従来、外壁に設けられた貫通孔に配管が貫通され、この配管の外周に保温材が被覆され、さらに外壁の外部側における保温材の外周にラッギング材が囲繞されてなる配管貫通部を止水するための構造として、例えば、ラッギング材と外壁との間がシールされてなるものや、あるいは外壁の貫通孔に鞘管が設けられ、この鞘管外周面と貫通孔内周面との隙間が孔埋されるとともに、ラッギング材と外壁との間がシールされてなるものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前者の外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造にあっては、ラッキング材の固定が困難であり、またシール材が線状に施されることになるため止水効果の信頼性が劣るという問題がある。一方、後者にあっては、鞘管と貫通孔との隙間の孔埋時にモルタルがうまく充填されず漏水を生ずる虞がある。

本発明は、上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、確実に止水することができるととともに、ラッキング材を固定することができる外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造は、外壁に設けられた貫通孔に配管が貫通され、この配管の外周に保温材が被覆され、さらに上記外壁の外部側の上記保温材の外周にラッギング材が囲繞されてなる外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造であって、上記貫通孔のスリーブとして打ち込まれた管部材に、短管が上記外壁の外部側に突出するように嵌入されるとともに、この短管と上記外壁との間がシールされ、さらに上記ラッギング材の基端部が上記短管の外側に配設されるとともに、このラッギング材と上記外壁との間がシールされてなることを特徴とするものである。

以下、本発明の外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造の一実施の形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
本実施の形態に係る外壁の配管貫通部の止水構造は、図1に示すように、外壁1に設けられた貫通孔2に、スリーブとして管部材3が打ち込まれている。管部材3は、内面中央部に突起部4aを有する合成樹脂製のソケット4と、このソケット4に突起部4aに突き当たるように外壁1の内部側から嵌入された合成樹脂製の調整用短管5とからなるもので、調整用短管5の長さが調整されることにより管部材3の両端は壁1と面一とされている。管部材3のソケット4には、外壁1の外部側からソケット4に突起部4aに突き当たるように、かつ短管6が外壁1の外部側に突出するように嵌入され接着材で固定されている。短管6と外壁1との間は、シリコン等からなるシール材7によりシールされている。
