Description

The present invention relates to a coupler used to guide cleaning means such as a brush used when cleaning the inside of an endoscope into the endoscope.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it is well known that a cleaning brush or cleaning water is introduced into an endoscope after use to clean the endoscope, and then the endoscope is used again. In addition, at the time of cleaning, a suction member insertion opening provided on the operation panel surface of the endoscope includes a tubular member in which the cleaning brush is accommodated so as to be capable of moving forward and backward, and a tubular member for supplying cleaning water. It is also well known to wash the inside of an endoscope by connecting to an opening for inserting an air / water feed button. It is also well known that a coupler is interposed between the tubular member and the endoscope for the connection.

For example, a connector device for supplying fluid to an endoscope disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-6103 (Patent Document 1) is a coupler of this type and has a connector main body to which a fluid supply tube is attached. A support member that fits into the opening of the endoscope and a slider member are attached to the connector body. When the support member is deformed against the urging force of the spring incorporated therein and is fitted into the opening of the endoscope, the slider member can slide with respect to the operation panel surface of the endoscope. The slid slider member enters the clearance between the operation panel surface and the flange formed around the opening, and presses against the flange from the thickness direction under the bias of the spring. Such a connector device is fixed to the operation panel surface by the pressure contact.

The invention described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-49699 (Patent Document 2) is directed to an endoscope cleaning adapter having substantially the same structure as that described in Patent Document 1, and a plurality of springs used in the adapter. At least one of them defines that the spring coefficient is smaller than that of the other springs.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-6103 JP 2004-49699 A

The connector devices and adapters described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 can be attached to an endoscope by compressing a coil spring to bring the support member into close contact with the opening of the endoscope and simultaneously sliding the slider member. . The attachment operation is simple, but the thickness of the connector body is extremely thin compared to the length of the mouthpiece to which the fluid supply tube is attached, so the mouthpiece that is slidably inserted into the through hole of the body is When the fluid supply tube connected to it swings or bends easily, it moves easily, and it comes off from the opening such as the suction button insertion opening of the endoscope, or creates a gap between the opening and the mouthpiece. Wash liquid may leak from between the parts. If the cleaning liquid leaks in this way, the endoscope cannot be cleaned with a predetermined amount of cleaning water or disinfecting liquid, and the endoscope may be insufficiently cleaned or disinfected.

An object of the present invention is to improve a conventional coupler so that a tubular member for guiding a cleaning means such as a cleaning brush into the endoscope can be easily and firmly attached to the endoscope.

Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is intended to form a plurality of cylindrical portions communicating with the interior of the endoscope at intervals on one axis on the operation panel surface of the endoscope. And an opening end of the cylindrical part has a flange formed with a clearance of a required dimension between the operation panel surface, and a tubular member is connected to the cylindrical part so that the inside of the endoscope is An endoscope cleaning coupler in which at least one of a cleaning brush and cleaning water as cleaning means is interposed between the cylindrical portion and the tubular member for guiding the cylindrical portion to the cylindrical portion.

In this coupler, the features of the present invention are as follows. The coupler comprises a fixing member which is formed such that through holes for mounting the tubular member have a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other and vertically extending in the vertical direction, the fixing member The sliding member is slidably attached in the front-rear direction. The fixing member is spaced apart from the first plate-like member in the vertical direction by a predetermined dimension from the first plate-like member in the vertical direction, and is thicker than the first plate-like member. as well as organic and thick second plate member, and extends long in the front of the front-rear direction than the first plate member and the second plate-like member. The tubular member is arranged in the front-rear direction and can be matched with the suction cylinder of the endoscope and the second tubular member can be matched with the air / water supply cylinder of the endoscope It consists of. Wherein the first tubular member, said top and bottom in the first plate member of the first through hole of the fixing member lower portion thereof is formed so as to penetrate the first plate member and second plate member Slidably penetrating in the direction and connected to the peripheral edge of the first through-hole in the second plate member in either a removable or non-detachable manner, and the upper portion of the first tubular member is the The first plate member extends upward. The second tubular member is accommodated in a second through hole of the fixing member formed so as to penetrate the first plate member and the second plate member so as to be movable in the vertical direction and not removable. The upper portion extends upward of the first plate member, while the lower portion extends downward of the second plate member. Spring means located in the second through hole and interposed between the first plate member and the second plate member moves the first plate member and the second plate member in the vertical direction. Energized so as to be separated from each other. The slide member is in contact with the upper surface of the first plate-like member so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction, and is opposed to the first and second top portions in the width direction via the first and second tubular members; First and first surfaces that are slidably in contact with the lower surface of the second plate-like member in the front-rear direction and are opposed to each other through at least the second tubular member of the first and second tubular members in the width direction. 2 bottom portions, a first side wall portion connecting the first top portion and the first bottom portion, and a second side wall portion connecting the second top portion and the second bottom portion. Each of the first and second bottom portions has a thickness that allows the slide member to enter and retreat with respect to the clearance when the slide member slides in the front-rear direction. Each of the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member in the fixing member is formed from the lower side with respect to the first and second top portions of the slide member by urging of the spring means. The second bottom is pressed from above .

