Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
For example, the present invention relates to a food packaging container in which a transparent plastic lid is detachably attached on a plastic container body so that sushi stored therein can be easily seen from the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, a transparent lid 102 is attached to and detached from a container body 101 on which food is placed so that the freshness and appearance of food such as sushi can be easily seen from the outside. Food packaging containers that can be attached are widely used in supermarkets and the like. Many of these food packaging containers have legs 111 suspended from the four corners of the container body 101 in order to improve the appearance of the container itself. Then, in order to prevent slipping down when stacked and displayed, concave grooves 121 on which the leg portions 111 of the container main body 101 are placed are formed at the upper four corners of the lid body 102. In addition, a gap 106 is formed between the lower surface of the container main body 101 and the upper surface of the lid body 102 when stacked and displayed.
[0003]
In addition, there has already been proposed a lid that can store a food lid such as an ice cream so as to rise from the top of the container body by forming a paper lid that fits into the cup-shaped container body into a dome shape. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). An effect is also disclosed that if the top plate portion of the lid is fitted into a leg portion that forms the entire lower periphery of the container body, a lateral shift at the time of display or the like can be prevented.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-56143 (pages 2 and 3, FIG. 5)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional food packaging container described above has the following problems. First, when the concave grooves 121 are formed in the upper four corners of the lid body 102, the transparency of the portion is lowered, or the food inside the four corner portions is difficult to see due to irregular reflection of external light rays or the like. The label 104 for displaying the manufacturer, expiration date, etc. is attached close to the upper four corners of the lid 102 so that the food inside is not easily seen. You have to put it close to the part, which will obstruct the view of the food inside. It is presumed that the display information on the label 104 will increase due to the revision of the JIS standard, and the size of the label will be increased, making it difficult to see the food inside.
[0006]
Second, for the reasons described above, the concave groove 121 on which the leg portion 111 of the container main body 101 is placed cannot be increased in size so much that the fitting height between the leg portion of the container main body and the concave groove is There has been a problem that the bottom area is small, and it is easy to shift when stacked. Thirdly, when the container main body 101 and the lid body 102 are stacked, since the gap 106 is formed between the container main body and the lid body, the leg 111 and the concave groove 121 of the container main body are formed. It has a small area where it contacts and is responsible for the total weight stacked upwards, and when stacked in multiple stages, there is a problem that this lid is easily deformed or easily damaged. It was.
[0007]
On the other hand, the dome-shaped lid proposed in Patent Document 1 is made of paper and has a window hole at the top so that the contents can be seen through the window. It cannot be used in food packaging containers that are intended to show the entire sushi nigiri sushi. Further, since the container body is cup-shaped, its leg portion is formed over the entire lower periphery of the container body. Therefore, in order to bring out luxury as a container, it is not possible to apply it to a container that requires leg portions to be suspended at the four corners of a container, such as a sushi container.
[0008]
Moreover, since the container main body which uses the said paper-made lids is cup shape, it has the vertically long cylindrical shape which accommodates liquid foods, such as ice cream. Therefore, when they are stacked in multiple stages, the whole becomes like a long and narrow tower, and it becomes extremely unstable because it is bent or collapsed in the middle. Therefore, it cannot be applied to assorted containers such as nigiri sushi, which are intended to be stacked in multiple stages and displayed in a shallow and wide container having a bottom area larger than the height.
[0009]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a food packaging container in which food inside is easy to see, difficult to shift when stacked and displayed, and hardly deformed.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the first feature of the food packaging container according to the present invention is that the corner portion between the top plate portion and the side wall portion of the polygonal lid and the corner portions of the side wall portions adjacent to each other are smoothly circular. The inner surface of the leg part suspended from at least each corner of the container body is formed in a shape that fits into the side wall of the lid.
