Description

【0001】

00 12 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A vending machine button device (hereinafter simply referred to as a button device) 100 of the present invention includes, for example, an operation button body 10 that is attached to a transparent front panel 201 of a vending machine 200, a front panel 201, and operation buttons. And a substrate 50 installed on the back side of the main body 10 (right side of the drawing, the same applies hereinafter).
00 13 ]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the operation button main body 10 has a front member 11 attached to the front panel 201 from the front side (the left side of the drawing, the same applies hereinafter), and the rear side of the front member 11. The back member 12 is installed on the back surface of the front panel 201.
00 14 ]
That is, the front member 11 includes a cylindrical portion 13 that can be inserted into a button mounting hole 202 formed in the front panel 201, and the protrusion 14 and the inner end of the rear end portion are disposed on the outer peripheral side of a substantially intermediate portion of the cylindrical portion 13. A protrusion 15 is provided on the peripheral side, and the projecting portion 16 that bulges from the front end portion of the cylindrical portion 13 and the protrusion 14 sandwich an opening end portion that surrounds the button mounting hole 202 of the front panel 201. Then, the front member 11 is fixed to the front panel 201, the protruding portion 17 of the back member 12 is held by the protrusion 15 of the front member 11, and the back member 12 is attached to the back side of the front member 11, Thus, the back member 12 is installed on the back side of the front panel 201.
00 15 ]
A hole 18 is formed in the central portion of the front member 11, and an operation button 20 including a cylindrical portion 19 that is loosely inserted into the hole 18 is provided so as to be movable in the horizontal direction of the drawing. As shown in FIG. 5A, the cylindrical portion 19 is provided with a pair of spiral slits 21 that extend from the rear end portion to the front in a quarter turn. Reference numeral 18 </ b> A denotes a flexible, water-resistant thin seal member that is attached to the inside of the front end of the tubular portion 13 and the back side of the operation button 20.
00 16 ]
One back member 12 is provided with a rod-like movable member 23 having a bar magnet 22 as a member to be detected at the rear end. The rod-shaped movable member 23 moves in the front-rear direction (the left-right direction in the drawing, the same applies hereinafter) in a hole 25 formed in the rear plate 24 with a bar magnet 22 disposed on the rear side of the rear plate 24 so as to be rotatable. A pair of protrusions 26 that can be loosely fitted in a pair of spiral slits 21 provided on the cylindrical portion 19 of the front member 11 are movable in the front-rear direction. A spring stopper 27 is provided with a means for preventing it from falling forward (not shown). A coil spring 28 is installed between the back plate 24 and the spring stopper 27 to urge the spring stopper 27 so as to push it forward toward a drop-off preventing means (not shown).
00 17 ]
The overhanging portion 17 is attached to the front end of the cylindrical portion 29 extending forward from the outer peripheral portion of the back plate 24, and the function for assembling the back member 12 to the front member 11; It has a function of fixing the outer periphery of the seal member 18A.
00 18 ]
In the button device 100, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when a rightward force is not applied to the operation button 20, the button device 100 is urged forward by the coil spring 28 of the back member 12. The moving spring stopper 27 comes into contact with the rear end portion of the cylindrical portion 19 to move the operation button 20 leftward in the drawing, and a pair of protrusions 26 provided on the rod-like movable member 23 are formed on the rear end side of the slit 21. When the operating surface 20a of the operation button 20 is pushed with a finger and a force directed to the right of the drawing acts on the operation button 20, the rear end portion of the cylindrical portion 19 pushes the spring stopper 27 in the right direction of the drawing. Is degenerated, and the operation button 20 moves to the right in the drawing.
00 19 ]
At that time, the cylindrical portion 19 of the operation button 20 has a pair of spiral slits 21 extending over a ¼ circumference, and is provided on the rod-like movable member 23 installed so as not to move in the front-rear direction. Since the pair of protrusions 26 are loosely fitted, the protrusions 26 loosely fitted in the slits 21 are guided and rotated by the spiral slits 21, and the operation button 20 is completely pushed to the right side of the drawing. The protrusion 26 is located at the left end of the slit 21 in the drawing, so that the rod-shaped movable member 23, that is, the bar magnet 22 is also rotated by just 90 degrees.
