【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、該プーリに無端ベルトを巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータにて無端ベルトを駆動させるように成した円板状体搬送装置に関わり、さらに詳しくは遊技台(例えば、パチスロ台)から排出する円板状体(メダル類)又は遊技媒体貸出機から排出する円板状体(硬貨類)を遊技島端部まで回収する円板状体搬送装置であって、任意の位置に設けた円板状体排除手段により前記無端ベルトの裏面に侵入した円板状体(メダル類又は硬貨類)等を排除することを可能にした円板状体排除手段付き円板状体搬送装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
通常、遊技店の遊技島においては複数の遊技台と遊技媒体貸出機とが隣接して並設されている。さらに遊技台と遊技媒体貸出機とから成る遊技島内部には種々の遊技設備が備えられている。例えば、遊技台に隣接した位置に貨幣台間玉貸機を設置した場合、該貨幣台間玉貸機に投入された円板状体の硬貨類(例えば、100円又は500円)を遊技島端部まで回収搬送する必要があり、該貨幣台間玉貸機の背面に種々の構成の円板状体搬送装置が設けられている。一方、遊技島に設置する遊技台を例えばパチスロ台とした場合、該パチスロ台内部のメダル類貯留部に上方位置から補給する時又はメダル類貯留部から溢れた円板状体のメダル類を遊技島端部まで下方位置で回収搬送する必要があり、該パチスロ台の近傍に種々の構成の円板状体搬送装置が設けられている。

前記貨幣台間玉貸機の背面に設けられた円板状体搬送装置の構成は、一般的には搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、該プーリに遊技島と略同じの長さを有した一本の水平状から成る無端ベルトを巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータにて前記無端ベルトを駆動させるように成して、島端部に設けた円板状体回収箱まで円板状体の硬貨類を回収搬送させるように成している。

また、前記パチスロ台の近傍に設けられ、該パチスロ台の内部のメダル類貯留部に上方位置から補給する、又はメダル類貯留部から溢れた円板状体のメダル類を遊技島端部まで下方位置に回収搬送する遊技媒体搬送装置の構成は、例えば搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、該プーリに遊技島と略同じの長さを有した一本の水平状から成る無端ベルトを巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータにて前記無端ベルトを駆動させるように成して、島端部に設けた円板状体回収箱で円板状体のメダル類を回収搬送させる形態から成る構成のものや、搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、該プーリに遊技台及び遊技媒体貸出機を装着した遊技台ユニットの下方内部に該遊技台ユニットと略同じ長さを有した水平又は傾斜状態(例えば、右上がり傾斜状態)から成る無端ベルトを巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータにて前記無端ベルトを駆動させる形態の構成ものとから成している。ここでの円板状体搬送装置は、遊技台ユニットと略同一長さとしたため、該円板状体搬送装置は、隣接する遊技台ユニットの円板状体搬送装置の端部を順次連接することにより、円板状体のメダル類は順次下流側の円板状体搬送装置に受け渡し(移り変わっていく)、これを繰り返して島端まで回収搬送したり、又は島端から各遊技台及び各遊技媒体貸出機へ補給したりしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した何れの形態の円板状体搬送装置においても、円板状体であるメダル類又は硬貨類が誤って乗載している側(上側)の無端ベルトの裏面に回り込んで(侵入)しまいトラブルが発生してしまう課題があった。つまり、搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、該プーリに一本の水平又は傾斜状から成る無端ベルトを巻回して張架させているため、施工時において不慣れな作業員による無端ベルトの張架調整ミスや長年使用していると無端ベルトの張りが次第に撓み所々で無端ベルトと搬送フレームとの間に隙間が生じてしまうことがある。

