【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、トイレットペーパなどのロール紙または、これに近似したロール巻きシート状物の繰り出し用ホルダの改良に係り、特に本発明では可撓復元弾性部材により対向復帰するロール紙空心受けの対向復元弾力の弱化、すなわち、可撓復元弾性部材固有の所謂「ヘタリ」による前記空心受けの自己対向復帰動作の不安定要素をすべて除去できた自己対向復帰のロール紙保持装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
自己対向復帰のロール紙保持装置を用いたロール紙ホルダには、従来、例えば特開平9−215628号公報記載のもの、および特開平10−127525号公報中、図10と図11および、その説明文記載のものが周知である。

これらの各従来の技術は、いずれも平面ほぼ「コ」字状または「ヨ」字状のロール紙ホルダにおける複数の側体の各対向面にそれぞれ撓みばねで対向突出復帰するロール紙空心受けを常には対向して設け、これらの受け間にその前方からロール紙を差し入れてロール紙をその芯管または空心で上記各ロール紙空心受けに枢支セットして用いるのであるが、この枢支セット時には、予め自己対向復帰している上記左右の各空心受けをその突出弾力に抗してロール紙側面で後方に斜めに押し傾けながらロール紙を後方に動かし、ロール紙芯管または空心の左右開口縁が空心受け先端に対向したとき、上記左右の各ロール紙空心受けをその内向き直線化復元弾力で上記芯管または空心内にそれぞれ突入させることで、ロール紙をロール紙ホルダに対し枢支セットするとしている。
なお、上記各従来のロール紙ホルダから使用済のロール紙芯管を取り除くには、この芯管を手前に引き出すことで、空の芯管内に弾力的に突入している上記左右の各ロール紙空心受けをその自己突出弾力に抗して前方斜めに傾けながら空になったロール紙芯管をロール紙ホルダから取り除けるとしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これら各従来例は、前記のようにロール紙セット時における各ロール紙空心受けの後方斜め傾動と、空の芯管の取り除き時における前方斜め傾動との後にそれぞれ各空心受けを常にはロール紙ホルダの側体対向面から内向き中立に対向突出復帰させるために、ロール紙ホルダの側体に設けた枢支体に金属線材で作った蔓巻きばね、または可撓復元弾性素材で一枚板状に成形した板ばね単板二枚を枢支体上下に配設し、その基部をそれぞれ枢支体に対し不動に支持して突設し、これら板ばねの撓み弾性復帰部に係合せたロール紙空心受けを前記のように側体に常には対向するように枢支突設したものである。

したがって、これら二つの各従来例は、いずれも左右の各ロール紙空心受けを常には弾力的にロール紙ホルダの側体対向面から内向き中立に対向突出維持するための肝心な可撓復元部材として、金属線材で作った蔓巻きばね、または可撓復元弾性素材で一枚板状に成形した板ばね単板二枚を枢支体上下に配設して用いているが、これら可撓復元部材のうち、金属線材で作った蔓巻きばねは、細い針金を曲げたり巻いたりして複雑な形状に作ってあるので、その製造・管理・運搬・保管・購入・使用のすべての面で扱い辛く不便で面倒であるし、少しの外力でも弾け飛んで紛失し易いという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。

また、前記各従来例における「人」字状や一文字状の板ばね単板を枢支体上下に配設して用いた例では、板ばね単板自体が可撓プラスチック製の薄い一枚板であるからその可撓復元弾力はもともと弱い上に、板ばね単板二枚を一枚ずつ枢支体上下に配設して用いているから、各板ばね単板の縦幅を空心受けの中空内法高さの約半分と幅狭にしなければならず、各板ばね単板の可撓復元弾力がますます弱化するとともに、前記のようにロール紙セット時における各空心受けの後方斜め傾動と空の芯管の取り除き時における各空心受けの前方斜め傾動の都度、各板ばね単板にその弾撥力に抗して加わる曲げ応力は、各板ばね単板の強制曲がり部だけに集中して繰り返し加わるため、上記板ばねに曲がり癖が付き部分的に機械疲労し易く、その直線化復元弾力が極端に弱くなってしまうという可撓復元部材固有の所謂「ヘタリ」が生じ、使用途中で空心受けの対向復帰位置が著しく不安定になって使い物にならなくなったり、特に前記各板ばね単板の強制曲がり部にその弾性復帰限界以上の曲げ応力が集中的に繰り返し加わったような場合には、一発で使い物にならなくなるという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。