00 20 ]
The front member 11 is formed in an elongated shape as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of operation buttons 20 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the formed front member 11 is attached to the front panel 201 of the vending machine 200. (The back member 12 can also be elongated similarly to the front member 11.) In this case, a plurality of reed switches 52 corresponding to the plurality of operation buttons 20 arranged on the front member 11. Is arranged on the back side of the front panel 201 corresponding to the front member 11 and the back member 12.
00 21 ]
The substrate 50 displays, for example, a plate-like member 51 made of an electrically insulating resin, a plurality of reed switches 52 as detection means provided on the plate-like member 51, and the price as shown in FIG. A plurality of display sections (hereinafter referred to as price display sections) 53, a plurality of product information display sections 54 capable of displaying, for example, hot / cold, and a plurality of transparent sections (may be openings) 55 And a plurality of operation button main body portions that are fixed to the front frame of the sample table 211 on which the product sample 210 placed on the front portion of the vending machine 200 is mounted and attached to the front panel 201 10 (specifically, a plurality of operation buttons 20).
00 22 ]
In the price display unit 53 of the button device 100 shown in FIG. 1, the price of a product that can be purchased by operating the operation button 20 provided in the corresponding part can be displayed by an LED, a liquid crystal, or the like. ing.
00 23 ]
A light 212 as an illuminating means is provided inside the sample table 211 to illuminate the product sample 210 installed so that light can be transmitted from the inside, and the product information display unit 54 in front of the transparent portion 55 also passes through the portion. The light 212 can be illuminated with light.
00 24 ]
The price display unit 53 and the transparent unit 55 are provided at a position that is not hidden by the operation button main body 10 when viewed from the front of the front panel 201, that is, at a portion that does not face the operation button main body 10. The information display part 54 is arranged in front of the transparent part 55 provided as such. Therefore, the front plate member of the sample table 211 is also provided with a transparent portion 213 so that the price display portion 53 and the product information display portion 54 of the substrate 50 can be seen through from the front of the front panel 201.
00 25 ]
As described above, the operation button main body unit 10 including the operation buttons 20 and the substrate 50 including the price display unit 53 and the product information display unit 54 are separate members, and the operation button main body unit 10 and the price display unit 53 are also provided. The operation button main body 10, the price display unit 53 and the product information display unit 54 can be freely made without being restricted. Therefore, the degree of freedom in manufacturing is large, and it is possible to differentiate from other button devices by adopting a novel design for each. In addition, a harness (not shown) that supplies power and control signals to the reed switch 52, the price display unit 53, and the like is arranged behind the plate member 51 and the front panel of the sample table 211, and the front panel 201 starts from the front. You can also hide it.
00 26 ]
And the bar switch 22 of the operation button main body 10 and the reed switch 52 of the substrate 50 are not connected to the reed switch 52 when the operation button 20 is not pushed rightward in the drawing as shown in FIG. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when the operation button 20 is pushed rightward in the drawing and the bar magnet 22 rotates 90 degrees, the reed switch 52 is turned on and current flows, and the switch operates to operate the vending machine 200. The merchandise sales mechanism (not shown) is installed so as to operate.
00 27 ]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6B, the intermediate portion of the N and S poles of the bar magnet 22 and the contact portion 52C of the reed switch 52 face each other, and the axial direction of the bar magnet 22 and the reed switch 52 The lead wire 52 of the reed switch 52 made of a magnetic material is disposed close to the N pole of the bar magnet 22 as the S pole, and the contact portion 52C. The side is the N pole, the portion of the other lead wire 52B near the S pole of the reed switch 52 is the N pole, and the contact portion 52C side is the S pole, so the lead wires 52A and 52B are the contact portion 52C. They attract each other and become conductive.