In this invention, since the first annular member is screwed to the second plate-like member of the fixing member, the first annular member is firmly attached to the fixing member, and the coupler is attached to the endoscope. Does not move with respect to the endoscope. The second annular member has its upper portion slidably contacted with the peripheral surface of the second through hole in the first plate member, and its lower portion slid on the peripheral surface of the second through hole in the second plate member. Since the upper and lower portions are supported by the fixing member by being brought into contact with each other, the second annular member also does not swing greatly with respect to the endoscope when the coupler is attached to the endoscope. When such a coupler sandwiches a flange formed in the cylindrical portion of the endoscope operation panel surface by a fixing member and a slide member that are biased toward each other by a spring means, the first, The second tubular member does not deviate from the cylindrical part of the endoscope or create a gap between the second tubular member and the cylindrical part.

In this invention which concerns on Claim 2, the O-ring concentric with the said 1st through-hole is provided in the said lower surface of the said 2nd plate-shaped member on the outer side of the said 1st through-hole.

In such an aspect of the invention, the first through hole of the coupler is connected to the opening end of the endoscope operation panel surface in a water-tight state by closely contacting the O-ring with the flange of the endoscope operation panel surface from above and below. Can do.

In this invention which concerns on Claim 3, the annular groove part concentric with the said 1st through-hole is formed in the upper surface of the said 2nd plate-shaped member, The said 1st also by the 2nd spring means accommodated in the said annular groove part Each of the plate-like member and the second plate-like member is in pressure contact with the first and second top portions and the first and second bottom portions of the slide member.

In the invention of such an aspect, the fixing member and the slide member are in pressure contact with each other by the two spring means arranged for the first through hole and the second through hole arranged in the front-rear direction. The sliding with respect to the fixing member becomes smooth in the entire front-rear direction of the fixing member.

The coupler 100 includes a fixing member 101 and a slide member 102, and the fixing member 101 has a first plate-like member 103 located above and a second plate-like member 104 located below in FIG. A first tubular member 131 is attached to the rear side in the front-rear direction Y, and a second tubular member 132 is attached to the front side. In FIG. 3, these first and second tubular members 131 and 132 extend above the first plate member 103, and in FIG. 4, only the second tubular member 132 is below the second plate member 104 (see FIG. 4 above). A washing hose 139 (see FIG. 6) is attached to the first tubular member 131, and the second washing brush 32 and the washing water are opened through the washing hose 139 for inserting the suction button of the endoscope 1. 7 A connecting hose 140 (see FIG. 6) is attached to the second tubular member 132, and the washing water is guided to the air / water feeding button insertion opening 9 of the endoscope 1.