この撓んだ状態の無端ベルトと搬送フレームとの間の隙間に円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が侵入して隙間に潜り込んだ状態のまま搬送方向先端にあるプーリ付近まで搬送してしまうとプーリと無端ベルト(迂回箇所)に潜り込んだメダル類又は硬貨類が詰まり無端ベルトが正常に駆動しなくなる。この状態においては無端ベルト、駆動モータに負荷がかかってしまい、無端ベルトが損傷又は切断したり、駆動モータの焼損のトラブル(故障等)を招き、円板状体搬送装置が正常に機能しなくなる。その結果、営業中においてその遊技島に設置した円板状体搬送装置が停止してしまうと、遊技台又は遊技媒体貸出機もその間使用中止となり、修復するにあたっても顧客に離席してもらう等しなくてはならず、顧客に多大の迷惑をかけてしまう課題があり、早期に改善するよう遊技店側から要望されていた。

また、貨幣台間玉貸機の背面に設けられた円板状体搬送装置の場合、無端ベルトの裏面に侵入した硬貨類によって投入金額と回収した金額の売り上げ額が合わないという課題もあり。さらに、上記遊技島内部に設置され円板状体搬送装置の搬送フレームは図示しないが盗難防止等を考慮して蓋部で覆われており、無端ベルトの隙間に円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が挟まっている状態が発見し難く、未然に防止(無端ベルトの撓み状態を発掘)することが難しいという課題が指摘されていた。

本発明の目的は、円板状体搬送装置において円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類を搬送フレーム内の無端ベルトに乗載して搬送する際、該無端ベルトの隙間から裏面に円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が侵入して搬送端部まで搬送しても、搬送先の他端側のプーリの直前の任意の位置に設けた円板状体排除手段により、該円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が円板状体搬送装置本体外(外部)へ排除されるため、無端ベルトの損傷又は切断及びプーリの破損、駆動モータの焼損のトラブル(故障等)を未然に防ぐことが出来る円板状体排除手段付き円板状体搬送装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記、目的を達成するため請求項1記載の円板状体搬送装置は、遊技台を並設した遊技島に配設される円板状体搬送装置を、搬送フレームの一端と他端にプーリを回転自在に軸支し、プーリに無端ベルトを巻回し、他端に設けた駆動モータにて無端ベルトを駆動させ、搬送フレームの搬送面に両プーリ間に巻回して張架させた無端ベルトに円板状体を乗載させて搬送するように構成し搬送フレームの搬送面の任意の位置に、無端ベルトと搬送フレームの隙間に侵入した円板状体を排除する円板状体排除手段を設けた円板状体搬送装置であって、前記円板状体排除手段は、断面H形状から成る搬送フレームの搬送面の任意の位置に開口部を設け、該開口部に山形状の傾斜部を形成すると共に傾斜部の先端の両側壁に円板状体排出口を設けて成り、前記無端ベルトの裏面と前記搬送フレームの搬送面との隙間に侵入した円板状体を、前記開口部に設けた傾斜部による滑動で何れかの円板状体排出口から排除する構成としたものである。

このため、円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類を円板状体搬送装置の搬送フレーム内に乗載している搬送する途中において撓んだ生じた隙間から円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が無端ベルトの裏面に侵入して(潜り込んで)も、搬送方向の他端側のプーリの直前の任意の位置に設けた開口部の山形状の傾斜部の斜面から側壁に設けた円板状体排出口から滑り落ち、該円板状体排出口から円板状体搬送装置の外部に排出されるためプーリ側に搬送されることがなくなる。従って、無端ベルトの裏面に侵入した円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類のために無端ベルトが損傷、切断したりすることなく、プーリも破損せず、駆動モータが焼損したりするトラブル(故障)が未然に防止される。よって、円板状体搬送装置によるトラブルが完全になくなり、遊技台又は遊技媒体貸出機も使用中止にすることなく、修復するにあたっても顧客に離席してもらう等、顧客に迷惑をかけることがなく営業することが出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面に基づいて詳述する。図1は、遊技台ユニットを並設した遊技島に該遊技台ユニットと略同一長さの円板状体搬送装置を備えた正面図である。尚、ここでは遊技台と遊技媒体貸出機とを装着した遊技台ユニットでの説明としたが遊技台ユニットに装着しない遊技台と遊技媒体貸出機とを遊技島に配設したものであっても良い。

