Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drain valve control device for flush toilets, and more specifically, disposed in a cistern attached to a flush toilet, and the drain valve is forced to the drain port by manually rotating the drain operation lever. The present invention relates to a drain valve control device for a flush toilet formed so as to be pushed back and stop draining.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of water-saving device, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the pulling direction is reversed via a metal fitting b attached to the drain outlet a of the cistern and an annular turn-up portion c of both arms of the metal fitting b. (For example, see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-141378).
[0003]
When using this conventional product, the upper end of the linear member d is fixed to the tip of the auxiliary control rod f attached to the control rod e, and the lower end is connected to the valve element g via the annular turn-up portion c of the metal fitting b. It is hung on the top h.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is desirable that this type of device is formed so as to be easily and easily mounted and used without being restricted by the type and specification of the cistern.
[0005]
However, as described above, the conventional product needs to attach the metal fitting to the drainage port and stretch the linear member in the cistern as described above. When the part is covered with a heat insulating material for preventing condensation, there is a problem that the mounting operation itself cannot be performed.
[0006]
In addition, the conventional product operates the operation lever in a range of approximately 90 degrees to perform drainage and water stop operations. Therefore, according to this conventional product, for example, in the case of urine or stool, the operation lever is either left or right. In the case of a cistern that switches the amount of drainage by rotating in the direction, there is a problem that it can not cope.
[0007]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such problems of conventional products.
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use drainage valve control device for a flush toilet, which can be used without restrictions on the type and specification of the cistern and can be easily and easily installed. It is in.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems.
[0009]
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is for a flush toilet disposed in the cistern 1 to push the drain valve 3 back to the drain port 4 by rotating the drain operating lever 2 provided in the cistern 1. And a rod-like member 5 whose lower end is pivotally attached to the zenith 3a of the drain valve 3, one end of which is attached to the upper end of the rod-like member 5, and the other end of the operation lever 2. It is formed by a linear extension member 6 attached to the tip 8a of the bent portion 8 in the cistern 1, and the total length of the rod-like member 5 and the extended member 6 is the drain valve 3 and the bent portion 8 described above. The pulling member 9 is formed longer than the pulling member 9 for raising the drain valve, and the rod-like member 5 is pulled down by the turning operation of the operating lever 2 in the return direction. When pulling with this extension member 6 Characterized in that the drain valve 3 is filtered is selected to a length close to the point where the suction force to the drain port 4 acts (claim 1).
[0010]
In the case of the present invention, since the entire length is formed longer than the traction member 9, as shown in FIG. 1, the extension member 6 is in a substantially horizontal state while the water is stopped. The extension member 6 may be, for example, a resin thread such as a stainless stranded wire or nylon, a chain, or the like, and may be made of a material having flexibility and flexibility.
[0011]
Also, the overall length is formed longer than the traction member 9, which means that the drain port 4 is opened by the traction member 9 during drainage, and the traction member 9 functions in preference to the instrument of the present invention. Means. This is because if the overall length is shorter than the length of the traction member 9, the drainage valve 3 is pulled up by the instrument of the present invention and the traction member 9 does not function.
[0012]
Here, the length that brings the drain valve 3 close to the point at which the suction force to the drain port 4 works means that the suction force of the water flowing into the drain port 4 can be used. This length is appropriately selected depending on the volume of the cistern 1 and the like.
[0013]
In the case of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the rod-shaped member 5 includes a cylindrical main body portion 5a having an extension member 6 at the upper end, and a main body portion from the open lower end of the main body portion 5a. It is preferable that the extension rod 5b is formed so as to be freely inserted into and removed from the 5a, and the extension rod 5b is formed to be freely fixed to the main body portion 5a with a set screw 5c.
[0014]
The pulling member 9 has different lengths depending on the volume and structure of the cistern 1. Therefore, when the rod-like member 5 is formed as in the present invention, the entire length can be easily adjusted, so that there is an advantage that it can be easily handled in the field according to the length of the traction member 9.
[0015]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the set screw 5c is screwed into an enlarged diameter portion 5d formed at the lower end of the main body portion 5a, and the head portion 5c1 is formed to be operable with fingers.
[0016]
In this case, there is an advantage that the extension rod 5b can be fixed easily and easily without using a driver, and the usability is improved.
[0017]
In the case of the present invention, as will be described later, the rod-shaped member 5 is preferably lightweight so that it does not hinder the operation of the drain valve 3 as much as possible.
[0018]
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable that the rod-like member 5 includes a float 10 for reducing the restoring force of the operation lever 2 as shown in FIG.
[0019]
The operation lever 2 rotated in the direction of drainage has a restoring force to return to the original vertical state by its own weight, but in the case of a cistern 1 having a large force, this restoring force acts to push back the drainage valve 3. Therefore, in the case of the device according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the restoring force of the operation lever 2 can be reduced by the float 10, and this further improves the usability. Examples of the float 10 include a plastic material having closed cells. In the case of the embodiment of FIG. 3, the float 10 is inserted into the extension rod 5b, and the float 10 is formed to be locked at the lower end of the main body 5a.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0021]
In FIG. 1 and the like, 1 is a cis turn, and 2 is an operation lever for drainage provided in the cis turn 1. The instrument according to the present invention is disposed in the cistern 1 and forcibly stops water by pushing the drain valve 3 back to the drain port 4 by rotating the operation lever 2. The rod-shaped member 5 and the linear extension member 6.
