Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a syringe holder, and more particularly to a syringe holder for safely holding the syringe when the syringe is used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A syringe used for medical treatment or the like may be used by being housed in a syringe holder in order to facilitate handling and enhance safety during use. Such a syringe holder includes a holder body that is formed in a tubular shape and accommodates the syringe body of the syringe, a collar that protrudes from the outer periphery of the rear end of the holder body and that receives the finger hook, and a tip of the holder body There is known a “syringe holder” which is mainly composed of a luer lock having a screw structure formed on an inner peripheral portion and screwed to a base portion of an injection needle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
When the syringe holder is used, the syringe holder supports a holder body having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the syringe body of the syringe, and is operated by hooking a finger with a hook larger than the original finger hook portion of the syringe. Therefore, it is possible to easily handle a small-sized syringe that is short in length and small in diameter and difficult to fit in the hand, and is suitable for precise treatment in ophthalmic treatment. Further, since the injection needle is fixed by the luer lock at the tip, it is possible to prevent the injection needle from falling off even when a highly viscous drug is used. Furthermore, since the entire syringe is accommodated, it is safe against damage during use of the glass syringe in particular.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, the heel part (2) is a semi-ring-shaped flat body in which the ears (23) as the finger hooks are extended to the left and right, with a gap in the front and rear, and these It is comprised in the state which couple | bonded a part of outer peripheral part mutually with the connection piece (22). That is, as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the collar part (2) has a gap (21) whose upper surface side is released over a width larger than the diameter of the finger hook part (42). The finger hook (42) of the syringe (41) is fitted into the gap (21). The size of the gap (21) of the heel portion (2) is a size corresponding to the approximate thickness of the finger hook portion (42).
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 7 to 11, the needle locking portion (3) has an inner peripheral cross section orthogonal to the axis formed in a substantially semicircular arc shape, and as shown in FIG. 3. A screw-like protrusion (31) as an injection needle locking means for locking the coupler (44c) at the base of the injection needle (44) is provided on the inner periphery thereof. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 12, a pair of projecting pieces project from the base end of the coupler (44c) of the injection needle (44) to the left and right, and the needle locking section (3) As shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral surface is provided with a spiral protrusion (31) that can be somewhat tightened by engaging the protruding piece. That is, the needle locking portion (3) has a structure in which a conventional luer lock at the tip of a syringe holder is divided in half along the axis.
[0017]
Further, even when the injection needle (44) once attached to the injection nozzle (43) is loosened, in order to prevent the injection needle (44) from falling off more reliably, FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIGS. As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of hook portions (33) for hooking the above-mentioned protruding piece of the coupler (44c) base end portion of the injection needle (44) is provided on the upper surface of the distal end of the needle locking portion (3). Is projected. The hook portion (33) functions to hook the overhanging piece on the distal end side of the needle locking portion (3) when the overhanging piece of the coupler (44c) is about to come off from the protrusion (31). In addition, the code | symbol (32) in a figure shows the rib for reinforcement for preventing the deformation | transformation at the time of shaping | molding of the needle | hook latching | locking part (3), and a deformation | transformation at the time of use.
[0018]
As described above, the syringe holder of the present invention includes a bowl-shaped holder body (1) and a needle locking part (3) having a structure in which a cylinder is divided in half, and a collar part (2 having a gap structure with an open upper surface side. ) And is provided with injection needle locking means on the inner peripheral portion of the needle locking portion (3), and the syringe body (41) and finger hooking portion (42) of the syringe (4) are provided on the upper surface side. The injection needle (44) mounted on the injection nozzle (43) is locked.
[0019]
That is, when the syringe (4) is accommodated in the syringe holder of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 12, the syringe (4) equipped with the injection needle (44) is fixed in the holder by pressing from above. . In other words, by fitting the syringe body (41) of the syringe (4) to the holder body (1) and holding it by the latching portions (11) and (12), the syringe (4) is vertically and horizontally oriented. The movement of the syringe (4) in the front-rear direction is regulated by fitting the finger hook portion (42) of the syringe (4) to the collar portion (2).