始めに、遊技台ユニット2に円板状体搬送装置10に設けた構成について説明する。先ず、遊技台ユニット2の構成について簡単に説明する。遊技台ユニット2は、図1に示すように長方体から成る遊技台枠4内に遊技台1(例えば、パチスロ台)と遊技媒体貸出機3(例えば、右側の位置に台間メダル類貸出機)とが隣接し一対で備えることが出来る大きさから形成されている。該遊技台ユニット2の側面には隣り合う左右の遊技台ユニットと連結する連結手段(図示せず)が設けられ、レイアウト自在と成している。遊技台ユニット2の遊技台枠4内に遊技台1を設置すると該遊技台1内部のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れた円板状体のメダル類Mを回収する必要がある。図1に示すように遊技台枠4内の下方内部に遊技台ユニット2(遊技台枠)と略同一幅(長さ)で且つ傾斜状態(例えば、右上がり傾斜状態)の円板状体搬送装置10を下方内部に設けて回収するようにしたものである。該円板状体搬送装置10は、遊技台枠4の側面フレームに設けたL字形状の取付け金具(図示せず)にて装着自在と成すように取付けられている。

尚、ここでの円板状体搬送装置10は、遊技台1の内部のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れた円板状体のメダル類Mを回収する用途に採用した説明としたが、遊技台枠4内の上方内部に傾斜状態(例えば、左上がり傾斜状態)の円板状体搬送装置10を上方内部に設けて島端のメダル類供給部(図示せず)から各遊技台ユニット2のメダル類貯留部1aに補給する用途に採用しても良い。また、円板状体搬送装置10は、遊技台ユニット2と略同一幅(長さ)に形成した説明としたが、遊技台ユニットを二台並設した遊技台ユニットとした場合、円板状体搬送装置10も当然遊技台ユニット二台分と略同一幅(長さ)に形成したものが取り付けられる。

前記円板状体搬送装置10を遊技台ユニット2の下方内部に装着(取付け)するにあたっては、円板状体搬送装置10のメダル類受入口16bを低くメダル類排出口16a側を高くした傾斜状態にして遊技台枠4に設けた取付け金具にメダル類排出口16a側を載せて取付ける。こうして取付けられた円板状体搬送装置10は、隣接する円板状体搬送装置10と連接され、メダル類排出口16aが隣接する円板状体搬送装置10の端部のメダル類受入口16bと順次傾斜状態で連結されていくのである。

次に、円板状体搬送装置10の構成について説明する。該円板状体搬送装置10は、搬送フレーム12の一端と他端に従動プーリ14とテンションプーリ14a、14b、14c及び駆動プーリ13を回転自在に軸支し、該従動プーリ14及び駆動プーリ13に遊技台1及び遊技媒体貸出機3を装着した遊技台ユニット2の下方内部に略同じ長さを有した傾斜状態(例えば、右上がり傾斜状態)から成る無端ベルト15を巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータ17にて駆動させるように成っている。このようにして円板状体搬送装置10は、略中央部に設けたメダル類流入ホース1bと遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aとが連結されているため、メダル類貯留部1aから溢れ出たメダル類Mはメダル類流入ホース1b内を流下して無端ベルト15上に乗載して搬送され、順次下流側に連接された円板状体搬送装置10にて受け渡し(移り変わっていく)、搬送されるように成っている。

そして、最も下流側に設けた円板状体搬送装置10のメダル類排出口16aの下部に設けられた円板状体回収箱30に各遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れたメダル類Mをここに一括回収(集積)されるのである。尚、ここでの円板状体搬送装置10は遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れ出たメダル類Mを回収する説明としたが、遊技台1(例えば、パチンコ台)と遊技媒体貸出機(例えば、貨幣台間玉貸機)に投入された円板状体の硬貨類(例えば、100円硬貨、500円硬貨)を回収するものとして採用しても良い。尚、遊技台1内のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れ出たメダル類Mをメダル類流入ホース1bにて無端ベルト15上に乗載する際、一端の従動プーリ14側が下がっているため従動プーリ側14端部付近ににメダル類Mが起立した状態で残留してしまうが、一端側端部にメダル類起立防止部材(図示せず)を設けて残留を防止するようにも成っている。

