Description

【0001】

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of a toilet apparatus according to the present invention in a perspective view, FIG. 2 is a top view showing a part of the toilet apparatus in a perspective view, and FIG. 3 shows a toilet seat and a toilet lid part of the toilet apparatus. 2 is a schematic enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a toilet seat and a toilet lid portion of the toilet apparatus, and FIGS. 5 to 8 are toilet seats and toilet of the toilet apparatus FIG. 9 is a schematic enlarged sectional view showing another example of the lid portion corresponding to the cross section taken along the line AA of FIG. 2, and FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing the toilet seat and the toilet lid portion of the toilet device of FIG. FIG. 10 is a schematic enlarged sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.
[0017]
1 to 10, a toilet apparatus supports a toilet seat 2 provided on a toilet bowl 1, a toilet lid 3, and a rear end portion of the toilet seat 2 and the toilet lid 3 with an axis. The lid 3 is mounted upside down and can be opened and closed, and has a horizontally long toilet body 4 installed on the rear end of the toilet 1. The toilet seat 2 has a large ring shape, is set to a size necessary for a passenger to be seated stably, and has a heating element 2a such as an electric heater for heating embedded therein.
[0018]
The toilet lid 3 covers the toilet bowl 1, the toilet seat 2, the upper part of the toilet body 4 and the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat 2, and is set to the size of a substantially flat sheet whose upper surface is slightly arcuate. In addition, the toilet body 4 is configured so as not to be dusted, and a normal flat cleaning can be completed simply by wiping the toilet cover 3 of a substantially flat sheet.
[0019]
Further, since the toilet lid 3 covers the upper surface and the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat 2 and the toilet body 4, the heating heat from the heating element 2 a of the toilet seat 2 is trapped in the space 5 generated between the toilet lid 3 and the toilet seat 2. Even if the heat radiation from the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat 2 can be prevented and the capacity of the heating element 2a can be reduced, sufficient heating can be obtained and energy can be saved.
[0020]
On the other hand, since the overall shape of the toilet lid 3 is larger than the conventional toilet lid that covers only the upper portion of the toilet seat 2 so as to cover the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet body 4 and the toilet seat 2, generally the toilet room is narrow. Since the area of the toilet lid 3 itself is the plane area of the entire apparatus, there is a possibility that the toilet room may feel narrow.
[0021]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the toilet lid 3 is configured as follows in order to make the toilet lid 3 easy to clean and the overall shape appear to be tightened. That is, the toilet lid 3 formed of synthetic resin is divided into two parts: a toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and a lid panel 7 formed of transparent acrylic resin, which is an inner peripheral portion surrounded by the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6. In addition, the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and the lid panel 7 are colored to have different colors so that the overall shape can be seen to be tightened. In the two-part toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and the lid panel 7, the lid panel 7 is attached to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 with the following configuration.
[0022]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the structure of the toilet lid 3 is formed separately to form the recessed portion 8 leaving the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 on the upper surface of the toilet lid, and separately formed into the recessed portion 8. An adhesive 9 such as a double-sided tape is provided on the back surface of the lid panel 6 and is attached. In such an attached state, the adhesive 9 can also serve as a heat insulating layer.
[0023]
Therefore, without the need for a reinforcing back cover panel or the like, it is possible to finish a simple structure of two parts while maintaining a certain strength by the action of the recessed portion 8 integrated with the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6, and at the time of manufacture. The work time can be shortened. The fastening method of the lid panel 7 is not limited to this, and there is also a method of molding resin having a color different from that of the toilet lid 3 by insert molding or two-color molding as a change of the lid panel.
[0024]
Next, a configuration other than the above for attaching the lid panel 7 to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 will be described. That is, in the configuration in which the lid panel 7 is attached with screws, as shown in FIG. 5, screw holes 7 a are provided in the lid panel 7, and further, a hole 3 a having a size through which the screw 10 penetrates in the recess 8 of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6. Then, the lid panel 7 is fitted into the recessed portion 8 from the front side of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6, and the screw 10 is tightened from the back side to the hole 3a and the screw hole 7a to fix the lid panel 7 and the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 to complete. .
[0025]

