[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional example, when the cap is slid and the spout is opened, the fluid in the container flows between the stopper and the cylindrical portion of the lower cap, and further between the stopper and the inner cylinder of the cap. It is discharged from the spout through the upper flow path.
However, the plug body is a rod-like body located on the axial center of the cylindrical portion, and the diameter thereof is formed so as to be inserted into the spout, so that the cross-sectional area of the lower flow path is The cross-sectional area of the rod-shaped body is subtracted from the cross-sectional area of the rod-shaped portion, and the cross-sectional area of the upper flow path is a value obtained by subtracting the cross-sectional area of the rod-shaped body from the cross-sectional area of the inner cylinder. Therefore, although both the said flow paths become narrow, since the diameter of an inner cylinder is smaller than the diameter of a cylindrical part, an upper flow path becomes narrower than a lower flow path.
The stopper is fixed to the lower part of the inner surface of the cylindrical portion via a support piece. Since the support piece is plural and is in the form of a horizontal plate, the lower flow path in the portion where the support piece is located. The cross section of is further reduced, and the flow path in this portion is further narrowed.
[0005]
When the flow path becomes narrow in this way, it becomes difficult to smoothly pour out the fluid, but the difficulty is particularly high in the case of high-viscosity contents such as jelly-like beverages, shampoos, and liquid miso. Will increase further and problems such as clogging of the contents in the flow path or poor liquid return will occur.
[0006]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to enable the contents to be poured out smoothly. Another object is to prevent clogging or the like in the dispensing cylinder from occurring.
[0007]

A plurality of slanted support pieces having elasticity, the plurality of slanted support pieces extending so as to spread from the plug body side toward the spout buttock side, and having a lower end formed in an arc shape. and said that you are.
The axial height of the plug of the present invention is ½ or less of the axial height of the support piece.
[0008]
The present invention includes a spout body having an outlet provided at one end of the pouring tube and a flange portion provided at the other end; a cap slidably fitted to the pouring tube; and penetrating the top plate of the cap. A push port provided on the inside of the pouring tube and closing the pouring when the lid is closed; and a support piece for connecting the plug to the inner surface of the pouring tube A pull-out cap; the plug is disposed at a central position protruding from an outlet of the pouring tube; and the support pieces are elastically arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction. It is a thin inclined support piece, and the plurality of thin inclined support pieces extend so as to spread from the plug body side toward the spout buttock side, and the lower end side thereof is formed in an arc shape. To do.
[0009]
The plug of the present invention is characterized in that the cap is brought into contact with the inner surface of the top plate of the cap and the spout is closed. The plug of the present invention is characterized in that it is inserted into the spout of the cap so as to close the lid and closes the spout.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The inventor of the present invention is that the plug body is a rod-shaped body, and that the plurality of support pieces holding the plug body are horizontally stretched, which narrows the width of the flow path and causes a sudden outflow resistance. I thought. Therefore, as the support piece, a narrow inclined support piece, i.e., arranged in the circumferential direction at intervals, is provided in a direction along the content outflow direction, and is inclined in a divergent form from the plug body so as to incline the dispensing cylinder. By using the support piece fixed to the inner wall, the occurrence of a rapid outflow resistance is prevented, and the fluid resistance is made smaller than that of the horizontal support piece of the conventional example.
Further, by making the plug body shorter than the conventional example, for example, ½ or less of the axial length of the support piece, it is possible to secure a flow passage having a larger cross-sectional area than the conventional example. To reduce fluid resistance.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, this push-pull dispensing cap is screwed into the mouth of a container, for example, a plastic bottle or a glass bottle, instead of being welded to the container (pouch). You may wear it.
Moreover, you may form the axial direction height of a plug body below 1/2 of the axial direction height of a support piece.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the support pieces are a plurality of slanted inclined support pieces arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, the cross-sectional area of the flow path in the dispensing cylinder is smaller than that of the horizontal support piece of the conventional example. While being able to enlarge, generation | occurrence | production of sudden content outflow resistance can be prevented. Therefore, the contents can be poured out smoothly and the contents are not clogged in the dispensing cylinder.
In the present invention, the plug body is provided at a central position protruding from the outlet of the dispensing cylinder, and the support pieces are a plurality of slanted inclined support pieces arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction. The cross-sectional area of the flow path in the dispensing cylinder can be increased.
Therefore, the contents can be poured out smoothly and the contents are not clogged in the dispensing cylinder.
