【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はガードル着用時に併用するためのボディシェーパーに関し、その目的は、着丈の調節が可能で、しかもガードルを重ねて着用する場合に容易に着用することができ、更にウェストからヒップにかけてのラインを美しく見せて外観上美しく体型を補整することができるとともに、便意を催した場合等に、直ぐにショーツを下ろして用を足すことができるボディシェイパーを提供することにある。

【従来の技術】
ウェストからヒップにかけての体型の崩れを防止し、更に美しく補整するために着用される補整下着としては、ブラジャー、ウェストニッパー、ガードルが一体化されたボディスーツがある。
しかしながら、ボディスーツは図９に示すように、乳房の下部からヒップまでを締めつけて体型を整えるものであるため、着用すると窮屈で、圧迫感を感じてしまうことが多い。

図９に示すような一般的なボディスーツは通常、標準体型を基本としたサイズで作られているため、ブラジャーとウェストニッパー部及びガードル部の全てのサイズが着用者に適合する場合は少なく、無理に着用すると、圧迫感を感じるだけでなく、体調を崩してしまう場合もある。
また、ボディスーツの着丈が着用者の体に合わない場合も多く、着丈が短いボディスーツを無理に着用するとやはり窮屈で圧迫感を感じてしまい、逆に着丈が長いボディスーツを着用すると余った部分がウェスト部で溜まってシワになるため非常に着心地が悪いという問題もある。

更に、ボディスーツのガードル部の形状は通常、図９に示すように、ショートガードル型となっているため、ヒップだけでなく太股まで補整したい場合には、ボディスーツの上または下にロングガードルを重ねて着用しなければならず、この場合、ヒップ部はショーツ、ボディスーツ、ガードルの３つが重なるため、着心地が悪くなってしまうという問題もある。

ボディスーツには、上記したような多くの問題点が存在するため、ボディスーツの代わりに、ボディシェイパーとガードルを重ねて着用する女性も多い。ボディシェイパーとは、図１０に示すようにボディスーツのブラジャー部とウェストニッパー部のみが一体化されたもので、図１１に示すように、ボディシェイパー（Ｓ）とガードル（Ｇ）を重ねて着用することにより、ボディスーツと同じようにウェストからヒップにかけてを補整することができる。

図１１に示すようにボディシェイパーとガードルを着用すると、ボディスーツのように、着丈等が合わずに着心地が悪くなってしまうことはなく、また、着用者がショートガードル、ロングガードル等の様々な種類のガードルの中から自分の体に最適なガードルを選択して着用することができる。

しかしながら、上記したような従来のボディシェイパーとガードルを重ねて着用する場合にも、以下のような問題点が存在する。
図１０に示すようなボディシェイパーを、ガードルを着用せずに単独で着用すると、裾がしっかりと固定されずに裾の位置が上がってしまう恐れがある。従って、ヒップの補整を特に必要としない場合にも、必ずガードルをボディシェイパーの上から着用してボディシェイパーを固定しなければならないが、ボディシェイパーの裾を下方向に伸ばしてガードルの中に入れ込むという作業は面倒で時間がかかるだけでなく、ウェストまわりがすっきりせず外観上美しくないという問題点が存在する。