Depending on the mood, it is possible to install a cover panel of a different color that has been prepared and the range of use can be expanded.
[0026]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, another structure for attaching the lid panel 7 to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 is provided with a plurality of welding projections 7 b integrally on the back surface of the lid panel 7, and A hole 3b having a size through which the protruding portion 7b penetrates is provided in the recessed portion 8, and a lid panel 7 is fitted into the recessed portion 8 from the front side of the toilet lid 3 so that the protruding portion 7b passing through the hole 3b is provided on the back side of the toilet lid 3. The lid panel 7 is fixed to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and completed. In this attachment, the positional relationship between the toilet lid 3 and the lid panel 7 can be firmly fixed, and various means such as heat welding and ultrasonic welding can be implemented as the means for crushing and expanding the protrusion 7b.
[0027]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, another configuration for attaching the lid panel 7 to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 is provided with a claw 7 c integrally on the back surface of the lid panel 7, and the claw 7 c is provided in the recess portion 8 of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6. A hole 3c of a size that penetrates while being reduced is provided, and a lid panel 7 is fitted into the recess 8 from the front side of the toilet lid 3 so that the hole 3c is reduced and deformed and a claw 7c that penetrates is formed on the back side of the toilet lid 3. The lid panel 7 is fixed to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and is completed. This attachment does not require special work tools necessary for welding or the like, and further does not require parts such as screws, so that it can be completed with a small number of work steps and can be easily removed.
[0028]
Further, another structure for attaching the lid panel 7 to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 is a frame-like shape in which the toilet lid 3 made of synthetic resin is hollowed out in the size of the lid panel 7 made of synthetic resin as shown in FIGS. It is formed with a toilet lid outer periphery 6a and a lid panel 7 surrounded by the toilet lid outer periphery 6a. At the tip of the toilet lid outer periphery 6a, as shown in FIG. A groove 6c is provided. The lid panel 7 is integrally provided with a convex portion 7d that fits in the groove 6c on the outer peripheral side surface portion.
[0029]
Then, the frame-shaped toilet lid outer periphery 6a is pushed right and left outside by holding the cutting portion 6b, the convex portion 7d of the lid panel 7 is fitted into the groove 6c of the toilet lid outer periphery 6a, and the cutting portion 6b is welded. The lid panel 7 is fixed to the toilet lid outer peripheral body 6a. As a result, the number of extra parts is reduced, and it is possible to fasten firmly by joining by welding.
[0030]
In addition, in each structure which attaches the lid panel 7 shown in FIGS. 5-7 to a toilet lid outer peripheral part, 11 is an air layer for the heat insulation formed between the lid panel 7 and the hollow part 8, 12 is an air layer 11 This is a spacer provided on the back surface of the lid panel 7 in order to ensure the above. And you may make it illuminate the vicinity of the toilet bowl 1 by providing a light-emitting body (not shown) using the layer by the air layer 11 and the adhesive agent 9. FIG.
[0031]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the toilet lid 3 covers not only the toilet bowl 1 and the toilet seat 2 but also the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat 2, so that when the toilet seat 2 is a heating toilet seat, the toilet lid 3 is useless from the outer peripheral side surface of the toilet seat. While preventing heat dissipation, warm air can be stored in the space 5, the capacity of the heating element 2a for heating can be reduced, and energy can be saved.
[0032]
Further, in this embodiment, the toilet lid is composed of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 having the recessed portion 8 that is recessed on the upper surface of the toilet lid and the two parts that are fitted and fitted with the lid panel 7 in the recessed portion 8. The toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 having the recess 8 and the lid panel 7 can make a simple structure with a certain strength. Further, the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and the lid panel 7 are made different in color, and the toilet lid shape is tightened. The compactness of the entire device can be easily emphasized, and the compactness can be emphasized especially in the case of a large, substantially flat toilet lid that covers not only the toilet seat 2 but also the outer peripheral side surface and the toilet body 4. An excellent toilet lid can be provided.
[0033]
Further, since the adhesive 9 or the air layer 11 is provided between the lid panel 7 and the recessed portion 8 of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6, the adhesive 9 or the air layer 11 serves as a heat insulating material and dissipates heat from the toilet seat 2. Can be suppressed and further energy saving effect can be exhibited.
[0034]
Further, a light emitter is provided between the recessed portion 8 of the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and the lid panel 7, and the lid panel is translucent, and can illuminate the vicinity of the toilet when used at night. It is possible to illuminate the toilet room with moderate light without turning on the light in the toilet room, and to eliminate the dizziness that occurs when the user is suddenly exposed to strong light in the dark. By not turning on the lamp in the room, the electricity bill can be reduced and energy savings can be improved.
[0035]
In this embodiment, the lid panel 7 is attached to the toilet lid outer peripheral portion 6 and the toilet lid outer peripheral body 6a with the configuration shown in FIGS. 3 to 8, but the toilet lid and the lid panel are made of the same kind of material. It is possible to adopt a structure in which the lid panel is welded and attached to the toilet lid, or the toilet lid and the lid panel are molded simultaneously and formed in multiple colors.
