Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a label peeling apparatus, and more particularly, to a label peeling apparatus that can reliably peel a label affixed to a release sheet one by one and attach it to a predetermined adherend.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the process of feeding a label base material wound in a roll shape by applying a label on the surface of a strip-like release sheet, the label application can be applied to an adherend by peeling the label from the release sheet The device is known. For example, a peeling device 40 called a peel plate as shown in FIG. 5A is generally employed for this label sticking device (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The peeling device 40 is formed by forming a plate-like main body portion 41 whose upper surface side forms a guide surface of the label base material LB, and in the main body portion 41, the leading end portion in the feed direction of the label base material LB has an acute angle or a thin wall. The label substrate LB is abruptly reversed toward an acute angle at the position of the peeling portion 42, and the adherend W is sequentially peeled off the labels L attached to the peeling sheet S. It can be affixed to the outer surface.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-66996 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since this type of label base material LB is usually in close contact with the release sheet S, the principle that the label L is released from the release sheet S is considered microscopically in terms of time. Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, the lead end L1 is instantaneously wound along with the release sheet S in the direction in which the release sheet S is reversed, and then returns to the original planar shape. It will come apart from the peeling sheet S with the force to (refer FIG.5 (C)).
[0005]
Therefore, immediately after the label L passes through the peeling portion 42, the lead end L1 is likely to be peeled off from the peeling sheet S, and when the label L is applied to the surface of the adherend W transported via a transport device (not shown), In some cases, the non-adhesive surface side of the lead end L1 may come into contact with the outer surface of the adherend W, which causes inconvenience that the label L cannot be accurately applied to a predetermined position. Such an inconvenience becomes more apparent when the adhesive force of the adhesive provided on the label L is strong, or when the label L itself has a strong shape following ability, and the feeding speed of the label base material LB. As the speed increases, the label L appears more prominently and the label L may not be peeled off. Accordingly, there are restrictions on the pressure-sensitive adhesive used and the material of the label base material. The inconvenience can be dealt with by lowering the feed speed of the label base material LB and the transport speed of the adherend W. However, in this case, the label sticking efficiency is inevitably lowered and the productivity is increased. It causes another inconvenience that it gets worse.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and the purpose of the present invention is to reduce the adhesion of the label to the release sheet before peeling off the label. It is an object of the present invention to provide a label peeling apparatus that can realize instant label peeling.
[0007]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a label peeling apparatus capable of reliably attaching a label to an adherend by slightly changing the feeding direction of the label base material at a position immediately before the peeling portion. is there.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a label peeling apparatus for feeding off a label base material having a label affixed to a strip-shaped release sheet and sequentially peeling the label.
A main body part for guiding the feeding of the label base material, and a peeling part capable of reversing the label base material in an acute direction,
In the region of the main body, a feed direction converting means for reducing the adhesion of the label to the release sheet is provided, the feed direction converting means includes a groove extending in a direction crossing the feed direction of the label base material, and the groove And a shaft-shaped member that passes the label base material along the inner surface of the groove, and the feed direction of the label base material is once separated from the feed direction of the immediately preceding label base material. After conversion, convert to the direction approaching the feed direction of the immediately preceding label substrate ,
The inner surface of the groove is provided on a curved surface, while the groove-side outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member is provided in a shape along the curved surface so as to form a gap with the curved surface, and the label base material When the label passes through the gap, the label base material is squeezed . If such a structure is employ | adopted, it will be in the state in which a label will be easy to peel from a peeling sheet in the step before a label base material passes a peeling part. Therefore, the label can be reliably peeled off and adhered to a predetermined position accurately with respect to the adherend passing through the vicinity of the peeling portion, and a conventional peeling error can be prevented in advance. In addition, it is possible to increase the feeding speed of the label base material, and it is possible to dramatically improve the label sticking efficiency by synchronizing the transport speed of the adherend. In addition, the feeding direction of the label base material can be reliably changed with a very simple configuration, and the label base material can pass through the gap to effectively reduce the label adhesion to the release sheet. It becomes.
In addition, the present invention provides a label peeling apparatus for feeding a label base material having a label attached to a strip-like release sheet and sequentially peeling the label.
A main body having a flat surface that serves as a guide surface for feeding out the label base material, and a peeling portion that enables the label base material to be reversed in an acute angle direction.
In the region of the main body, a feed direction conversion means for reducing the adhesion of the label to the release sheet is provided,
The feed direction converting means is formed on the flat surface and extends along a direction extending across the feed direction of the label base material, and is disposed along the groove, and the label base material is arranged along the inner surface of the groove. A shaft-shaped member that passes through
The inner surface of the groove is provided on an arcuate curved surface, and the groove-side outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member is provided in a shape along the curved surface so as to form an arcuate gap with the curved surface. The label base material is squeezed when the label base material passes through the gap.
[0009]
In the present invention, the feeding direction converting means is provided at a plurality of locations along the feeding direction of the label base material, and the feeding direction converting means located on the most downstream side is provided immediately before the peeling portion and is labeled base material. into a direction toward the feeding direction of the immediately preceding label substrate feed direction while not suited to the release of, and employs a configuration that. With such a configuration, the lead end of the label in the peeling portion region is in a posture that is relatively angularly displaced with respect to the immediately preceding position. Therefore, by using this angularly displaced posture, the adhesive surface on the lead end side can be made to correspond to the surface of the adherend, and label sticking errors can be effectively prevented.
[0012]
Further, the shaft-like member can be provided so as not to rotate. According to this, it is not necessary to adopt a structure for rotating the shaft-like member, and not only can the configuration be simplified, but also the adhesive force can be reduced with respect to the label substrate moving along the feeding direction. A moderate frictional force that can contribute can also be imparted.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0014]
1 to 3 show a label peeling apparatus according to this embodiment. In these drawings, the label peeling apparatus 10 includes a plate-like main body 11 that guides the feeding of the label base material LB, and a peeling portion 12 provided on the distal end side (left end side in FIG. 1) of the main body 11. The first and second feed direction changing means 13 and 14 are provided in the region of the main body 11.
