本発明はパルスモータによりリードスクリューを回転させることによってパチンコ球を払い出すパチンコ遊技機における球払出装置に関するものである。

パチンコ遊技機における球払出装置には、従来から種々の形態があり、パルスモータによりリードスクリューを回転させ、その回転数を制御することにより、所期の数のパチンコ球を払い出すように構成したものもそのうちの一つである。

ところで、この種のリードスクリュー型の球払出装置は、一般にパルスモータの回転軸に設けられたリードスクリューに沿ってパチンコ球を移動させるものであるので、その軸方向の長さ寸法が大きくならざるを得ないものであった。このためパチンコ遊技機の裏面における取付スペースを大きく占有するという問題があった。特に、リードスクリューから落下したパチンコ球を検出するため、球計数用センサをリードスクリューの下流に設けようとすると、そのスペースをもさらに必要とするので、一層取付スペースが足らなくなるものであった。

本発明は上記問題点を解消し、小型に構成し得るリードスクリュー型の球払出装置を提供し、パチンコ遊技機裏面の狭いスペースに常に容易に取付けられるようにするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明のパチンコ遊技機における球払出装置は、パルスモータにより回転駆動されるリードスクリューを鉛直に支持し、該リードスクリューの両側対称位置にパチンコ球を一列にて整列状態で流下させる球移動樋を鉛直に形成し、該リードスクリューの回転に伴い該球移動樋中のパチンコ球が該リードスクリューのねじ山に支持されて下降することにより該パチンコ球が連続的に払い出されるようにした球払出装置であって、該球移動樋中の下流のパチンコ球が該ねじ山の後端縁による支持を失うときに同時に該球移動樋中の上流のパチンコ球が該ねじ山の先端縁により支持されるように、該ねじ山の実質的な巻長を1周未満なるようにすることで、1つの球移動樋について常時1個のパチンコ球が該ねじ山に支持されるようにしたことを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記球払出装置において、リードスクリューのねじ山のピッチを11.5mm〜12.5mmに設定したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面に従い本発明の実施形態を説明する。図1はこのパチンコ遊技機の裏面図で、1は景品球タンク、2は該景品球タンクから自重で流下し整流樋3を通過したパチンコ球が供給される球払出装置である。図2はこの球払出装置の拡大縦断面図、図3はそのA−A線断面図、図4はB−B線断面図である。該球払出装置2は、プラスチック製のケース4にパルスモータ5がその回転軸6が鉛直下向きとなるように固設され、該回転軸6にリードスクリュー7が固着される。8a,8bは該リードスクリュー7に沿って両側に鉛直に形成された球移動樋、9a,9bは前記整流樋3を通過することによって一列に整列されたパチンコ球を該球移動樋8a,8bに導くためケース4内に屈曲状に形成された球導入筒である。なお、球移動樋8a,8bの下方は払出通路10に連なるよう開口している。17はリードスクリュー7の下端部を軸支するために形成された軸受部、18はケース4に形成された取付片である。このため、パルスモータ5によりリードスクリュー7が矢印の方向に回転駆動されると該リードスクリューのねじ山11に拘束されたパチンコ球b1,b2…が球移動樋8a,8b中を移動し払出通路10に連続的に払い出される。

しかして、リードスクリュー7は、図3に示されるように、そのねじ山11の巻長が1周以下となるように形成される。即ち、図示したねじ山11は先端縁11aに始まり後端縁11bに終る巻回角度αが約340度のものである。ねじ山11をこのような巻長に設定することにより、球移動樋中の下流のパチンコ球b1が該ねじ山の後端縁11bによる支持を失ったとき、上流のパチンコ球b2が該ねじ山の少なくとも先端縁11aにより支持されるようにしている。なお、球移動樋8a,8bの内径はパチンコ球の移動(自由落下)に支障のないよう充分な遊びが得られるように、パチンコ球の直径より1mm程大径に形成されている。このため図3では、先端縁11aおよび後端縁11bがパチンコ球b1,b2の円内に重なり合っているが、この遊びのために、下流のパチンコ球b1は後端縁11bによる支持が図3の状態にて失われ、上流のパチンコ球b2が先端縁11aにより支持されるようになる。

また、該ねじ山11のピッチpはパチンコ球の直径(10.5mm〜11.5mm)よりも1mm程大きい11.5mm〜12.5mmに設定される。こうして該リードスクリュー7の長さLが最小限に抑えられる。なお、該ねじ山11の外周縁は球詰まりが発生したとき等に手動で該リードスクリューを回転させる場合の滑り止めのために凹凸状に形成されている。

12は投光器13と受光器14とからなる球計数用センサで、該球計数用センサはケース4の下端部近くに固着されたコ字形の取付枠15に投光器13と受光器14を向かい合わせに取り付け、光軸16が両球移動樋8a,8bを跨って過ぎり、リードスクリュー7のねじ山からの拘束を解かれた直後のパチンコ球が該光軸16を遮ることにより、該パチンコ球が電気信号として検出され計数される。なお、このように1つの球計数用センサ12で両球移動樋を流下するパチンコ球を検出することで、複数の感知器を設けるよりも製造コストが軽減される利点がある。また、リードスクリュー7のねじ山からの拘束を解かれた直後のパチンコ球を検出することで、両球移動樋8a,8bを交互に流下するパチンコ球が重なって光軸16を遮断するおそれがなく検知ミスが防止されるとともに、検出遅れによるパルスモータの惰性回転等によりパチンコ球が余計に払い出されるようなおそれも解消される。

またこのように構成した球払出装置では、リードスクリュー7のねじ山11の巻長を1周以下に設定することによって、球移動樋8a,8b中のパチンコ球はねじ山11による拘束時間を可及的に短くすることができるので、拘束を解かれた直後のパチンコ球を検出するべく球計数用センサ12を設けても該球払出装置の全長Hが長くなることなく、取付スペースを従来より余計に占有するようになるようなことがない。また、このようにねじ山11の巻長を短くしたことで、パチンコ球との摩擦も少なくなってパルスモータ5の負荷も軽減される。