[0011]
That is, the food packaging container according to the present invention includes a polygonal container main body molded from a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet, and a transparent lid detachably attached to the peripheral portion of the container main body. At least at each corner of the container main body, bent horizontal cross-section legs are suspended. In addition, the lid body has a substantially flat polygonal top plate portion and a side wall portion inclined outward from the peripheral end portion of the top plate portion, and a corner where the top plate portion and the side wall portion intersect. The corner portions where the side portions and the side wall portions are adjacent to each other are connected by arcs. And the inner side surface of each leg part of the said container main body is inclined inward, and when the said container main body is stacked on the said cover body, it forms in the shape which the said side wall part closely_fit | fits. .
[0012]
The second feature of the food packaging container according to the invention, between the legs, as described in the feature 1, Thea connected respectively convex rib portion that is vertically to the container body is, among the rib portions side is in Thea Rukoto formed on the inner surface flush with the leg portion.
[0013]
By configuring the invention in this way, the three-directional corners that form the corners of the upper part of the lid are formed in a spherical shape, so that the transparency of this part can be prevented from being impaired. it can. Furthermore, since the three-way corner is spherical, the food label can be attached to the three-way corner, so that the influence on the visibility of the central portion of the container by this label is reduced. Can do. In addition, by fitting the inner surface of the leg of the container body into the side wall of the lid, the adhesion of the fitting is improved, and even when stacked and displayed in multiple stages, it prevents slippage and deformation. be able to.
[0014]
In addition, the inner surface of the leg of the container body is fitted so as to cover the lid like a dome with a smoothly rounded tip, so that it can be restored to its original position even if the stacking is slightly shifted. have. Therefore, even when the customer picks up once and then puts it back, it is easy to prevent the stacking from shifting. In addition, since the legs are connected by convex ribs that are suspended from the container body, the bending and torsional rigidity of the container body is enhanced to prevent deformation when stacked and displayed in multiple stages. Can be more difficult to collapse.
[0015]
The third feature of the food packaging container according to the present invention is that the bottom plate portion of the container body described in any one of the features 1 and 2 is formed substantially flat, and the container body is stacked on the lid. In addition, the top plate portion of the lid body and the bottom plate portion of the container body are close to each other. Here, the proximity includes a case where the top plate portion of the lid body and the bottom plate portion of the container main body come into contact with each other.
[0016]
If the top plate part of the lid and the bottom plate part of the container main body can be stacked so as to come into contact with each other in this way, both can be integrated and the overall rigidity and strength can be increased, and it becomes difficult to deform, It becomes harder to collapse. Even if the top plate portion of the lid and the bottom plate portion of the container main body are configured to be somewhat separated from each other, since they are formed of a thin plastic sheet, they are brought into close contact with each other by elastic deformation due to a stacking load. An effect can be obtained.
[0017]
A fourth feature of the method for producing a food packaging container according to the present invention is that the container body described in any one of the features 1 to 3 is formed by vacuum-adsorbing the upper surface side of the container main body to a male mold. is there.
[0018]
Thus, when the upper surface side of the container body is formed in vacuum contact with the male mold, the thickness of the leg portions of the container body can be prevented from being reduced. That is, contrary to the present invention, when the container lower surface side is formed in vacuum contact with the female mold, a narrow and deep groove for forming the leg is formed in the female mold. However, when the thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet is sucked into this groove by vacuum, the thickness of the leg portion becomes thin and the rigidity and strength are lowered. In addition, a bridge is likely to occur on the surface of the leg portion. Therefore, by forming the upper surface side of the container main body in vacuum contact with the male mold, it is possible to prevent the leg portion from being lowered in rigidity and strength and to generate a bridge.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The configuration of the food packaging container according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The food packaging container is a substantially horizontally long rectangular shallow container body 1 formed by vacuum forming a polystyrene sheet, and a substantially dome-shaped transparent lid 2 detachably attached to the peripheral edge of the container body. And. At the four corners of the container body 1, legs 11 having horizontal cross-sections bent in an L-shape are respectively suspended, and between these legs, convex ribs that are suspended on the four sides of the container body 1. 12 are connected to each other. In addition, the rib part 12 is about half the height of the leg part 11, emphasizes that it is a container with a leg part, and makes the bending and torsional rigidity of the container main body 1 high. On the other hand, the lid body 2 has a substantially flat top plate portion 21 that is substantially horizontally long, and a side wall portion 22 that is slightly outwardly connected to the peripheral end portion of the top plate portion. And the corner part which the top-plate part 21 and the side wall part 22 cross | intersect, and the corner part to which the side wall part 22 adjoins mutually are connected with the circular arc, respectively. Accordingly, the three-direction corner portions 23 that form the upper four corners of the lid body 2 are formed in a smooth spherical arc. In addition, a knob portion 24 extending when the lid body is pulled away from the container body 1 extends at one corner of the opening end of the lid body 2.