そこで、着丈の調節が可能で、しかもガードルを併用する場合に容易に着用することができ、更にウェストからヒップにかけてのラインを美しく見せて外観上美しく体型を補整することのできるボディシェイパーを、本出願人は既に、特許登録第２８７５５２１号で提案している。
この特許発明に係るボディシェイパーは、図１２および図１３に示すように、ボディシェイパー本体（３０）の前側の裾（３１）が左右の腰骨と股下を結ぶような略Ｖ字状とされ、後側の裾（３２）はボディシェーパー本体（３０）がヒップを覆わないように略Υ字状とされており、ショーツ形部（３３）は股下位置で前後に分割され、一方の分割側端部には係止部材（３４）が縦方向に複数列に設けられており、他方の分割側端部には該係止部材（３４）に係合する係止具（３５）が設けられてなるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記特許発明に係るボディシェイパーは、前記した問題点を悉く解決できる優れたものであったが、以下のような新たな問題を有することを、本出願人はその後の研究で発見した。
すなわち、このボディシェイパーは、胴体の長さに応じて着丈を調節できるものの、係止具（３５）と係止部材（３４）からなる着脱機構が、フックアンドアイ式やスナップ式である場合、その着脱を容易には行えないことが判った。つまり、この種の衣服は、太めの女性の体型を補正するのを主な目的としているから、着用時においては、通常、ショーツ形部（３３）の一方の分割側端部と他方の分割側端部は、相互に強く引張り合った状態にある。ところが、このような状態にあると、前記した方式の着脱機構では、その係合状態を解除するのにかなり大きな力が必要とされ、女性の力ではその作業は容易ではないことが明らかとなったのである。
従って、便意を催してトイレにて急いでその係合状態を解除しようとしても容易には解除できず、非常に不便であるという問題があるのである。
本発明はこのような実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、着丈の調節が可能で、しかもガードルを重ねて着用する場合に容易に着用することができ、更にウェストからヒップにかけてのラインを美しく見せて外観上美しく体型を補整することのできるとともに、便意を催した場合等に、直ぐにショーツを下ろして用を足すことのできるボディシェイパーの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決するためになされたものであって、請求項１に係る発明は、ブラジャー部、ウェストニッパー部、着用者の後側の腰から股下まで及び前側の腰から下腹部までをカバーするショーツ形部が一体化されてなるボディシェイパー本体及び肩紐からなり、ガードル着用時に併用するためのボディシェイパーであって、前記ボディシェイパー本体の前側の裾は左右の腰骨を結ぶような略Ｗ字状とされ、後側の裾はボディシェイパー本体がヒップを覆わないような略Ｖ字状とされており、前記ブラジャー部には左右一対のカップ部が設けられており、略Ｗ字状とされた前側の裾と略Ｖ字状とされた後側の裾は、略Ｗ字の２つの下側頂点の夫々と略Ｖ字の下側頂点を結ぶように設けられた左右２本の伸縮性テープ材によって連結されており、各伸縮性テープ材を伸ばした状態で、該伸縮性テープ材が着用者の膝付近まで到達し得るように構成されていることを特徴とするボディシェイパーに関する。請求項２に係る発明は、前記伸縮性テープ材とボディシェイパー本体の間には、相互に係脱可能な係止具および係止部材が設けられており、これら係止具および係止部材により、伸縮性テープ材の一端部はボディシェイパー本体に着脱可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のボディシェイパーに関する。請求項３に記載の発明は、前記伸縮性テープ材には、該テープ材の標準長さを調節するための長さ調節手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載のボディシェイパーに関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るボディシェイパーを図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
図１は本発明に係るボディシェイパーの好適な実施例を示す正面図、図２は図１に示すボディシェイパーの背面図、図３は図１に示すボディシェイパーとガードルを重ねて着用した状態を示す正面図、図４は図１に示すボディシェイパーとガードルを重ねて着用した状態を示す背面図である。

本発明に係るボディシェイパー（１）は、ガードル着用時に併用するためのボディシェーパー（１）であって、図１に示すように、ボディシェイパー本体（２）及び肩紐（３）からなる。このボディシェイパー本体（２）はブラジャー部（２１）、ウェストニッパー部（２２）及びショーツ形部（２３）が一体化されてなる。
尚、ショーツ形部（２３）とは、着用者の後側の腰から股下まで及び前側の腰から下腹部までをカバーする略ショーツ形状の部分を指す。

ブラジャー部（２１）には通常のブラジャーのように左右一対のカップ部（２１ａ）が設けられており、乳房を理想的な形状に整え、バスト全体を美しく形づけるというブラジャーの機能を有している。
また、ボディシェイパー本体（２）の略中央部に位置するウェストニッパー部（２２）はウェスト部及び腹部を引き締める機能を有している。
ブラジャー部（２１）及びウェストニッパー部（２２）に用いられる繊維としては、ボディシェイパー（１）全体が体にフィットするように、伸縮性を有する繊維、特に好ましくは縦横両方向に伸縮するツーウェイ伸縮布を用いるのが望ましいが特に限定されるものではなく、通常のブラジャー及びウェストニッパーに用いられる繊維を好適に用いることができる。