次に、上記した円板状体搬送装置10の他端側の任意の位置に設けた円板状体排除手段11について説明する。円板状体排除手段11は、円板状体搬送装置10の他端側寄りの駆動プーリ13の直前の任意の位置に設けるのが有効的であるが、特に設ける位置を限定するものでない。該円板状体排除手段11は、図2及び図3に示すように、断面H形状から成る搬送フレーム12内の搬送面12aに無端ベルト15が一端の従動プーリ14と他端の駆動プーリ13とによって巻回して張架させている。搬送フレーム12内の搬送面12aの任意の位置に矩形状の開口部11Aを設け、該開口部11Aは頂上部15a及び傾斜部(傾斜面)11aから成る山形状に形成されている。該傾斜部の先端の両側壁12bには細長孔形状した円板状体排出口11bが設けられ、無端ベルト15の搬送方向の裏面に侵入した円板状体のメダル類Mは開口部11Aの頂上部15a(搬送面中心)付近でバランス(ベタ状態から下方傾斜状態)を崩し何れかの傾斜部11a方向に滑動しながら落ちていき円板状体排出口11bから円板状体搬送装置10本体外(外部)に排除されるのである。尚、上記した円板状体排除手段11の構成に限定されるものでない。

よって、仮に無端ベルト15の裏面にメダル類Mが侵入しても直前の位置で排除されるので、駆動プーリ13側に搬送されることがなくなり、無端ベルト15の裏面に侵入したメダル類Mのために無端ベルト15が損傷、切断したりすることなく、駆動プーリ13も破損せず、駆動モータ17が焼損したりするトラブル(故障)が未然に防止され、各円板状体搬送装置10のトラブルが完全になくなり、遊技台1の使用を中止にすることなく、修復するにあたっても顧客に離席してもらう等、顧客に迷惑をかけることがなく営業することが出来るように成る。尚、図示しないが各円板状体搬送装置10本体に設けた円板状体排除手段11の円板状体排出口11bから(外部)に排除されたメダル類Mはジャバラ樋等を介して円板状体回収箱等(図示せず)内に回収されるので遊技台ユニット2内で散乱することがない。また、円板状体排出口11b付近に検出手段の検出センサ(図示せず)を設け、外部の報知手段と接続すれば、円板状体排出口11bから(外部)にメダル類Mを排除されたことが分かる。つまり、外部に報知されたことによってメダル類Mが排除された実態を把握することに出来る訳で円板状体搬送装置10に張架させている無端ベルト15が撓んでいることが発見出来、早期に修復するタイミングを図ることが出来るのである。

次に、遊技台ユニット2に他の実施例の円板状体搬送装置20に設けた構成について説明する。該遊技台ユニット2の構成については上述したのでここでの説明は省略する。遊技台ユニット2の遊技台枠4内に遊技台1を設置すると該遊技台1内部のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れた円板状体のメダル類Mを回収する必要がある。図5に示すように遊技台1と遊技媒体貸出機3とを配設した遊技島5の下方内部に島端の一端から他端までを一本の無端ベルト25で張架した水平状態の円板状体搬送装置20を下方内部に設けて回収するようにしたものである。該円板状体搬送装置20は、両端側の遊技台枠4の側面フレームに設けた取付け金具(図示せず)にて装着自在と成すように取付けられている。

