本発明は、印判清掃具に関する。さらに詳しくは、印鑑やゴム印に付着したゴミ,紙粉,ほこり等を除去できる印判清掃具に関する。

【従来の技術】
現在、印鑑やゴム印に付着したゴミ,紙粉,ほこり等を除去できる印判清掃具は、加硫ブチルゴム等の再生ゴムにオイルと充填剤等を加熱溶解して製造されており、実公昭28−8109等が知られている。しかしながら、製造工程上ゴムを加熱するためゴム臭が発生し、作業者及び周囲の環境衛生の面で好ましくなく、しかも再生ゴムのバッチごとや季節によって品質性能が異なり安定した粘着性ゴム材料を得る事が困難であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような従来の問題点を解決すべくなされたものであり、製造工程時の臭気を抑え、バッチごとや季節に関係なく安定した品質性能が得られる粘着性ゴムを用いた印判清掃具を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
シリコンゴムコンパウンド中に、前記シリコンゴムコンパウンド100重量部に対して1〜30部のシリコンオイルを添加混練りした未加硫粘着性ゴムからなる印判清掃具。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の印判清掃具では、シリコンゴムコンパウンド中にゴムコンパウンド100重量部に対して1〜30部のシリコンオイルを添加混練りし、加硫することなく未加硫の状態で粘着性を有するゴムを用いる。
シリコンゴムコンパウンドとは、シリコンゴムに充填剤、補強剤、軟化剤等を加えた組成物をいい、前記シリコンゴムとしては、KE931−U・KE941−U・KE951−U・KE953−U・KE961−U・KE971−U・KE981−U・KE961T−U・KE971T−U・KE981T−U・KE9511−U・KE9611−U・KE9531−U(以上、信越シリコーン社製)等を例示することができる。シリコンゴムはシリコンオイルと溶解度係数が同じであるため親和性が良く、好適に使用される。
充填剤及び補強剤としてはシリカやカーボンブラック等を用いることができ、Aerosil(日本アエロジル社製),Cab-O-sil(cabot社製),Fransil(Fransol社製),Aro Silica(PPG社製),Hi−Sil(PPG社製),Ultrasil(DEGUSSA社製),Tokusil(徳山曹達社製)、Nipsil(日本シリカ社製),Carplex(塩野義製薬社製),Finesil(徳山曹達社製),Silica(富士シリシア化学社製),Mizukasil(水沢化学社製)等を例示することができる。
軟化剤としては、ジメチルシリコンオイル,メチルフェニルシリコンオイル,メチルハイドロジエンシリコンオイル,反応性シリコンオイル,非反応性シリコンオイル(以上、信越シリコーン社製)等を例示することができる。
着色剤としては、KEcolor−BR(赤褐色),KEcolor−W(白色),KEcolor−MB(青色),KEcolor−G(緑色),KEcolor−BL(黒色),KEcolor−SB(スカイブルー),X−93−941(黄色),X−93−942(赤色)(以上、信越シリコーン社製)等を例示することができる。
シリコンオイルとしては、ジメチルシリコンオイル、メチルフェニルシリコンオイル等が使用され、KF96L−0.65・KF96L−1・KF96L−1.5・KF96L−2・KF96L−5・KF96−10・KF96−20・KF96−30・KF96−50・KF96−100・KF96−200・KF96−300・KF96−350・KF96−500・KF96−1000・KF96−3000・KF96−5000・KF96−6000・KF96H−1万・KF96H−12500(以上、信越シリコーン社製)等を例示することができる。本発明の構成においてシリコンオイルの粘度について記載がないが、シリコンオイルの粘度に関係なく好適な粘着性が得られる。
また、ゴムコンパウンド100重量部に対するシリコンオイルの添加量を1〜30部と限定した理由は、1重量部未満では粘着性が弱く、30重量部を超えると未加硫ゴムなので硬度が落ちすぎてゴム物性が悪くなるためである。

本発明では、混練したシリコンゴムを加硫せず未加硫の状態のまま使用する。
未加硫の状態なので、印判清掃する際に印底まで入り込み清掃でき、かつ製造工程が容易になるといった利点がある。
加硫してしまうと粘着性が低下し、かつ印判清掃する際に印底まで清掃することが不十分となるので好ましくない。
