本発明は、クリップをクリップ本体部とスリットが形成された基部と、前記クリップ本体部と基部とを連結する連結部とより構成すると共に、それらクリップ本体部と連結部と基部とを一体に形成し、前記クリップの基部を軸筒の表面に嵌入したクリップの取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
クリップが本体部と基部とより構成され、その基部を軸筒の表面に圧入することによって、前記クリップを軸筒に取り付けたものとして、図10、図11に示す例が知られている。詳述すると、筆記具などの軸筒101の後方部には、溝部102が形成されており、その溝部102には、クリップ103の基部104が囲繞するように固定されている。しかし、その基部104の後方(クリップ本体105の反対側)には、切り欠き部106が形成されており、その切り欠き部106を広げることによって、クリップ103を軸筒101に取り付けている。
また、前記クリップ本体部105と基部104とは、連結部107によって連結しているが、その連結部107は、クリップ本体部105の側板部108として延設形成もされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般的に、クリップは、ポケットや紙などを挟み込むために取り付けられている。そのため、クリップの剛性は、材質が金属あるいは樹脂に限らず、強く(高く)設定されている。剛性が弱いと、自重や多少の外力によって、すぐに抜け落ちてしまうからである。
しかし、クリップの剛性が強いと、クリップ本体105が軸筒101から離れる方向に持ち上がろうとすると(ポケットPなどに挟持させようとすると:図12参照)する際、クリップ本体部105が湾曲する前に、基部104が拡開してしまい、その結果、クリップ103が軸筒101から脱落してしまうことがあった(図13参照)。
ここで、クリップ本体と基部とを別部材で構成し、その基部の剛性をクリップ本体部の剛性よりも強い(高い)材質で構成し、それらを連結させることも考えられるが、連結させるための工程が増加するため、製品の価格を高騰させてしまうものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、クリップをクリップ本体部とスリットが形成された基部と、前記クリップ本体部と基部とを連結する連結部とより構成すると共に、それらクリップ本体部と連結部と基部とを一体に形成し、前記クリップの基部を軸筒の表面に嵌入したクリップの取り付け構造であって、前記クリップ本体部の上方で基部の近傍に貫通孔を形成すると共に、その貫通孔が貫通した状態を維持させた状態で、前記クリップの基部を軸筒の表面に嵌入させたことを要旨とする。

【実施例】
第1例を図1乃至図4に示し説明する。樹脂材質や金属材質などで形成された筆記具(本例は、後部に回転繰り出し式の消しゴムEを有するシャープペンシル)の軸筒1の後方には、後述するクリップの基部が嵌入する溝部2が形成されており、その溝部2の後方には大径部3が形成されている。前記溝部2の断面形状は、円形状をなしているが、その1部に前記軸筒1と同径の突起4を有している。この突起4はクリップの軸筒に対する回転防止であるが、対向した位置にも形成されている。

一方、前記軸筒1の溝部2に固定されるクリップ5も金属材質や樹脂材質から形成されており、そのクリップ5は、クリップ本体部6と前記溝部2を挟持する基部7、並びに、本体部6と基部7とを連結する連結部8とから構成されている。その基部7の後部(前記クリップ本体部6と反対側)には、直線状の切り欠き部9が形成されているが、波形状や鍵型状であっても良い。クリップ5を軸筒1に取り付ける際に、基部7が拡開すればよいのである。また、前記連結部8はクリップ本体部6の側壁に延設形成されており、側壁部10を形成している。クリップ本体部6の美観の向上を図ると共に、鋭利な側面端部による怪我などを防止しているが、挟持力も向上している。

ここで、前記クリップ本体部6の上方で基部8の近傍には、3つの貫通孔11が形成されている。クリップ本体部6が持ち上げられた際、この貫通孔11の付近が主となり湾曲する(図5参照)。つまり、クリップ本体部の支点に掛かる力の作用を連結部7や基部8に集中させるのではなく、貫通孔11の付近に分散させているのである。ここで、この貫通孔11をクリップ本体部の下方に形成しても良いと思われるが、クリップ本体の先端部を支点とし湾曲させるため、湾曲する距離が短く、そのような状態に於いて先端部を同じ量持ち上げるためには、かなりの力を必要とし、ややもすると、従来技術と同様に、基部7が広がり軸筒1から脱落してしまう危険性があった。

前記例は、3つの貫通孔11を形成することによって、クリップ本体部状部の面積を少なくし、その付近を主として湾曲せしめるようにしているが、図6に示すように長孔12としても良く、また、その長孔12を2個形成しても良く(図7参照)、さらには、図8に示すように十字型の貫通孔13などを形成しても良い。
また、前記貫通孔11、13や長孔12は、基部の幅よりも小さく設定しているが、メッキ処理を施したり、洗浄したりする際に、互いが入り込んで絡み合うのを防止するためであり、特に、これに限定はされない。

尚、本例においては、クリップ本体部の側面に側壁部を形成したクリップを1例として挙げたが、図9に示すように側壁部が形成されていないクリップの本体部に面積の少ない部分(本例では、3つの貫通孔11)を形成しても良い。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、クリップをクリップ本体部とスリットが形成された基部と、前記クリップ本体部と基部とを連結する連結部とより構成すると共に、それらクリップ本体部と連結部と基部とを一体に形成し、前記クリップの基部を軸筒の表面に嵌入したクリップの取り付け構造であって、前記クリップ本体部の上方で基部の近傍に貫通孔を形成すると共に、その貫通孔が貫通した状態を維持させた状態で、前記クリップの基部を軸筒の表面に嵌入させたので、挟持力を維持しつつ、しかも、軸筒からの脱落を極力防止したクリップの取り付け構造を提供することができる。