[0022]
The rod-like member 5 is pulled down by the extension member 6 when the extension member 6 is pulled down by the turning operation of the operation lever 2 in the return direction, and the drain valve 3 is attracted to the drain port 4. Is selected to be close enough to the working point.
[0023]
In the case of this embodiment, this rod-shaped member 5 is made of plastic, and is, for example, a cylindrical main body portion 5a provided with an extension member 6 at the upper end, and can be inserted into and removed from the main body portion 5a from the open lower end of the main body portion 5a. The extension rod 5b is formed in a round bar shape, and the extension rod 5b is formed on the main body 5a so as to be freely fixed by a set screw 5c.
[0024]
The set screw 5c is screwed into an enlarged diameter portion 5d formed at the lower end of the main body portion 5a, and the head portion 5c1 is formed to be operable with fingers.
[0025]
The lower end of the rod-like member 5 is pivotally attached to the top 3 a of the drain valve 3 with a wire-like stopper 7. As shown in FIG. 3, the stopper 7 is passed from the through hole 5 e at the lower end of the rod-like member 5 to the zenith 3 a of the drain valve 3, and both ends are bent to prevent the stopper 7 from coming off.
[0026]
The extension member 6 has one end attached to the upper end of the rod-like member 5 and the other end attached to the distal end portion 8 a of the bent portion 8 in the cistern 1 of the operation lever 2. In the case of this embodiment, the extension member 6 is formed of a wire.
[0027]
Reference numeral 9 denotes a pulling member for lifting the drainage valve which is passed over the drainage valve 3 and the tip 8a of the bent portion 8. In the case of the instrument of the present invention, the total length of the rod-shaped member 5 and the extension member 6 is longer than the pulling member 9. Therefore, the device of the present invention does not act at the time of drainage, and as shown in FIG. 1, the extension member 6 is in a substantially horizontal state during the water stoppage, so that the drainage valve 3 does not hinder.
[0028]
Next, a usage example of the present invention will be described.
When attaching the instrument of the present invention to the cistern 1, first, the lower end of the rod-like member 5 is pivotally attached to the zenith 3 a of the drain valve 3 by the stopper 7. Next, the user connects the other end of the extension member 6 to the distal end portion 8 a of the bent portion 8. In addition, when adjusting the length of the rod-shaped member 5, the set screw 5c is loosened, the extension rod 5b is inserted and removed, and then tightened again.
[0029]
Thus, the device of the present invention does not participate in the drainage action, and when draining, when the operation lever 2 is rotated in either the left or right direction, the drain valve 3 is pulled up by the traction member 9 and the drainage of FIG. To the process.
[0030]
That is, when the drain valve 3 is pulled up via the pulling member 9 by the turning operation of the operation lever 2, drainage is started. When the drain valve 3 is close to the drain port 4, suction force is acted on by the flowing water, and when the hand is released from the operation lever 2 in this state, the drain valve 3 returns to the original water stop position, and the operation lever 2 also has its own weight. Return to vertical position.
[0031]
When the user rotates the operation lever 2 in the direction of drainage and approaches the horizontal position, the drainage valve 3 leaves the area where the suction force works and is pushed up by the force of the flowing water. Accordingly, the pulling member 9 is loosened, the rod-like member 5 pivotally attached to the zenith portion 3 a of the drain valve 3 is pushed up, and the bent portion 8 a of the operation lever 2 is lifted up by the extension member 6. As a result, even if the user releases his hand from the operation lever 2, the operation lever 2 remains almost horizontal until the water in the cistern 1 runs out.
[0032]
Next, when the operating lever 2 is forcibly pushed down to the vertical position in this state, the rod-like member 5 is pushed down by the extension member 6, and the drain valve 3 enters the area of the suction force by drainage, closes the drain port 4 and drains the drainage. Stop.
[0033]
If the lever 2 is not forcibly pushed down, if there is no water in the cistern 1, the levitation force due to the water flow that pushes up the drain valve 3 will disappear, so the drain valve 3 will naturally move according to its own weight and the weight of the device of the present invention. Close the valve.
[0034]
Therefore, the device of the present invention can be used without being confused even by a person who does not know the operation method of forced water stop. Also, for example, in the case of the cistern 1 with a small amount of drainage function in the urine, which can stop the drain valve 3 in the region where the suction force works, the device of the present invention has no effect during the drainage operation in the urine, Since this kind of drainage operation is not hindered, there is no confusion or discomfort to the user in this respect.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is formed of a rod-like member and a linear extension member, and the rod-like member is pulled down via the extension member to close the drain valve.
Therefore, the instrument of the present invention can be used for a cistern that can change the amount of drainage by changing the direction of rotation of the operation lever during urination or stool, so that it is not restricted by the type and specification of the cistern.
[0036]
Moreover, in the case of this invention, it can set only by attaching the lower end of a rod-shaped member to a drain valve, and attaching the other end of an extension member to the front-end | tip part of a bending part.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to hang a linear member in the cistern or to attach a metal fitting for reversing the pulling direction of the linear member unlike the conventional product. Time and effort can be reduced, and set work can be simplified and speeded up.
[0037]
In addition, as above-mentioned, this invention instrument does not make a traction member useless, nor does it prevent that a drain valve closes at a normal speed by the dead weight or water pressure. Therefore, according to this, since the original drainage action and the valve function are not hindered, even a person who does not know the operation method of forced water stop can use it without confusion.
