[Prior art]
In recent years, digitization has progressed in the field of communication. Among them, the CDMA system is considered to be a powerful system that can cope with high-speed information transmission as a kind of spread spectrum communication. By introducing a surface acoustic wave matched filter into this CDMA system, we can find an advantage in high-speed synchronization. Conventionally, when a CDMA system in which this surface acoustic wave matched filter is introduced is realized in a baseband digital communication system, there has been a big problem in that an encoded signal takes the form of a PSK burst signal. That is, it is necessary to convert the encoded PSK signal of the burst signal sequence into a baseband digital pulse signal at high speed. However, in order to realize this, a complicated circuit configuration is unavoidable. When a power line is used for communication, not only a more complicated circuit configuration is required, but also noise countermeasures are required. In addition to consideration, techniques for improving transmission characteristics are issues.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The transmission / reception system for power line communication according to the present invention includes a transmission device and a reception device. The transmitting device includes an input terminal, a bipolar pulse generator, a first piezoelectric substrate, first and second encoded interdigital electrodes, a first relay interdigital electrode, an electrode group, a synchronous pulse generator, and an envelope detector Consists of a unipolar pulse generator and a mixer. The electrode group consists of two interdigital electrodes and a central interdigital electrode located between them. The synchronous pulse generator is connected between the first interdigital electrode and one of the two interdigital electrodes of the electrode group, and the envelope detector is connected to the central interdigital electrode, The pulse generator is connected to an envelope detector. The mixer is connected to the power line. The receiving device includes a receiving connector, a tuning coil, a second piezoelectric substrate, a second relay interdigital electrode, third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes, a detection device, and a detection terminal. The first, second, third, and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes are each composed of at least three electrode pairs, and have first, second, third, and fourth code patterns, respectively. The third and fourth code patterns are patterns opposite to the first and second code patterns, respectively. The receiving connector is connected to the power line. In this manner, the power line communication transmitting / receiving system of the present invention is small and light, has a simple device configuration, and can easily have a circuit configuration. Therefore, mass production is possible. Moreover, since it is excellent in durability, it can respond to frequent use.
[0015]
If the message digital signal is applied to the bipolar pulse generator via the input terminal, the unipolar pulse of the message digital signal is converted into bipolar pulses (-1 and 1). When the bipolar pulses (−1 and 1) are applied to the first and second coded interdigital electrodes, the first and second surface acoustic waves are excited on the first piezoelectric substrate, respectively. When the first and second surface acoustic waves reach the first relay interdigital electrode, encoded burst signals corresponding to the first and second code patterns are detected. When one of the encoded burst signals is simultaneously propagated to the two interdigital electrodes of the electrode group, third and fourth surface acoustic waves corresponding to the two interdigital electrodes of the electrode group are respectively generated on the first piezoelectric substrate. Excited. The third and fourth surface acoustic waves are converted into a composite burst signal by a central interdigital electrode, and the composite burst signal is converted into an encoded digital signal by a unipolar pulse generator via an envelope detector. The encoded digital signal is emitted into the power line through the mixer. On the other hand, the encoded digital signal emitted into the power line is received by the receiving connector and then applied to the second relay interdigital electrode via the tuning coil. At this time, the fifth surface acoustic wave is excited on the second piezoelectric substrate. If the fifth surface acoustic wave corresponds to each of the third and fourth code patterns, the first and second decoded pulses are output from the third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes, respectively. That is, the third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes have the ability as a surface acoustic wave matched filter. In this way, the output digital signal based on the first and second decoded pulses is detected at the detection terminal via the detection device. At this time, the output digital signal corresponds to the message digital signal. In this manner, the power line communication transmitting / receiving system of the present invention can realize a baseband digital communication system. In addition, the message digital signal to be transmitted is excellent in confidentiality and the mutual recognition function between the transmitting and receiving devices is excellent, and the message digital signal itself can be transmitted as a pseudo noise signal. Further, low power consumption driving is possible. The advantage of the transmission / reception system for power line communication of the present invention incorporating a surface acoustic wave matched filter is that real-time synchronization is possible and a simple communication system can be constructed. In the transmission system of the power line communication transceiver system of the present invention, the electrode group is arranged so that the propagation directions of the first and second surface acoustic waves are orthogonal to the propagation directions of the third and fourth surface acoustic waves. Structure is possible. Such a structure can be employed when a piezoelectric ceramic plate is employed as the first piezoelectric substrate.
[0016]
The receiving device can have a structure in which an auxiliary device is provided between the tuning coil and the second interdigital transducer. The auxiliary device comprises a third piezoelectric substrate, an input interdigital electrode, an output interdigital electrode, an envelope detector and a bipolar pulse generator. If the encoded digital signal is applied to the input interdigital electrode via the tuning coil, a surface acoustic wave is excited on the third piezoelectric substrate. This surface acoustic wave is detected as an encoded sequence of bursts by the output interdigital electrode. Each burst is converted to a digital pulse by the auxiliary device's envelope detector, and the digital pulse is converted to a high frequency bipolar pulse by the bipolar pulse generator of the auxiliary device. In this manner, the encoded train of high-frequency bipolar pulses is applied to the second relay interdigital electrode. The advantage of employing the auxiliary device is that the influence of noise can be removed before the encoded digital signal in the power line is applied to the interdigital electrode for the second relay.
