Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic mail terminal device that processes and notifies information on received electronic mail according to personal information corresponding to an electronic mail address.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-154157 discloses a method for extracting personal information of an e-mail and a technology relating to support for updating this information.
[0003]
However, this Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-154157 describes that personal information is extracted and an address book and the like are updated, but it is not described that mail information is used for notification.
[0004]
On the other hand, in mobile phones and the like, means for identifying the caller by display, light, music, etc. are used as means for notifying the telephone number of the call destination, but notification by the sound generation means by text-to-speech conversion is used. Not.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, electronic mail has been frequently used as a means for transmitting information. As a method other than notification by displaying this mail, notification by generation of voice can be used.
[0006]
However, if voice data is used for notification by the voice generation means, the amount of data is large, and communication time and cost are increased.
[0007]
In addition, the following problem occurs in the voice generating means for performing text-to-speech conversion.
[0008]
(1) In the notification of the mail information by the voice generation means, the sender and the contents in the text are not known or difficult to understand.
[0009]
That is, there are people with the same surname or the same name, there are different ways of reading while being the same character string, and in the notification of mail information by voice generation means, if reading, separation, accent position, intonation, etc. are different from the actual, The sender of the email is unknown or difficult to understand. In addition, the meaning of the contents may not be understood, lack of realism, and receive a different image.
[0010]
(2) In the case of notification by reading by the voice generation means, the contents cannot be confirmed in a list like the notification by the display means, and since it is read in time series, it may be impossible to quickly understand who the mail is from.
[0011]
(3) When notifying e-mail information by voice generation means, when converting from text to voice, reading out the sender's first and last name is difficult to guess by referring to the sentences before and after, and it is difficult to distinguish You ’ll either read it aloud or read it in a specific way. For this reason, in the case of a surname with a special reading, or when there are multiple reading people with the same surname or first name in the same string, a reading error occurs, the sender is unknown, and the content of the email However, things that can't be understood can happen.
[0012]
▲ 4 ▼ Also, if the sender is a relative, etc., and there are multiple people with the same address and the same surname, even if the expression “who is the name of the place” is used, it is difficult to identify the sender and the e-mail content cannot be understood. There is a case.
[0013]
▲ 5 In addition, there is no realism when reading from a male sound even when the sender is a woman, or when reading from a Tokyo accent even though the sender is an Osaka person. There is a possibility of misunderstanding the sender.
[0014]
(6) Furthermore, when the recipient who received the e-mail is the first sender, there may be cases where the sender does not have information about the sender, and there is a case where it is not clear what kind of voice is read to match the person's image.
[0015]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an e-mail terminal device that can accurately read out received e-mail by text-to-speech conversion without misreading.
[0016]

In another embodiment, since the first and last names are used as the personal information, it is possible to prevent a reading error of the first and last names of the mail sender and to easily understand the contents of the e-mail.
[0080]
In one embodiment, since an address is used as personal information, it is easy to specify the sender and to understand the contents of the e-mail. In particular, when there are multiple people with the same surname or who have the same reading, it is easier to identify the sender by supplementing all or part of the address information and understand the contents of the received e-mail. .
[0081]
In addition, since other embodiments use the relationship between the individual and the recipient as personal information, supplementary information of the sender is notified, the sender can be easily identified, and the contents of the e-mail can be easily understood. In particular, it is effective to supplement the relationship information when there are a plurality of relatives and the like who have the same address and the same surname.
[0082]
In addition, since one embodiment uses gender as personal information, it is possible to distinguish between male and female sounds by means of voice generation depending on the gender of the sender, so that realism can be further improved and the sender can be easily identified. This makes it easier to understand the contents of e-mails.
[0083]
In another embodiment, since the reading method of accent, intonation, etc. in the sound generating means is changed according to the address of the personal information, the realism can be further improved, the sender can be easily identified, and the contents of the e-mail can be changed.