[0020]
Further, the injection needle (44) is prevented from falling off by engaging the injection needle (44) with the injection needle locking means of the needle locking portion (3). Specifically, when the coupling of the injection needle (44) attached to the injection nozzle (43) of the syringe (4) is loose, the injection needle (44) is slightly rotated to prevent liquid leakage during injection. The protruding piece at the base end of the coupler (44c) of the injection needle (44) that contacts the inner periphery of the needle locking portion (3) is engaged with the groove between the protrusions (31). The needle (44) is tightened by rotating along (31), the coupling force of the coupler (44c) of the injection needle (44) to the injection nozzle (43), and the needle locking portion (3) The coupling force of the coupler (44c) of the injection needle (44) with respect to is increased.
[0021]
When the syringe (4) accommodated in the syringe holder as described above is used, the fingertip is hooked on the buttocks (2) so that the proximal end portion of the holder body (1) is sandwiched between the fingertips, and the plunger rod (45) is operated to inject the drug solution into the subject. In a medical field or the like, the injection needle (44) is usually handled with a protective cover (not shown) attached until the syringe (4) is actually used.
[0022]
As described above, the syringe holder of the present invention, like the conventional holder, supports the holder body (1) having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the syringe body (41) of the syringe (4) with a finger and a syringe ( Since a finger having a larger area than that of the finger-hanging portion (42) of 4) is placed on the finger, it can be easily handled even with a small-sized syringe. Further, since the syringe body (41) of the syringe (4) can be accommodated over its entire length, it is particularly safe against breakage of the glass syringe.
[0023]
Furthermore, the syringe holder according to the present invention is mounted on the injection nozzle (43) because the needle locking portion (3) is provided with the screw-like protrusion (31) as the injection needle locking means as described above. By simply rotating and tightening the injection needle (44), it is possible to reliably increase the coupling force of the injection needle (44), and to prevent dropout and leakage during use of the injection needle (44). it can. Accordingly, not only a syringe filled with a normal drug, but also, for example, hyaluronic acid used as an intra-articular injection, an ophthalmic surgery adjuvant, an anti-adhesion agent for organs or tissues, or a modified product thereof, or a gel or collagen thereof, It is also suitable for a syringe filled with a highly viscoelastic drug such as a synthetic polymer substance.
[0024]
Moreover, as described above, the syringe holder of the present invention includes a holder body (1) and a needle locking portion (3) having a structure in which the cylinder is divided in half, and a collar portion (2 ), And a part of the cross section of the holder body (1) is formed in a substantially semicircular arc shape larger than a semicircle, so that the syringe (4) can be accommodated only by pressing from the upper surface side, and It can be fixed in a non-movable state, and the syringe (4) can be removed simply by lifting it upwards, and it is extremely easy to attach and detach. Furthermore, it can be attached / detached with or without the injection needle (44) or plunger rod (45), and can be operated while directly checking the syringe (4), so that handling is extremely easy. .
[0025]
In the present invention, the injection needle locking means is not limited to the screw-shaped protrusion (31), and for example, has a structure in which the illustrated hook portion (33) is further enlarged, or A structure in which a substantially semicircular arc-shaped protruding portion is provided at the edge of the needle locking portion (3) so that the base end portion of the coupler (44c) of the injection needle (44) is more reliably hooked.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the syringe holder of the present invention, the holder body is configured by the holder main body and the needle locking portion having a structure in which the cylinder is divided in half, and the collar portion having the gap structure in which the upper surface side is opened. The cross section of a part of the main body is formed in a substantially semicircular arc shape that is larger than a semicircle, and the syringe can be accommodated and fixed in a stationary state by simply pressing from the upper surface side. Since it can be removed, it is very easy to attach and detach, and it can be attached and removed with or without the injection needle or plunger rod, and can be operated while directly checking the syringe. Very easy.