00 28 ]
However, when either one of the bar magnet 22 or the reed switch 52 is rotated 90 degrees so as to be arranged as shown in FIG. 6A, both the N pole and the S pole of the bar magnet 22 are contact parts 52C of the reed switch 52. Therefore, neither the contact part 52C side of the lead wire 52A nor the contact part 52C side of the lead wire 52B is clearly polarized, so that the lead wires 52A and 52B can attract each other at the contact part 52C. There is no conduction.
00 29 ]
The reed switch 52 is turned on when the operation button 20 is not pushed rightward in the drawing as shown in FIG. 3, and is pushed rightward in the drawing as shown in FIG. It may be configured so that it does not conduct when rotated, and a merchandise sales mechanism (not shown) provided in the vending machine 200 operates when the reed switch 52 is no longer conducting.
00 30 ]
As a detected means, for example, as shown in FIG. 9B, a pair of L-shaped magnetic members 30 are provided symmetrically close to the north and south poles of the bar magnet 22, and the reed switch 52 is conductive. The reed switch 52 and the other end of the pair of L-shaped magnetic members 30 are placed close to each other, and the bar magnet 22 moves up and down, for example, depending on whether or not the operation button 20 is pressed. It can also be configured such that it is positioned between the L-shaped magnetic members 30 or is not positioned so that the reed switch 52 is turned on or off.
00 31 ]
As the detected means, the bar magnet 22 and the reed switch 52 are provided close to each other so that the reed switch 52 becomes conductive, for example, as shown in FIG. For example, the plate-like magnetic shielding member 32 made of a magnetic material provided so as to be movable up and down is positioned between the bar magnet 22 and the reed switch 52, or is not positioned so that the reed switch 52 becomes conductive, The detection means and the member to be detected can also be configured so as not to conduct.
00 32 ]
The magnetic shielding member 32 is provided in a bowl shape as shown in FIG. 11, for example, and the magnetic shielding member 32 thus formed rotates depending on whether or not the operation button 20 is pressed, and the bar magnet 22 and the reed switch. The detecting means and the member to be detected can be configured such that the reed switch 52 is turned on or off, so that the reed switch 52 is turned on or off.
00 33 ]
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, instead of the reed switch 52, the light emitting means 33 and the light receiving means 34 are provided on the plate member 51 at an appropriate interval, and the light emitted from the light emitting means 33 is received by the light receiving means 34. The light path changing means 35 is directed to the light emitting means 33 and the light receiving means 34 so as to be rotatable, for example, and the light path changing means 35 is rotated by the operation of the operation button 20 and comes out of the light emitting means 33. It is also possible to configure the detection means and the member to be detected so that the light reaches the light receiving means 34 or does not reach it.
00 34 ]
The optical path changing means 35 can be formed by combining a light collecting means, a light scattering means, a prism, an optical fiber, and the like.
00 35 ]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, for example, as shown in FIG. 13, the optical path changing means 35 is provided so that the reflecting surface 36 can be deformed, and the reflecting surface 36 is deformed by operation of the operation button 20, and light emitted from the light emitting means 33 is received. The detection means and the member to be detected can be made so as to reach or not reach the means 34 (in order to prevent the light of the light emitting means 33 reflected by the reflecting surface 36 from reaching the light receiving means 34) The means 33 can be provided at the focal point of the reflecting surface 36. On the other hand, the light emitted from the light emitting means 33 is reflected in a wide range by the reflecting surface 36 when the reflecting surface 36 changes to a convex surface. The light also reaches the light receiving means 34 located on the right side).
00 36 ]
When a bar magnet 22 or the like is used as the member to be detected, the detecting means is a Hall element (Hall IC) or magnetoresistive element (MR element) that utilizes a well-known Hall effect instead of the reed switch 52. Can also be used.
00 37 ]
At that time, since the front panel 201 of the vending machine 200 is made of a resin having a larger linear expansion coefficient than metals such as iron and being easily deformed, a detected member such as a bar magnet 22 and a hole used as a detecting means. The distance to the element, magnetoresistive element, etc. is likely to fluctuate, so the value detected by the detecting element, such as the hall element, magnetoresistive element, etc. is also seasonal, unevenness of the installation part, the amount of goods stored for sale (weight) ) And so on.