[0017]
The encoded digital signal propagating in the power line is constituted by a unipolar digital pulse, which corresponds to power line communication based on the unipolar digital pulse. If a bipolar pulse generator is used instead of a unipolar pulse generator in the transmitting device, an encoded digital signal composed of bipolar digital pulses can be obtained, so power line communication based on bipolar digital pulses is supported. It becomes possible to do. Power line communication based on bipolar digital pulses is superior in transmission characteristics compared to power line communication based on unipolar digital pulses. In this way, when a message digital signal is transmitted / received via a power line, it is possible to support either communication based on a unipolar digital pulse or communication based on a bipolar digital pulse.
[0018]
Another transmitting device of the power line communication transmitting / receiving system of the present invention includes an input terminal, a first bipolar pulse generator, a first piezoelectric substrate, first and second coded interdigital electrodes, a first electrode group, an envelope. It consists of a line detector, a unipolar pulse generator and a mixer. First electrode group is interdigital electrode A 0 And interdigital electrode A 0 Interdigital electrode A at a distance iL (i = 1) from i (i = 1). The envelope detector is connected to the first electrode group, and the unipolar pulse generator is connected to the envelope detector. The mixer is connected to the power line. The receiving device includes a receiving connector, a tuning coil, a second piezoelectric substrate, a second electrode group, a second bipolar pulse generator, a relay interdigital electrode, third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes, and a detection device. And a detection terminal. Second electrode group is center interdigital electrode B 0 And center interdigital electrode B 0 Distance from L 0 Left interdigital electrode B only away -1 And center interdigital electrode B 0 Distance from L 0 Right interdigital electrode B separated by + iL (i = 1) i (i = 1). The first, second, third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes each have at least three electrode pairs P i (i = 1, 2, ..., n) and the electrode pair P i Adjacent two of them have a separation distance L. The first, second, third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes have first, second, third and fourth code patterns, respectively. The third and fourth code patterns are patterns opposite to the first and second code patterns, respectively. The receiving connector is connected to the power line.
[0019]
If the message digital signal is applied to the bipolar pulse generator via the input terminal, the unipolar pulse of the message digital signal is converted into bipolar pulses (-1 and 1). When the bipolar pulses (−1 and 1) are applied to the first and second coded interdigital electrodes, the first and second surface acoustic waves are excited on the first piezoelectric substrate, respectively. The first and second surface acoustic waves are interdigital electrodes A as encoded burst signals corresponding to the first and second code patterns, respectively. 0 Is detected. After that, the encoded burst signal is delayed by a time corresponding to the distance iL and again the interdigital electrode A i Is detected. Interdigital electrode A 0 Coded burst signal and interdigital electrode A i The combined output signal of the coded burst signal is converted into a double-coded digital signal by a unipolar pulse generator via an envelope detector. The double encoded digital signal is emitted into the power line through the mixer. On the other hand, the double-encoded digital signal in the power line is received by the receiving connector, and the left interdigital electrode B is passed through the tuning coil. -1 And right interdigital electrode B i To be applied. At this time, the third and fourth surface acoustic waves are excited on the second piezoelectric substrate, respectively. The third and fourth surface acoustic waves are centered interdigital electrode B 0 Is converted into a single encoded burst signal. The single encoded burst signal is converted to a single encoded digital signal by a second bipolar pulse generator. When this single-encoded digital signal is applied to the interdigital electrode, the fifth surface acoustic wave is excited on the second piezoelectric substrate. If the fifth surface acoustic wave corresponds to each of the first and second code patterns, the first and second decoded pulses are output at the third and fourth encoded interdigital electrodes, respectively. In this way, the output digital signal based on the first and second decoded pulses is detected at the detection terminal via the detection device. This output digital signal corresponds to the message digital signal. In the receiving system of the power line communication transmitting / receiving system of the present invention, the relay interdigital electrode and the second interdigital electrode are arranged so that the propagation directions of the third and fourth surface acoustic waves are orthogonal to the propagation direction of the fifth surface acoustic wave. A structure in which the 3rd and 4th coded interdigital electrodes are arranged is possible. Such a structure can be employed when a piezoelectric ceramic plate is employed as the second piezoelectric substrate. Further, in the transmission system, a structure in which a third bipolar pulse generator is provided instead of the unipolar pulse generator is possible.
[0020]
The first electrode group of the transmitting device is at least two interdigital electrodes A i {i = 1, 2, ..., (n-1)} and the second electrode group of the receiving device includes at least two right interdigital electrodes B i Structures containing {i = 1, 2, ..., (n-1)} are possible. At this time, interdigital electrode A i Interdigital electrode A 0 Are separated by a distance iL {i = 1, 2,…, (n-1)} i Is the center interdigital electrode B 0 Distance L from each 0 + iL {i = 1, 2,…, (n-1)} away. Also, interdigital electrode A i Are connected to the envelope detector sequentially, and at the same time the right interdigital electrode B i Are sequentially connected to the receiving connector. By adopting such a structure, the confidentiality of the message digital signal to be transmitted can be further improved.
[0021]

[0022]