ショーツ形部（２３）の前側部（２３ａ）は、着用者の前側の腰から下腹部までをカバーする部分であって、その裾は左右の腰骨を結ぶような略Ｗ字状とされている。一方、ショーツ形部（２３）の後側部（２３ｂ）は、着用者の後側の腰から股下までをカバーする部分であって、その裾は該後側部（２３ｂ）がヒップを覆わないような略Ｖ字状とされている。略Ｗ字状とされた前側の裾（６ａ）と、略Ｖ字状とされた後側の裾（６ｂ）は、略Ｗ字の下側の２つの頂点の夫々と略Ｖ字の下側の頂点を結ぶように設けられた左右２本の伸縮性テープ材（７）によって連結されている。この伸縮性テープ材（７）の素材は、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、一般にストレッチテープ、ストラップテープと称される伸縮性テープ材等を適用することができる。このような素材から構成された伸縮性テープ材（７）は、適度な伸縮性および弾性力を備えており、ボディーシェイパー（１）の着用時において、前側の裾（６ａ）および後側の裾（６ｂ）を下方へ適度な力で引っ張ることができ、しかも必要に応じて着用者の膝付近まで伸ばすことができる（図５参照）。

伸縮性テープ材（７）の前側端部は、ショーツ形部（２３）の前側の裾（６ａ）に対して着脱可能とされている。その着脱機構（８）の構成は、特に限定されるものではないが、図７に例示するように、伸縮性テープ材（７）もしくはショーツ形部（２３）のいずれか一方に設けられた係止具（５）と、他方に設けられた係止部材（４）とから構成することができる。係止部材（４）と係止具（５）の形態としては、図７示例の如く、係止具（５）として差し込み片を、係止部材（４）として被差し込み部材を用いる差し込み式や、図８示例の如く、係止具（５）としてフックを、係止部材（４）として穴部を用いる所謂フックアンドアイ式、図示はしないが係止具（５）として凸型の上スナップを、係止部材（４）として凹型の下スナップを用いるスナップ式、或いは面接合ファスナを用いる形態が一般的であるが、伸縮性テープ材（７）の一端とショーツ形部（２３）の下端を繋ぎ合わせることができるものであれば全て好ましく用いられる。
また、伸縮性テープ材（７）の中途部には、該テープ材（７）の標準長さを調節するための長さ調節手段（９）が設けられている。この長さ調節手段（９）の構成は、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、図１および図５に示すような長さ調節片（１０）にて長さを調節するような構成とすることができる。

本発明に係るボディーシェイパー（１）は、伸縮性テープ材（７）の伸縮性および長さ調節手段（９）の操作により、その着丈を調節することができるので、着丈が短いために窮屈に感じてしまったり、逆に着丈が長いために余った部分がウェスト部分で溜まってシワになり着心地が悪くなることもない。また、着脱機構（８）の存在により、ボディシェイパー（１）の着脱を容易に行うことができる。
なお、ショーツ形部（２３）に用いられる繊維としては、屈伸等の体の動きに対応できるような伸縮性に富む繊維が用いられ、縦横両方向に伸縮するツーウェイ伸縮布が特に好ましく用いられる。

本発明に係るボディシェイパー本体（２）の脇丈は脇の最下部が腰骨を覆う程度とされる。前側の裾（６ａ）は、図１および図３に示すように、左右の腰骨を結ぶような略Ｗ字状とされる。また、後側の裾（６ｂ）は、図２および図４に示すように、ヒップ（Ｈ）を覆わないように略Ｖ字状とされる。
従って、ボディシェイパー本体（２）によりヒップの自然な膨らみを崩すことはなく、図４に示すように、ボディシェイパー（１）とガードル（Ｇ）を共に着用した場合に、ガードルにより補整されたヒップの美しい形状を崩すことはないので、ウェストからヒップにかけて美しいシルエットを演出することができる。しかも、ボディシェイパー（１）とガードル（Ｇ）を共に着用した場合に、ヒップ部分にボディシェイパー（１）とガードル（Ｇ）が重なって着心地が悪くなることはなく、ヒップ部分はすっきりとしており、快適な着用感を得ることができる。なお、後側の裾（６ｂ）の形状は、図１に示す形状に限定されず、例えば図６に示すように、下側頂部が丸くなった略Ｖ字状とされてもよい。
裾（６ａ、６ｂ）部分にはレース等の薄い繊維を用いるのが好ましく、これによりガードル（Ｇ）との一体感を増すことができる。

