前記一般公衆回路網と前記店舗内に設置されている一般電話機との接続、及び前記音声記録手段と前記一般電話機との接続を切り替えるための回線切替手段と、
前記一般電話機のオフフックを検知する回線監視手段と、
前記防犯装置切替手段と、前記回線切替手段と、前記回線監視手段と、を制御する制御手段と、を具備し、
前記防犯装置切替手段が、前記防犯警報装置を前記作動の状態に切り替え、かつ、前記回線監視手段が、前記一般電話機のオフフックを検知した場合、
