Description

【0001】

However, the mortar 49 with the pipe joints 42 fixed to the floor slabs 40 cannot be removed unless the mortar 49 is removed by a chiseling operation, and this removal work requires a lot of vibration and noise and requires skill. There were problems such as taking a long time.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the work of mortar fixing the existing pipe joint and to eliminate vibration and noise during rehabilitation. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage pipe device and a rehabilitation method thereof that can reduce the cost and can significantly reduce the construction period.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, the following technical means are taken.
That is, the present invention is a drainage pipe in which a vertical drainage main pipe disposed indoors or outdoors in a building such as a mid-, low-rise house or office building is connected via a pipe joint penetratingly attached to the floor slab. In the apparatus, the pipe joint is penetrated and attached to the inside of the outer pipe fixed in a penetrating manner to the floor slab, and the outer pipe cuts the existing pipe joint near the upper and lower surfaces of the floor slab. It is characterized by being a straight pipe part.
[0006]
With this configuration, when the existing drainage pipe device needs to be rehabilitated due to aging, the connection between the pipe joint and the vertical drainage main pipe or the vertical drainage main pipe and the collecting pipe is separated, and the old existing pipe joint is separated from the outer pipe. Then, an updated pipe joint is mounted in the outer pipe, and an updated vertical drainage main pipe or the like is connected to the updated pipe joint.
Therefore, if the outer pipe is first fixed to the floor slab, it is not necessary to remove the outer pipe by scraping the floor slab at the time of rehabilitation, eliminating vibration and noise, and not requiring much skill. It can be rehabilitated in between, and the cost can be significantly reduced.
[0007]
Further, according to such a configuration of the present invention, in the existing drainage pipe device, even when the existing pipe joint is not attached to the floor slab via the outer pipe, the existing pipe joint is removed when the existing drainage pipe device is rehabilitated. It can be used as a pipe, eliminating the work of tearing floor slabs.
In the drainage pipe device, the pipe joint is made of a corrosion-resistant material such as stainless steel or synthetic resin.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to improve the durability of the pipe joint, reduce the thickness of at least a portion of the pipe joint that is inserted into the outer pipe, and reduce the decrease in the inner diameter of the pipe joint. Thus, it is possible to prevent a reduction in drainage area. In addition, when employ | adopting a synthetic resin for a pipe joint, it is necessary to coat | cover the outer periphery of this with a refractory.
[0008]
A drainage pipe rehabilitation method according to the present invention is a rehabilitation method for a drainage pipe existing apparatus, in which an existing pipe joint fixed to a floor slab is cut near the upper and lower surfaces of the floor slab. [0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show a first embodiment of an indoor drain pipe device according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, an indoor drainage pipe device according to the present invention includes a vertical drainage main pipe 1 disposed indoors and a through-hole 3 provided in a penetrating manner in a floor slab 2 of a middle / low-rise building. An outer pipe 5 that is inserted and fixed back-filled by the mortar 4, a pipe joint 6 that is inserted and mounted inside the outer pipe 5, and a drainage collecting pipe 8 that is connected to an upper end receiving port 7 of the pipe joint 6. It is constituted by.
[0011]
In this drain pipe device, the outer pipe 5 is a straight pipe, the length of which is slightly longer than the thickness of the floor slab 2, and is fixed vertically by a mortar 4 as shown in FIG. As a matter of course, the outer tube 5 is fixed prior to piping.
The pipe joint 6 has a straight tube shape with the receiving port 7 formed of an enlarged diameter portion at the upper end and a lower end serving as a straight tube outlet 9, and a rubber ring 10 (seal member) is provided in the receiving port 7. It is installed. In addition, as a pipe joint mounted on the outer pipe 5, a T-type or G-type pipe joint can be adopted in addition to the straight pipe one-touch joint type.
[0012]
Although only the lower part of the drainage collecting pipe 8 is illustrated, the conventional one shown in FIG. 9 can be adopted.
The vertical drainage main pipe 1 has a flange joint structure provided with a flange 1a on the outer periphery of the opening of the receiving opening, and is externally connected to the outlet 9 of the pipe joint 6 by a push ring 11, a packing 12, or the like. It has become.