[0020]
FIG. 4 shows an AA cross-sectional structure of the food packaging container shown in FIG. A fitting flange portion 24 having a substantially S-shaped cross section is formed on the entire circumference of the opening end of the lid body 2 and is fitted to a flange portion 14 having an inverted U-shaped cross section provided on the entire upper end of the container body 1. Match. In addition, horizontal protrusions 25 are formed on the four corner side walls of the fitting flange 24 of the lid 2 so that the leading edge 14a of the flange 14 of the container body 1 fits over the horizontal protrusions. It has become. Furthermore, semi-cylindrical protrusions 26 are formed at the upper corners of the fitting flange portion 24 of the lid 2 to prevent blocking when the lids are stacked and stored. .
[0021]
The inner wall portion 14b of the flange portion 14 of the container body 1 is slightly inclined inward, and this inner wall portion extends to the outer surface of the leg portion 11 provided at the four corners. The leg part 11 has a vertically long U-shaped convex cross-sectional shape. The inner side surface of the leg portion 11 is also slightly inclined inward and is connected to the horizontal bottom plate portion 13 of the container body 1. Moreover, the convex rib part 12 which connects between each leg part 11 is a longitudinally long U-shaped cross-sectional shape, an inner side surface is formed flush with the inner side surface of the leg part 11, and an outer side surface is a flange. The inner wall portion 14b of the portion 14 is connected to a horizontal portion 13a that faces slightly inward.
[0022]
FIG. 5 shows a case where food packaging containers are stacked and displayed. The uppermost food packaging container has a cross-sectional shape. That is, the inner side surfaces of the respective leg portions 11 of the container body 1 are closely fitted at the upper end portions of the side wall portions 22 of the lid body 2. The bottom plate portion 13 of the container body 1 and the top plate portion 21 of the lid body 2 are in contact with each other with a slight gap.
[0023]
Therefore, when stacking food packaging containers, the respective leg portions 11 of the container body 1 slide along the smooth spherical arcs of the three-direction corner portions 23 formed at the four corners of the upper portion of the lid 2. It is inserted. Therefore, automatic alignment is performed, so that even if they are stacked slightly deviated, they can be stacked so as to be surely fitted. And since the inner surface of the leg part 11 is closely fitting to the upper end part of the side wall part 22 of the cover body 2, stacking | stacking does not shift | deviate easily or collapse.
[0024]
Further, a convex rib portion 12 is suspended between the respective leg portions 11 to enhance the bending and torsional rigidity of the container body 1, and the bottom plate portion 13 of the container body 1 and the top of the lid body 2. The plate portion 21 is deformed by the weight of the stacked food packaging container and is brought into close contact with each other, so that the overall strength balance of the stacked food packaging containers is improved, and is deformed or displaced or collapsed due to the deformation. The food packaging containers can be stacked in a multistage manner. Further, as the food packaging containers are stacked in multiple stages, the weight of the stacked food packaging containers increases, the adhesion between the inner surface of the leg portion 11 and the side wall portion 22 of the lid 2, and the bottom plate portion 13 of the container body 1. And the top plate portion 21 of the lid body 2 become stronger, and the displacement and collapse are less likely to occur. Further, since the gap 106 is eliminated between the bottom plate portion 13 of the container body 1 and the top plate portion 21 of the lid body 2, the number of stacking stages when displaying can be increased.
