本発明は、パチンコ型スロットマシン(略称パチスロ)と称される回胴式遊技機、一般のスロットマシン、自動販売機、現金自動振込機、硬貨弁別機等に適用可能であり、一括投入された多数のメダルや硬貨等のコインを1枚ずつ順次取り込んで、1枚ずつ順次送出可能なコイン取込及び送出装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば、回胴式遊技機に適用されるコイン取込及び送出装置においては、遊技機本体の前面に設置されたコイン一括トレイに一括投入された多数のコインを、遊技機本体の内部に配置されたコイン送出装置における円筒部材に落下させて貯留し、この円筒部材に貯留された多数のコインを、円筒部材の下方に設けられ、かつモータ駆動により所定の方向へ回転可能な回転ディスクの落とし穴に、1枚ずつ順次落し込んで取り込む。そして、回転ディスクの落とし穴に取り込まれたコインを、その厚み方向が上下方向を向くような状態で、回転ディスクの回転による遠心力によって、回転ディスクの外側に設けられた二次側通路へ送出して、コイン送出装置の外部へ送出するようになっている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の特許文献1に記載されたような従来技術においては、回転ディスクの落とし穴に取り込んだコインを、回転ディスクの回転による遠心力によって、回転ディスクの遠心方向へ移動させて、外部に送出するような構造であるため、回転ディスクの遠心方向(水平方向)にコインの移動を許容するための広いスペース(二次側通路)が必要になることに起因して、装置全体が大型化し、遊技機本体に取り付ける場合、遊技機本体側に大きな取り付けスペースを確保する必要があるとともに、取り付け位置の制約を受ける等の問題がある。

本発明は、上述のような従来の課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的は、狭いスペースでコインの取込及び送出を可能にして、小型化を可能にするとともに、コインの取り込みを確実に行うことができるようにしたコイン取込及び送出装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1)一括投入された多数のコインを1枚ずつ順次取り込んで、送出可能なコイン取込及び送出装置において、一括投入されるコインを厚み方向前後方向に向くように受け入れ可能な落し込み部を有するコイン一括トレイと、該コイン一括トレイの落し込み部の後側に対向するように配置され、かつ前上がり傾斜した軸線回りに回転可能に支持されるとともに、前記コイン一括トレイに受け入れられた前記コインを厚み方向に前面側から取り込み可能で、かつ取り込んだ前記コインを厚み方向に後方へ送出可能な取込孔を複数有する回転盤と、該回転盤を回転させるモータと、前記回転盤の真後ろに配置されるとともに、前記回転盤の回転に伴って、前記取込孔が前記コインを取り込み可能な取込位置から前記コインを後方へ送出可能な送出位置に変位するまでの範囲において、前記取込孔に取り込まれている前記コインを前記取込孔から送出させないように前記取込孔の後方を閉塞する閉塞部、及び前記コインを取り込んでいる前記取込孔が送出位置にあるとき、前記取込孔に取り込まれている前記コインを前記取込孔を通過させて後方へ送出させるように前記取込孔の後側に重合して前記取込孔の後方を開放するとともに、他の取込孔の後方を開放しない送出口を有するベース部材とを備え、前記コイン一括トレイと前記回転盤との前後方向の隙間を、前記コインの外径より狭くする。

以下、本発明の一実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を適用した回胴式遊技機の正面図を示す。