上述した如く、ボディシェイパー本体（２）の前側の裾（６ａ）は略Ｗ字状、後側の裾（６ｂ）は略Ｖ字状とされているため、図３及び図４中矢印で示すように、身体を締めつける力が前側の裾（６ａ）の２つの下端部および後側の裾（６ｂ）の下端部を中心としてそれぞれ３方向に分散するので、裾（６ａ、６ｂ）は着用者の体にピッタリとフィットし、過度の締めつけにより着用者が圧迫感を感じてしまうことはない。

本発明に係るボディシェイパー（１）とガードル（Ｇ）を併用することにより、ボディスーツと同様にウェストからヒップにかけてを美しく補整することができる。尚、図３および図４に示すように、ガードル（Ｇ）の上からボディシェイパー（１）を着用してもよいし、逆にボディシェイパー（１）の上からガードル（Ｇ）を着用してもよい。また、ショートガードル、ロングガードル等の種類によらず、着用者の必要に応じて様々なガードルを合わせることが可能であるが、本出願人が既に取得した特許第２８１０３３５号及び特許第２８７２６１７号において既に開示したガードルを併用すると、これらのガードルはヒップアップ効果が高く、優れた補整機能を有するため、ボディスーツを着用しているような優れた一体感が得られ、ウェスト部とヒップ部を含めた全体を美しく補整することができる。

また、本発明に係るボディシェイパー（１）は、伸縮性テープ材（７）を着用者の膝付近まで伸ばすことができるので、伸縮性テープ材（７）を膝付近まで伸ばした後、ショーツを膝付近まで下げることにより用を足すことができる。従って、この種の衣服を纏う女性にとって最も問題とされている用便の困難性を解消することができる。なお、伸縮性テープ材（７）をボディシェイパー本体（２）に対して着脱することによって用を足すことも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上、詳述した如く、請求項１に係る発明は、ブラジャー部、ウェストニッパー部、着用者の後側の腰から股下まで及び前側の腰から下腹部までをカバーするショーツ形部が一体化されてなるボディシェイパー本体及び肩紐からなり、ガードル着用時に併用するためのボディシェイパーであって、前記ボディシェイパー本体の前側の裾は左右の腰骨を結ぶような略Ｗ字状とされ、後側の裾はボディシェイパー本体がヒップを覆わないような略Ｖ字状とされており、前記ブラジャー部には左右一対のカップ部が設けられており、略Ｗ字状とされた前側の裾と略Ｖ字状とされた後側の裾は、略Ｗ字の２つの下側頂点の夫々と略Ｖ字の下側頂点を結ぶように設けられた左右２本の伸縮性テープ材によって連結されており、各伸縮性テープ材を伸ばした状態で、該伸縮性テープ材が着用者の膝付近まで到達し得るように構成されていることを特徴とするボディシェイパーに関するものであるから、以下のような効果を奏する。

即ち、ブラジャー部、ウェストニッパー部、着用者の後側の腰から股下まで及び前側の腰から下腹部までをカバーするショーツ形部が一体化されてなり、ボディシェイパー本体がヒップを覆わないようにされているので、ガードルと併用した際にガードルにより補整されたヒップの美しい形状を崩すことはなく、ウェストからヒップにかけて美しいシルエットを演出することができる。また、ヒップ部分でボディシェイパーとガードルが重なることはなく、すっきりとした着心地を得ることができるという優れた効果を奏する。
しかも、ガードルの上からボディシェイパーを着用することも、或いは、逆にボディシェイパーの上からガードルを着用することも可能で、着用するガードルとしてはショートガードル、ロングガードル等の種類によらず、着用者の必要に応じて様々なガードルを合わせることが可能であるので、種々のバリエーションの中から自分の身体に最も適したスタイルを選択することができる。
