【産業上の利用分野】
この発明は、2日程度放置しておくと自然に停止してしまう自動巻腕時計を、スウィングするトレーに装着し、自動的にゼンマイを巻上げることが出来、時計のコンディションを一定に保つことで、腕時計のムーブメントにかかる物理的な負荷を軽減し、使用時日付や時刻の調整などの煩わしさを軽減することが出来る。

【従来の技術】
従来はリューズを引き起こしてその都度ゼンマイを巻上げるか、一方向または双方向に連続回転して巻上げる機械を利用していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これには、次のような欠点があった。
(イ)リューズを引き起こしてゼンマイを巻く方法は、リューズ機構に物理的な負荷を与えるものであった。
(ロ)手によりゼンマイを巻上げる方法は、過剰な巻上げを惹起するものであった。
(ハ)一方向に連続回転して強制的にゼンマイを巻上げる機械は、軸受けの油脂の揮散や偏磨耗の原因であった。
本発明は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
(イ)腕時計をそのままの状態でトレー(3)に装着し、スウィングさせることによりゼンマイ巻上げを可能にした。
(ロ)タイマー(2)により一定時間スウィングさせることにより、過剰な巻上げを防止することが出来る。
(ハ)スウィング機構は、腕の装着と同じ環境を実現することにより、時計に与える余分な物理的負荷を排除した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。
(イ)シンクロモーター(9)に、5ミリボール(5)を固定したアルミレバー(6)を装着し、ボールアジャスター(7)で連結したトレー(3)をスウィングさせる。
(ロ)腕時計を傾斜台(4)にセットすることにより、左右45度合計90度のスウィング角だが、腕時計のぜんまい巻上げのローター(10)では更に左右15度程度振り角が増加し、合計120度の振り角を得ることが出来、より確実な巻上げ動力が得られる機構にした。
(ハ)ふた(1)を開けたり、タイマー(2)により停止するときには、マイクロスイッチ(8)により水平位置に止めることが出来、腕時計を着脱し易くした。

【発明の効果】
これには次のような効果がある。
(イ)自動巻腕時計を装用しないとき、トレーの傾斜台に装着し、タイマーをセットすることにより、腕への装用と同様のスウィング動作により、確実なゼンマイ巻上げを行なうことが出来る。
(ロ)トレーを分割して複数の傾斜台を作り、複数個の自動巻腕時計を同時に巻上げることが出来る。
(ハ)タイマーによる巻上げで、過剰な巻上げによるゼンマイや軸受けなどの負担を排除できる。
(二)毎日一定量のゼンマイ巻上げにより、腕時計のムーブメントのコンディションを把握することが出来る。
(ホ)本発明品がそのまま腕時計保管用のケースになり、損傷を防止することが出来る。
本発明は、これらの効果をもたらすものである。

(C) A machine that continuously rotates in one direction and forcibly winds up the mainspring was a cause of volatilization and uneven wear of bearing oil and fat.
The present invention has been made to eliminate these drawbacks.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
(I) The mainspring can be wound by attaching the watch to the tray (3) as it is and swinging it.
(B) The excessive winding can be prevented by swinging with the timer (2) for a certain period of time.
(C) The swing mechanism eliminates the extra physical load on the watch by realizing the same environment as wearing the arm.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Examples of the present invention will be described below.
(A) Mount the aluminum lever (6) with the 5 mm ball (5) fixed on the synchro motor (9), and swing the tray (3) connected by the ball adjuster (7).
(B) By setting the watch on the tilt base (4), the swing angle of 45 degrees left and right is 90 degrees in total, but the swing angle of the watch mainspring winding rotor (10) is further increased by 15 degrees to the left and right.