この発明は、平面ほぼコ字状やヨ字状のロール紙ホルダにおける左右の側体にそれぞれ可撓復元部材により自己対向復帰するロール紙空心受けを枢支するに当たり、上記可撓復元部材に改良工夫を施すことで、その直線化復元弾力の弱化、すなわち、可撓弾性部材固有の所謂「ヘタリ」によるロール紙空心受けの自己対向復帰動作の不安定要素を簡易な構成ですべて除去することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記したこの発明の目的は、平面ほぼコ字状やヨ字状のロール紙ホルダにおける左右の各側体にそれぞれ自己対向復帰のロール紙空心受けを枢支するに当たり、下鍔を有する対向枢軸に先細偏平リング状の対向弾片の固定基部を抜け止め突設し、この対向弾片に下部開放のロール紙空心受けを被せ、その枢支孔を前記対向枢軸に係入した状態で、この対向枢軸の上部に突設した係止鉤縁を前記各側体の下部に形成した係止孔縁に係合させることで、対向枢軸を側体下部に取着し、これら各側体に対しロール紙空心受けを前記対向弾片の直線化復元弾力で対向復帰可能に枢支したことで達成できた。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態例について図面を参照して説明する。
先ず、この発明の基本形態は、プラスチックなどで図1のように平面ほぼコ字状に成形したロール紙ホルダHにおける左右の各側体1にそれぞれ後述する手段により対向枢支した自己対向復帰のロール紙空心受け2にロール紙Rをその空心rで同図1のように回転可能に支持し、このロール紙Rの上部前寄り外周面に前記ホルダの後側左右の枢支部で起伏可能に枢支した紙切り板Pの前辺下面を圧接し、この前辺下面を経て前方へ繰り出したロール紙Rの繰り出し部を前記紙切り板Pの前辺刃先P1でカットできるロール紙ホルダHを大略的に構成する。

本発明では、前記左右の各側体1の下部にそれぞれ前記ロール紙空心受け2を枢支するための枢支体Aとして、下鍔3上にプラスチック製の対向枢軸4を図2のように突設した枢支体Aを用いる一方、ポリエステル・エラストマなどの可撓復元弾性素材で前記対向枢軸4の高さのほぼ半分の縦幅に先細偏平リング状に成形した図2のような先細端が閉じた対向弾片6の固定基部7を前記対向枢軸4の中間切欠5の部分における間隙に圧入して固着したり、固定基部7を上記間隙に係入しつつその抜け止め突部8Aを前記対向枢軸4の側面に圧接させることで、前記対向弾片6を対向枢軸4に図1における要部拡大図のように内向きに抜け止め突設した後、この対向弾片6に図2のような下部開放のロール紙空心受け2を被せながら前記各対向枢軸4に空心受け2の枢支孔2Aを図1における要部拡大図のように係入して枢支する。

次いで、上記ロール紙空心受け2を枢支して備えた対向枢軸4は、その上部を前記各側体1の下部に図1のように空心受け2と共に配置して用いるのであるが、この配置固定手段としては、対向枢軸4の上部に図2のように形成した係止鉤縁4Aを側体1の下部に形成した結合部1B(図1の点線部分と図2参照)の係止孔1Cに対向枢軸4の先端をその固有弾力に抗しすぼめながら係入後、係止孔縁1Aから係止鉤縁4Aが突出した時点で対向枢軸4の原状復帰により、係止孔縁1Aに係止鉤縁4Aを同図1およびその要部拡大図のようにパチンと一発係合させて側体1の下部に対向枢軸4の上部を強固に取着することができ、前記ロール紙空心受け2を図1のように前記左右の各側体1にそれぞれ前記対向弾片6の直線化復元弾力で対向復帰可能に枢支できるとともに、前記下鍔3で空心受け2の抜け止めを施すことができた。