The slide member 102 is slidable in the front-rear direction Y with respect to the fixed member 101. The first and second top portions face each other in the width direction X via the first and second tubular members 131 and 132 in FIG. 111, 112, the first and second bottom portions 113, 114 facing each other in the width direction X via the second tubular member 132 in FIG. 4, the first and second top portions 111, 112, and the first and second portions, respectively. The first and second side walls 115 and 116 are connected to each of the bottom portions 113 and 114, and the front portions of the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 are connected by a connecting portion 117. The first and second top portions 111 and 112 are formed to be slidable in the front-rear direction Y with respect to the upper surface 103a of the first plate-like member 103 of the fixing member 101, and the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 are fixed members. 101 is formed to be slidable in the front-rear direction Y with respect to the lower surface 104 b of the second plate-like member 104. However, in the coupler 100 of FIGS. 3 and 4, the front end surface 102 a of the slide member 102 is in contact with the stopper 119 formed as a protrusion on the lower surface 103 b of the front end portion 118 of the first plate-like member 103 from the rear. The slide member 102 is slidable only backward with respect to the fixed member 101.

FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 3 in which the slide member 102 is slid rearward of the fixed member 101. The slide member 102 has moved to the vicinity of the rear end face 104c of the second plate-like member 104 in the fixing member 101, and a front portion 162 of the first plate-like member 103 is located in front of the moved slide member 102. It extends.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VI-VI in FIG. 3, and also shows a cross section of the operation panel surface 5 of the endoscope 1 to which the coupler 100 is to be attached. Further, the first tubular member 131 and the second tubular member 132 are indicated by phantom lines with a washing hose 139 and a connecting hose 140 attached thereto. The line VI-VI in FIG. 3 coincides with a center line CC that bisects the width of the coupler 100.

In the fixing member 101 of FIG. 6, a first through-hole 141 and a second through-hole 142 that pass through the first plate-like member 103 and the second plate-like member 104 formed thicker than the first plate-like member 103. And are formed. The first tubular member 131 is inserted into the first through-hole 141 from above, and the lower portion 143 of the first tubular member 131 is detachable or non-detachable with respect to the first through-hole 141 in the second plate member 104. It is attached in a state. The upper portion 144 of the first tubular member 131 is in contact with the peripheral surface of the first through hole 141 in the first plate-like member 103 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction Z, and the end of the upper portion 144 is for washing. A hose 139 is attached. A first groove portion 146 that is concentric with the first through hole 141 is formed on the upper surface 104a of the second plate member 104, and a first coil spring 147 that is a spring means is formed in the first groove portion 146. The first plate-like member 103 that covers the first groove 146 and the bottom of the first groove 146 are in a stored state, and the first plate-like member 103 and the second plate-like member 104 are connected to each other. Biasing is performed in the vertical direction Z so as to be separated from each other. A second groove portion 148 concentric with the first through hole 141 is formed on the lower surface 104 b of the second plate-like member 104 in order to accommodate the first O-ring 149. The second tubular member 132 is inserted into the second through hole 142 of the fixing member 101, the lower portion 151 extends downward from the lower surface 104b of the second plate member 104, and the second O- A ring 152 is attached. The upper portion 153 of the second tubular member 132 is in contact with the peripheral surface of the second through hole 142 in the first plate member 103 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, and a connecting hose 140 is attached to the end. Yes. In the intermediate portion 154 of the second tubular member 132, the diameter of the first enlarged diameter portion 156 formed below is larger than the diameter of the second through hole 142 in the vicinity of the lower surface 104 b of the second plate member 104, and the upper portion The diameter of the second enlarged diameter portion 157 formed on the first plate member 103 is larger than the diameter of the second through hole 142 in the first plate member 103. Therefore, the second tubular member 132 does not come out of the second through hole 142 in the fixing member 101. There is a second coil spring 158 that is a spring means on the outside of the intermediate portion 154, and is in a stored state by being pressed against the first enlarged diameter portion 156 and the first plate-like member 103. The first plate member 103 and the second plate member 104 are urged so as to be separated from each other in the vertical direction Z via the enlarged diameter portion 156. As a result, a third clearance L is formed between these members 103 and 104.

