Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shade that serves as a ceiling or other illumination and a support frame thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to soften the direct light from the light source installed on the ceiling, the shade structure with the light ceiling surface covered with a light-transmitting light film such as glass cloth, plastic plate, etc. is widely used, but the conventional shade structure The optical film is supported on an aluminum frame, and this frame is attached to a fixing member on the casing side.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, by supporting the optical film on the aluminum frame, the boundary between the translucent part of the optical ceiling and the part shielded by the frame appears as a clear shadow and appears on the optical ceiling surface. Regardless of being installed so as not to be visible on the back side of the film, the strong shading of the light-shielding part has impaired the preferable appearance of the optical ceiling.
The present invention pays attention to the above problems, and in forming a wide optical ceiling in which the optical films are arranged in parallel, such as by arranging shades that support the optical film in a frame body that is framed in an enclosure shape such as a quadrangle, It is intended to realize an optical ceiling with less shading caused by the frame, and to provide a shade and a support frame for that purpose.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a configuration in which the shade is fixed to the outer periphery of the support frame at the periphery of the light film, and at least the tip portion of the support frame in contact with the light film is smoked or other light-transmitting material. It is characterized by having the configuration formed in (1).
The present invention is also characterized in that the support frame disposed on the periphery of the optical film of the shade has a configuration in which at least the tip portion in the translucent direction is formed of a translucent material.
The support frame can also have a configuration in which a light-transmitting portion formed of a light-transmitting material is attached to the tip of a support frame main body portion having a fixing portion of the optical film edge portion.
The translucent material is preferably a smoke material.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a support portion of a ceiling shade according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a shade support frame and a light film in an exploded state, and FIG.
[0006]
The light film 1 may be any light-transmitting material, but it should have moderate strength, flameproofness, and lightness, and should be a material that is opaque or translucent and has sufficient light-transmitting properties as an optical ceiling. Preferably, for example, a light film formed by coating a silicon cloth with a glass cloth as a base fabric is used.
[0007]
The support frame 2 has a configuration in which the support frame main body 3 and the translucent part 4 are combined. The support frame body 3 is preferably made of a metal material such as an aluminum extrusion mold material, and is a protrusion that becomes a hanging portion to the housing side above the U-shaped fixing portion 3a that winds and fixes the edge of the optical film 1 from the outside. A portion 3b is provided, a tip frame portion 3c having a joining surface of a translucent portion is provided below the fixing portion 3a, and a stator 5 that can be fitted and fixed in a U-shape of the fixing portion 3a is provided. It is.
[0008]
The translucent portion 4 is a translucent material, preferably an opaque or translucent smoke translucent material, for example, a smoke-like acrylic resin extrusion mold material, and has an overhanging portion 4a having an appropriate length on the rear surface. A joint portion 4b to the front frame portion 3c is formed.
Further, it is preferable that the light transmitting portion 4 is formed so as to have a substantially uniform thickness so that the formed bubbles are not mixed, and damage such as breakage due to the external pressure of the optical film 1 stretched along the outer side is less likely to occur. In addition, a concave portion is formed in the inner portion, and a U-shaped reinforcing material 4c made of the same material is fitted therein, so that the light from the light source can be easily and uniformly transmitted. Is preferable.
As shown in the drawing, the translucent part 4 and the front frame part 3c are provided with a convex part on the joint part 4b of the translucent part, and provided with a concave groove corresponding to the joint surface of the front frame part, so that the concave and convex portions are fitted. Preferably, an adhesive is used in combination to bond both.
[0009]
The stator 5 has a groove portion 5a into which the end of the optical film can be inserted, and is provided with a bolt head or a nut holding portion 5b, and the bolt head as shown in FIG. The stator 5 can be fixed to the support frame 2 by holding the nut and screwing the nut or bolt through the U-shaped portion of the fixing portion 3a.
[0010]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 6 is a suspension bolt fixed to a housing such as a ceiling, 7 is a joint frame suspended by using a nut at the lower part of the bolt 6, and 8 is a joint frame 7 with an end screwed to the horizontal. It is a shade erection frame erected in a state. Reference numeral 9 denotes a V-shaped spring, the lower end of which is fixed to the protrusion 3b of the support frame 2 and extends upward, is inserted into the collar portion of the shade erection frame 8, and the spring has a V-shaped intersection. The support frame 2 is suspended and fixed by positioning the portion and expanding the V shape upward. Reference numeral 10 denotes a light shielding plate disposed on the shade erection frame 8.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the shade having the above-described structure forms the support frame 2 by fixing the translucent portion 4 to the tip (lower end) of the support frame main body 3, and forms the support frame 2 in a surrounding shape. Then, the optical film 1 is applied to the front end surface (lower surface) of the frame body, the edge portion of the optical film is folded back from the front end portion of the translucent portion 4 along the outer surface, and the edge is engaged with the stator 5. It can be formed by fixing the stator to the fixing portion 3a of the support frame.
[0012]
According to this shade, the light source is located above the frame of the support frame 2 and transmits the light film 1 from above, but since the tip of the support frame 2 is the light transmitting part 4, Light can also be transmitted through the light film in the vicinity of the lower side, and it is possible to prevent dark shading from occurring near the edge (joint part) of the light film.
When the translucent part 4 is made of a non-translucent material, the support frame forms a dark shadow as it is, so that the above effect can be exhibited with an arbitrary translucent material. However, when the translucent part 4 is made of a transparent material, light is likely to be irregularly reflected, and there is a risk of causing uneven light in the nearby optical film. By making the light-transmitting portion 4 opaque or translucent, particularly preferably a smoke material, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of irregular reflection and provide the most preferable shade that is less likely to cause shadows.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when forming a wide optical ceiling in which optical films are arranged in parallel, it is possible to realize an optical ceiling with less shading unevenness caused by the frame.
For this purpose, the structure of the support frame is simple, and molding, assembly and handling are all convenient. It becomes more convenient by making the support frame have a configuration in which the light transmitting part is joined to the tip of the support frame main body. By making the light-transmitting part a smoke material, the light unevenness of the light film surface of the shade can be minimized.
[Brief description of the drawings]

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a shade support frame and an optical film in an exploded manner.
FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of an installed state in which the shade of FIG. 2 is coupled.
