows from the intake joint 3 with the side valve 11c fully opened passes through the purification activation tank 2. As a result, it is possible to effectively purify the activated water that removes impurities and harmful substances and activates the water flowing inside the house.
Further, by providing the pressure gauge 8 on the upstream side of the purification activation tank 2, if an abnormality occurs in which the purification activation tank 2 decreases due to the amount of water passing for some reason, the pressure immediately upstream with the upstream pressure. An abnormality can be recognized.
When the flow rate that can be passed is reduced due to the use of the purification activation tank 2 of the water quality improvement apparatus 1 of the present embodiment for a long period of time, first, the flow rate adjustment valve 11b is fully opened. At this time, the upstream side valve 11a and the downstream side valve 11c are fully opened. Next, the upstream valve 11a is fully closed, and the drain valve 12 is fully opened. As a result, the tap water taken into the apparatus by the inlet channel 6 is entirely passed through the bypass channel 14 by partially closing the upstream valve 11a, and a part of the tap water flows backward from the outlet joint 4 through the outlet channel 13. Then, it goes to the outlet 2d of the purification activation tank 2, and the rest is taken out of the apparatus from the outlet joint 4 and goes into the house. The tap water that has flowed back through the outlet channel 13 and directed toward the outlet 2d of the purification activation tank 2 flows back through the purification activation tank 2 from the outlet 2d of the purification activation tank 2 toward the inlet 2c, and the inlet 2c. To the three-way joint 5c through the pipe portion 6a. By reversing the tap water inside the purification activation tank 2, impurities accumulated in the purification activation tank 2 can be washed away with the original flow. The water washed off in this way passes through the drainage channel 9 from the three-way joint 5c and is discharged from the drainage drain 9b to the outside of the apparatus. As described above, the water quality improvement apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment can be cleaned with the water that has flowed backward in the purification activation tank 2. Therefore, it can be used for a very long period. Therefore, since the maintenance interval becomes long and the replacement interval of the purification activation tank 2 becomes long, the use cost can be greatly suppressed.
[0012]
Next, in order to remove the purification activation tank 2 of the water quality improvement apparatus 1 from the water quality improvement apparatus and perform maintenance work or the like, first, the flow rate adjustment valve 11b is fully opened. At this time, the upstream valve 11a and the downstream valve 11c are fully opened, and the drain valve 12 is fully closed. Next, the upstream valve 11a and the downstream valve 11c are fully closed. As a result, the water flowing from the intake joint 3 into the apparatus flows out of the apparatus through the bypass water passage 14 to the outside of the apparatus.
Thus, if the upstream valve 11a and the downstream valve 11c are fully closed so that water does not flow into the purification activation tank 2, the drain valve 12 is fully opened to drain the water in the purification activation tank 2. Discharge from road 9. Thereby, the water in the purification activation tank 2 can be drained. Next, the tank attachment 7 attached to the inlet 2c and the outlet 2d at the upper and lower ends of the purification activation tank 2 is rotated to release the screwing. As a result, there is no engaging portion between the water inlet path 6 and the water outlet path 13 and the purification activation tank 2, and the purification activation tank 2 may be removed by sliding it sideways. At this time, since the water in the purification activation tank 2 and the water in the pipe on the drainage channel 9 side are drained from the upstream side valve 11a and the downstream valve 11c, the purification activation tank 2 is lighter so In addition, when the purification activation tank 2 is removed, water in the piping and the purification activation tank 2 is not splashed on the operator.
Thus, the water quality improvement apparatus of the present embodiment can easily remove and attach the purification activation tank 2, and can easily replace and repair the purification activation tank 2.
[0013]

In the figure, 17 is a water purifier and 18 is a water heater.
In another example of the embodiment, a water purifier or a water purifier is used as the water quality improver. As described above, any water quality improver may be used as long as it provides a good water quality for the user.
Other reference numerals, configurations, operations, and usage are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0014]
