Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fire-fitting provided at a portion where the transverse members of the building structure are joined at a substantially right angle or a predetermined angle, and particularly relates to a metal-fired metal fitting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a wooden building such as a house, a structure in which a frame is formed using columns, studs, beams, torches, girders, etc. has long been adopted.
In such a structure, fire striking is provided at a portion where horizontal members such as beams and trunks are joined at a substantially right angle so as to form an angle of 45 ° with these members. By providing this firing, the angle between the two members to be joined is maintained even when a large external force is applied, and the earthquake resistance is remarkably improved.
[0003]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a wooden fire 101 joined to the horizontal member 111 by a bolt 102 or the like has been used, but as shown in FIG. 6, a fire 103 made of metal such as steel is used. Increasing use. By using such a hot metal fitting 103, the processing of the horizontal member 112 to be joined is simplified.
[0004]
On the other hand, joists for forming a floor are supported on horizontal members such as beams and torso. As shown in FIG. 6, the joist 113 may be fixed so as to be placed on the horizontal member 112, but there are some which are provided with a notch in the horizontal member and fitted with joists.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, in order to set the tatami mat upper surface of the room 121 on which the tatami mat 123 is laid and the upper surface of the floor material 124 of the flooring room 122 to substantially the same height, the floor joist 126 of the flooring floor is used. The joist 125 in the room with tatami mats must be supported at a lower position. For this reason, the joists 125 of the room on which the tatami mat 123 is laid are fitted and fixed in the notches provided in the horizontal member 127.
In such a structure, it is necessary to attach the fire metal fitting 103 so as not to interfere with the joist. In the room side where the tatami is laid, the side portion of the horizontal member 127 and below the lower surface of the joist 125 is provided on the portion A. Fixed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, when the mounting position of the fire metal fitting is restricted in order to avoid interference with the joist, the following problems arise.
In general, in order to firmly join the fire metal fitting to the horizontal member, attachment portions are formed at both ends of the straight portion, and the widened attachment portion 103a is formed on the horizontal member 112 as shown in FIG. Abutted. And it adheres with a volt | bolt or a screw | thread. However, if the position of the fire metal fitting is restricted in order to avoid interference with the joists 113, the widened attachment portion may not be able to contact the side surface of the horizontal member. For this reason, it is set to a limited width without widening the attachment portion, and the fire metal fitting is attached to the lower side of the horizontal member.
[0006]
In addition, in order to avoid interference with joists, etc., it is desired to reduce the length from the corner of the horizontal member to the mounting position of the fire metal fitting (tension dimensions), and this strut dimension should be about 600 mm or less. Things may be used.
[0007]
In such a fire metal fitting, it is desired that a large force acts on the mounting portion and can be firmly fixed to the horizontal member with a simple structure.
[0008]
This invention is made | formed in view of the above situations, The objective is to provide the fire metal fitting which can be firmly fixed to a horizontal member, even if an attachment position is restrict | limited.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a fire-fitting metal fitting for connecting both horizontal members in the vicinity of a joint portion between two horizontal members arranged so as to have an angle between each other. And a plate-like attachment portion that is brought into contact with and fixed to each side surface of the two horizontal members to be joined at both ends of the straight portion, and the attachment portion has a first fold line at the tip portion . in the are bent to the side in contact with the horizontal members, the tip is implanted portion of the sharpened sharpened so the lateral bridging member is formed of a second provided behind the first folding line the distal end side than the bending lines, has a position in which the tip of the driving portion is opposite to the bending and the contact surface is recessed from the contact surface between the horizontal member and the horizontal member, the A small hole for inserting a nail or a screw is provided on the second fold line side in the vicinity of the first fold line. To provide the angle brace bracket you are.
[0010]
In the above-mentioned fire-fitting metal fitting, the mounting portion can be brought into contact with the side surface of the horizontal member and fixed with bolts or screws, and the driving portion at the tip of the mounting portion can be driven into the horizontal member. As a result, the attachment portion meshes firmly with the horizontal member, and is firmly fixed without being displaced.
Further, the force acting on the bolt or the like is reduced, and the possibility that the attachment portion will break even if a large force acts on the fire is reduced.
[0011]
On the other hand, in this fire metal fitting, the main part of the mounting portion can be brought into tight contact with the horizontal member in a state where the driving portion at the tip of the mounting portion is retracted from the side surface of the horizontal member. Therefore, it is possible to accurately determine the position of the fire-fitting metal fitting in contact with the side surface of the horizontal member, and fix it with a nail, a screw or the like, and then drive the pointed tip into the horizontal member to firmly join it. In addition, it is possible to safely perform a work such as fastening a bolt or driving a nail by driving a pointed tip into a predetermined position of the horizontal member in advance and temporarily fastening it.
Furthermore, since the sharp tip is retracted from the main part of the attachment portion, it is possible to avoid the sharp tip from becoming an obstacle in the manufacturing process.
[0012]
Further, in this fire-fitting metal fitting, after the driving portion at the tip of the attachment portion is driven into the horizontal member, a screw or the like can be inserted into the small hole and the vicinity of the driving portion can be firmly pressed against the horizontal member. As a result, the driving portion is prevented from slipping out of the horizontal member, and a situation in which the position of the mounting portion is displaced even when a large force acts on the fire is prevented.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the fire metal fitting according to the first aspect, a through hole through which a bolt, a nail, or a screw can be inserted is provided in a portion of the mounting portion that is in contact with the horizontal member. A stiffening portion is formed on the tip end side of the through hole by processing a range having a long axis in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the straight portion into a convex shape.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 3 is the fire metal fitting according to claim 1, wherein the straight portion is formed of a steel plate material continuous with the attachment portion, and a boundary between the straight portion and the attachment portion is a predetermined angle. It is assumed that ribs obtained by processing the steel plate material into a convex shape or a concave shape are provided on both sides of the folding line.
