Description
【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an absorbent sheet called a panty liner which is a thin absorbent article as a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the partial cross-sectional view shown in FIG.
[0027]
Here, the cage absorbent sheet 1 is a thin absorbent article that is used by a woman that is fixed to the inner surface of the crotch portion of the underwear and integrated with the underwear, in order to absorb the excrement of the woman. used. Here, the excrement of a woman can be a normally white excretion excreted from the vagina, menstrual blood or urine excreted from the vagina, and the excreta absorption sheet 1 is mainly for the purpose of absorbing the excrement used. However, it is of course possible to absorb some menstrual blood and urine.
[0028]
In this specification, the skin side surface means a surface directed to the body when worn, and the clothing side surface means a surface directed to underwear.

[0033]
The
[0034]
As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of regularly arranged
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 3 in an enlarged manner, the top sheet 6 is formed with a large number of liquid
[0036]
The top sheet 6 is formed of a liquid-permeable non-woven cloth. The surface sheet 6 uses one or more of natural fibers, regenerated fibers, or chemically synthesized fibers, and includes a nonwoven fabric formed into a sheet shape by hydroentangling or needling entanglement, and the chemically synthesized fibers. A non-woven fabric in which fibers are bonded by heat fusion is used. Or the cloth by which the said surface sheet 6 was knitted may be sufficient.
[0037]
The natural fiber is cotton or pulp, and the regenerated fiber is regenerated cellulose fiber, rayon which is a derivative of the regenerated cellulose fiber, acetate fiber which is also a derivative. Chemical synthetic fibers are short-component fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester, or composite fibers of polyethylene and polypropylene, and composite fibers of polyethylene and polyester, and are made hydrophilic by applying a hydrophilic oil. used.
[0038]
Specifically, the topsheet 6 is made of a spunlace nonwoven fabric of 100% by mass of cotton fibers, a rayon spunlace nonwoven fabric of 100% by mass of rayon, or a core part made of polypropylene (PP) and a sheath part made of polyethylene (PE). A through-air nonwoven fabric obtained by fusing a core-sheath type thermoplastic composite synthetic fiber with hot air is preferably used.
[0039]
The surface sheet 6 has a basis weight of 10 to 50 g / m. 2 It is. When the topsheet 6 is formed of fibers containing a whitening agent such as titanium oxide, the topsheet 6 is formed by the absorbent sheet 4 positioned below the
[0040]
The
[0041]
The hydrophilic sheet is formed of at least one of natural fibers and regenerated fibers, or at least one of natural fibers and regenerated fibers and chemically synthesized fibers. As the chemical synthetic fiber, one having a surface coated with a hydrophilic oil such as a surfactant is used. The hydrophilic sheet may contain an absorbent polymer. As the natural fiber, regenerated fiber, and chemically synthesized fiber, the same fibers as listed as the material of the top sheet 6 can be used.
[0042]
With natural fibers such as cotton and pulp, tea leaves or tea leaf extracts are likely to adhere to the uneven portions of the surface. Moreover, when the pulp is beaten to use microfibrils appearing on the surface, the ability to retain tea leaves and the like and the colorant can be enhanced by the microfibrils. Also, regenerated fibers such as rayon are liable to adhere to tea leaves or tea leaf extract due to the hydrophilic force of the surface OH groups. Therefore, it is preferable that the hydrophilic sheet contains 60% by mass or more of at least one of natural fibers and regenerated fibers. However, in order to realize uniform fixability of tea leaves and colorants, it is preferable to use a hydrophilic sheet in which only at least one of natural fibers and regenerated fibers is used.
[0043]
As a preferable example of the hydrophilic sheet, a cotton spunlace non-woven fabric in which only cotton fibers are entangled with water flow or a rayon spunlace in which only rayon fibers are entangled with water flow is used. Moreover, after laminating only pulp by an air raid method, an air laid nonwoven fabric (air laid pulp) formed by spraying an adhesive such as an acrylate ester to bond between fibers to form a sheet can also be used. Alternatively, at least one of natural fiber and regenerated fiber is mixed with a core-sheath type composite synthetic fiber having a sheath part of polyethylene and a core part of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, and the heat of the low melting point polyethylene appearing on the surface of the synthetic fiber. It may be an airlaid nonwoven fabric in which fibers are bonded by a fusion force.
[0044]
The
[0045]
For example, the tea leaf extract contains 31.5% by mass of epigallocatechin garade, 17.2% by mass of epigallocatechin, 17.2% by mass of gallocatechin, 5.9% by mass of epicatechin, 5.0 mass%, catechin garade 2.8 mass%, and gallocatechin galade 1.9 mass%. Among these, epigallocatechin garade has the highest activity and can effectively exert a deodorizing effect and a bactericidal effect. Therefore, the tea leaf extract preferably contains 25% by mass or more of the epigallocatechin garade, What contains 30 mass% or more is more preferable.
[0046]
The tea leaves are contained in the
[0047]
The tea leaves or tea leaf extract is attached to the water-absorbent sheet in any of the dyeing method, spray coating or printing steps described later.
[0048]
When dyed or sprayed using an aqueous solution containing tea leaves or tea leaf extract, the tea leaves or tea leaf extract is fixed mainly by the hydrophilic action of the natural fibers or regenerated fibers constituting the
[0049]
Moreover, it is also possible to add a binder (adhesive) together with tea leaves or tea leaf extract by dyeing method or spray coating. Alternatively, a tea binder or tea leaf extract can be attached to the fiber by a dyeing method or a spray method, and then a binder can be provided separately. By using the binder, the force for fixing the tea leaves or tea leaf extract to the fibers can be increased. When a binder is added to the
[0050]
In the dyeing method, spray coating, and printing, a fixing agent that fixes the tea leaves or the tea leaf extract to fibers may be used. As the fixing agent, powders or microcapsules of porous materials such as zeolite, amorphous carbon, and silica are used. Tea leaves and tea leaf extract are fixed to the fiber through these fixing agents.
[0051]
A colorant different from the tea leaves or tea leaf extract may adhere to the fibers constituting the
[0052]
As the coloring agent, it is preferable to use, for example, copper chlorophyllin sodium, iron chlorophyllin sodium and the like as a chlorophyll pigment that is highly safe for use in medicines and foods and is also derived from natural products. Alternatively, a phthalocyanine pigment such as copper phthalocyanine blue or copper phthalocyanine green which is insoluble in water and hardly reacts with catechins can also be used.
[0053]
In this case, discoloration due to oxidation of the catechins can be masked by coloring the fiber using a pigment that does not chemically react with the catechins (oxidation-reduction reaction of polyphenols containing the catechins).