[0015]
The main body 11 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and its upper surface is a flat surface 11A for guiding the feeding of the label base material LB. Within the region of the main body 11, fixing holes 15 are provided in two upper and lower regions on the right side in FIG. On the other hand, a substantially rectangular square hole 16 is formed in the left central portion, and the function of optically detecting the presence or absence of the label L in the square hole 16 and performing predetermined control for intermittent operation of the feeding of the label L is provided. The sensors 17 and 17 having the above are arranged via the arm members 18 and 18.
[0016]
The peeling portion 12 is provided integrally with the main body portion 11, and is formed by providing an inclined surface 12A directed to the lower rear side so as to have an acute angle with respect to the flat surface 11A.
[0017]
The first and second feed direction changing means 13 and 14 are provided in substantially the same structure, and the first feed direction changing means is provided on the upstream side in the feed direction of the label substrate LB in the main body 11. On the other hand, the second feed direction changing means 14 is provided at a position immediately before the peeling portion 12. These first and second feed direction converting means 13 and 14 are formed on the plane 11A of the main body 11 in a direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1) that crosses the feed direction of the label base material LB in a substantially same plane. And a shaft-like member 21 disposed along the groove 20. As shown in FIG. 2, the groove-side outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 21 is provided so as not to rotate through support means (not shown) so as to be lower than the position of the flat surface 11A of the main body 11. The label base material LB can be sent out through a gap between the groove-side outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 21 and the inner surface of the groove 20. Here, while the inner surface shape of the groove 20 is a curved surface, the groove-side outer peripheral surface of the shaft-like member 21 is provided in a shape along the curved surface, so that the label substrate LB has a gap. When passing, the label base material LB comes to be squeezed, and the squeezed label L tends to be rounded, so that the adhesion of the label L to the release sheet S is reduced. Yes. In other words, each feed direction conversion means 13, 14 converts the feed direction of the label base material LB to a direction once away from the feed direction of the previous label base material LB, and then feeds the previous label base material LB. Convert to a direction approaching the direction. In addition to the above action, the second feed direction converting means 14 takes the label base material immediately after passing through the gap in an upwardly inclined posture, and the lead end L1 side of the label base material L is squeezed by the shaft-like member 21. As a result, a force for rounding toward the shaft-shaped member 21 side is also applied and the film is easily peeled off.
[0018]
Next, the operation of the label peeling apparatus 10 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0019]
First, a predetermined amount of a lead end is drawn out from a label base material LB wound in a roll shape (not shown), and the lead end is fixed to a rotating drum of a predetermined winding device. On the other hand, it is assumed that the adherend W is sequentially transported along an angular position of about 30 to 35 degrees with respect to the flat surface 11A of the main body 11 so as to pass a position near the peeling portion 12.
[0020]
Due to the rotation of the rotating drum, the label base material LB is fed out with the flat surface 11A of the main body part 11 as a guide surface, and the label base material LB passing through the main body part 11 is in a posture parallel to the flat surface 11A. The label base material LB passing through the first feed direction converting means 13 region passes through the arc-shaped gap between the groove 20 and the shaft-shaped member 21 so that the label base material LB is squeezed, At this time, it receives the action of reducing the adhesion of the label L to the release sheet S. In the second feed direction converting means 14 as well, the label base material LB repeatedly receives the same action, and the label base material LB immediately after passing through the gap is inclined upward, and the label L is the axis. Since a force for rounding is applied to the shape member 21 side, the adhesive force on the lead end L1 side is reduced and the peeling sheet S is easily peeled off.
[0021]
Accordingly, since the label L is easily peeled off from the release sheet S by abrupt reversal at the peeling portion 12, there is no delay in peeling and no sticking failure occurs, and the label passing through the vicinity of the tip of the peeling portion 12 does not occur. The adhesive surface side is adhered to the surface of the adherend W with respect to the adherend W.
[0022]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, since the label substrate LB can be squeezed before passing through the peeling portion 12, the adhesion of the label to the peeling sheet S is reduced. Can do. Moreover, since the label base material LB immediately after passing through the second feeding direction converting means 14 is in an inclined posture, the possibility that the lead end L1 side of the label L to be peeled is caught on the inclined surface 12A side is prevented. It is possible to reliably avoid mistakes in attaching the label L.

However, the feed direction conversion means may be provided at least immediately before the peeling portion 12. In addition, each of the feed direction conversion means 13 and 14 has the shaft-like member 21 disposed at a position corresponding to the groove 20, but a plate-like body is disposed instead of the shaft-like member 21 to pass the label base material LB. A gap may be formed. In addition, the flat surface 11A of the main body 11 is recessed to replace the groove 20 that is a curved surface, and a part of the flat surface 11A is formed in a convex lens shape, and a member that covers the convex region from above is arranged to provide a label base material LB. It is also possible to form a gap through which the water passes. Further, with respect to the second feed direction converting means 14, the peeling portion 12 is bent so that the position of the peeling portion 12 is higher than the position of the flat surface 11 </ b> A of the main body portion 11, and the shaft-like member 21 is arranged correspondingly in the curved region. Also good. The shaft-like member 21 is not limited to a non-rotatable member, and can be replaced with a rotatable roller. At this time, the rotation center position of the roller is displaced along the feed direction of the label base material LB with respect to the center position forming the curved surface of the groove, or the outer peripheral surface of the roller is provided on the uneven surface, thereby providing a label. It becomes possible to iron the base material LB.