In the first embodiment, when piping, the pipe joint 6 is inserted from above into the outer pipe 5 fixed to the floor slab 2 in advance, and the vertical drainage main pipe 1 on the lower floor is raised. At this time, the pipe joint 6 is slightly pulled up and held at a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Next, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, the vertical drainage main pipe 1 is positioned immediately below the outlet 9 of the pipe joint 6, and then the pipe joint 6 is lowered and the outlet 9 is vertically drained. The vertical drainage main pipe 1 and the pipe joint 6 can be connected by inserting the push ring 11 into the receiving flange 1a of the vertical drainage main pipe 1 with bolts and nuts (not shown).
[0013]
And the pipe joint 6 and the drainage collection pipe 8 can be connected by one-touch by inserting the lower end outlet 8a of the drainage collection pipe 8 in the receiving port 7 of the pipe joint 6. FIG.
According to the first embodiment, if the inner diameter of the outer pipe 5 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the straight pipe portion of the pipe joint 6, the pipe joint 6 can be easily inserted and mounted, and workability is improved. Then, when the drainage pipe device becomes old and needs to be rehabilitated, the vertical drainage main pipe 1 and the drainage collecting pipe 8 of the initial construction are removed from the pipe joint 6, and then the pipe joint 6 is pulled out from the outer pipe 5. Therefore, the mortar 4 is not required to be scraped, and a renewed vertical drainage main pipe, pipe joint, drainage collecting pipe and the like can be immediately piped, and construction can be performed in a short period of time. In addition, since the outer pipe 5 is centered in the initial construction, centering work is not required for rehabilitation, no skill is required, safe rehabilitation work without vibration and noise can be performed, and the cost is greatly reduced. Can be planned.

In addition, in the said embodiment, although the material of piping materials, such as the vertical drain main pipe 1, the outer pipe 5, the pipe joint 6, and the drainage collecting pipe 8, is not limited, As a piping material, what has corrosion resistance is preferable. .
The outer pipe 5 of the first embodiment is obtained by cutting an existing pipe joint 61 (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2) near the upper and lower surfaces of the floor slab 2 when rehabilitating the existing drainage pipe device due to aging. The straight pipe portion that remains can be used, and this means is employed in the rehabilitation method for the existing drain pipe device according to the present invention.
[0015]
That is, according to the embodiment of the drainage pipe rehabilitation method according to the present invention, the existing pipe joint 61 (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2) fixed to the floor slab 2 when the drainage pipe existing equipment is renewed. Is cut in the vicinity of the upper and lower surfaces of the floor slab 2 (see the portion indicated by the one-dot chain line C in FIG. 10), the upper and lower portions and the existing vertical drainage main pipe are removed, and the existing pipe joint is cut and left. The straight pipe portion thus formed is used as an outer pipe 5, and an update pipe joint 6 is inserted through the outer pipe 5 and the update vertical drainage main pipe 1 is connected to the update pipe joint 6.
According to the embodiment of the rehabilitation method of the present invention, the mortar 4 is not required to be scraped, and the renewed joint is inserted into the straight pipe portion of the existing pipe joint 61 that has already been centered, that is, the outer pipe 5. In addition, the renewed vertical drainage main pipe, drainage collecting pipe, etc. can be immediately piped, and construction can be performed in a short period of time. Moreover, since the outer pipe 5 is centered in the initial construction as described above, centering work is not required for rehabilitation, skill is not required, and safe rehabilitation work without vibration and noise can be performed. The cost can be greatly reduced.
[0016]
In this embodiment of the rehabilitation method, the outer diameter of the renewed pipe joint 6 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the existing pipe joint 61, so that the drainage flow cross-sectional area is slightly smaller, but the pipe joint 6 is made of stainless steel or the like. By adopting a material with high corrosion resistance, the thickness of the straight pipe portion of the renewed pipe joint 6 can be reduced, and the reduction rate of the drainage flow cross-sectional area can be reduced. Moreover, the material of the renewal pipe joint 6 can employ a corrosion-resistant material such as synthetic resin other than stainless steel.
FIG. 4 shows another receiving structure of the pipe joint 6. The receiving port 7 is provided with a tapered portion 7 a that spreads in a trumpet shape, and the sealing member 13 is provided with an enlarged diameter portion 14 that contacts the inner surface of the tapered portion 7 a. A ring-shaped tightening band 16 having a diameter-reducing tightening portion 15 in one circumferential direction is tightened around the outer periphery of the tapered portion 7a.

By adopting such a receiving structure, the tightening state around the outer periphery of the receiving port 7 can be made uniform to improve the sealing performance.