00 38 ]
Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, a DC amplifier 38 is connected to the magnetoresistive element 37, and the voltage amplified by the DC amplifier 38 is connected so as to be processed by a microcomputer 39 with an A / D conversion input device. For example, when the front panel 201 of the vending machine 200 is opened and closed, a few seconds after the front panel 201 is closed (measurement after a few seconds is preferable to avoid the influence of vibration when the front panel 201 is closed. It is preferable to correct the operating voltage by detecting the voltage when the operation button 20 is not operated).
00 39 ]
For example, the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 is preferably 0 V when the operation button 20 is not operated, but it is not 0 V because of the influence of the bar magnet 22, for example, 5 mV. When the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 when the button 20 is operated is 25 mV, for example, the microcomputer 39 takes an intermediate value and sets the threshold value to 15 mV, but a few seconds after the front panel 201 is closed. When the operation button 20 is not operated, the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 is 15 mV, and when the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 is 35 mV when the operation button 20 is operated, the operation button 20 is operated. Even if not, the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 shows a threshold value of 15 mV. It made.
00 40 ]
Therefore, when the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 is 15 mV when the operation button 20 is not operated a few seconds after the front panel 201 is closed, the threshold voltage is 25 mV (15 mV + 10 mV) because it is 10 mV higher. ).
00 41 ]
This type of correction may be performed periodically or whenever the temperature detecting means provided in the vending machine 200 deviates from a set temperature (for example, 20 ° C.) by a predetermined temperature (for example, 10 ° C.). good. Further, without correcting the threshold value, the output voltage of the magnetoresistive element 37 may be corrected and compared with a predetermined threshold value.
00 42 ]
For this reason, even if the air temperature, the unevenness of the installation part, the amount (weight) of the stored product, etc. may fluctuate greatly, the button device 100 operates normally without malfunctioning.
00 43 ]
For example, as shown in FIG. 15A, the product information display unit 54 of the substrate 50 has a window member 57 made of an opaque material having openings 56 of a predetermined size provided at predetermined intervals on the front side. COLD and HOT are alternately displayed on the back side of the drawing by printing or the like at a predetermined interval from the left side of the drawing, and a movable printing member 59 is arranged so as to be movable in the horizontal direction of the drawing by a gear motor 58 provided at the right end of the drawing. On the back side, a fixed display member 60 displayed as COLD by printing or the like is provided in a portion facing the opening 56 at the left end of the drawing.
00 44 ]
In FIG. 15, reference numeral 61 denotes a resin disc fixed to the rotating shaft of the gear motor 58, and 62 denotes a tip portion that is integrally formed with the disc 61 and is formed to protrude eccentrically on one side of the disc 61. Snap formed in the shape of two and divided into two in the axial direction, 63 is a T-shaped resin crank member having a long hole 64 into which a flange portion of the snap 62 is inserted, and 65 is a crank member 63 The snap is integrally formed with the crank member 63 on one side, and the snap 65 is inserted into a hole (not shown) provided at one end of the movable printing member 59 and connected to each other.
00 45 ]
Therefore, the COLD indication of the fixed display member 60 and the COLD and HOT indications of the movable printing member 59 are obtained by driving the gear motor 58 as shown in FIG. When the snap 62 portion is moved to the right side of the drawing, the movable printing member 59 is also moved to the right side of the drawing, and the COLD indication of the fixed display member 60 can be seen from the opening 56 at the left end of the drawing of the window member 57. Is seen from the other opening 56 of the window member 57, and the gear motor 58 is driven to move the snap 62 portion of the disc 61 attached to the rotating shaft to the left side of the drawing as shown in FIG. The movable printing member 59 also moves to the left side of the drawing, and the COLD indication of the fixed display member 60 is covered with the HOT display portion on the left side of the drawing of the movable printing member 59, and the opening 56 of the window member 57. Luo only the display of the HOT of the movable printing member 59 is visible.