The slide member 102 in FIG. 6 is located closer to the front of the coupler 100, and the front end face 110 is in contact with the stopper 119 of the fixing member 101 from the left side of the figure. In the vertical direction Z in the figure, the first top portion 111 and the first bottom portion 113 of the slide member 102 are in pressure contact with the fixed member 101 by the action of the first coil spring 147 and the second coil spring 158. In the slide member 102, a gap 161 is formed between the first and second top portions 111 and 112 and the front end wall 110, and the front portion 162 of the first plate-like member 103 passes further through the gap 161 and further forward. A stopper 119 is formed at the front end portion 118. However, in FIG. 6, only the gap 161 between the first top portion 111 and the front end wall 110 is illustrated, and the gap between the second top portion 112 and the front end wall 110 is not illustrated.

In the endoscope 1 of FIG. 6, the shafts 163 and 164 of the suction cylinder 6 and the air / water supply cylinder 8 on the operation panel surface 5 are vertically aligned with the shafts 165 and 166 of the first tubular member 131 and the second tubular member 132, respectively. They coincide in the direction Z. A first flange 171 having a first clearance 167 is formed between the suction cylinder 6 and the end 7 of the opening 7 of the suction cylinder 6. A second flange 172 having a second clearance 168 is formed between the board surface 5 (see also FIG. 1). The first and second clearances 167 and 168 in the preferred operation panel surface 5 have the same dimensions.

7, 8, and 9 are diagrams illustrating a process in which the coupler 100 of FIG. 6 is lowered to the operation panel surface 5 of the endoscope 1 and attached to the panel surface 5. In FIG. 6, when the coupler 100 is lowered, the first O-ring 149 comes into contact with the first flange 171 and the first tubular member 131 and the suction cylinder 6 are connected as shown in FIG. 7. Further, the lower portion 151 of the second tubular member 132 enters the air / water supply cylinder 8, the second O-ring 152 is brought into close contact with the peripheral surface of the cylinder 8, and the lower surface 104 b of the second plate-like member 104. Comes into contact with the second flange 172, and the second tubular member 132 and the air / water supply cylinder 8 are connected. In the coupler 100 in such a state, when the slide member 102 tries to slide rearward, the rear ends 173 and 174 (see FIG. 4) of the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 are forward of the first flange 171. The slide is prevented from hitting. When the coupler 100 is pressed downward as shown in FIG. 8, each of the first O-ring 149, the first coil spring 147, and the second coil spring 158 is compressed, and the first plate The member 103 is lowered so as to reduce the clearance L with the second plate member 104. At the same time, the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 of the slide member 102 are lowered so as to approach the operation panel surface 5. The thicknesses of the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 are slightly smaller than the dimensions of the first and second clearances 167 and 168, respectively, and the slide member 102 in the lowered state faces rearward. 4, the edges 176 and 177 of the first bottom 113 shown in FIG. 4 and the edges 178 and 179 of the second bottom 114 are respectively connected to the first and second clearances 167 and 168. Enter each one. Next, when the coupler 100 is released from the pressing in the vertical direction Z, the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 are caused to act by the action of the first and second coil springs 147 and 158, respectively. The flanges 171 and 172 are pressed against each other from below and the flanges 171 and 172 are sandwiched in cooperation with the second plate member 104, and the slide member 102 is in the state shown in FIG. Ends.

Thus, the coupler 100 attached to the board surface 5 presses the first and second tubular members 131 and 132 toward the board surface 5 so as to coincide with the suction cylinder 6 and the air / water feeding cylinder 8 and presses them. If the slide member 102 is slid rearward in this state, the attachment to the endoscope 1 is completed, and the attachment operation is simple. In the fixing member 101 and the slide member 102 that are long in the front-rear direction Y, the first coil spring 147 and the second coil spring 158 are disposed at both ends of the fixing member 101, thereby extending the entire front-rear direction Y of the fixing member 101. The slide of the slide member 102 becomes smooth. Moreover, in the coupler 100 after attachment, the first tubular member 131 is in a state of being screwed to the second plate member 104 and does not swing. The second tubular member 132 has an upper portion 153 and a first enlarged diameter portion 156 in the vicinity of the lower portion 151 in contact with the peripheral surface of the second through hole 142 of the fixing member 101 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction Z. Because it is, it does not shake greatly. In such a coupler 100, even if the washing hose 139 and the connecting hose 140 are swung or bent, the first tubular member 131 and the second tubular member 132 may be detached from the operation panel surface 5, and the first flange 171 and the like. There is no gap between which cleaning liquid leaks.