FIG. 7 shows another example of the connection structure between the pipe joint 6 and the vertical drain pipe 1. The vertical drain pipe 1 is a straight pipe having no receiving port at the upper end, and the outlet 9 of the pipe joint 6 and the vertical drain pipe 1 are connected to each other. The upper end is abutted via a seal material 17 and is fastened and fixed by a band-shaped joint 18 formed of a C-shaped ring shown in FIGS.
This band-shaped joint 18 surrounds a rubber cylindrical sealing material 19 with a C-shaped split plate 20, and a bolt 21 is attached to a fastening flange 21 projecting substantially radially outward from both ends of the split plate 20. The split plate 20 can be enlarged or reduced in the radial direction by inserting the bolt 22 and tightening / relaxing the bolt 22. Therefore, after fitting the joint 18 in advance to the upper end of the vertical drainage main pipe 1 at a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 7 and abutting the upper end of the pipe joint 6 and the vertical drainage main pipe 1, the band shape By pushing the joint 18 upward and tightening and fixing it with the bolt 22 at the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 7, the connection can be made easily and reliably. FIG. 8 shows a second embodiment of the drain pipe device according to the present invention. The main difference from the first embodiment is that the pipe joint 6 is divided into upper and lower parts and consists of an upper pipe joint 6a and a lower pipe joint 6b. In addition, both pipe joints 6a and 6b are butt-connected in the outer pipe 5 via a seal member 23.
[0018]
The upper pipe joint 6a has a mechanical joint type receiving structure at the upper end, and a lower half of the upper pipe joint 6a having a straight tube shape as an outlet to the outer pipe 5. That is, the outer peripheral portion of the upper end of the receiving port 24 of the upper pipe joint 6a is expanded in diameter and an outward flange 24a is formed, and a packing receiving portion 24b is formed at the opening end of the receiving port 24. The lower end opening 8a is inserted. In addition, a packing 25, a collar 26, a lock ring 27, and a push ring 28 are sequentially fitted on the lower part of the drainage collecting pipe 8 in advance, and the push ring 28 uses bolts 29 and nuts 30 on the flange 24a. Thus, the upper pipe joint 6a and the drainage collecting pipe 8 are connected by being tightened.
[0019]
The lower pipe joint 6b has an upper half portion that is straight and has an outlet to the outer tube 5, a receiving port 31 is formed in the lower portion, and a sealing material receiving portion 32 and a packing receiving portion are formed inside the receiving port 31. A portion 33 is provided, and a male screw portion 34 is provided on the outer periphery of the end of the receiving port 31.
And the upper end of the vertical drainage main pipe 1 is made into the straight tubular outlet, and the cap nut 35 is externally fitted so that rotation is possible.
In the second embodiment, when inserting and connecting the outlet of the vertical drainage main pipe 1 to the lower pipe joint 6b, first, the seal ring 36 is inserted into the seal material receiving portion 32 of the lower pipe joint 6b, and the vertical drainage main pipe 1 A packing 37 is fitted over the upper end of the cap nut 35, the vertical drainage main pipe 1 is inserted into the receiving port 31 of the lower pipe joint 6b, and the upper end of the vertical drainage main pipe 1 is attached to the seal ring 36. In the pressed state, the cap nut 35 is screwed into the male thread portion 34 and tightened to complete the connection work between the vertical drainage main pipe 1 and the lower pipe joint 6b.
[0020]
In the second embodiment, the receiving structure of the upper pipe joint 6a can be the one-touch joint type of the first embodiment, the joint type shown in FIG. 4, the band joint type shown in FIG. As the pipe joint 6a, the T-shaped or G-shaped pipe joint shown in FIG. 10 can be adopted. In addition, the lower pipe joint 6b uses a so-called straight pipe having a straight tubular outlet at the lower end, and has a receptacle as shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 7 as an upper end receptacle structure of the vertical drainage main pipe 1. In addition to the structure, a one-touch joint type can be adopted.
[0021]
The second embodiment of the drain pipe device according to the present invention can be employed in a method for rehabilitating an existing drain pipe device. In other words, the existing pipe joint is cut in the vicinity of the upper and lower sides of the floor slab 2, and the remaining straight pipe portion is reused as the outer pipe 5, whereby the drain pipe device can be renewed.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and, for example, a corrosion resistant material such as stainless steel, synthetic resin, cast iron pipe, or the like can be adopted as a constituent material outside the pipe joints 6, 6a, 6b.
[0022]