00 46 ]
For this reason, it is necessary to change the display of the product information display unit 54 when, for example, a product that has been cooled and sold is replaced with a product that is sold by heating. However, the change can be easily made by configuring the gear motor 58 so that it can be operated by one switch operation.
00 47 ]
In addition, when a product is heated and sold and automatically cooled depending on the time and temperature, or when it is possible to communicate with a sales center via communication means, the temperature of the next day Can be switched automatically at night after receiving the forecast, or by an appropriate instruction from a sales center or the like.
00 48 ]
Further, since the movable printing member 59 and the crank member 63 are connected via the snap 65, both can be connected and separated easily. Therefore, it is possible to provide a customer who desires an inexpensive apparatus without providing the gear motor 58 and manually moving the movable printing member 59 to change the display content. Further, since the fixed display member 60 is provided on the end portion side, even if the movable printing member 59 is moved in the left-right direction of the drawing in order to switch the display, the end portion may collide with the panel or frame of the vending machine 200. There is no.
00 49 ]
The product information display unit 54 includes a gear motor 58 and a movable printing member 59 as shown in FIG. 16, for example, that is, the gear motor 58 is provided on both the left and right sides of the drawing. The A movable printing member 59 on which COLD and HOT (only the initial letter is shown in the drawing) are alternately printed at a predetermined interval is attached to the front side, and both of them are mounted as shown in FIG. When the movable printing member 59 is moved to the right side of the drawing, the indication of COLD is visible from the opening 56 of the window member 57 described in FIG. 15, and both the movable printing members 59 are moved to the left side of the drawing as shown in FIG. When moved to, the display of HOT can be seen from the opening 56 of the window member 57. When the two movable printing members 59 are moved away from each other as shown in FIG. In 59, the HOT display can be seen from the opening 56 of the window member 57, and in the movable printing member 59 on the right side of the drawing, the COLD display can be seen from the opening 56 of the window member 57.
00 50 ]
In addition, when the product sample 210 installed on the sample table 211 is replaced without permission, even if the operation button 20 of the button device 100 corresponding to the product is operated, it is detected whether or not the purchase operation has been performed. It is also possible to prevent the sales operation of the product corresponding to the newly installed product sample from being stopped.
00 51 ]
For this purpose, a predetermined first coil 70 is attached to the bottom of the product sample 210 to be placed on the sample table 211 (see FIGS. 1 and 17), and the second coil is brought close to the first coil 70. As shown in FIG. 18, the first coil 70 forms an absorption circuit 72 with a capacitor, and the second coil 71 oscillates with an amplifier and a capacitor. A circuit 73 is formed.
00 52 ]
Then, the buffer circuit 74, the rectifying means 75, the comparator 76, and the like are connected to output a sales stop signal according to the oscillation level in the oscillation circuit 73.
00 53 ]
For example, the absorption circuit 72 has a resonance frequency determined by the first coil 70 and the capacitor equal to the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 73, so that when the first coil 70 and the second coil 71 approach each other, The oscillation energy of the oscillation circuit 73 is given from the second coil 71 to the first coil 70. However, since the absorption circuit 72 resonates and the impedance is close to zero, all energy is absorbed by the absorption circuit 72. Since the oscillation stops, the signal of the oscillation frequency that appeared in the portion A disappears, and no signal appears in the portions B and C.
00 54 ]
For this reason, when the comparator 76 outputs a predetermined voltage, the first coil 70 and the second coil 71 are not close to each other. In other words Since the predetermined product sample 210 is removed from the sample table 211, even if the operation button 20 of the button device 100 corresponding to the product is operated at that time, it is not detected whether or not the purchase operation has been performed. Thus, it is possible to configure a sales mechanism (not shown) of the vending machine 200 so that the sales operation of the product corresponding to the product sample 210 currently installed on the sample table 211 is stopped. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that operates as described above when the oscillation amplitude of the oscillation circuit 73 becomes smaller than a predetermined width.