[0025]
Now, as shown in FIG. 6, the container main body 1 is molded by vacuum-adsorbing the upper surface side of the container main body 4 with the male mold 4. That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, a polystyrene sheet 3 that is a thermoplastic synthetic resin material is heated and softened in advance and inserted between the male mold 4 and the pressing mold 5. Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the peripheral portion 52 of the pressing die 5 and the peripheral portion 42 of the male die 4 are sandwiched by sandwiching the polystyrene sheet 3 so that the peripheral portion of this sheet is Fix it. In addition, about the leg part 11 and the baseplate part 13 of the container main body 1, the escape parts 51 and 53 are provided in the pressing die 5 so that the sheet | seat 3 may not be restrained. Then, air is sucked from the suction holes 41 provided in the male mold 4, and the sheet 3 is brought into vacuum contact with the male mold 4 to form the container body 1.
[0026]
Thus, when the upper surface of the container body 1 is formed in vacuum contact with the male mold 4, the thickness of the leg portion 11 of the container body can be prevented from being reduced. That is, contrary to the present invention, when the lower surface of the container main body 1 is formed in vacuum contact with the female mold, the portion of the sheet 3 whose periphery is constrained that forms the leg 11 of the container main body 1 is the most. Pulled to reduce the wall thickness. For this reason, the rigidity and strength of the leg portion are reduced. On the other hand, in the molding method of the present invention, the thickness of the flange portion 14 of the container body 1 is reduced. However, the rigidity of the flange portion is reduced due to the reduced thickness, and instead the fitting flange portion 24 of the lid body 2 is reduced. Can be easily fitted, and the fitting strength with the lid body 2 is moderate, so that it is possible to prevent the fitting body from being too tight and difficult to open.
[0027]
The thermoplastic synthetic resin material is not limited to polystyrene, and other materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or biodegradable resin such as polylactic acid resin can also be used. The container body 1 and the lid body 2 are not limited to a rectangular shape, and may be other polygonal shapes such as a triangular shape and a hexagonal shape. Even if it is circular or elliptical, the means of the present invention can be easily applied.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
First, it is possible to prevent the transparency of this part from being impaired by connecting the three-way corners at the top of the lid with a smooth spherical arc. Furthermore, since the three-way corner is a smooth spherical arc surface, the food label can be attached to the three-way corner, so that the label particularly hinders the visibility of the central portion of the container. Can be less affected. Second, since the inner side surface of the leg of the container body can be stacked on the side wall portion of the lid, the close contact between the fitting portions increases, and even when stacked and displayed, Dropping and deformation can be prevented.
[0029]
Thirdly, the inner surface of the leg of the container body is fitted to cover a dome-like lid with a smooth rounded tip, so that it will return to its original position even if it is slightly misaligned. It has a restoring property. Fourthly, since the leg portions are respectively connected by convex rib portions suspended from the container body, the bending and torsional rigidity of the container body is enhanced, and when stacked and displayed in multiple stages, Deformation can be prevented and it becomes more difficult to collapse. Fifth, since the top plate portion of the lid and the bottom plate portion of the container body can be stacked closely, the contact area can be greatly increased, and the overall rigidity and strength can be increased. It is difficult for deformation and collapse to occur, and the number of stacking stages that can be stored in a display case or the like can be increased.
[0030]
And sixthly, by forming the upper surface of the container body in vacuum contact with the male mold, the thickness of the leg of the container body is reduced, and the rigidity and strength of the leg are reduced. Can be prevented. Moreover, since the thickness of the flange part of a container main body becomes thin, the rigidity of a flange part falls and it becomes easy to attach or detach to the fitting flange part 24 of the cover body 2.