[0015]
In this fire metal fitting, it is possible to effectively prevent the bending angle between the two from being changed by the rib provided at the boundary between the straight portion and the attachment portion, and the effect of restraining the displacement of the horizontal member is increased. .
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention according to the present application will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a usage state of a fire metal fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view and a plan view of the fire metal fitting, and FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing an attachment part of the flame metal fitting. FIG. 4 and FIG. 4 are cross-sectional views of the straight portion of the above-mentioned fired fitting.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fire metal fitting 1 is formed between two horizontal members 2, 2 joined at right angles, with the horizontal members 2, 2 and the axis of the straight portion 10 of the fire metal fitting 1. Is attached at an angle of approximately 45 °.
[0017]
The horizontal members 2 and 2 support the floor of the second floor portion of the wooden building, but the fire-fitting metal 1 has horizontal members such as foundations and eaves girders that are supported on the foundation at almost right angles. It can be applied universally to the part to be joined.
[0018]
The fire metal fitting 1 is formed by bending a steel plate material. A straight portion 10 disposed at an angle of approximately 45 ° with the horizontal member, and wooden members at both ends of the straight portion. And a mounting portion 20 formed to be fixed to the horizontal member 2.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, the straight portion 10 is obtained by bending a steel plate so that the cross-sectional shape is a groove shape, and has sufficient bending rigidity.
[0020]
The attachment portion 20 is formed of a steel plate material continuous with the straight portion 10, and a contact surface 21 is formed on a horizontal member that forms an angle of approximately 45 ° with the axis of the straight portion 10. A through hole 22 into which a bolt, a nail, a screw, or the like can be inserted is formed in a portion that comes into contact with the horizontal member 2. It is designed to be firmly fixed to the frame 2.
[0021]
A rib 23 is formed on the front end side of the through hole 22 so as to be convex in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the straight portion 10. The rib 23 has a purpose of preventing the attachment portion from being broken due to a large deformation caused by a reaction force of the nail 3 or the like inserted through the through-hole 22 when a large tensile force is applied to the fired fitting 1. Is formed.
[0022]
On the other hand, a rib 25 in the axial direction of the straight portion is provided in the bent portion 24 that becomes a boundary between the contact portion with the horizontal member and the straight portion.
This rib is also formed by bending a steel plate material into a convex shape, and is provided to prevent deformation of the bent portion.
[0023]
The tip portion of the mounting portion 20 is a driving portion 27 that is bent at a first folding line 26 at a substantially right angle on the contact surface side with the horizontal member and cut into a sharp shape at the tip. Yes. In addition, a second fold line 28 that is substantially parallel to the first fold line 26 is formed behind the first fold line 26 and is bent to the opposite side of the contact surface with the horizontal member. The tip of the driving portion 27 is set to a position retracted from the contact surface 21. That is, when the fire metal fitting 1 is brought into contact with the horizontal member 2 at a predetermined position, even if the contact surface 21 of the mounting portion 20 closely contacts the side surface of the horizontal member 2, the driving portion 27 The tip of is not in contact with the side surface of the horizontal member 2.
[0024]
A plurality of small holes 29 through which screws, nails or the like can be inserted are provided on the straight portion side in the vicinity of the first fold line 26.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the attachment portion 20 has substantially the same width as the straight portion, and a large area is formed when the attachment portion 20 is fixed to the horizontal member 2 in contact with it. Do not occupy. Moreover, when this fire metal fitting 1 is attached to the horizontal member 2, the length from the corner portion 4 to the attachment position is about 600 mm, and it is easy to avoid interference with other members. ing. However, this dimension can be designed as appropriate and is determined according to the required strength.
[0025]
In the above-described metal fitting 1, since the width of the attachment portion 20 is the same as that of the straight portion and is small, the joist 5 is fitted into the notch of the horizontal member 2 as shown in FIG. 1. Even if it is fixed, it can be attached without interference.
[0026]
Further, the mounting portion 20 is fixed by bolts or nails 3 or the like, and a driving portion 27 provided at the tip of the mounting portion 20 is inserted into the horizontal member 2. And since it is firmly pressed against the horizontal member 2 by a screw or the like inserted through the small hole 29, the fire-fitting metal fitting 1 is firmly fixed to the horizontal member 2, and the position of the attachment portion is maintained even if a large force is applied. The deformation of the horizontal member is constrained without shifting.
[0027]
In addition, it is desirable to use, for example, a nail (lag screw) having a spiral groove as a bolt or a nail that is inserted into the through hole 22 of the mounting portion 20 and fixes the fired fitting 1 to the horizontal member 2. In particular, a material having a diameter of about 8 mm has sufficient strength, and it is not necessary to provide a lead hole in the horizontal member, so that work efficiency can be improved.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As explained above, in the fired fitting according to the present invention, when it is attached to the horizontal member, it is less likely to interfere with other members such as joists, and it can be firmly attached to the horizontal member. It will have proof stress.