00 55 ]
With this configuration, the vending machine 200 that is installed at the store for the purpose of selling a specific product has the disadvantage that the sold product can be replaced without permission from the lender of the vending machine 200 without permission. It will be resolved.
00 56 ]
In addition, since this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, various deformation | transformation implementation is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning as described in a claim.
00 57 ]
For example, instead of the coil spring 28, a rubber-like elastic body 28A as shown in FIG. 19 can be used.
00 58 ]
Further, as shown in FIG. 20, the product information display unit 54 performs a desired display (for example, HOT, COLD) by printing or the like on the movable printing member 59A pivotally supported so as to be mechanical (gear driven). , Belt drive) or manual switching. The product information display unit 54 is not necessarily provided.
00 59 ]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 21, the cover member 40 which consists of a nonmagnetic body which covers the bar magnet 22 can also be attached to the back member 12 so that attachment or detachment is possible. By attaching such a cover member 40, it is possible to prevent magnetic powder such as iron powder from adhering to the bar magnet 22.
00 60 ]
Further, in the operation button main body 10 having the configuration shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the height of the ridge 14 is lowered, the ridge 14 is intermittently provided in the circumferential direction, etc. The member 12 can be attached to the front panel 201 in an integrated state.
00 61 ]
Further, in order to facilitate attachment / detachment to / from the front panel 201 and make it difficult to drop off during mounting, for example, as shown in FIG. A recess 41 is intermittently provided in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical portion 29 so that a cavity can be formed on the lower side of 14A, and the concave portion of the cylindrical portion 29 is provided at a portion where the projection 14A of the cylindrical portion 13 is present during mounting / removal operation. When the tubular portion 13 is pushed into the button mounting hole 202 with the position 41 positioned, the portion of the tubular portion 13 where the projection 14A is provided bends toward the dent 41 side of the tubular portion 29 and opens the front panel 201. The end portion makes it easy to get over the projection 14A, and after the opening end portion of the front panel 201 gets over the projection 14A, the cylindrical portion 29 is rotated so that the portion of the cylindrical portion 29 without the dent 41 is located at the position of the protrusion 14 By moving, the cylindrical part 1 , That may be the operation button body 10 to prevent falling out from the button mounting hole 202.
00 62 ]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the pair of slits 21 provided in the cylindrical portion 19 increases the angle γ of the intermediate portion and makes the angles α and β on both ends smaller than the angle γ of the intermediate portion. That is, the feeling when pushing the piano keyboard, that is, it is pushed in with a light force at the beginning, a stronger force is required at the middle part, and it moves again at the end, so that the operation button 20 is operated. It is surely understood and the feeling at the time of operation is also excellent.
00 63 ]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the button device according to the first aspect of the present invention in which the display unit is provided in a portion not facing the operation button of the board installed on the side opposite to the button operation side of the panel member, the size of the operation button It is also possible to take a large display portion regardless of the size and shape. Therefore, the degree of freedom in manufacturing is large, and it is possible to differentiate from other button devices by adopting a novel design for each.
00 64 ]
In addition, a plurality of operation buttons are provided on the panel member, and a substrate provided with a plurality of detection means is provided on the side opposite to the panel member button operation side, so that the operation of the operation buttons is detected in a non-contact state. In the button device according to the second aspect of the invention, it is not necessary to supply power to a member attached to a panel member such as a door, and it is only necessary to supply power to the board fixed inside thereof, so that the harness processing is easy. Yes.
00 65 ]
In addition, since the board in which the electric circuit is incorporated can be set apart from the panel member such as a door, rainwater does not reach the board in which the electric circuit is located, and therefore is not easily damaged. Moreover, even if the panel member is broken, only an inexpensive resin-molded member is mounted on the panel member, and an expensive board with an electric circuit incorporated therein is set apart from the panel member. The member is difficult to break.
00 66 ]
A button device according to a third aspect of the invention is provided with a detected member that is displaced in a direction different from the operation direction of the operation button by operating the operation button, and the detected member is provided between the panel member and the substrate. In the button device according to the fourth aspect, the button device having a small size in the front-rear direction can be produced.