本発明の構成は以上のようなもので、以下その基本動作例につき説明する。
先ず、図3(a)のような原状にあるロール紙空心受け2を前記先端が閉じた対向弾片6の直線化復元弾力に抗し、手指などの外力により図3(b)、図3(c)のように対向弾片6と共にその固定基部7に対してそれぞれ前後に各別傾動させることで、上記対向弾片6を上記空心受け2の内で上記各図のようにそれぞれ前後交互にクネらせながら全体的に撓ませて強い直線化復元弾力を蓄えることができ、このロール紙空心受け2の傾動解除により、前記対向弾片6の固定基部7に対する直線化復元弾力でロール紙空心受け2を図3(a)のように固定基部7に対してほぼ平行の中立突出状態に原状復帰させることができた。

此処で、前記対向弾片6をその直線化復元弾力に抗し固定基部7に対して全体的に「クネリ撓み」変形させた後、この対向弾片6を上記復元弾力で原状復帰させる場合の対向弾片6の自己対向復帰動作について、なお詳細に吟味する。
上記対向弾片6をその直線化復元弾力に抗し、前記ロール紙空心受け2に加えた外力により固定基部7に対して図3(b)、図3(c)のようにそれぞれクネらせながら前後各別に撓ませ曲げたときに、固定基部7付近の各対向弾片6には、それぞれ上記各図のように大小二つの強制曲がり部6A・6Bが生じるが、これら各曲がり部のうち、内側小径の強制曲がり部6Aの内面が外側大径の強制曲がり部6Bの内面を各図のように外向きに強く圧迫して各曲がり部6A・6Bにそれぞれこれら強制曲がり部単独固有の直線化復元弾力以上の二つの強い直線化復元弾力を蓄えた状態にある。

これと同時に、上記内側小径の強制曲がり部6Bには、曲がり径差に基づく余長分が生じて対向弾片6の先細端付近に押し寄せる結果、この先細端付近が上記図3(b)、図3(c)のようにその直線保持弾撥力に抗し部分的に外方に膨らみ、膨出曲がり部6Cができて上記余長分を吸収すると共に、この膨出曲がり部6Cによっても直線化復元弾力を蓄えることになり、ほぼU字状で先端が閉じた対向弾片6全体としては、上記各図のようにそれぞれ交互各別に所謂「クネリ撓み」変形毎に以上合計三つの直線化復元弾力を蓄えた状態となっている。
その後、ロール紙空心受け2の外力解放による対向弾片6の傾動解除により、前記強制曲がり部6A・6Bと膨出曲がり部6Cとに蓄えた合計三つの強い直線化復元弾力でロール紙空心受け2を図3(a)のように固定基部7に対しほぼ平行に中立突出した原状所定位置に復帰させることができた。

また、本発明における前記先細偏平リング状の対向弾片6は、前記外力とその解除により、それぞれ前記各図のように前後方向の全体的な「クネリ撓み」変形と自己中立突出復帰という動作を交互に繰り返すことになるが、この繰り返し動作の都度、対向弾片6に加わる曲げ応力は交互正逆に全体的に分散するため局所的に集中せず、対向弾片6は、上記各図のように全体的に満遍なく交互正逆に変形しながら動くから、前記内外二つの強制曲がり部6A・6Bや膨出曲がり部6Cにはそれぞれ無理な曲げ応力が集中して加わることがなく、したがって上記対向弾片6を全体的にクネらせながら交互各別に撓ませた後、これを自己中立突出復帰させるという動作を長期に亘り多数回繰り返し実行しても、上記強制曲がり部6Bには曲がり癖が付かず、対向弾片6には前記「ヘタリ」が生じない。

本発明における自己対向復帰のロール紙空心受け2の基本的な動作は以上のようなもので、次にロール紙保持装置としての動作について詳細に説明する。
前記図1のようにロール紙ホルダHにおける左右の側体1の下部に対し、ほぼ直角に自己対向復帰状態にある上記空心受け2間に、その前方からロール紙Rを差し入れ、このロール紙をその芯管または空心rで上記各空心受け2に図1、図4のように枢支セットして用いるに当たっては、予め自己対向復帰している上記各空心受け2を前記対向弾片6の直線化復元弾力に抗してロール紙側面で図5のように後方斜めに押し傾けながらロール紙を後方に動かし、ロール紙芯管または空心rの左右開口縁が空心受け先端に対向したとき、上記左右各ロール紙空心受け2をそれぞれ前述したような直線化復元弾力で図4のように上記芯管または空心r内にそれぞれ突入させて対向維持させることができ、ロール紙Rをロール紙ホルダHに対し前記図1および図4のように枢支セットすることができた。

