Description
The present invention, for example, other suspended particulate matter in the air, and collecting particulate matter contained such as diluted exhaust gas obtained by diluting a variety of flue gas or exhaust gas, the mass of the collected particulate matter The present invention relates to a particulate matter collection concentration measurement filter for measuring the concentration of the particulate matter and a particulate matter sampler using the same.
Among suspended particulate matter (hereinafter referred to as SPM) present in the atmosphere, those having a particle size of 10 μm or less are particularly harmful to human health, and SPM (particle size of 2.5 μm or less). There is also a report that the relationship between human mortality and microparticulate matter (also called PM2.5) is deep.
By the way, as the filter material, a fluorine-based resin that is excellent in terms of chemical stability and low hygroscopicity is mainly used. However, a filter made of a fluorine-based resin is easily charged. In addition, there is a drawback in that unnecessary substances other than the collected particulate matter are adsorbed. This adsorption of unwanted substances due to electrification occurs notably during collection of particulate matter in the sampler, but also occurs when the collected filter is moved from the sampler to the balance and the mass is measured. This was a cause of increasing measurement error.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and an object of the present invention is to provide a particulate matter collection and measurement filter that can collect particulate matter satisfactorily and extremely reduce the concentration measurement error. It is to provide a particulate matter sampler using
In order to achieve the above object, a particulate matter collection concentration measuring filter according to the present invention allows a sample gas sampled using a sampler equipped with a sampling pump that continuously sucks air or exhaust gas to pass therethrough. particulate matter suspended particulate matter or in the exhaust gas in the atmosphere is collected by, and the mass measured after collecting the particulate matter of that, for the particulate matter capturing concentration measurements using the density measurement of the particulate matter A porous layer as a filter body made of a fluorine-based resin which is excellent in chemical stability and low hygroscopicity and has high chargeability, and a breathable reinforcing layer provided on one side of the porous layer The reinforcing layer is made of a porous resin material having low chargeability and low hygroscopicity (Claim 1).
Specifically, the reinforcing layer is made of a nonwoven fabric made of, for example, one or more of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, polyester, and polyamide (claim 2). More specifically, the porous layer has a thickness of 80 to 90 μm, a weight of 0.1 to 1 mg / cm 2 , and a weight of the reinforcing layer of 1.0 to 2.0 mg / cm 2 . The thickness of the entire filter is 100 to 200 μm as an average value, and the weight is 1.0 to 3.0 mg / cm 2 as an average value (Claim 3).

In this state, the sample gas is passed through the filter and particulate matter in the sample gas is collected. After the collection, the filter unit including the filter is The particulate matter collection concentration measuring filter according to any one of
The fluororesin forming the porous layer usually has a property of being easily charged with static electricity. However, in the inventions of
Further, in order to reduce the weight of a conventional filter made of a fluorine resin, a support ring made of another resin is attached and held around the filter made of a fluorine resin. Since the entire porous layer made of a fluorine-based resin can be supported by the reinforcing layer, further reduction in thickness and weight can be achieved.
Moreover, in the invention of claim 4, since the particulate matter collection concentration measuring filter capable of satisfactorily collecting particulate matter is used, for example, more sensitive quantitative measurement of particulate matter, etc. It can contribute to realization, and the measurement can be performed continuously and easily. Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 4, since a plurality of particulate matter collection concentration measuring filters can be individually removed from the turntable via the filter unit, the handling of the filter after the particulate matter collection is possible. A more excellent effect can be obtained in terms of usability during concentration measurement, such as simplification.

FIG. 3 shows a particulate matter sampler (hereinafter simply referred to as a sampler) 14 for loading the filter unit 4 and collecting (adsorbing) particulate matter. This

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the

Further, a plurality of spring members 21 (two in the illustrated example) are provided near the periphery of the filter
As shown in FIG. 3, the sample

As shown in FIG. 2, the moving

In the upstream portion of the sample
Further, as the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
A
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Next, the operation of the
The filter unit 4 is mounted in advance on the filter
First, the
Subsequently, the air S was introduced into the
When the collection of the particulate matter by the
And the filter unit 4 including the
The
The
In addition, when the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented with various modifications. For example, the
Further, the
The sample gas S is not limited to the atmosphere, but may be exhaust gas such as engine exhaust gas and flue exhaust gas, or diluted exhaust gas obtained by diluting such exhaust gas. In this case, particulate matter to be analyzed As a particulate matter contained in such a gas.
Further, the time for passing the sample gas S through the
