【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、カーテンを吊下するカーテンレールの上面側及び前面側を覆うカバー部材を、後付けにより簡易に取り付けることができ、又その取り外しも容易である、後付型のカーテンボックス装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
室内の窓部a側でカーテンbを取り付ける場合、図12に示すように、該窓部a側の上部の壁面c等に、下端開放の断面C字状等を呈するチャンネル部材からなる前後のカーテンレールd,eをブラケットfを用いて固定し、各レールd,eにカーテンbを開閉可能に吊下することが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記カーテンレールは、カバーが付設されることなく露出状態とされることも多いが、このような場合には次のような問題点があった。

(1) カーテンレールが剥き出しになり、該カーテンレールに対するカーテンの吊下部分もよく目立って見栄えが悪く、室内の美観を損なう問題があった。

(2) 又カーテンの上端部分が、塵や埃の付着によって汚れやすく、その汚れが目立って室内の美観を損なう問題があったばかりか、付着した塵や埃は除去しにくいために不衛生になりやすい問題もあった。

(3) 又カーテンを閉じた状態において室内を暖房した場合、図12〜13に示すように、カーテンbの裏側と窓部aとの間に間隙部分hが形成され、この間隙部分hの上端は、後側のカーテンレールeと壁面cとの間jで室内空間kに連通状態にあるため、暖かい空気が、図13に矢印F1で示すように、前記間隙部分hにその下端mから流入して上昇し前記間jで抜けて室内空間kに排出されるという暖空気の循環が生ずることになる。その結果、前記窓部aで熱交換が行われて暖空気が冷却され、暖房効率が悪くなるという問題があった。
又室内を冷房しているときも、冷気が図13に矢印F2で示すように、前記間jを通して間隙部分hに流入して下降し前記下端mで抜けて室内空間kに排出される冷空気の循環が生ずる結果、前記窓部aで熱交換が行われて冷空気が暖められ、冷房効率が悪くなる問題があった。

本発明は、前記カーテンレールが剥き出しになって室内の美観を損なう問題や、カーテンの上端部分が塵や埃で汚れるという問題を解消でき、又、室内の清潔感を保つことのできるカーテンボックス装置の提供を目的とするものである。又、既設のカーテンレールを取り外すことなく簡易且つ能率的に後施工できるリフォーム容易性を有すると共に、将来的に再リフォームする場合も、既設のカーテンレールを取り外すことなく容易に取り外して廃棄可能な施工の簡便性を有し、更に進んで、カーテンが取り付けられる窓部の断熱性を向上させることも可能であるカーテンボックス装置の提供を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため本発明は以下の手段を採用する。
即ち本発明に係る後付型のカーテンボックス装置は、窓部側で並列された、該窓部に近い後のカーテンレールと該窓部から遠い前のカーテンレールに、該カーテンレールに対して着脱可能の取付具を介してカバー部材を取り付けることによりカーテンボックスを構成するカーテンボックス装置である。そして前記取付具は、前記後のカーテンレールと前のカーテンレールの夫々に嵌着される後の取付部材と前の取付部材を具え、各取付部材は、前記カーテンレールを前後から弾性的に挟持し得る挟持片が下方に向けて突設されてなり、該前後の挟持片が弾性的に拡開し且つ該拡開した挟持片がその後にすぼまることによって、前記カーテンレールにその上側から弾性的に嵌着されるものとなされると共に、該前後の挟持片が弾性的に拡開することによって各取付部材を前記カーテンレールから取り外し可能となされており、又前記前後の挟持部材は、前記窓部から離れる方向に突出する連結片で連結されると共に、前記後の取付部材の上面部及び前記連結片の前端側の上面部には、後の下係合部と前の下係合部が設けられている。又前記カバー部材は、前記両カーテンレールの上側を覆う上カバー片と、その前端で下設されて前記カーテンレールを前側から覆う前カバー片とを具えると共に、該上カバー片の下面部には、前記後の下係合部と着脱可能に係合し得る後の上係合部と、前記前の下係合部と着脱可能に係合し得る前の上係合部とが設けられてなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜3において本発明に係る後付型のカーテンボックス装置(以下カーテンボックス装置という)1は、窓部2側で並設された、該窓部2に近い後のカーテンレール3と、該窓部2から遠い前のカーテンレール5に、着脱可能の取付具6を介してカバー部材7を取り付けることによりカーテンボックス9を構成するものである。かかる取付具6及びカバー部材7は、例えば、塩化ビニルやオレフィン系樹脂等の樹脂素材を用いて成形される。

前記前後のカーテンレール5,3は、例えば図1〜2に示すようなC字状のチャンネル部材を用いて形成されており、ブラケット8を介して、窓部側の上部の壁面11に取り付けられている。例えば、後のカーテンレール3にはレースカーテン10aが吊下され、前のカーテンレール5にはドレープカーテン10bが吊下される。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以下の如き優れた効果を奏する。
(1) 本発明に係るカーテンボックス装置は、前後の取付部材を前後のカーテンレールにその上側から押し込んで弾性的に嵌着させると共に、該取り付けられた前後の取付部材にカバー部材を、係合手段により上側から取り付ける構成を採用している。従って本発明によるときは、弾性的な嵌着手段や係合手段によって前後の挟持部材やカバー部材を取り付けることができるのであり、既設のカーテンレールを取り外すことなくこれをそのまま生かしながら後付けによって、カーテンボックス装置を簡易に構成できる利点がある。
カバー部材を取り付けるに際して、もしも、カーテンレールの内蔵された新たなカーテンボックスを取り付ける場合は、カーテンレールの取り外しを必要としてリフォームに多くの施工手間を要するばかりか、施工コストの上昇を招き、更には、カバー部材の取り付けに際し、既設カーテンレールの取り付けに用いていた取付孔をそのまま残しながら取付孔を壁面等に新たに設けなければならない必要も生じ、壁面等を損傷をして美観を損なう問題も生ずるのであるが、本発明によるときは、かかる問題を生じさせることなくリフォームできることとなる。又レール内蔵のカーテンボックスを取り付ける場合は、既存のカーテンレールを廃棄しなければならない不経済も生ずるのであるが、本発明によるときはこのような不経済も回避できる。
又前後のカーテンレールに取り付いている前後の取付部材は、これを上方向に浮き上げることにより、前記前後の挟持片の弾性的拡開によって、カーテンレールを取り外すことなくカーテンレールから容易に除去できることになる。