なお、上記ロール紙ホルダHから使用済のロール紙芯管rを取り除くには、空になった芯管内rに突入している上記左右の各ロール紙空心受け2を前記自己対向突出弾力に抗して図6のように前方斜めに傾けながら空の芯管rを手前に引き出すことで、ロール紙ホルダHから取り除けると同時に上記各空心受け2は前記のように原状復帰するから、これら対向復帰済の各空心受け2に新しいロール紙Rを前記図5のように枢支セットして再び用いることができる。

【実施例】
本発明に用いた前記対向弾片6を対向枢軸4に固定する手段としては、前述の固定手段以外に、例えば周知の菊座金付きの雄ねじとか接着で対向弾片6の固定基部7を対向枢軸4に抜け止め固定することができ、また、本発明におけるロール紙ホルダHの平面輪郭形状としては、平面ほぼ「ヨ」字状で従来周知の横隣設一体化ロール紙ホルダHにも当然に応用実施できる。
さらに、前記紙切り板Pの前辺刃先P1として、例えばポリエステル・エラストマなどの手指に優しく柔軟で表面摩擦が大きい可撓弾性プラスチックで櫛歯状に射出成形した柔軟な刃先板を取着して用いてもよいが、この場合、上記刃先P1の出面寸法は2〜3mm程度とし、また各刃先の太さは0.5〜3mm程度とし、各刃先の突設ピッチは1〜3mm程度とすることが好ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上のような形態を採用したので、以下に記載の効果を奏する。
本発明における請求項1から請求項4までの各発明によれば、ロール紙ホルダHにおける左右の側体にそれぞれ自己対向復帰のロール紙空心受けを枢支するに当たり、下鍔を有する対向枢軸に先細偏平リング状の対向弾片の固定基部を抜け止め突設し、この対向弾片に下部開放のロール紙空心受けを被せ、その枢支孔を前記対向枢軸に係入した状態で、この対向枢軸の上部に突設した係止鉤縁を前記側体の下部に形成した係止孔縁に係合させることで、対向枢軸を各側体の下部に取着し、これら各側体に対しロール紙空心受けを前記対向弾片に生じた複数の強い直線化復元弾力で対向復帰可能に枢支できたので、これら各ロール紙空心受け2にロール紙Rを片手操作で軽快、かつ、確実に枢支セットすることができ、しかも、左右の空心受け2から使用済の芯管rを無造作に取り外しても各ロール紙空心受け2は、精確な原状位置に必ず対向自己復帰するという優れた効果が有るほかに、前記対向枢軸上部の係止鉤縁4Aを側体下部の係止孔縁1Aにワンタッチで一発定着できたので、側体1の下部にロール紙空心受け2を有する対向枢軸4を簡易な構成で取着でき、ロール紙ホルダHとしての組立て作業性が大幅に向上したという工業的な効果も有る。

本発明による請求項5の発明によれば、前記諸効果に加え、前記対向弾片6の固定基部7の先端に抜け止め突部7Aを突設し、この抜け止め突部7Aを前記対向枢軸4の側面に弾接させることで、対向枢軸4に対する対向弾片6の抜け止めを施こしたので、対向弾片6の撓み変形とその直線化復元動作を多数回繰り返しても、対向枢軸4から対向弾片6が抜去せず、より一層長期間安定に使用できるという効果を付加できた。

本発明による請求項6の発明によれば、前記諸効果に加え、前記ロール紙空心受け2に空心rで回転可能に支持したロール紙Rの上部前寄り外周面に前記ロール紙ホルダHの後側左右枢支部で起伏可能に枢支した紙切り板Pの前辺下面を圧接し、この前辺下面を経て前方へ繰り出したロール紙Rの繰り出し部を前記紙切り板Pの前辺刃先P1でカット可能となしたので、ロール紙の繰り出しと、その切断とを極めて容易に実行できる使い勝手のよいロール紙ホルダHを安価に多量製造できるという効果を付加できたし、また本発明おける請求項7の発明によれば、前記対向弾片6をポリエステル・エラストマで先細偏平リング状に射出成形したので、対向弾片6の直線化復元弾力をより一層安定に長期維持できる自己対向復帰のロール紙保持装置を安価に多量製造できるという効果を付加できた。