FIG. 10 is a view similar to FIG. 6 showing an example of a usage mode of the coupler 100. In this drawing, the suction cylinder 6 of the endoscope 1 is formed with a first flange 171 having a first clearance 167 between the suction surface 6 and the board surface 5, and the top surface of the first flange 171 is the same as that in FIG. It is flat. The air / water supply cylinder 8 is formed with a second flange 172 having a second clearance 168 having the same dimensions as the first clearance 167 between the air supply / water supply cylinder 8 and an annular extension extending upward from the second flange 172. A portion 181 is formed, and the extension portion 181 has an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the second through hole 142 in the vicinity of the lower surface 104 b of the second plate-like member 104. When the coupler 100 is pressed against the first and second flanges 171 and 172 as shown in FIG. 7, the first tubular member 131 and the suction cylinder 6 are connected as shown in FIG. The extended portion 181 of 172 enters the second through hole 142 from the bottom surface 104b of the second plate-like member 104, and comes into contact with the first enlarged diameter portion 156 of the second tubular member 132 from below. When the coupler 100 is further pushed down, the first and second coil springs 147 and 158 are compressed, and the lower surface 104b of the second plate-like member 104 has the peripheral portion of the second through hole 142 abutted against the second flange 172. In contact therewith, the first plate-like member 103 descends so as to reduce the third clearance L between the second plate-like member 104 and approaches the second plate-like member 104. Therefore, when the slide member 102 is slid rearward as shown in FIG. 9, the first and second bottom portions 113 and 114 of the slide member 102 enter the first and second clearances 167 and 168, and the coupler 100 moves the operation panel surface 5. Attached to. Thus, since the second tubular member 132 moves up and down via the second coil spring 158, the coupler 100 can also be used for the endoscope 1 having the second flange 172 that is different from that in FIG. it can.

11, 12, and 13 are views similar to FIGS. 6, 7, and 9 showing another example of the embodiment of the present invention. The coupler 100 of FIG. 11 does not have the first coil spring 147 of the first and second coil springs 147 and 158 shown in FIG. 6, but has only the second coil spring 158. The first plate member 103 is in contact with the first top 111 from the lower side of the drawing by the action of the second coil spring 158. A raised portion 184 is formed at the rear end portion 183 of the second plate-like member 104, and the rear end portion 186 of the first plate-like member 103 is located above the raised portion 184. Further, a first O-ring 149 is attached to the lower surface 104b of the second plate-like member 104 in the same manner as in FIG. 6, and the outer side of the first O-ring 149 is concentric with the first O-ring 149. Thus, there is a guide portion 187 in which a part of the lower surface 104b of the second plate member 104 protrudes downward in an annular shape. Since the inner diameter of the guide portion 187 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first flange 171 on the operation panel surface 5, when the coupler 100 is brought closer to the panel surface 5 as shown in FIG. Fit. Thus, when the guide part 187 inserts the second annular member 132 into the air / water supply cylinder 8 and attaches the coupler 100 to the board surface 5, the first tubular member 131 and the suction cylinder 6 move in the vertical direction Z. They can be guided to align. However, since the second coil spring 158 is not yet compressed and is not in close contact with the board surface 5 in the coupler 100 of FIG. 12, when the slide member 102 is slid to the left in the figure, the first flange 171 and In other words, the second flange 172 does not hit the flanges 171 and 172 from the side. When the coupler 100 is pressed toward the board surface 5 and the slide member 102 enters below the first and second flanges 171 and 172 and is attached to the board surface 5 as shown in FIG. 1. The second bottom portions 113 and 114 (see FIG. 4) are pressed against the first flange 171 and the second flange 172 from below by the action of the compressed first O-ring 149 and the compressed second coil spring 158. . The first plate member 103 has a rear end portion 186 supported from below by a raised portion 184 of the second plate member 104, and a vicinity of the second tubular member 132 supported from below by a second coil spring 158. The coupler 100 uses only one coil spring, but has the same effect as the coupler 100 of FIG.