A pad dyeing method can be used for this step. In this method, the hydrophilic sheet is supplied to a pad dryer dyeing machine. In the pad portion of the pad dryer dyeing machine, a tea leaf or a tea leaf extract and an aqueous solution added with a nonionic-anionic surfactant as a dispersing agent are put, and preferably, different from the tea leaf or tea leaf extract. The aforementioned colorant is included in the aqueous solution. The hydrophilic sheet is passed through the pad portion, and the aqueous solution is included by the hydrophilic force of the fibers constituting the sheet. Thereafter, the hydrophilic sheet is dehydrated between rollers and further dried by blowing air. At this time, it is particularly preferable to use hot air.
[0071]
In addition, tea leaves, tea leaf extracts, and colorants can be applied to the hydrophilic sheet by spray coating. In this spray coating, the same aqueous solution used in the dyeing method is sprayed from at least one surface of the hydrophilic sheet, and then dried. Further, tea leaves and tea leaf extracts can be applied to hydrophilic sheets by gravure and flexographic printing methods. In this printing method, a tea leaf or tea leaf extract and a colorant are contained in a resin ink or other binder, applied to at least one surface of a hydrophilic sheet, and then dried.

After dyeing without using a binder or spray coating, tea leaves and tea leaf extract are attached to the hydrophilic sheet and dried, and then a binder (adhesive) is added to the hydrophilic sheet to improve fixability. Also good. The binder may be provided by using an acrylic ester emulsion, an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, an aqueous solution such as starch, and the like by spraying it on the sheet surface.