次に、円板状体搬送装置20の構成について説明する。該円板状体搬送装置20は、搬送フレーム12の一端と他端に従動プーリ24とテンションプーリ24a、24b、24c及び駆動プーリ23を回転自在に軸支し、該従動プーリ24及び駆動プーリ23に遊技島5と略同じ長さを有した水平状態から成る無端ベルト25を巻回して張架させ、他端側に設けた駆動モータ27にて駆動させるように成っている。このようにして円板状体搬送装置20は、略中央部に設けたメダル類流入ホース1bと遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aとが連結されているため、メダル類貯留部1aから溢れ出たメダル類Mはメダル類流入ホース1b内を流下して無端ベルト25上に乗載して搬送され、順次下流側に搬送されるように成っている。そして、最も下流側に設けた円板状体搬送装置20の下部に設けられた円板状体回収箱30に各遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れたメダル類Mをここに一括回収(集積)されるのである。尚、ここでの円板状体搬送装置20は遊技台1のメダル類貯留部1aから溢れ出たメダル類Mを回収する説明としたが、遊技台1(例えば、パチンコ台)と遊技媒体貸出機(例えば、貨幣台間玉貸機)に投入された円板状体の硬貨類(例えば、100円硬貨、500円硬貨)を回収するものとして採用しても良い。尚、上記した円板状体搬送装置10及び円板状体搬送装置20の構成に限定されるものでない。

次に、上記した円板状体搬送装置20の他端側の任意の位置に設けた円板状体排除手段11について説明する。円板状体排除手段11は、円板状体搬送装置20の他端側寄りの駆動プーリ23の直前の任意の位置や個数(ここでは、一個所)に設けるのが有効的であるが特に設ける位置や個数を限定するものでない。該円板状体搬送装置20のように一本で長い無端ベルト25を巻回して張架させた場合、円板状体排除手段11を二個所(例えば、中央付近と島端付近)に設ければよりメダル類Mを排除させることが出来る。尚、円板状体排除手段11は無端ベルト25の裏面に侵入した円板状体であるメダル類Mや硬貨類を排除させるものであるが、時には無端ベルト25の裏面にネジや研磨粒の異物等も侵入するときもあるが、該円板状体排除手段11によって排除される。前記円板状体排除手段11の詳細な説明については上述したのでここでの説明は省略する。

よって、仮に無端ベルト25の裏面にメダル類Mが侵入しても直前の位置で排除されるので、駆動プーリ23側に搬送されることがなくなり、無端ベルト25の裏面に侵入したメダル類Mのために無端ベルト25が損傷、切断したりすることなく、駆動プーリ23も破損せず、駆動モータ27が焼損したりするトラブル(故障)が未然に防止され、円板状体搬送装置20のトラブルが完全になくなり、遊技台1の使用を中止にすることなく、修復するにあたっても顧客に離席してもらう等、顧客に迷惑をかけることがなく営業することが出来るように成る。尚、図示しないが円板状体搬送装置20本体に設けた円板状体排除手段11の円板状体排出口11bから(外部)に排除されたメダル類Mはジャバラ樋等を介して円板状体回収箱等(図示せず)内に回収されるので遊技島5内で散乱することがない。また、円板状体排出口11b付近に検出手段の検出センサ(図示せず)を設け、外部の報知手段と接続すれば、円板状体排出口11bから(外部)にメダル類Mを排除されたことが分かる。つまり、外部に報知されたことによってメダル類Mが排除された実態を把握することに出来る訳で円板状体搬送装置20に張架させている無端ベルト25が撓んでいることが発見出来、早期に修復するタイミングを図ることが出来るのである。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明で明らかなように、本発明の請求項1記載の円板状体搬送装置によれば、円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類を円板状体搬送装置の搬送フレーム内に乗載している搬送する途中において撓んだ生じた隙間から円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類が無端ベルトの裏面に侵入して(潜り込んで)も、搬送方向一端又は他端のプーリの直前の任意の位置に設けた開口部の山形状の傾斜部の斜面から側壁に設けた円板状体排出口から滑り落ち、該円板状体排出口から円板状体搬送装置の外部に排出されるためプーリ側に搬送されることがなくなる。従って、無端ベルトの裏面に侵入した円板状体のメダル類又は硬貨類のために無端ベルトが損傷、切断したりすることなく、プーリも破損せず、駆動モータが焼損したりするトラブル(故障)が未然に防止される。よって、円板状体搬送装置によるトラブルが完全になくなり、遊技台又は遊技媒体貸出機も使用中止にすることなく、修復するにあたっても顧客に離席してもらう等、顧客に迷惑をかけることがなく営業することが出来る効果を有している。
